For your Euro Heads: Usher Announces ‘Euphoria Tour’ Of Europe With Rita Ora
He’s one of the biggest established acts, she’s one of the biggest newcomers, hence it’s only fitting that Usher and Rita Ora join forces for a major trek of one the industry’s biggest markets – Europe.
The superstar announce a 21-date tour of Europe, titled the ‘Euphoria Tour’ in honor of the fan-favorite song on his latest opus ‘Looking 4 Myself’.
Beginning in Amsterdam on January 18th 2013, the jaunt – which sees Ora serve as a special guest – will journey on to various other major cities in region including London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Sheffield, Nottingham and Manchester.

Timbaland & Missy Elliott Give Their Opinion On Posthumous Aaliyah Album
The idea of a posthumous Aaliyah album doesn't sit well with Timbaland and Missy Elliott. The music duo, who just dropped new joints, “9th Inning” and “Triple Threat” Monday (Sept. 17), caught up with Angie Martinez on Hot 97, where the subject of the forthcoming release was brought up.
Aaliyah's family members commissioned Drake and producer Noah “40” Shebib to helm the project. From Timb's view, he's not even sure if they are working on an album, or just a single. “I think it's just blown out of proportion,” he said.
Even after news broke that both parties may have taken issue with the work, Drake never reached out, but if he did, Elliott said that she would've been that of compassion. “My response would be a little different because I have to respect her family and until they come and say we're ready to do an Aaliyah album, then I don't really want to get into that because it's very sensitive.”
However, since the tracks that will make up the album were previously unreleased, Elliott is skeptical as to how Aaliyah might feel about the whole thing. “We're talking about unifinsihed music, and we don't know her reasoning for not putting those records out,” she added. “Maybe she didn't feel like they were her best work.We don't want to tap into that.”
With or without their support, the Aaliyah album is due out next year and will feature roughly 16 previously unheard tracks

Jasmine Guy Seeking Unpaid Child Support
A Different World star Jasmine Guy says her ex-husband totally dropped the ball on paying his child support for the last two years to the tune of nearly $40,000, this according to court documents. Jasmine filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court recently, claiming Terrence Mitchell Duckett — who she divorced in 2008 — was ordered by a judge to pay $1,469/month in child support for the couple’s daughter. In the documents, Jasmine says Terrence hasn’t paid a dime since May 2010. Jasmine filed the documents, because she wants a judge to hold her ex in contempt of court. She wants to collect on the debt by garnishing his wages, going after his assets, or even having him thrown in jail.
A hearing on the matter was scheduled for last month, but was cancelled because Jasmine was unable to serve her ex with the papers. Sources close to Jasmine say the actress is still attempting to serve the papers, so the hearing can be rescheduled.
Jasmine lawyer, Lisa West, said, “Both parents have the financial responsibility of rearing a child. Jasmine has always met and will continue to meet her financial responsibility. She, however unfortunately, finds herself in the same position as are many single mothers in this country — she must enforce her child’s right to benefit from the financial assets of both parents.”

Usher and Shakira Set To Take Over "The Voice" As New Coaches
For the upcoming next cycle of "The Voice," Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo will be taking a season off to work on their music, tours and tv projects. So, R&B/Pop man Usher has been tapped to keep one of the seats warm. And Latin bombshell Shakira has been tapped for the other seat.
The show's Executive Producer Mark Burnett said, “Usher is not just a singer or an entertainer, he is a global icon.”
The L.A. gig is also good for Usher's new schedule as a full-time primary custody dad, so he canhave his boys in one place for a certain amount of time.
As for the semi-surprising change-up, Deadline.com reports:
When it expanded The Voice to two editions a year, NBC brass said that not all Voice coaches will be able to do both cycles of the reality singing competition because of the demands of their music careers. NBC chairman Bob Greenblatt said the network was “happy to accommodate” Green and Aguilera’s commitments. “The participants on our show benefit from our coaches’ expertise and their continued success in the music business allows for significant new contributions to the contestants when they return,” he said.

New Wyclef Jean Book (‘PURPOSE’) Tells why Fugees Break Up Happened
If you haven’t heard, former Fugees member Wyclef releases his autobiography.
In “PURPOSE: An Immigrant’s Story,” Wycleff talks about everything from his impoverished childhood in Haiti, to becoming a big star.
Although he was married when they carried on a torrid affair, Fugees founder Wyclef Jean says it was bandmate Lauryn Hill’s lies about the paternity of her child that doomed the ’90s hip-hop trio.
In his autobiography out tomorrow, Jean claims Hill tricked him into believing her firstborn son was his, when, in fact, the father was Bob Marley’s son Rohan.
“In that moment something died between us. I was married and Lauryn and I were having an affair, but she led me to believe that the baby was mine, and I couldn’t forgive that,” Jean writes in “Purpose,” at which The Post got a first look yesterday.
The Haitian-born Jean says the betrayal by Hill led to the band’s 1997 breakup. “She could not longer be my muse,” he wrote. “Our love spell was broken.”
Chris Brown's Probation Hearing Delayed For One Week
A hearing for to determine whether or not Chris Brown completed his community service has been rescheduled to give prosecutors more time to build their case. The singer was scheduled to show up in court Monday (Sept. 18), for the first time in a year, but the proceedings have been pushed back for an extra week.
Brown turned himself in to authorities after his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna, and was given five years' probation, and ordered to complete domestic violence awareness course alongside completing community service. In July, a judge ordered an audit of the 23-year-old's progress. The singer's lawyer, Pat Harris, had no problem with the inquiry, maintaining that Brown finished the six months worth of work that he was sentenced to complete.
Since the attack, Brown and Rihanna have remained friends, and are now allowed to be near one another since a protection order has been lifted. Last week, the Grammy winner debuted a neck tattoo that was said to have resembled a battered woman, although he denied the allegations.
More than three years after the altercation, Brown still receives backlash. Members of a domestic violence group plastered stickers on his Fortune album stating: Warning Do Not Buy This Album! This Man Beats Women.

Kid from “Kid N Play” is Accidentally Arrested
Remember Kid from “Kid N Play?” 47-year-old Kid, better known as Christopher Reid was arrested in Los Angeles on Tuesday August 9th. The 47-year-old rapper/actor was known well for his musical rap career, hairstyle and acting appearances on shows such as “House Party,” “Martin” and “Sister Sister.” According to TMZ, the rapper/actor was taken into custody for a warrant, that stems from a 2010 drunk driving case. He was arrested, hit with the DUI and received three years probation. Rumor has it that “Kid” stayed calm throughout the entire arrest and didn’t give the police much trouble. More details later. Update: Kid says that it was a “clerical error” and that he was accidentally arrested. He was quoted saying, “I love L.A. Peace to the Po-Po.”
Eddie Murphy Moves On From Rocsi With A New Blonde Chick
51-year-old Eddie Murphy stepped out at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills to have dinner with his newest chick. She's the blonde Hollywood type, a different look for him in comparison to Honduran "106 & Park" co-host Rocsi Diaz.
After taking Rocsi to Hawaii for a week long vacay with his kids, plus being on her arm for several BET events before the 2012 BET Awards, it looks like he's moved on already.
We're told he dumped Rocsi after the Debra Lee dinner back in July because all the public appearances and thirst for the camera just wasn't his style. That explains why he failed to show up as her date as planned to the actual Awards show the next day. Regardless of why exactly the two stopped "dating" and "getting coffee", it looks like Eddie has indeed moved on:
