Beauty and the Beast's Gugu Mbatha-Raw: 'Oprah is my real-life fairy godmother'
She’s one of Oprah’s favorite actresses, has the Streep seal of approval and is starring alongside Emma Watson and Ewan McGregor in Beauty and the Beast. Meet Gugu Mbatha-Raw, an Oxford girl done very, very good.

You don’t forget your first phone call from Oprah. At least Gugu Mbatha-Raw won’t. The woman she now calls her ‘fairy godmother’ – but had never met at the time – left her a voicemail four years ago, when Gugu was in a New York cab on her way to JFK.
‘When I listened to the message, it was the weirdest thing,’ she says, succumbing to a fit of giggles. ‘Because at that time I was doing Oprah’s meditation experience with Deepak Chopra, where they email you a short meditation each day. Then suddenly I get this lovely rich voice saying, “Hello, this is Oprah” – and it sounded just like the opening of the meditation app. I thought I’d pressed the wrong button by mistake.’

#RHoA: NeNe Leakes said she never saw Donald Trump do anything unethical on ‘The Apprentice’
NeNe Leakes has a reality check for those who questioned Donald Trump's behavior on "The Apprentice."
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star told Dr. Oz that she got along very well with the now-President during her brief stint on Season 11 of the series.
"He was very true to who he was when I worked with him," Leakes said.
"Now who this person is that we're seeing, I don't know who that is," she continued, taking a jab at the POTUS.

Tom Arnold claims he has tapes of Trump being vulgar Since the billionaire rose to the presidency, his behavior on the "Apprentice" became a topic of debate.
Reports have circulated that he made racist remarks behind the scenes, as well as sexist and rude commentary about women.
However, Leakes does not recall that behavior during her time working the now-POTUS.
Lil Jon responds to Trump calling him 'Uncle Tom'

"I don't know him to ever speak that way, I mean he's always been very honest, very true and very blunt, that's true. He's always been that way," she said. "But I did not witness him doing anything unethical."
The full episode of "Dr. Oz" will air on Wednesday afternoon.

After Trump left the show to pursue his presidential run, the job was handed over to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The "Terminator" star recently declared he was leaving the show due to the baggage attached — particularly Trump's connection to the series and his continued need to bring up the fact the show was more successful under his helm.

#EMPIRE: Gabourey Sidibe Had Weight Loss Surgery Last Year
Gabourey Sidibe has revealed that she went under the knife in May 2016 to aid in her weight loss.
The 33-year-old Empire star had laproscopic bariatric surgery, which she talks about her in new memoir This Is Just My Face: Try Not to Stare.

“I just didn’t want to worry,” Gabourey told People after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. “I truly didn’t want to worry about all the effects that go along with diabetes. I genuinely [would] worry all the time about losing my toes.”

In an excerpt from her memoir, she wrote, “My surgeon said they’d cut my stomach in half. This would limit my hunger and capacity to eat. My brain chemistry would change and I’d want to eat healthier. I’ll take it! My lifelong relationship with food had to change. I wasn’t cheating by getting it done. I wouldn’t have been able to lose as much as I’ve lost without it.”

New Music: PJ Morton – Claustrophobic
Singer/songwriter/musician and Maroon 5 keyboardist, PJ Morton, is finally back with new music, in the form of a song entitled “Clastrophobic” featuring rapper Pell.

The single, which is off of Morton’s upcoming album, Gumbo, was inspired by his frustration with people in the music industry wanting to limit his artistry.
“I’m an artist who has chosen, outside of being a part of Maroon 5, to follow a path that is not necessarily the most popular one,” Morton told Saint Heron. “Those in positions of power are usually trying to adjust you and tailor you to fit what they would like to sell to the masses. This was at a time where I was going around to different labels, kind of letting them listen to my music, and it was at that point where I realized what was most important to me. Yes – I want a lot of people to hear my music. Yes – I want to play huge venues. But I don’t want to do it at the expense of not being who I am or at the expense of not saying what I want to say. That is basically where this song came from. For me, it became the anthem for the dreamer and a message to all of the doubters.”

The New Orleans native’s new album, Gumbo, is due to be released in April. Take a listen to the jazzy “Claustrophobic” HERE

Remy Ma on "shETHER": 'I'm Just Not Particularly Proud of It'
Remy Ma’s scathing diss track “shETHER” has become one of the most talked-about releases of the 2017, with many applauding the Bronx rapper for her no-holds-barred attack on Nicki Minaj; however, Remy admits she isn’t necessarily happy with the praise.
On Tuesday, the 36-year-old artist did a Facebook Live interview for Buzzfeed’s Another Round podcast. She, of course, opened up about her beef with Nicki and explained how she never wanted to go in on her. In fact, Remy claims she and Nicki could’ve created great things together.

“I do not condone or recommend the tearing down of another female. That’s not what I do,” she told hosts Heben Nigatu and Tracy Clayton. “Anybody that knows me knows that I embrace females […] I think we work so much better when we work together and when we help each other […] [H]owever, in the event that you piss me off and we become archenemies, run for cover.”

Remy reiterated the statements made during her appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, claiming her beef with Nicki wasn’t really about subliminal shots on records; it was more about “catty things” that took place behind the scenes. Remy said she actually liked Nicki at one point, but felt as though the Pinkprint rapper was coming for her.

When asked if she thought Nicki would respond, Remy claimed she couldn’t care less.
“It just bothers me that this record that I put out where it’s literally picking apart a female went so viral, and every media outlet wants to talk about it and pick it up; I feel like we could’ve done the same thing working together,” she said. “I just personally think it would’ve been so much cooler...if we came together and made something crazy […] It could’ve been totally different. I don’t regret ["shETHER"], but I’m not particularly proud of it.”

Remy went on to say how it’s crazy that people will celebrate women attacking each other, and that many women don’t see the value of working with one another.

Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck Put Divorce on Hold (Report)
Are Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck calling off their divorce? That’s what one source is saying.
“Jen has called off the divorce,” a source close to the 44-year-old actress told People. “She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try.”

“There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids, and those kids love their parents,” the source added. “Ben is making a big effort to take care of himself. They are not back together, but there seems to be hope. Jen is hoping they can stay married. Ben doesn’t want a divorce either.”

Ben and Jennifer have remained close since the announcement of their split years ago – they have often been seen photographed together. The whole family was reportedly together to celebrate their son Samuel‘s fifth birthday. “The girls had wrapped presents for Sam, including superhero toys. They had a cake. Everyone seemed happy,” a source added. “They want to keep the family together.”

Jennifer and Ben share three kids: Violet, 11, and Seraphina, 8, and Sam, 5.

Naomi Campbell Plays Off Rumors of Beef w. Rihanna
Apparently there was a new feud that I didn’t even know about. Model legend Naomi Campbell was a guest on Bravo’s ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’ last night. One attentive viewer had an interesting question after noticing that Campbell and R&B superstar Rihanna had unfollowed each other on social media.

Naomi’s response? “Everything’s fine.” After a very sexy pause she added, “Of course it’s fine.”
She went on to explain that she’s not about drama these days, particularly with black women.
“I don’t have beef,” Naomi declared. “I don’t have beef especially with black women who I think are powerful and there, and we’re all doing the same thing—doing the same struggle.”

‘Bad Boys 3’ Delayed…AGAIN! Director Calls It Quits Possibly Pushing The Movie’s Release Date Back
Looks like we’re going to have to wait even longer to see Will Smith and Martin Lawerence reunited.
When Will Smith told fans last year that ‘Bad Boys 3’ was definitely happening, America was pretty lit.
We mean, who wouldn’t wanna see Will and Martin together again?
But now folks, it looks like ‘Bad Boys 3’ will not be coming at you in November as promised because the director, Joe Carnahan, called it quits.

It’s okay, let those frustrations out.

The Hollywood Reporter claims the reason for Carnahan’s departure was due to scheduling issues, but word on the street is “creative differences” played a part in him walking away from the project as well.

Whatever the reason may be, BB3 will for sure not be happening in November, but patience my friends, good things come to those who wait, right?

Brandon Mychal Smith may be headed to America’s Got Talent.
The 27-year-old Get On Up actor is set to replace Nick Cannon as host of the NBC show, according to TMZ.
The site reports that the deal is nearly signed after negotiations with Marlon Wayans fell apart due to salary disagreements.
While it’s still possible Brandon‘s deal doesn’t go through, it will likely be finished within the next day or so.
In case you missed the news, Nick recently quit the show due to a dispute with the network.

OMG! 'Harry Potter' Actor Jim Tavare Breaks Neck in Car Accident
Our thoughts are with Harry Potter actor Jim Tavare.

He was involved in a serious car accident, which left him with a broken neck, punctured lung, and 15 broken ribs.
“This is Laura here. Now that his family have been informed, Jim has asked me to let you all know that he was involved in a serious car accident yesterday, a head on collision,” his wife wrote on his Facebook page with a gruesome photo of him in the hospital.

She added, “He’s currently in ICU intensive care. He has 15 broken ribs, fractures in both breastbones, a punctured lung, multiple breaks in his right leg, and a broken neck. He’s had 2 blood transfusions so far and is about to go in for his first surgery. This is for real, not a movie role. Please hold some good thoughts for him as he fights his way out of this.”
You probably remember Jim best as Tom, the owner of the Leaky Cauldron, in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

We’re wishing Jim a speedy recovery.
