Darlings, in this economy, we say “NO.” Times are tough, things are weird, and if famous people want to keep their stylists in business by modeling from the fall collections in their backyards, these two bitches can only be grateful in response. It’s a win-win all around, because celebrities, stylists and fashion houses all get their wares out there (so to speak) and bitchy commenters like us are too grateful for the content to be all that critical about it. Huzzah!
Anyway, she looks cute as hell. Love the hair, love the boots. To be honest, the dress on its own (or another wearer; see below) is no great shakes, but she styled it so well that it comes off much better than it otherwise would. It’s amazing what a pair of killer thigh-high boots can do.

"We were able to help so many families, and that made my heart smile," said Kandi Burruss.
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta know how to rally together for a good cause. Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, Marlo Hampton and Tanya Sam were among the friends and family who showed up to assist Kandi Burruss with her Kandi Cares initiative’s grocery pop up event.
Kandi explained the mission of the event and thanked her friends for their support in a September 13 Instagram post, writing, “Yesterday’s @kandicares grocery pop up was amazing! Thank you so much to my @goodrco family that helped organize to make this event a success! Also thank you to my RHOA fam for coming and making this event even more special. We were able to help so many families and that made my heart smile.”
Porsha also opened up about the event while urging her followers to make a difference in their own communities, as well.
“I’m always available to lend a helping hand to those in need. Great day yesterday teaming up with Kandi Cares to stand in the gap for those who have fallen on hard times during this pandemic,” wrote Porsha. “Take time to give today. Also my family’s charity @4hosea is also feeding people who are in the struggle right here in Atlanta as well! Donate to both today @4hosea and @kandicares…there are enough families in need so we need all hands on deck! Be the change you want to see!”
Kenya also reflected on the day, writing, “@Kandicares was amazing today!! Thank you Kandi for allowing me to be at your service and share in your giving spirit.”
“Yesterday we did good,” wrote Tanya. “Yesterday I rolled up my sleeves to help @goodrco @kandicares and @kandi @jasminecrowe to provide over 550 Atlanta families with so much healthy and nutritious food. Literally filled up trunks with fresh fruits and vegs, meats, chicken, breads, milk, pantry and snack goods! Count your blessings and thank goodness for amazing organizations out there doing good. Happy to be a part of this.”
“Thanks @Kandi for inviting us to be apart of such a good cause for @kandicares,” Marlo wrote alongside a photo of herself with Porsha and Tanya.
Marlo also helped Kandi out before the event, as the pair went to pick up additional groceries.
“My girl @marlohampton got up early this morning to meet me and some of my @kandicares and @goodrco team to get extra produce for today’s grocery give back. Thanks for the support!” Kandi captioned a photo of she and Marlo at a farmer’s market. “I can’t wait to meet all the families today that this food is going to.”
#MusicNews: Alicia Keys To Release New Self-Titled Album On Friday!
Alicia Keys announced on Twitter Monday that she will be releasing her previously delayed seventh studio album, titled Alicia, on Friday.
The singer made the announcement alongside a video of fans asking her when the album will be released.
Alicia will be available on music streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music.
Keys delayed Alicia back in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The album, which follows 2016's Here, will feature singles "Show Me Love," "Underdog" and "Perfect Way to Die" which tackles police violence.
Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz celebrated 10 years of marriage in August with a family vacation in the desert. The couple married in July 2010 and share two sons, Egypt Daoud, 9, and Genesis Ali, 5
#HipHopNews: Biggie's Crown Sells For Over $500k At Sotheby's 1st Hip Hop Auction!
Sotheby’s held its first Hip Hop auction on Tuesday (September 15) and fielded numerous offers for 120 pieces of memorabilia.
From original Beastie Boys’ Licensed To Ill Tour posters and vintage Hip Hop flyers designed by Buddy Esquire and Van Silk to Salt-N-Pepa “Push It” jackets and Slick Rick’s multicolored diamond eye patch, the auction was a Hip Hop heaven for any collector.
Most notably, the crown The Notorious B.I.G. wore for his iconic “King of New York” photoshoot for Rap Pages in 1997 sold for over $500,000.
Sotheby’s tweeted a photo of the item and Biggie wearing the crown with the caption, “#AuctionUpdate Following a bidding battle, one of the most iconic symbols of Hip Hop’s heyday: the crown worn and signed by Notorious B.I.G. from #BarronClaiborne’s iconic 1997 ‘King of New York’ photoshoot for Rap Pages Magazine soared to $594.8k.”
The auction, which was available to watch on the Sotheby’s website, also netted over $126,000 for the Rammellzee vs. K-Rob “Beat Bop” 12” vinyl with Jean-Michel Basquiat artwork. As far as Tupac Shakur’s love letters, those sold for $75,600.
Swizz Beatz Responds After Receiving Backlash for His DUMB Janet Jackson 'Verzuz' Comments!
Verzuz has been grabbing fans' attention since its inception. Now, the series' creators, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, are trying to find suitable matchups. In the process of selling a fight, Swizz Beatz threw a slight jab at the iconic Janet Jackson.
While discussing possible match-ups for Missy Elliott, Swizz claimed that Janet isn't versatile enough to hang with Missy.
"Missy can be multiple people. Janet gonna just be Janet," Swizz said. He then went on to claim that Janet might not have enough hits in the chamber to hang with Missy.
As expected, fans felt like this comment was more cap that the fedoras Swizz wears.
Despite the backlash, Swizz didn't fold under pressure. In fact, he stood by his comments, explaining that the match up just doesn't sound right in his head.
"LETS BE CLEAR," Swizz wrote in The Shade Room's comment section. "I don't think Missy & Janet is a good match up at all! Cheer's Jerry Harris Is Now Being Sued Over Sexual Exploitation Accusations!
More details about Jerry Harris‘s legal battles are being revealed, with news of the Cheer star being sued by two twin brothers.
Deadline reports that the 21-year-old’s accusers have filed court documents against the Netflix breakout, claiming that he sent them sexually explicit messages when they were just 13 years old.
The lawsuit states that the twin brothers befriended Jerry in 2018, during a cheer competition and says that the boys were “star struck” with him and their relations expanded beyond just text messages to meeting in “secluded locations at various competitions.”
After their mother found out, she reported Jerry to Varsity, a giant in the sport of cheerleading, who in turn reported the incidents to police.
Reps for Jerry are denying the claims.
“We categorically dispute the claims made against Jerry Harris, which are alleged to have occurred when he was a teenager. We are confident that when the investigation is completed the true facts will be revealed,” they said in a statement.

Megan Thee Stallion Responds to Speculation That She Physically Abused Ex-Boyfriend!
Unfortunately, Megan Thee Stallion has been forced to defend herself once again but she's doing it well.
On Monday, the rapper took to Twitter where she combatted recent accusations that she was abusive towards her ex-boyfriend, Karim York.
"Why y’all like to lie when I got all facts all the time," Megan tweeted.
This comes in response to a statement from York surfacing on the internet. In the statement York refuses to say Megan's name, but he alleges that a woman he was seeing at the time beat him and held him at gunpoint. He also claims that she was on drugs at the time of the event. Although he didn't point to Megan during the story, the statement ended with "P.S. Megan and I are still great friends." This led readers to believe that the incident involved Megan Thee Stallion.
As a result, Megan hosted an Instagram Live session during which she played a recorded conversation between herself and York. During the call, York claims that the story had nothing to do with Megan and was about another woman he was seeing.
"I feel like I have to have a press conference every godddamn week," she begins. "I just saw some bullshit talking about...and I know who it is. They antagonize me everyday online. They pick with me every goddamn day. They always making up stories about me and now I feel like I have to really start doing something about it."
Megan called her ex and you can hear him assuring her that he would "clean it up." "I am not talking about you," York can be heard saying.
On accusations that she was doing drugs, Megan clarified that with her ex on the phone.
"He is not talking about me," she says. "He is in another argument with some other bitch."
"Stop lying on me," Megan continued. "That n***a not talking about me. Stop putting n***as on me. Stop making stories up. Fuck y'all because I'm going to hit you with the facts every time you tell a lie."
Conservative Evangelical Christian Pastor Rick Joyner Says He Wants Christians To Prepare For A Civil War Against BLM Protestors!
Conservative evangelical Christian pastor Rick Joyner is telling Christians to “mobilize” to fight a civil war against left-wing activists.
During an appearance with the conservative Christian program The Jim Bakker Show, Joyner, who recently called the #BlackLivesMatter movement and its protestors the “KKK of this time,” shared why he thinks the country is on the brink of a Civil War. He said these thoughts first came to him after he had a dream that “militias would pop up like mushrooms” and that they would be supported by God, according to Newsweek.
“We’re in time for war. We need to recognize that. We need to mobilize. We need to get ready,” said Joyner. “Jesus himself said, ‘There’s gonna be a time when you need to sell your coat and buy a sword.’ Now that was a physical weapon of their day, and we’re in that time here. We need to realize that.”
He then said that God “seeded” the nation with veterans who know how to fight in” urban warfare.” He added that the veterans would “be a part of the leadership of these militias and help us in what’s about to unfold in our own country” as he called them “patriots.” He continued: “These are going to be those who know what the tyranny of Marxism is, and they have seen its evidence and the cruelty of some other ideologies and all that is out there,” he said, claiming that “God has prepared us for this.”
Earlier this year, he claimed that it was time for people to arm themselves for the Civil War. “The Second Amendment is linked to militias,” he said. “We were meant to have militias throughout the country to defend our communities … I think there is going to be a militia,” said Joyner during his earlier appearance on the show. Joyner, a heavy Trump supporter, also said that Donald Trump will be seen as one of the greatest leaders. “By the end of Trump’s presidency, he will be considered one of the greatest presidents we’ve had since the founders,” Joyner said on a Facebook live video back in 2017.

'90 Day Fiance' Star Larissa Dos Santos Lima Undergoes $72K in Plastic Surgery to Look Like Kylie Jenner!
Larissa Dos Santos Lima is showing off her new figure and face after reportedly undergoing nearly $75,000 worth of plastic surgeries this year designed to give her a Kylie Jenner-esque look. The 90 Day Fiancé star teased a full look at her new body on the adult site CamSoda, where she performed in a lingerie and thong Monday in her debut on the site.
"I can't wait to show off my new body to all of my fans on CamSoda," Lima said in a statement ahead of her performance. "I feel more confident now than I ever feel in my life and I'm excited to show my fans just how comfortable I feel in my new skin on my CamSoda show!"
Lima underwent liposuction at the hands of Las Vegas' Dr. Lane Smith to remove 3 lbs. of fat from her hips and waist, which was then injected into her booty during a seven-hour surgery, according to CamSoda. She also underwent a variety of Botox, fillers and laser facials that cost in total about $22,000. In her first surgery back in February, Lima had Smith increase her breast size from a 34A to a 34DD and underwent a nose revision surgery to give her smaller features. Overall, the reality star's surgeries cost $50,000, bringing her total makeover to a cost of about $72,000.
Lima has been open about her surgeries on social media, revealing last month that she has also undergone surgery in August to repair a separation of the abdomen muscles caused by pregnancy. "This is going to be my birthday gift to myself!" she wrote in an Instagram Story at the time, according to The Ashley. "This surgery is not just about beauty, but also for my self-esteem. My stomach muscle wall will be repaired. For years I have been making myself suffer with bad eating habits to get skinny, then skinnier, and my stomach never showed it."
She added that she had no intention of lying about how she underwent her makeover. "I am not going to lie, nor will I sugarcoat about my upcoming surgery," she continued. Lifetime Casts Real-Life Married Gay Couple In Its First LGBTQ Holiday Movie!
Lifetime is putting the final touches on its first holiday movie to feature an LGBTQ romance as the main storyline.
The network announced that the real-life same-sex married couple Ben Lewis and Blake Lee will star in the upcoming film “The Christmas Set Up,” with Fran Drescher and Ellen Wong among the other members of the cast.
“The world we create on camera should reflect the world we live in,” Amy Winter, Lifetime’s head of programming, said in a statement Monday.
In that same announcement, Winter also revealed the cast of “A Sugar & Spice Holiday” — the network’s first movie centered on an Asian American family, which will star Jacky Lai, Tony Giroux and Tzi Ma. Winter said the two films are part of the network’s larger efforts to bring more diverse stories to the screen.
“Our hope with these inclusive films and others is that people will see themselves while enjoying universally relatable holiday romances,” she said.
“The Christmas Set Up” follows Hugo (Lewis), a New York lawyer, and his best friend, Madelyn (Wong), as Hugo spends the holidays in Milwaukee with his matchmaking mom, Kate (Drescher). When Kate sets Hugo up with Patrick (Lee), Hugo’s high school friend and secret crush, there is an undeniable, mutual attraction between the two. But when Hugo receives news of a job promotion in London, he must choose what is most important to him.
Social media users were quick to praise Lifetime’s casting decisions.
The forthcoming holiday romance follows last year's “Twinkle All the Way,” which showed a same-sex kiss between a couple named Lex (Brian Sills) and Danny (Mark Ghanimé). But this time around, Lifetime is putting the gay romance at the center of the story.
“The Christmas Set Up” and “A Sugar & Spice Holiday” will premiere during the annual “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” holiday lineup, which includes 30 new feature films this year. An official release date has not yet been set.
Airbnb Is Letting People Stay In The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air’s Mansion And I Really Want To Book A Night!
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’s first episode aired 30 years ago this month, and to celebrate the milestone, Airbnb is allowing people to spend the night in the same mansion used in the popular 90s sitcom — but only if you are a resident in Los Angeles County.
Starting September 29th, residents will have the chance to spend $30 to spend one night in the freshest mansion in Los Angeles County with one additional person. Residents can select from one of five available dates: October 2nd, October 5th, October 8th, October 11th, and October 14th.
In case you didn’t know already, I was born in the mid-90s, so even though I was very young when the show originally aired, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was syndicated on a ton of TV channels. There was Carlton’s goofy dance, the snarkiness from the butler, Geoffrey, and let’s not forget that emotional scene Will Smith had with Uncle Phil when talking about his father (anyone else cry when they watch it?)
During their stay, guests will have access to one specific wing of the house where Will Smith’s character stayed during the show’s run, and it reeks of the 1990s in all the right ways. The bedroom guests will stay in includes a wall-mounted mini basketball hoop, access to Will’s wardrobe on the show (one shirt might look familiar if you recall the intro), and a lovely display of hats and Jordans on a shelf.
Obviously, you’re not locked in the bedroom for the entire day; but you’ll likely still have a blast. Here’s how the listing explains what parts of the mansion you’ll have access to:

In 2019 you could stay at the Barbie Malibu Dreamhouse for just $60 a night, and later this month, residents in Deschutes County, Oregon, had the chance to spend the night at the last remaining Blockbuster video store.

Vanessa Bryant Fires Back At LA County Sheriff for Asking Lebron James to Match Donation For Information on Cop Shooting!
Vanessa Bryant is firing back at Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva after he challenged NBA superstar LeBron James to match reward money to anyone who had information about the shootings of the two deputies in Compton, California this past weekend.
Bryant posted a series of screenshots, tweets, and articles to her Instagram story blasting Villanueva and calling out his department for graphic photos that were leaked after the tragic helicopter crash that killed her husband, Kobe Bryant, their daughter Gianna, and seven others back in January.
Bryant even shared a few tweets from @ElanMaree, who questioned the validity of comments that Villanueva made to reporters on Monday regarding the criminal justice system.
California-based Crime reporter, Stefanie Dazio, shared a video clip of Villanueva urging athletes, elected officials, and civil leaders to stress the importance of having trust in the criminal justice system, rather than “fanning the flames of hatred.”
In a quoted tweet, @ElanMaree asked, “How can he talk about trusting the system?” “His sheriff’s department could not be trusted to secure Kobe Bryant’s helicopter crash scene; his deputies took and shared photos of crash victims. Vanessa Bryant is suing them.”
In another post, Bryant shared an article from Hollywood Reporter that showed that the Union for deputies of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were suing Villanueva to keep the internal affairs investigation for the distribution of the photos private.
Bryant even filed a claim against Villanueva’s office back in May.
“No fewer than eight sheriff’s deputies were at the scene snapping cell-phone photos of the dead children, parents, and coaches,” the claim read.” The department would later admit, there was no investigative purpose for deputies to take pictures at the crash site. Rather, the deputies took photos for their own personal purposes.”
Screenshots provided by Bryant from lakersnation.com also showed that there was a potential cover-up attempt by Villanueva, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Bryant’s response came after Villanueva’s Monday interview with John Phillips on KABC Radio, where he said, “this challenge is to Lebron James. I want you to match and double that reward.” “I know you care about law enforcement. You expressed an interesting statement about your perspective on race relations and on officer-involved shootings and the impact that it has on the African-American community,” he added. “I appreciated that,” he continued. “But likewise, we need to appreciate that respect for life goes across all professions.”
The reward money had reached $175,000, with a combination of donations of $100,000 from the county and $75,000 from two private individuals.
Lebron James has been one of the most vocal professional athletes on social injustice and police misconduct. Recently, James said Black people in America are “terrified” of police. His comments came after Jacob Blake was shot multiple times by officers last month, leaving him paralyzed.
“I know people get tired of hearing me say it, but we are scared as Black people in America,” he said.” Black men, Black women, Black Kids, we are terrified.”
“And y’all wonder why we say what we say about the Police!! Someone, please tell me WTF is this???!!! Exactly another black man being targeted,” he added in a tweet.” This s— [sic] is so wrong and so sad!! Feel so sorry for him, his family, and OUR PEOPLE!! We want JUSTICE,” James said.
There has been no immediate response from James on the sheriff’s challenge.
