Chocolate drop Tank stars in KONTROL Magazine's Sexy Body Issue where he shows off his....sexy body. In the magazine, he talks about his upcoming music and it may shock his fans,

“I’m really excited about this one. I picked stuff I wanted to pick. Like the stuff I would normally pass on because it’s probably not considered a ‘Tank’ record, when a ‘Tank’ record is any record I’m on. So I kind of rolled with it that way as opposed to letting someone else tell me who I am, you know what I mean? The reason you believe what you do about me is because of what you have been able to see, but you don’t totally know me that well.

He continued...

For instance, if you think I just do ballads, then you only know one thing. Right now, you are just finding out that I’m a musician; that I produced and wrote a lot of records. You’re just now starting to understand who I am and what I’m capable of. So let it be instead of me letting you tell me who I am and making an album based off of what you think, let me just show you who I am. On this album, I didn’t care what record was going to radio, or which ones were going to be the single. I just didn’t care, and we called it ‘This is How I Feel’.”

First look at George Michael's new White Light video...

George Michael has released an image from the video for his new single, White Light.
The snap shows the singer dressed in his trademark black polo neck and trousers, teamed with a long black coat.
He appears to be dancing on a beach- and accompanied by many scantily-clad revelers.
The star looks remarkably focused considering the many distractions around him, seemingly wrapped up in the song.

A bright light shining through the crowd from the left hand side would appear to be a reference to the song title.
George took to Twitter to tease his fans about the forthcoming video today, writing: 'the video you are waiting for is choc full of serious eye candy, and believe it or not, I'm not talking about me!'
'Seriously though. Very hot guys and gals. Not as hot as my man of course. But damn close. :)'
The carefree atmosphere looks to reflect George's new lease of life following his illness last year- in addition of course to celebrating three decades at the top of the charts.

George is celebrating the 30th anniversary of his first single by debuting his first song since fighting for his life as a thank you to fans.

The track was made available for radio airplay on June 29, the date his first single with Wham!, called Wham Rap, entered the UK charts.
George has bounced back after a bout of pneumonia last year which nearly killed him and forced him to suspend his tour.
His lyrics to White Light appear to reflect his experience, including the lines: 'I’m alive, and I’ve got so much more that I want to do / was it music, was it science that saved me or the way that you prayed for me.'
George admitted to a Twitter follower that the line starting 'was it science that saved me' is his favourite in the song.

The singer said he feels 'blessed' to still be making music three decades after he began his career.
White Light is the first opportunity for fans to hear his voice since he was in hospital in November, which he called the 'worst week of my life'.

In a message to fans through his website, he wrote: 'Most of my fans realise that I dreamed of a career as a singer-songwriter from an early age, but never in my wildest imaginings could I have known that I would still be here thirty years later, healthy, happy, and feeling that I still have so much more music to give.
'It is miraculous in so many ways. Fate has been so kind to me, as have the millions of people that have bought records and come to see me play year after year since 1982.
'I am truly blessed, and White Light is my thank you to everybody who has been a part of my success.'
Michael, who resumes his Symphonica tour on September 4, is working on a studio album, his first for eight years

Celebs hit The McDonald's 365Black AWARDS!

Tons of professionals packed the Mahalia Jackson Theater in New Orleans for the 2012 McDonald's® 365Black® Awards. The luncheon honors outstanding African-Americans who are making positive contributions to the community. Honorees included Chaka Khan, Bishop T.D. Jakes; Tamia and Grant Hill, teenage medical innovator Tony Hansberry, II; youth empowerment activist Mary-Pat Hector; and McDonald's owner/operators, Tina and Harold Lewis.

Chaka said,

"Helping others and giving back are critical components to making our community stronger, and it was moving to witness the number of celebrities and community members who supported the event. "I am humbled I was chosen to receive the 365Black Award with such an amazing group of individuals who also embrace community service. I commend McDonald's for their ongoing efforts to make community service a priority."

Tank walked the red carpet for the event looking dapper.

NEW REALITY TV: Centric Presents ‘The Amateur Millionaires Club’

CENTRIC’ has a new reality series on the first time female millionaires called “The Amateur Millionaires Club.” The fresh and exciting new docu-series provides a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of 10 newly minted African-American millionaires as they showcase their rise to wealth and the challenges that come with their new found stature in society. Showing how they juggle family, faith and business while living the lifestyle they never dreamed possible.

MEET THE CLUB PLAYERS
Dorothy Cook (“The Godmother”) is the flashy and flamboyant 62 year-old matriarch of the group and is referred to as “The Godmother” for good cause; everyone respects her reign. She was the first Platinum President in the English market and has more than 500,000 independent distributors in the U.S., the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Canada, Africa and England. Dorothy is building an orphanage in Nairobi, Kenya, while spearheading the “Shoes for Kenya” initiative.

Helen Dela Houssaye is the boisterous, slick talking antagonist of the club. The newly married mother of four has quickly risen to the top of the fold, thereby legitimizing her position as the arch nemesis to “The Godmother.” She’s earned over $2 million in network marketing.

Stormy Wellington is a young, hip, street-smart, high school dropout and former exotic dancer at a popular Miami club. The 31 year-old is the 1st millionaire of the club. and her minimal experience is evidenced by her struggle in the transition from the street to the boardroom.

Robert and Nicola Jackson have their fair share of drama due to Robert’s history as a ladies’ man versus his present state as a devoted husband, while Nicola strives to take their fortune to the next level. Together they have four sons, one with special needs. This couple is learning to balance the importance of family life with their new found fortune.

Chyna Bethley is a breast cancer survivor who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, after which she moved to Atlanta with her husband and daughter in pursuit of a rap career. She is the youngest member of the club and as such is also the club’s underdog.

Kenny Lloyd is a charismatic, mogul- type who went from “broke as hell to living well.” He’s a family man, and along with his wife Chante, puts his millions behind his adult children’s career ventures. His father was the first African American in the NBA.

Jewel Tankard (“The First Lady”) This million-heiress is no stranger to the blessed life. Jewel and her husband – award winning gospel jazz artist Ben Tankard – co-pastor one of the fastest growing churches in middle Tennessee. Her empire includes a private aircraft, a multi-million dollar estate and multiple businesses. Jewel’s blended family of 5 awards her the title of super mom. She is the club’s voice of reason. Jewel juggles family, faith and fortune with ease while keeping her haters at bay and living her life unapologetically.

Erwin and Twiler Portis are the “Power Couple” of the club. Together they teach the other members how to keep it professional at all times by choosing the high road in business while maintaining an empire “southern style” rooted in family values.

Lidia McKinney is the socialite and night club owner of the group. Lidia’s provocative list of VIP friends and fans tend to ruffle a few feathers within the AMC club. She closes most of her million dollar deals in the club and on private jets.

Oprah Winfrey Embroiled In Family Feud

Oprah Winfrey is embroiled in a family feud after saving her father’s barbershop last week after it went into foreclosure. The talk show legend purchased Vernon Winfrey’s store for 475,000 dollars, when it was put up for auction. Vernon and his wife Barbara, were unable to pay back the bank on the property. The couple bought and renovated the new building last year, moving Vernon’s 50-year barber business into the location. But Barbara Winfrey (who filed divorce papers against Vernon earlier this week), is not happy. Barbara, claims she has been locked out of the family company by her step-daughter Oprah, and would have been able to pay off the store’s debts herself.

Barbara said, “I know what is going on. I’m tired of it, and I’ve had enough. There is no reason for it to go into foreclosure like this. The property is upside down, which is what a lot of properties are. It cost us $481,000 to build this building, but it’s only worth $350,000.”
“People are giving him wrong advice, and it’s leaving me in a situation where all I can do is fight for me. He believes what he’s told. His daughter doesn’t care about the community. His daughter doesn’t care about the barbershop. But I do.”

However, Vernon defended his decision to allow his famous offspring to buy his property, insisting, “My wife and I, we have not been getting along well, and I did not want to endow myself to another drawn-out, struggling debt.”

A representative for Oprah adds, “Oprah purchased the property that was in foreclosure. Vernon Winfrey has been a fixture in the community for decades and will continue to manage the business on a day-to-day basis.”

A Cash Money Wedding: Lil Wayne’s Mother Gets Married!!

Lil Wayne’s mother Miss ‘Cita’ and her weds her baby Avery Goff in New Orleans, official pictures from inside the ceremony have finally been released. The color theme of the New Orleans wedding was purple and Weezy wore just that.

The rapper threw on his purple vest and tux, hung his bow tie to the side in true rebel fashion and was photographed as happy as we’ve ever seen him!

His daughter Reginae Carter was also a part of the big day, taken on the role of a junior bridesmaid and Wayne’s sons Dwayne III,3, and Neal,2, Carter played was the ring bearer.

Beyonce Shows Support For Frank Ocean, Frank Releases “Sweet Life”

Singer Frank Ocean is the latest subject of Beyonce Knowle’s ‘BEY Inspired’ blog posts, which is a series of letters celebrating the likes of Michelle Obama, Sade and famous figures who have inspired Beyonce along the way. A few days after Frank Ocean posted an open letter on his Tumblr, detailing a story of falling in love with a guy at the age of 19, Beyonce posted a photo of Frank with the words, ‘Be Fearless, Be Honest, Be Generous, Be Brave, Be Poetic, Be Open, Be Free, Be Yourself, Be In Love, Be Happy, Be Inspiration’ scribbled on it.

Beyonce was first introduced to Frank Ocean last year after she heard Jay-z bumping his mixtape in their whip. Weeks later, Frank played her a track he wrote titled, ‘I Miss You’ which brought her to tears and she recorded it for her album ’4′.

Kanye West Rocks Revel In Atlantic City

Kanye West was back on stage for the first time since the “Watch the Throne” tour wrapped last month. The hip-hop superstar touched down for his first U.S. solo shows of 2012, performing at Ovation Hall inside the $2.4 billion Revel Resort in Atlantic City, where Beyoncé did four shows in May.

With his girlfriend Kim Kardashian in the audience, he delivered a set similar to his festival run last year, adding in his latest songs “Mercy” and “Cold.” Pusha T joined him for “Runaway” and he covered Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight.”

When Scrappy and Stevie got into it and started pushing each other, Joseline jumped in the middle. Erica said ‘Who’s this hoe?’ At that time, Erica had never met Joseline before. Back when the cast had their party, Erica wasn’t there. So, when Joseline told Erica ‘Your man wants me, he’s been trying to get with me” the beef between Joseline and Erica began.
Stevie J and Scrappy broke it up before things really popped off. Scrappy and Stevie began pushing each other. Joseline jumped in and was knocked to the floor. That’s when security intervened, and Stevie J caught a beat down.
Scrappy is pissed because he knows he fucked up his chance to bump Joseline away from Stevie J. That’s why Scrappy punched the sheet metal fence.”

So Tyra really is screwing her newest Judge!

A few months ago, Tyra dropped America’s Next Top Model judges Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel and Miss Jay to bring in some fresh new talent for the upcoming Cycle 19: College Edition. The new panelist included blogger Bryan Boy and 24 year old model Rob Evans who is also rumored to be her new boo. (What happened to Drizzy??) Shortly after the announcement, folks started saying Tyra was the new J. Lo, comparing her rumored relationship to Jennifer Lopez’s relationship with 25 year old dancer, Casper Smart.
This week, Tyra tweeted a cute candid of her enjoying the beautiful waters of Jamaica with Rob while rocking some fake Bob Marley inspired dreads. She tweeted

“U guessed it mon, I am irie in sexy Jamaica for #ANTM w/ @the_robevans!”

If Tyra’s relationship with Rob is more personal than business, we ain’t even mad at her …
