“New” Destiny’s Child Album Title, Due Date Revealed
As reported here, Matthew Knowles, the mastermind behind one of the best-selling girl groups of all-time Destiny’s Child, revealed news of plans to release not one, but two new projects under the band’s moniker.
Though originally thought to be a set of “new” recordings, reports later surfaced indicating the albums to be collections of greatest hits and unreleased tunes. Be that as it may, Daddy Knowles is still pressing forward – with the ‘Greatest Hits’ compilation up first.
Undoubtedly with hopes that sales of the offering will inspire the threesome to regroup, Matthew is letting fans know when they can snatch their copy of Beyonce, Michelle, and Kelly‘s forthcoming set:
Album Title: ‘Playlist’
Release Date: October 9, 2012
Via Billboard:
The set will arrive on the 15-year anniversary of the band’s first No. 1 hit, “No, No, No Part 2.” “…will include that song as well as each of the group’s chart-toppers, including “Say My Name,” “Independent Women, Part 1″ and “Bootylicious.”
Destiny’s Child Playlist Tracklisting
