OH KATRHERINE JACKSON WHERE ART THOU?
Michael Jackson's mom reported 'missing' in ongoing family dispute

"I haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now," Paris tweets
"Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ ," Jermaine Jackson tweets
"I'm concerned that she's not safe," Katherine Jackson's lawyer says
She has not called Michael Jackson's three children in a week, the lawyer says
A nephew of Katherine Jackson reported the Jackson family matriarch missing late Saturday night after her grandchildren were unable to get in touch with her for a week.
It is the latest chapter in a messy dispute between several of Jackson's children and her advisers over her finances and legal affairs.
Jackson's nephew, Trent, filed the report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. But one of her sons involved in the dispute said she was fine and resting in Arizona.
"I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us," Jermaine Jackson tweeted.
"This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period," he added.
The missing persons report follows a letter made public Wednesday in which two daughters -- Rebbie and Janet -- and three sons -- Jermaine, Randy and Tito -- charge that Jackson, 82, was being mistreated by the executors of Michael Jackson's estate and mis-advised by her manager and lawyer.

According to Jackson's lawyer, Sandra Ribera, Jackson left her Calabasas, California, home on July 15, to fly to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to attend a Jackson brothers concert two days later.
Traveling with her was her oldest daughter, Rebbie.
But when Paris, Michael Jackson's 14-year-old daughter, called her aunts Rebbie and Janet over the past several days, she was told each time she could not speak to her, Ribera said.

"yes, my grandmother is missing . i haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now," Paris tweeted Sunday morning.
In another tweet, she gave out her bodyguard's phone number and asked people to call the authorities if they saw Jackson.
"The kids were trying to get a hold of their grandmother and they haven't been able to reach her for almost a week," Ribera said. "They are told she's unavailable."
"I'm concerned that she's not safe," Ribera added.
Jackson has not called Michael Jackson's three children, who have lived with her since their father died three years ago, the lawyer said.
Jackson "has never gone 24 hours without talking to her kids," she said.
"I'm concerned that she would never do this," Ribera said. "We have no idea what's going on with her. No one has talked to her."
CNN reached out to Janet Jackson's representatives several times but did not hear back.
Jackson's manager Lowell Henry questioned Jermaine Jackson's claim that a doctor ordered her to leave her home and not communicate with her grandchildren.

The sheriff's rhomicide-missing persons unit has been asked to investigate, Ribera said. UPDATE: They she's in Arizona with Rebbie Jackson

Batman Massacre: Names Of Victims Emerge In Aurora, Colo. Century 16 Theater Rampage
Ashley Moser drifted in and out of consciousness in the ICU, bullets lodged in her throat and a gunshot wound to her abdomen. In her waking moments, she called for her 6-year-old daughter Veronica.
Nobody had the heart to tell the 25-year-old mother that Veronica was already dead, the youngest victim killed at a Colorado movie theater in one of the worst mass shootings in U.S. history.

"All she's asking about, of course, is her daughter," said Ashley Moser's aunt Annie Dalton. "She was a vibrant 6-year-old. She was excited, she'd just learned how to swim. She was a great little girl, excited about life – she should be at 6 years old."
The young girl was among the 12 people killed when a gunman barged into a crowded Colorado theater, set off gas canisters and opened fire as spectators dove for cover. Dozens of others were injured, including the 25-year-old Ashley Moser and 10 others in critical condition as of Friday night.
Colorado authorities on Saturday released the names of those killed, eight men, three women and Veronica Moser-Sullivan. The oldest victim was 51-year-old Gordon Cowden.

All died of gunshot wounds, according to the release by the Arapahoe County coroner's office.
One of the 12, Matthew McQuinn, has been tentatively identified and is awaiting final identification, though his family's attorney confirmed to The Associated Press that McQuinn was among those killed.
Rob Scott of Dayton, Ohio, said McQuinn died after diving in front of his girlfriend and her older brother to shield them from the gunfire. Scott's account could not be immediately verified.

For Alex Sullivan, it was to be a weekend of fun: He planned to ring in his 27th birthday with friends at the special midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises" and then celebrate his first wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Late Friday, Sullivan's family confirmed that police told them he was among those killed.
"He was a very, very good young man," said Sullivan's uncle, Joe Loewenguth. "He always had a smile, always made you laugh. He had a little bit of comic in him. Witty, smart. He was loving, had a big heart."

Micayla Medek, 23, was also among the dead, her father's cousin, Anita Busch, told the Associated Press.
Busch said the news, while heartbreaking, was a relief for the family after an agonizing day of waiting for news.

"I hope this evil act ... doesn't shake people's faith in God," she said.
On Saturday morning, parents of John Larimer released a statement that Navy officials notified them about midnight that their 27-year-old son was one of the 12 killed.
The family said that Larimer's brother is working with the Navy to take his body home to Crystal Lake, Ill. He was with a unit that belongs to U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. Tenth Fleet at Buckley Air Force.
An Air Force reservist who worked at Buckley also was among the victims killed. Sgt. Jesse Childress, 29, was a cyber-systems operator, the Air Force said in a statement. Another reservist was treated and released after also being wounded in the shootings.
A blogger and aspiring sports reporter who recently wrote of surviving a Toronto shooting was killed, the woman's brother said.

The death of Jessica Ghawi, who was also known as Jessica Redfield, was a "complete and utter shock," said her brother, Jordan Ghawi.
He has been using his blog and Twitter account to update what he knew about his sister's condition. He also appeared on the NBC "Today" show.
Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said Friday evening that 10 victims died at the theater and two others later died from their injuries.
Jordan Ghawi said on his website that a man who was with his sister at the theater described the chaos, saying he and Jessica Ghawi dropped to take cover when the gunman first started shooting. Jessica Ghawi was shot in the leg, her brother wrote, describing details relayed to him by a man identified on the blog only as a mutual friend named Brent.

The man was then shot, but he continued attending to Jessica Ghawi's wound before he realized she had stopped screaming, Jordan Ghawi stated. The man said Jessica Ghawi had been shot in the head.
Jessica Ghawi, 24, moved to Denver from Texas about a year ago and friends and colleagues described her as outgoing, smart and witty.
Ghawi blogged at length about surviving the Eaton Centre mall shooting in Toronto that killed two people and sent several others to the hospital.
Jessica Ghawi wrote of the Toronto shooting: "I was shown how fragile life was on Saturday. I saw the terror on bystanders' faces. I saw the victims of a senseless crime. I saw lives change. I was reminded that we don't know when or where our time on Earth will end. When or where we will breathe our last breath."

The other victims were Alexander J. Boik, Jonathan T. Blunk, Rebecca Ann Wingo and Alexander C. Teves, according to the coroner's office. Our Prayers go out to all the victim's and their families!

In New Books: ‘If All Men Cheat, All Women Should Too!’
A woman is driven to the breaking point by her cheating and emotionally abusive boyfriend before finding the self-esteem to kick him to the curb in the new novel, “If All Men Cheat, All Women Should Too!”
“This book is not glorifying cheating,” declares author LaShonda DeVaughn, who has written and published a total of five books through her own imprint, LSDV Productions, including the popular “A Hood Chick’s Story” trilogy. DeVaughn says she was inspired to pen “If All Men Cheat…” after hearing one too many of her male friends praise the cheating double standard in relationships.
“Men say it all the time, ‘All men are dogs, but my wife, she’s not leaving me if I cheat on her. If she leaves me, the next man is going to do the same thing to her.’ So I’m like, okay, I’m going to play off that stereotype,” she explained in an interview. “So if all men cheat, all women cheat, too.”
The story follows Janae, an admissions officer at Clark-Atlanta University who falls for ruggedly handsome construction worker, Tae. Although he claims to love her, Tae has not stopped seeing other women. To boot, he belittles Janae. But with no family and few friends, she absorbs his verbal blows – just to hang onto him. But a series of events take place in which she finally discovers her dignity and self-respect.
DeVaughn says there’s much more to the story than the book’s title suggests. I guess go purchase it and see for yourself!

She is still THE QUEEN!
Madonna’s ‘MDNA World Tour’ Set To Break Box Office Records
She just may have the whole world in her hands. For, despite the recent arrival of multiple lawsuits against her, ‘Celebration’ singer Madonna may have cause to do just that as reports indicate the Pop queen is ruling tour charts across the globe.
Leaving her nearest competitors, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez, in her rearview…
Her latest stint at #1 on Billboard’s tour chart is just a glimpse at the singer’s overall summer tour domination, beating out fellow divas Gaga and Lopez to amass $450 million on the ‘MDNA World Tour’ to date from just 70 shows (from ticket sales alone, excluding merchandise sales).
And, already holding the title for the highest grossing tour of any solo act of all time, Madge is on pace to outdo herself for the 3rd time. Possibly landing in the #3 spot for highest grossing tours of all time for any act, it should be noted that the Material Girl has consistently played less shows than the two acts ranking above her while pulling in similar figures.

RHOA’s Kandi Burruss Denies Being Engaged to Bravo Boyfriend, Todd Tucker
If you’re wondering who this fancy gentleman is, it’s Todd Tucker, the boyfriend of Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Buruss. Todd works w/in the production company for Bravo and we first learned of Todd during the last reunion show. Kandi was introduced by her cast-mate Phaedra Parks. Phaedra recounted the story during the reunion show explaining:
“I met Todd, and he was really a cute guy, and we talked, and he was just very articulate, really nice, real down to earth…I want Kandi to have a great relationship, and I was pushing him.”

Well Phaedra must be a pretty good judge of character, because the two have been going strong for almost a year. But to clarify, they are in a relationship, not engaged. This week, Kandi made that point quite clear on twitter:
Anywho, the two were spotted vacationing together, looking quite happy. We’re crossing our fingers that this works out for them, right?

To all you DL KATS out there. Jamie Foxx says it’s time you COME out from the shadows!
Jamie Foxx believes Frank Ocean’s admission about his sexuality should encourage more Hollywood types to come out… Jamie told MTV News,
“Elton John did it. For Frank Ocean to do it and be hip-hop and black, he’s breaking ground, and kudos to him. At the end of the day, his music is for everybody.”
“It’s just the beginning. I have several friends who live in darkness and live in fear, and it’s just time.”
In other news Foxx chatted with “Extra’s” Renee Bargh about his new film, “Django Unchained” – and about how he admires good friend Tom Cruise for his conduct in the split with Katie Holmes.
Foxx, starred with Cruise in the 2004 thriller “Collateral,” told Bargh,
“You have to commend him for already settling everything… and sort of like nipping things in the bud…
I think that’s a testimony to both of their characters because I have two kids… and the only thing that matters in the world are those two children.”
There is one celebrity breakup, however, that Foxx jokingly admitted he just can’t get past: Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. Foxx sighed, “I’m still getting over Jen and Brad, and I know that sounds feminine, but I hope they get back together.”

Janet Chillin on the High Seas!
Janet Jackson and her boyfriend Wissam AL Man was chillin on a yacht in Italy.

Terrell Owens Fires His Attorney
Terrell Owens was threatened with jail time for missing his last child support hearing and after blaming the mix-up on his attorney, Terrell fired his ass...

Terrell's statement to the press:
Unfortunately, Terrell Owens was never informed by his attorney that he was due in court last week in Georgia regarding his current child support case. This led to many negative headlines for Mr. Owens, calling him a “no show” and “facing jail time” for the recent missed court appearance.
Mr. Owens’ previous Georgia attorney has taken responsibility for this failure to have communicated this date to him and has also been removed as counsel for Mr. Owens.
Mr. Owens has been working diligently with his attorneys to modify his onerous child support payments so that they are in line with his current income and state guidelines, as well as to establish visitation with his children. Mr. Owens has successfully modified all of his other child support obligations and is current on all payments.
Mr. Owens is making the necessary arrangements to pay child support due to Ms. Smith in the Georgia case.
He regrets that he is no longer able to pay child support based upon his previous NFL income. He hopes to be signed to an NFL team in the future. Mr. Owens has always made his child support payments his top priority.
Mr. Todd Orston now represents Mr. Owens for the Georgia case.

Global Grind Interviews Joseline Hernandez and what an Interview it was!
We find ourselves feeling more sorry for Joseline than we do judgment towards her. When you know better, you do better. So is the former stripper with apparently little to no self esteem making any progress after this "Love & Hip Hop" stint? We're not sure. But here's a few excerpts from her interview with Global Grind--including why she still loves her some Stevie J. (or as she calls him even in her tweets now, Steebie)

How did you link up with Stevie J?
I met Stevie J at the strip club when I used to dance. And I also knew that I wanted to do music, that I wanted to be a rapper. I wanted to be a singer. I wanted to be an actress. I also knew that and I met him through a friend of his and mine. We spoke. Then a couple of days after, I met him again at the studio, through another friend of mine that was trying to get in the business, and he said, ‘well, I think you should get in the business.’ I was like: ‘I always wanted to get into the business and sing and dance and do everything like this, but I always got fast money in the strip club,’ so I wasn’t really taking my career like I am now. Ever since then, we started working together, and here we are now.

What’s the most surprising thing about Stevie J that Love & Hip-Hop doesn’t show?
Stevie is a ladies’ man. What’s wrong with that? As bad as they talk about him, and he’s this and he’s that, every woman will let Stevie J play them, too. To me it’s a joke. Stevie, he loves all women. He loves women! There’s nothing wrong with that. If I was a man, I would love them too. Believe me. I’m not a man, and I love them, so I can just imagine if I was. He just loves women. But, Stevie’s a good person. To me, he’s a sweetheart. He doesn’t show me anything but being a gentleman. He can be an ass, but that’s everyone. He’s a sweetheart. A lot of people don’t know that about him. Oh, and another thing, he knows how to cook really, really, really good.

What’s your favorite dish that he cooks?
He makes some salmon with peppers and onions and — ohh! — it’s so good!

Most strippers are usually pushed to stripping because of their hard home lives or they're out on their own. What was your story and what made you start stripping?
I have five brothers and sisters, and I make the sixth person, and it was my mom and my stepdad, and we left Puerto Rico, came here, when I was around 10-years-old. We really didn’t have any money. I’m talking about one pair of shoes for the whole school year. We were really struggling. So I’ve always seen my parents struggling. And my youngest brother, he has autism, so he doesn’t talk. He’s 14. So they always needed extra money for him. It was always problems, the six of us. My mom didn’t speak any English. She still doesn’t speak any English. She could never find a job, so my dad would just struggle, struggle. I just was like: ‘I have to do something.’ Ever since I was 15, 16, I’ve been taking care of my brothers, my sisters, my nieces and nephews, my mom and dad — ever since I was 16 I’ve been giving my mom money. I’m talking about $600 a month, a thousand dollars a month; if you need food, if you need to pay for the mortgage.
I bought cars for them. I’ve done a lot. I didn’t turn to the streets because I wanted to. I've always been a giving person, and I always felt bad for my family, and I feel like I have to help. My real dad, he died of an overdose, so I never really had a real father. I come from a family that’s done a lot of drugs and just did a lot of things. I came out rough in Puerto Rico, in the projects. I just had a real rough life. I really didn’t know what I was doing because I was so young, and I just felt like I needed to help them and myself. I got a brother, he has autism. He can’t even get no medicine. Who’s going to get the money? I have to do that. So that’s what really turned me into dancing. I knew that I didn’t want to do that. I want to be an artist. I want to be a singer. I want to be a rapper. I want to be a model. I want to be on TV, but, at that time, my family was struggling and I had to help.

Do you feel like strippers get a bad rap?
Yeah. A lot of people look at strippers like we are the worst. No, no, no. I’ve danced with a lot of girls that their parents have AIDS or their children have cancer. They’re trying to pay to go to college to make a better life for their family and their kids. I’ve danced with some girls that their parents put out at 16 because their parents were on drugs. What are you going to do when you’re that age? What else can you do? I’ve never met a bad stripper in my life. I always meet young girls that are trying to do something with their life. I can say this for a fact: Strippers are not what people make it seem like it is, because we just want to make it like everybody else.

We also wanted to ask you about the naked picture on Twitter thing: would you take that back if you could?
Everything I do I take responsibility for fully. When they were saying ‘is she a women, or is she a man?’ I never in my life heard anything like that. It frustrated me. It depressed me. It drove me crazy to the point that I did that — send a picture of myself, humiliating myself even more, because I allowed people to get up under my skin. These people are the bullies. Twitpic a picture of myself — who does that, just to prove to you that I’m not what I know I’m not?
I will never let anybody take me out of character, where I have to Twitpic myself because somebody said I look like this or I look like that.
I would never be able to make everybody happy. How about I make myself happy? And that’s what I’m on right now.

How frustrating was it to hear that people thought you were a man?
It was so frustrating to me because, I promise to God, I’ve never heard that. I’m like ‘Me?’ Me? My perfect face, my perfect body?’ Yes, I got my boobs done, and I said that on TV, and I’ll say it again: I work out so much that my chest was flat. If any woman that wants to be a woman loves their body and how they look, they would have did it. I’m not the first one that got my boobs done. I love makeup. I’ve tweeted plenty of pictures of me without makeup because the television puts a lot of makeup on you, makes you hairier.
I Tweeted plenty pictures of me without makeup. I’m a 100 percent woman. My name is Joseline Hernandez, I was born in Puerto Rico. My birthday is 11/03/1986. I’m not going to give ya’ll my social, but I know what I am. MsJoseline.com is here. My new single, “Bailar,” is here. I’ll be putting some more new songs in there as we speak. I’m working on my workout DVD. I love my body, I love to train. I have my own clothing line coming because I used to own a boutique stand in Dallas. I’m just doing it all. I’m going to have my own Spanish TV show. I’m going to do everything that people say I can’t do. And not because of them, because of me, because I know that is what I was born to do.
And I just want to tell the ladies: stop hating. Let’s get together and make money. Let’s all be sexy.

Is your butt real?
Yes, my butt is real. I work out a lot. I’m always doing lunges. You’ll see it, because I know you’re going to go to MsJoseline.com and get this DVD.
So, a workout DVD on the way, her reggaeton career she's still chasing & excusing Stevie J.'s disgusting pimp-attempts on women who clearly can't see him for what he really is and his disrespectful treatment and saying he's simply "a ladies' man." You win some, you lose some.
Check out the full interview over at Global Grind.
