Drake Rocks The Cover Of Toronto Life’s 2015 Power Issue

Drake rocks what he’s calling his “most important magazine cover to date” – posing for his hometown magazine, Toronto Life.

The issue highlights the city’s 50 Most Influential People with “The Power List,” and Drizzy lands at No. 1 in the 6. He shared a spot on the cover of the same issue back in 2012, and at that time ranked at number 32 on the list.

Fast forward to 2015, and the “Hotline Bling” rapper nabs the top spot……Congrats!

#TEAMUNBREAKABLE Janet Jackson’s Hawaii Stop was a Homecoming for Key players on her Team!

Janet Jackson performed her third and final show in Hawaii Sunday night. She performed for nearly two hours on Thursday and Friday at the Blaisdell Arena.

And behind the scenes of Jackson’s “Unbreakable” tour, four of her core team members are from Oahu. They are creative director and choreographer Gil Duldulao, assistant choreographer Whyley Yoshimura, makeup artist Preston Meneses and tour hair stylist Cassidy “Cassandra” Unciano.

Now working and living out of Los Angeles, they all say they are happy to be back home, even if it’s just for a little while, and they had some great advice for people looking to break into the industry.

Duldulao grew up in Kalihi and has been working with Janet Jackson for 20 years. “It’s amazing,” he said. “She is like family to me. She is such a sweet, loving, kind, creative genius.”

Kamehameha Schools graduate Yoshimura from Mililani started out dancing for Jackson when he was 18.

“I’ve grown to know her better, and she always has been the same though,” he said. “From the get-go, she treats all her dancers very well. She is one of the most giving artists and one of the best bosses. It’s weird to call her a boss, because she doesn’t act like a boss.”

Meneses and Unciano are part of Jackson’s glam squad. Maneses is from Waipahu and has been doing Jackson’s makeup for nearly 10 years, and Unciano grew up in Kalihi Valley.

“Just dream, honey,” Meneses said. “You can do it all if you can see it in your head. It can come true.”

Unciano said “she is so cool. She makes us feel comfortable, act normal and be ourselves. Once in a while, I still get the ‘OMG, this is JJ!'”

Duldulao is the one responsible from bringing the 808 team together. “If I see talent, pure talent, even if it’s from Hawaii,” he said. “We have so many talented dancers and talented artists in Hawaii who move to L.A., I’m going to put my time and love into someone.

“I would just like to give back and thanks to my mentors here, Marcelo Pacleb, Mara Bacon, Pam Sandridge and Jared Ake. They are very imporatant people in my life and I wouldn’t be here today without them.”

Our friends over at The Aazah Post spilled tea that NFL running back Tevin Coleman of the Atlanta Falcons is the latest player to have his pictures leaked. There's a website out there that "catfish" ballers and asks them for naked pictures. Then when they send the pics, the site leaks them. Their first victim is Tevin.

Several fans are now freaking-out, since Coleman's face is clearly recognizable in the shameless selfies:

Steve Harvey Sued by Private Jet Company for $205,000

Steve Harvey decided to trick out a private jet but then allegedly decided not to go through with the deal AFTER the company made all of his modifications — and now he’s being sued.

via TMZ: Business Aircraft Leasing claims the “Family Feud” star made a deal back in April to lease a Gulfstream G-IVSP S/N 1289. But standard features weren’t enough, according to the company … Steve wanted the interior modified to the tune of more than $400k … of which he’d pay half, according to the company.

As for what Steve wanted … custom carpet, a reconfiguration of the interior cabin from 16 seats to 14 seats, custom seat design and new upper and lower cabin sidewalls. The company says all the modifications were made in reliance of the contract.

Short story … Steve allegedly had a change of heart, never leased the jet and the company is on the hook for the improvements.

The jet company wants $205k minimum.

At least he’s not getting sued for the whole amount!

Denzel Washington Set To Receive Cecil B. Demille Award At Golden Globes!

Actor/Director Denzel Washington is making 60 one of his best years yet.  He reunited with Training Day director Antoine Fuqua to film the Magnificent 7, announced there will be an Equalizer sequel, and he's set to direct the movie version of August Wilson’s Fences (he starred in the Broadway production in 2010!) for Paramount Pictures.  Not to mention he became a meme viral sensation this year as well with those creepy teeth and that mustache he was rocking for a role.

It's about time the Academy Award & Golden Globe winner is recognized even more for his body of work, and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association agrees.  At the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards (airing January 10), Denzel will be honored with the 2016 Cecil B. DeMille Award.

HFPA President Lorenzo Soria revealed: “Washington’s long and storied career is earmarked by his countless roles in front and behind the camera.  It is the HFPA’s privilege to honor his contributions to the entertainment industry with the Cecil B. DeMille Award.”

Denzel follows George Clooney in receiving the Award.  Congrats to Denzel!

Charlie Sheen Admits He is HIV Positive; Paid $10M in Extortion Money

Charlie Sheen confirmed reports that he is HIV positive on NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday.

“I am in fact HIV positive,” the 50-year-old womanizer told “Today” host Matt Lauer.

Sheen said he’s known about his diagnosis for four years, and that he originally thought he had a brain tumor because he suffered from migraine headaches.

He said he also experienced drenching night sweats for 3 nights in a row.

“It is a hard three letters to absorb,” he said.

Sheen told Lauer that he didn’t know how he contracted the disease. But there are reports that Sheen had casual sex with male and female escorts, including M2F transvestites.

Sheen told Lauer it was “impossible” for him to transmitted the HIV virus to any of his sex partners.

Sheen said he confided in those he trusted and told them about his HIV status. He said that’s when the “shakedowns” began.

He said he paid “upwards of $10 million” to others to buy their silence.

When asked if he would continue paying, he replied “Not after today.”

Sheen’s personal physician, Robert Huizenga, told Lauer he has known Sheen for five or six years. He confirmed that Sheen’s HIV viral load is “undetectable.”

Ciara oozes sex appeal as she gives a peek of her black leather bra on the cover of L'uomo Vogue

They say that sex sells. So Ciara's next magazine appearance should be flying off the shelves.

The 29-year-old singer, full name Ciara Princess Harris, scintillates on the latest cover of L'uomo Vogue magazine.

On the front of the Italian men's version of the iconic fashion bible, the Love Sex Magic hitmaker gives just a peek of a black leather bra while shooting a sultry look at the camera.

Over the revealing top, she donned a large double-breasted wool coat, which was worn slightly off the shoulders, featuring large metal buttons.

Ciara's long dark tresses were teased to look big, sexy and messy as she had natural, complimentary make-up on her face.

The brunette beauty definitely seemed to be excited about the cover as she shared it with her 4.5million Instagram followers on Tuesday.

She wrote: 'So Excited To Share My #LuomoVogue Cover Shoot With You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @francasozzani1 You're Everything. You Inspire Me. I Admire You. THANK YOU.'

Claudia Jordan Tries To Make Amends For Calling Tiny A “Pig”, Tiny Claps Back (Tweets)

Back in 2013, Claudia Jordan went on a seemingly unwarranted and relentless slander-session during a broadcast on Foxxhole Radio, with “Tiny” Tameka Harris as the primary target of her cold words. Now that a couple of years have passed since Claudia made those truly hurtful remarks about how she feels as though Tiny has the facial features of a pig, Claudia has issued a public apology.

She recently addressed her wrongdoing on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, where she apologized in full. Claudia claims that the tears she shed while expressing her regret for roasting Tiny in such a foul way were real, and that she’s felt horrible about the things she said ever since. She advised any of her loyal followers to do the same if they truly believe that they’ve wronged someone who didn’t deserve it.

Now, while Claudia may feel at peace since she’s finally apologized, that doesn’t mean that Tiny is obligated to accept her apology. Instead of accept Claudia’s attempt to mend the rift between them, Tiny fired off some harsh words of her own. A fan brought the foul Foxxhole video to Tiny’s attention, and the reality TV star lashed out at Claudia on Twitter. Tiny proceeded to call her a “hoe” and a “slut,” along with a few other jabs.

It looks like these two may still have a few more bridges to mend before they can truly be cool with one another.

Lady Gaga Hits the Gym After a Night of Drinking 

She works hard and plays even harder, and Lady Gaga made sure to get some exercise to counteract the effects of the alcohol she consumed the previous evening.

The “Just Dance” hitmaker posted a photo from the fitness center via Instagram, along with the caption, “Starting my day off feeling strong, gotta sweat out the whiskey from last night’s jam session.”

Rapper Snoop Dogg, 43, welcomes his first grandson, Zion, via Instagram 

Rapper Snoop Dogg has become a grandfather and shared the happy news via Instagram on Wednesday.

The 43-year-old artist's eldest son, Corde Broadus, and wife Jessica Kyzer had a son they called Zion.

Baby Zion is the first grandchild born to the Next Episode rapper.

'Zion. U have a lot of love WAitn on u grandson!!' Snoop Dogg wrote in an Instagram post accompanied by a montage of various family members - most of them looking fondly at the newborn.

The rapper himself was out of town at the time, making his Instagram posts a major way of showing affection to the newest member of the family.

A second photo showed Snoop Dogg's wife, Shante Taylor, holding the baby, captioned as 'Proud grandma @bosslady.'

Snoop didn't stop with photos though, adding in a short video of his baby grandson doing the adorable nothing displayed by newborns.

'Proud granddad. My son spank n grandson Zion !! Jah bless,' the rapper wrote as a caption.

The baby joins Snoop Dogg's three children - 20-year-old Corde, 17-year-old Cordell, and 15-year-old Cori - in the family.

It has been a busy year for both family and business in Snoop Dogg's life.

His latest TV venture, for example, combined both of those things into Snoop & Son, a docuseries about Cordell's hopes of playing high-level college football next year.

The first episode of Snoop & Son premiered on ESPN on Wednesday, the same day that little Zion was introduced to the world.

Pacquiao Agrees To Fight Mayweather, Mayweather Still Hasn’t Signed Contract (Tweets)

The fight that every single boxing fan has waited years to see, Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, has finally taken a big step forward in the direction of the fight actually going down on May 2nd.

Reports Vlad: In recent weeks, Manny and Floyd have been sending loads of jabs back and forth on Instagram, taunting each other to fight with the bulk of those challenges coming from Pacquiao.

In the past, random drug testing was an issue, and then later the issue became a fair monetary split between them. Now, after much consideration, Pacman has agreed to the terms laid out before him in order to lock down a fight with Mayweather.

According to ESPN Senior Boxing Writer Dan Rafael, Manny has in fact agreed to undergo the random drug testing that Floyd has been demanding for so long, and even agreed to pocket a significantly smaller purse than what he previously demanded. Rafael believes that Manny truly wants this fight to happen, and is more than willing to sacrifice his own personal income in order to please the fans’ desire to see these two Titans rumble in the ring.

Despite the public’s many cries for Mayweather and Manny to finally throw hands, Rafael isn’t completely sure if Floyd will accept the fight despite Manny agreeing to his terms. Rafael thinks that Floyd would like to be in more control of the situation than he already is, and may have less incentive to fight Pacman now that he is basically guaranteed to make $30 million for each of his two remaining fights on his Showtime contract.

Only time will tell if Floyd agrees to fight Manny on May 2nd. In the meantime, Manny has continued to throw jabs at Floyd on Instagram, egging him on to fight.

According to reports Bobby Brown sits down with Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson for an interview called "Bobby Brown: Remembering Whitney," to air on Lifetime immediately following the 'Whitney' biopic.

The movie focuses on the first five years of Bobby's and Whitney's relationship.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina and mother Cissy Houston have both spoken out against the biopic which airs this Saturday on Lifetime.

Rosie Perez May Leave ‘The View’ After Only Four Months!

Reports are surfacing that Rosie Perez, one of the newest co-hosts on ‘The View,’ could possibly depart the show after only four months.

According to an exclusive report from Variety, actress/choreographer Rosie Perez is supposedly leaving the opinionated morning talk show “The View.” Perez had only joined the table of co-hosts four months ago, along with returning co-host Rosie O’Donnell and new co-host Nicolle Wallace.

The “Do The Right Thing” actress had not been on the show this month because of her appearance in Broadway’s “Fish In The Dark.” Variety‘s report also says that a show representative denied Perez’s alleged exit stating that “her status with the show has not changed.” However, it does appear that there may have been a few issues with Perez. Sources tell Variety that Perez never seemed to grasp “the show’s mixture of hard and soft news” and they claim that she had “trouble reading from a TelePrompTer.”

Furthermore, the overall show’s ratings had been in a steady decline since the beginning of this season. That decline could probably be mostly credited to the numerous on-air tangible tension moments and heated arguments between co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O’Donnell. I’m quite sure that viewers had grown quite tired of their daily debacles!

Christina Milian Finally Comes Clean On Lil Wayne Dating Rumor

R&B singer Christina Milian recently talked about her personal relationship with Young Money boss Lil Wayne amid months of dating speculation. Despite the speculation, Milian dismissed the intimate gossip and rumors.

Reports Sohh: “People definitely see us around a lot together, but we have a very cool relationship. I think it’s a relationship to be protected because the world has something to say about everything. If it’s something worth anything, I think it’s best to enjoy and live for yourself.” (Singersroom)

Last year, Christina talked about working with Wayne for their “Start A Fire” collaboration.

“This record has actually been around for a second and actually while we were filming the show. Despite her close-knit bond to Wayne, R&B singer Nivea recently said she could not see his rumored girlfriend attending any family events.

Who run the world? GIRLS! girls to be exact. A a few of our fave Chicks showed out at ELLE magazine’s annual Women in Television celebration at Sunset Tower in West Hollywood.

Fresh from a girls' getaway with her friends in Jamaica, Keke Palmer ditched her red hue and switched it up for a honey blonde hue to hit the carpet. And she's still rocking her new face jewelry.

For the last week, chick has been soaking in some sun and partying with friends after successfully slaying 136 shows for her Broadway role as Cinderella. But now she’s back to work and turning heads at red carpet events. And we're loving this cut-out one-shouldered LDB.

"black•ish" star Tracee Ellis Ross is a usual red carpet slayer and last night was no different. The uber stylish one rocked a red Victoria Beckham midi dress that hugged all the right curves. Her red sandals, topped off with her curly coif completed her perfect look. Work!

"Big Bang Theory" star Regina King (who celebrates her 44th birthday tomorrow) strutted her stuff in a long-sleeved geometric bodycon mini. She looks great!

ABC series creator Shonda Rhimes came out to celebrate all the amazing ladies in television. We're not totally loving her look, but she's still fab.

Kat Graham hit up the event in this mint green sequined number, which she styled with silver pumps and silver clutch. We feelin' it?

"Being Mary Jane" star Gabrielle Union chopped it up with Tracee. Love them both!

Gabby also posed it up with actresses Whitney Cummings and Xosha Roquemore.

"How To Get Away With Murder" star Aja Naomi King and "Galavant" actress Karen David snagged a photo-op with Regina.

Meanwhile, Shonda Rhimes was rubbing elbows with ELLE's editor-in-chief Robbie Myers and "Girls" writer Lena Dunham.

Madonna, Ariana Grande Among First Performers Announced for 2015 Grammy Awards!

Madonna, Ariana Grande, AC/DC, and others have officially been announced as some of the performers for the upcoming 57th Annual Grammy Awards show!

Singer-songwriter and actress Ariana Grande and singer-songwriter/dancer/actress Madonna will both perform on this year’s Grammy Awards show! Here’s the announcement as posted on the official Twitter page for the Grammys:

Grande is known for her incredible vocal range showcased in her hit songs “The Way,” “Problem,” and “Bang Bang” with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J. Grande is also nominated for the first time ever for “Bang Bang” in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category and for Best Pop Vocal Album for My Everything. Grande’s Grammy performance will also be her first and we can expect some great vocal delivery from her.

Madonna is best known for her controversial songs and overall unique performances and persona. The “Vogue” singer is also known as pop royalty as she is considered by many to be the “Queen of Pop” because of her string of hits in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. Furthermore, Guinness World Records named her the “best-selling female recording artist of all time.” This legendary performer has a new album, Rebel Heart, that unfortunately has been slammed with leaks all over the place. Nevertheless, this performance will be the perfect place to promote her latest work.

Other announced performers were country rocker Eric Church, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, and classic rock group AC/DC. More performers are expected to be announced prior to “Music’s Biggest Night.” The 57th Annual Grammy Awards are set to air on CBS Sunday, February 8th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
