Is K.Michelle engaged? It appears so. Over the weekend, the singer and reality star hinted that her bae popped the question. Posing in front of the mirror, she wrote:

K.Michelle is reportedly dating a dentist, from Memphis, named Dr. Kastan Sims. He’s also featured this season on her spin-off.
