Halle Berry was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after an on-set accident in Los Angeles, according to X17 Online.
The Academy Award winner fell, hitting her head on concrete, TMZ reports of the incident, which took place on the set of Berry's forthcoming thriller, "The Hive." The 45-year-old actress was transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center via ambulance.
This is not Berry's first film-related accident. In September 2011, the actress broke her foot on a day off from shooting "Cloud Atlas" in Spain. The injury forced Berry to work with a stunt double and producers to shoot the actress only from the waist up.
UPDATE: Berry has been released from the Hospital. Her rep says the actress "suffered a minor head injury. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution. But was OK and was released. She'll continue production as planned!
Then get your ass back to work....LOL!
So she's down there in the Fairfax District off of third Street?
