Usher Explains His Album Delay
R&B singer Usher Raymond, 36, is featured on the current cover of Billboard magazine wearing a crown to symbolize his lofty status as the King of R&B. But fans are wondering when Usher’s long-awaited album is going to drop.
From Billboard: In a trait common to major names in 2014, Mr Raymond seems to be making the transition from releasing diamond-certified albums and near-annual #1 hits to struggling to even land gold certifications.
Indeed, the star’s most recent opus – 2012’s ‘Looking 4 Myself’ – has sold 504,000 Stateside, according to Nielsen SoundScan — 800,000 fewer than the LP prior (2010’s ‘Raymond vs. Raymond’).
And while this Fall was to bring with it his triumphant return, the campaign ‘Good Kisser’ led LP was brought to an abrupt halt and its release bumped to an undisclosed date next year.
Speaking to Billboard, the performer explained his reason for the delay. He also opened up on the waywardness of his mentee Justin Bieber.

TLC Cancels ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Over Mama June’s Dating Choices
TLC abruptly cancelled the popular reality TV series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo over Mama June’s dating choices, reports gossip tabloid TMZ.com.
The Toddlers & Tiaras spin-off centered around former child beauty contestant Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 9, whose cherubic smile and sassy southern charm made her an instant hit with TV viewers.
Honey Boo Boo’s mother June Shannon is reportedly dating Mark McDaniel, 53, a registered sex offender who allegedly molested one of June’s younger relatives.
TMZ reports McDaniel was charged with aggravated child molestation in 2004 for “forcing oral sex on an 8-year-old child.”
TLC has released a statement:
“TLC has cancelled the series HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO and ended all activities around the series, effective immediately. Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children’s ongoing comfort and well-being.”
The show’s ratings are off their peak, averaging around 1.4 million overnight viewers earlier this year from 1.8 million season three.

Nick Cannon Donates $2 Million Dollar Shoes To Charity
Nick Cannon is displaying a side of his character that most of the media is slow to report in the wake of his impending divorce with Mariah Carey.

The multifaceted celebrity is has just parted with a pair of $2 million dollar shoes that will auctioned off on a future date for charity.
Via MSN: Nick Cannon is helping to keep a New York City children’s hospital open by donating the $2 million (£1.25 million) diamond-encrusted loafers he recently wore on the America’s Got Talent finale to board executives.The actor, rapper and TV host had the pricey pair specially made by designer Jason Arashenen, with each shoe boasting more than 14,000 full-cut diamonds set in white gold, with a weight of 340 carats.
Cannon showed off the fancy fashion during the last episode of America’s Got Talent’s ninth season in September (14) and he has since handed them over to the St. Mary’s Hospital for Children in Queens,

We are months away from the premiere of the 2014 remake of the 1982 classic musical film Annie.
Tyrese Gibson and his cute daughter Shayla hosted their very own private screening of the flick in their outdoor home theater for family and close friends in Woodland Hills. And it looked like fun times.
Former SVP of Production for Columbia Pictures (who recently inked a new production deal with SONY) came out to check out the film. DeVon thanks Tyrese and Shayla for their hospitality saying, “Thank you to the homie @tyrese and his beautiful daughter Shayla for hosting an epic advance screening of @anniemovie !!! “Hollywood Exes” star Shamicka Lawrence came out to support and to enjoy the lavish pampering services.
And “Hollywood Exes” star Sheree Fletcher was also in attendance for the festivities.
The exclusive brunch was made possible by April Daniels in conjunction with The Wright Sisters of YES Productions, which gathered an intimate group of influential women, to cultivate, connect and celebrate each other.
The ladies were pampered with hand massages, make-up, nail services, custom perfume station, flash tattoos and a lash bar. Tamar experienced a little mishap with the massaging oil spilling on her dress during her massage. According to HipHopDX: With the Los Angeles storefront releasing the brand’s Air Force 1 Collection collaboration, conspicuous sneakerhead Wale was seen lining up with fellow heads outside the Supreme store.
The website Sneaker Mob quickly posted an article with a headline claiming that “Wale Camps Out For Supreme X AF1” before the rapper himself clarified that he was just there taking pictures with fans and Tweeted an underhanded slight at the site.

Ciara CELEBRATES Her 29th Birthday With LaLa Anthony, Baby Future & Kiyan At The Zoo
New mom Ciara skipped out on the club scene and decided to bring in her 29th birthday with a super chill trip to the zoo. And course, she brought along her 5-month-old son Baby Future, her bestie LaLa Anthony and her son Kiyan for some family fun with the animals at Central Park Zoo in NYC.
While LaLa held on to Future Jr., CiCi and Kiyan explored the exhibits, crawling inside a huge tortoise shell to see what it would be like to be a land-dwelling creature inside of a shell. Cute.
Then they hopped into a giant sized turtle egg and Ciara said, "A Turtle Laid An Egg, and This Came Out! #GoldenEgg!#PerfectBirthdayFun".
CiCi was all smiles snapping a selfie with a goat named Virgo until....
Virgo got a little hungry and tried to munch on her hair! Ha!
