So Nicki Minaj PLAGIRIZED “Starships” she’s being SUED!
TEAM BARBZ We have a problem! Clive Tanka has sued Nicki Minaj for Copyright infringement claiming that her mega-hit “Starships” ripped off his song “Neu Chicago”, according to the Chicago Tribune. Filed yesterday in a U.S. District Court in Chicago, the suit also names RedOne, who produced the track, as well as co-writers Carl Falk, Wayne Hector, and Rami Yacoub. Tanaka claims that Minaj’s team would have likely been aware of the track, since it had been used in multiple TV ads in Sweden, and had hundreds of thousands of online plays.
The suit says he is a U.S. citizen, and lists his address as being in Chicago. Tanaka claims that Minaj’s team would have likely been aware of the track, since it had been used in multiple TV ads in Sweden, and had hundreds of thousands of online plays. Producers are really sad these days, they are either stealing others people’s music or recycling their own to different artists.
Karma Indeed! , BUT you Getting sued for Plagiarism? Check out both songs and see if he has a leg to stand on..
I can hear the similarities
