Naomi Campbell Stuns in Elegant Gowns for Town & Country Magazine
Supermodel Naomi Campbell graces the March 2017 cover of Town & Country Magazine. Photographed by Max Vadukul, the British beauty poses in a Carolina Herrera gown with jewelry from Van Cleef & Arpels. In the accompanying spread, Naomi wears super polished and elegant dresses. Stylist Nicoletta Santoro dresses the 46-year-old stunner in the designs of Azzedine Alaia, Lanvin, Cartier and more.
In her interview, Naomi talks about walking the runway in her forties. “I feel nervous when I walk out [onto the runway]. I just try to make it down in one piece and make it back in one piece,” Naomi says. She continues, “I enjoy it, but I’m nervous. Especially now. I mean, I’m 46, and these girls are 21 or 18…I don’t know if it’s about the age thing, necessarily, but for me there’s always a vulnerability there.”

#RHoA: Shereé Whitfield is writing a Novel?
The #RHOA author says her new book was inspired by "a little rumor, a little fiction, lots of reality."
Shereé Whitfield has her eye on the bestsellers list. The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom added "author" to her resume this week with the release of her juicy novel, Wives, Fiancées, and Side-Chicks of Hotlanta. Considering that Shereé already warned her ex, Bob Whitfield, that there's a fictionalized version of him in the book, we bet there's a good chance some other familiar faces may have inspired a character or two.

She recently revealed that her RHOA pals had yet to read it and that she was awaiting their reactions.
"It actually launches tomorrow, so I'm not sure if any of the ladies have read it, but they should want to," she told us on Monday. She also shared whether any of them would be surprised by the plot, which she has previously said is "dripping with drama." "Surprised? I don't know. I don't want to say any names. I think if you read the book, you'll definitely know some of the characters in the book."
Atlanta's newest novelist was inspired during her time away from RHOA to jot down her thoughts and, as she put it, "let some steam off." She felt writing was the best way for her to process her emotions and some of the events that had unfolded in her life — even though she decided to approach it with a fictional bent.

"Well during my time off, I had nothing but time so it was a moment for me to reflect, let some steam off, and it was very therapeutic for me to be able to write. Believe it or not, I'm the person that people confide in, and I was going through a lot of stuff with my ex-husband, and I honestly didn't have a lot of people to talk to cause everybody talked to me about their stuff. [It was] almost like I couldn't have s*** going on too," she said. "I'm thinking, 'I got the same problem, but I got to help you with your problem.' So to be able to write and also talk about not only things that went on in my life [but also] friends or frenemies, it helped me get through and put me in a different place."

So, does she think she'll be getting any calls once the ladies do read it? "Probably, probably. I didn't put names," she said. "It's a novel, so it's a little rumor, a little fiction, lots of reality." LOL

Speaking of drama, you can check out Shereé and the ladies every Sunday at 8/7c.

#EMPIRE: Empire Season 3: Eva Longoria Joins Cast As Villain; Empire In Trouble
Empire season 3 news have been making rounds online after the show went on a break. The third season is set to return in March. Exciting new updates have been revealed, where Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Baston is set to make an appearance on the show. Find out what you should expect when Empire returns after its mid-season hiatus.
According to a report from TV Line, the 41-year-old actress is joining multiple episodes on FOX’s hit drama series. Longoria will play the role of Charlotte Frost, a “formidable director” of the state gaming commission who has massive power to control Lucious Lyon’s (Terrence Howard) music empire. The next episode will show Lucious planning to expand his business to Las Vegas, and Miss Frost will definitely get in the way of that.

Business aside, the same publication reports that Charlotte’s “alluring facade, lies a force of darkness and corruption.” While Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) may have seemed to move on with Angelo Dubois (Taye Diggs), it seems like Lucious is getting his slice of romance with Charlotte this time around.

Fans now speculate that Longoria playing the villain could also mean that she will get in the way of Cookie’s role as the co-CEO of Empire.

YESSSSSS!

New Music: Syd (of The Internet) Releases Solo Debut Album ‘Fin’
Syd is ready for the world.

Following the release of her first two solo songs “All About Me” and “Body” last month, the front woman of R&B/Soul band The Internet, has stepped out on her own with the release of her debut album Fin.

After touring the world, and receiving a Grammy nomination with The Internet’s last LP, Ego Death, the singer/songwriter/producer returned to her Los Angeles home studio to craft the work that developed into Fin.  Syd’s experimental, freedom laced creativity flows across the 12-track project, which includes additional production from the likes of MeLo-X, Hit-Boy, Haze, Rahki, and Internet member Steve Lacy, who produced “All About Me.”

“This album is not that deep, but I feel like this is my descent into the depth I want the band to get to,” Syd previously told The FADER. “For me, this is like an in-between thing — maybe get a song on the radio, maybe make some money, have some new shit to perform.”

During an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 on Thursday Syd further shared: “I grew up on pop music. My first albums were Brandy’s first album, Usher’s ‘My Way,’ *NSYNC’s ‘No Strings Attached, and a Britney Spears album. On this one you’ll hear more of the Brandy influence. Maybe some of the Usher influence.”

New Hip Hop New Music: Mila J – ‘F**kboy’
Mila J isn’t here for any “Fuckboy” activities and she lets it be known on her latest track. Released today, the anti-“Fuckboy” anthem allows the R&B songstress to flex on an ex while empowering others to do the same.

“Here’s something for all of my ladies that don’t want to deal with a ‘Fuckboy,'” she tweeted.

The head-knocker matches that attitude with a take-no-prisoners perspective over funky soul. “You a lie and you know you a lie,” she sings. “Don’t deny it / Got me fucked up / I swear this ni**a got me fucked up.”
Listen HERE:

Last year, Mila dropped her 213 EP as an ode to Los Angeles. The project featured several Cali bangers, including “Down” and “Kickin’ Back.”

Super Bowl LI: Tom Brady rallies Patriots from 25 down to overtime win
HOUSTON — The greatest.Super Bowl. Quarterback. Comeback.

That’s what we saw on Sunday in Super Bowl LI as Tom Brady orchestrated the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history and led the Patriots to their fifth championship, a 34-28 overtime win over the Falcons in front of 70,807 at NRG Stadium.

Trailing 21-0 and 28-3, the Patriots scored 31 unanswered points in the final 21:04 of the game, including the game-winning touchdown on a 2-yard run by James White to cap the only overtime drive in Super Bowl history.
The Falcons and league MVP Matt Ryan never touched the ball in overtime.
No team had ever come back from more than a 10-point deficit to win a Super Bowl, and Brady had never come back from more than a 21-point deficit in his career.

“We all brought each other back,” Brady said calmly after the most breathtaking of his Super Bowl experiences. “We never felt out of it.”
Brady, who set Super Bowl records with 43 completions, 62 attempts and 466 yards passing, also threw two touchdown passes. He is the first quarterback and Bill Belichick is the first head coach to win five Super Bowls. Brady broke a tie with Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana, his boyhood idol.

After nearly a decade of having to endure watching David Tyree’s miraculous helmet catch against them which spoiled a would-be perfect season and denied them the Super Bowl XLII title, the Patriots finally found their own ridiculous reception to enjoy. On first-and 10 from their own 36, Brady threw a pass over the middle for Julian Edelman that was tipped in the air by cornerback Robert Alford. Edelman somehow, someway, was able to catch the ball just centimeters off the turf after juggling it once and fighting through a scrum of three Falcons defenders for a 23-yard gain.
Three plays later James White scored from the 1 and Brady hit Danny Amendola for a two-point conversion to tie the score at 28 with 57 seconds remaining and send the Super Bowl into overtime for the first time in history.
After trailing 21-0 and 28-3, the Patriots came roaring back. They finally found the end zone, on a 5-yard pass from Brady to White with 2:06 left in the third, and Stephen Gostkowski clunked the extra point kick off the right upright to leave the score 28-9. A 33-yard field goal by Gostkowski made it 28-12 with 9:44 left in the game.

Still, it seemed the Falcons were in control. Until . . .Dont’a Hightower sacked and forced a fumble by Ryan with 8:24 remaining in regulation to set the Patriots up at the Falcons’ 25, and Brady hit Danny Amendola for a 6-yard touchdown. LeGarrette Blount ran in a two-point conversion to make it 28-20 with 5:56 left.
The Falcons seemed poised to run out the clock even then, as Ryan responded with a short pass to Devonta Freeman for a gain of 39 and a 27-yard pass to Julio Jones along the sideline that seemed destined to join Tyree’s and Mario Manningham’s in New Englanders’ nightmares. But the Falcons had to punt, giving Brady the ball at the 9 with 3:30 left. After two incompletions, Brady hit Chris Hogan for 16 yards from his own end zone to kickstart the tying drive. The Falcons had 52 seconds left and no timeouts and were unable to get in scoring position before the end of regulation.
After a scoreless first quarter, the Falcons turned a pair of takeaways into 14 points and jumped out to a 21-0 lead. Rookie linebackers Deion Jones stripped Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount of the ball less than a minute into the second quarter, when it was recovered by Alford. From there, the league’s top-scoring offense went to work with a pair of passes to Jones for a combined 42 yards and a 5-yard touchdown run by Freeman around the left side on which he was no far away from any Pats defenders he was able to dive into the end zone in celebration.

The Falcons forced a three-and-out before Ryan hit tight end Austin Hooper for a 19-yard touchdown with 8:48 left in the half to go ahead 14-0.

The Patriots looked like they might be able to land some points and stop the momentum with a 15-play drive to the Falcons’ 23 (helped by three defensive holding flags that converted third downs). But on third-and-6 from that 23, Brady was picked off by Alford who returned the pass 82 yards for the second-longest pick-6 in Super Bowl history. That play made the score 21-0 with 2:21 left, was the first return for points against the Patriots all season, and the first career postseason interception for a touchdown by Brady.
The Patriots kicked a field goal with two seconds left in the half to make it 21-3. The Falcons marched 85 yards to make it 28-3 early in the third. Taylor Gabriel’s 35-yard reception over the middle after juking cornerback Malcolm Butler to the turf was the big gain on the drive that ended with a 6-yard pass to Tevin Coleman for a touchdown with 8:31 left in the third quarter.

It was a lead that seemed impossible for the Patriots to overcome.

Eric Garner’s Mother Gwen Carr Arrested During Trump Tower Protest
If you don’t stand for something…you’ll fall for anything!

Eric Garner‘s mother, Gwen Carr, was arrested on Tuesday night during a protest outside of Trump Tower in New York City.
Via NY Post: “In an act of civil disobedience and in the tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Eric Garner’s mom and others were arrested tonight … over President Trump’s SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch,” Sharpton’s longtime spokeswoman, Rachel Noerdlinger, explained in a statement.

It was the reverend’s youngest daughter, Ashley, who was among those taken into custody, in addition to Garner’s mother, Gwen Carr. She is currently the director of the National Action Network’s Youth Huddle group.
Carr — whose son died in July 2014 after being placed in a chokehold by a police officer in Staten Island — has been a vocal critic of Trump in the past, and even helped campaign for Hillary Clinton before the election.
She and several other mothers, who lost sons during police-involved incidents, have spoken publicly against the president during events in NYC.

Frank Ocean Sued by His Father for $14.5 Million
Frank Ocean has been hit with a multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit by none other than his father.

Calvin Cooksey is suing the Grammy winner for a staggering $14.5 million after alleging a 2016 Tumblr post written by his son damaged his reputation and financial opportunities in the entertainment industry.

You may recall that shortly after the Pulse nightclub mass shooting in Orlando last summer, Frank published an emotional note on his Tumblr page. In the note, Frank reveals that his father once used a slur toward a transgender waitress: “I was six years old when I heard my dad call our transgender waitress a faggot as he dragged me out a neighborhood diner saying we wouldn’t be served because she was dirty. That was the last afternoon I saw my father and the first time I heard that word, I think, although it wouldn’t shock me if it wasn’t.”
According to TMZ, Calvin claims the story is false and wants Frank to pay up.

Frank’s father previously sued Russell Simmons for $142 million in 2014 after the mogul claimed he was a deadbeat dad.

David Beckham Responds After Private Emails Leak Online
David Beckham is speaking out after hacked emails were leaked online showing his alleged conversations with his team.
Among the correspondence that leaked were comments slamming opera singer Katherine Jenkins for being honored by the Queen before him, a rant about donating money to UNICEF, and more.

David‘s team has responded to the leak to let people know that the hacked emails were doctored to paint a “deliberately inaccurate picture.”
“This story is based on outdated material taken out of context from hacked and doctored private emails from a third party server and gives a deliberately inaccurate picture,” David‘s team said in a statement (via Gossip Cop).
“David Beckham and UNICEF have had a powerful partnership in support of children for over 15 years. The David Beckham 7 Fund specifically has raised millions of pounds and helped millions of vulnerable children around the world. David Beckham has given significant time and energy and has made personal financial donations to the 7 Fund and this commitment will continue long term,” the statement continued.

“Before establishing the 7 Fund, David had supported UNICEF and a number of other charities over many years, including donating his entire earnings from PSG during his time playing there. David and UNICEF are rightly proud of what they have and will continue to achieve together and are happy to let the facts speak for themselves.”

UNICEF has also released a statement. Read below.

“UNICEF has become aware of media reports relating to 7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund. Some reports relate to alleged private correspondence between our ambassador and other parties, which we have not seen and cannot comment upon.

David Beckham has been a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador since 2005, and as well as generously giving his time, energy and support to help raise awareness and funds for UNICEF’s work for children, David has given significant funds personally. The 7 Fund supports programmes for children, tackling issues such as malnutrition, violence, AIDS and emergencies. For example, in June 2016 David visited Swaziland to raise awareness of the devastating drought affecting Eastern and Southern Africa, helping UNICEF reach people around the world with important messages about the need for urgent action.

UNICEF works closely with high profile personalities in good faith to fundraise, advocate and make long-term change for children in danger around the world. Our Ambassadors support UNICEF in a voluntary capacity, receiving no fee for their time and commitment. They contribute greatly to UNICEF’s work for children.

We are extremely proud of the 7 Fund and all it has achieved for children. Since it launched in February 2015 it has raised millions of pounds for UNICEF programmes and reached millions of people around the world with crucial messages about our work for very vulnerable children.”

So there……..
