‘Love & Hip Hop Star’ Stevie J Served With Subpoena For Unpaid Child Support

Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J was served with a subpoena on Feb. 13 to appear in a New York family court for unpaid child support, Stevie Still Owes Over $1 Million.

The mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive court documents and details.

According to the paperwork, Stevie — real name Steven Jordan — must appear in court on Feb. 25 because he has “failed to obey the support order dated January 10, 2012.”

“This subpoena requires Steve J’s appearance or an arrest warrant can be issued by the State of New York,” Bennett’s rep, Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez, told Radar.

Dr. Dre, Eminem and Jimmy Iovine grace the cover of the April/May 2014 of XXL magazine. No, Detox isn't coming out, but the issue does cover the new Beats Music streaming service.

Says XXL:

This month's issue of XXL celebrates Beats Electronics with the first ever magazine cover featuring Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine and Eminem. Beats By Dre initially took over the industry with their headphones six years ago. She was overjoyed to receive a Valentine's Day proposal from longtime boyfriend Matthew Rutler, but Christina Aguilera may be surprised at how much thought and effort went into the big moment.

Valentines Day film producer popped the question in Hawaii with a giant diamond sparkler.

According to People, he'd been working on designing the ring for over a year with care taken to make sure each part represented their three-year relationship.

A source familiar with the ring told the magazine, "The actual band weaves and intertwines [the] diamonds. Every connecting criss-cross symbolizes how their paths crossed … the ring narrows at the base [to] reflect how their bond continues to grow closer and stronger over time. Page Six Reports That R. Kelly Could Be Facing Jail Time For Unpaid Child Support

Damn, I hope this ain’t true. But, Page Six is reporting that R&B Superstar R. Kelly could be facing jail time for unpaid child support. R. Kelly has allegedly fell behind on child support payments. Kellz is accused in court papers filed Thursday by his ex-wife Andrea Kelly of failing to pay $20,833 a month in child support he owes.

The singer’s lawyer says the R&B star, who has gone underground, could face jail time, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

Say it ain’t so…

Last year he fell more than $100,000 behind in payments but managed to pay the debt off. Kelly previously has owed millions in unpaid taxes and even had to auction off one of his homes.

RHOA’s Cynthia Bailey Says Hubby Peter Thomas Not Involved in Apollo Nida Bank Scandal

It’s safe to say that the Real Housewives of Atlanta has just as much drama on screen as it does off. Over the past few episodes, we have seen the fallout from an epic brawl involving all of the cast members on what was supposed to be a festive time. If that isn’t enough, last month, surprising allegations were made about Phaedra Parks’ hubby Apollo Nida who was arrested for alleged bank fraud and identity theft. Reportedly, the reality star is being accused of creating fake business and opening fake bank accounts under real people’s names. Also, it’s being reported that he deposited US Treasury Checks, checks from retired Delta Airlines employees and other unclaimed monies. Nida was scheduled to appear in court last week, but it looks like that was postponed.

In a recent interview with Jet Magazine, Cynthia Bailey spoke out on the recent drama on and off screen. Bailey talks about her current relationship with Kenya Moore and NeNe’s involvement in the infamous ‘pillow talk’ brawl, Peter’s involvement with Apollo’s court troubles and more. Status of her relationship with Kenya:

 Kenya and I are cool. I have come to the conclusion that people feel like NeNe started it. She never told anyone to get up and fight, but she definitely stirred the pot a little bit.

Rumors that Peter was involved in Apollo’s business dealings:

I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge. The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information, and this is the first time that I have heard rumors that Peter is involved in any way.

Watching the fight on television:

When the fight actually happened, we were all really surprised. When everyone started initially fighting with their words and throwing lots of shade, I sort of knew that it would escalate and I know that the people who watch our show don’t want to see us fighting, especially when mates and husbands get physical.

Who she feels is to blame for the fight:

I say when Kenya actually got up. I don’t want to put the blame on her, but her emotion just caused a domino effect. You know we are all grown and personally, I always try to be rational and conduct myself with class, but sometimes my crew is a little messy sometimes  — and I can’t not throw a rock in there sometimes.

Kevin Hart Explains Why His Girlfriend Eniko Parish Is Marriage Material

Kevin Hart is a man who is clearly in love. After ending his marriage with ex-wife, Torrei Hart, the father of two (he and Torrei share a daughter and son) has moved on romantically with Eniko Parish. For the last few years, their relationship has continued to blossom. In an interview with Necole Bitchie, the About Last Night actor explains why he considers Eniko the perfect woman for him in love and marriage. He explains:

I found somebody who put a smile on my face. I found somebody who genuinely made me happy. Which people don’t realize is not an easy task. You know, the word ‘happy’ is a strong word. I’m not talking about facilitating happiness, I’m talking about genuinely making me happy. And she does that. Eniko is a strong woman in my life. Not [just] in the way she embraces me but from the way that- in the beginning of our relationship, for years I kept my kids away from what we were doing until I felt [they] were ready and when I finally did [put her around my kids] she embraced that as well. And the way that she stepped up to the plate and just accepted me for who I am, accepted me as a man coming in with kids and not even blinking an eye. I think she’s shown that she’s a woman who has my back. And that’s what you want when you’re in the position that I’m in and you’re in the entertainment business. Everybody’s going to question everything you do. Everybody’s going to question everything you say, but you have to come to a strong decision of what’s right and what’s wrong. And right now, the one thing I can say is right is having that woman in my life.

He adds:

At the end of the day, you gotta realize that sometimes people just aren’t meant to be together and you find that out differently. But you know, I think the good thing about me and my ex-wife [Torrei] is- I love the fact that [she] is the mother of my kids. I wouldn’t ask for a better person to do it. She gave me two amazing kids and because of that, that’s [her] invaluable purpose to our relationship and in our life.

It’s evident that while Kevin and Torrei have parted ways, they remain responsible in the co-parenting arena:

So from this day on, we’re in each others’ lives. We’re friends. We’re [amicable]. It’s not a thing where we don’t get along or we’re fighting all the time. We’re good.

Michael Vick, Bow Wow Launch New Hair Care Line WaveMasterz

*Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick and rapper/BET host Bow Wow are teaming up in an effort to supply all of your hair wave needs.

The two are releasing WaveMasterz, a new line of hair care products featuring brushes, pomade, doorags, and skull caps.  Vick announced the venture on Twitter.

 “Follow the next BIG thing, my business venture: @WaveMasterz #TeamVick,” he tweeted  Monday.

Vick and Bow Wow have also launched an Instagram account that features the logo of their new line. So far, they have over 3,200 followers.

Now a free agent, Vick is hoping to be able to start for a NFL team this season. Despite his age of 33, an NFL personnel executive told NFL.com that he thinks Vick could definitely find a team to play for.

“There are too many teams that are in need of an upgrade for him not to be looked at as a starter,” the personnel executive said. “I could see a team signing him, and developing a young guy. Vick could be a very good bridge starter for two to three years.”

Lil Kim Keeps Identity of Child’s Father Private, Says Pregnancy Has Motivated Her

Lil Kim has yet to release a statement, but congrats are definitely in order! This is her first child.

Lil Kim has officially confirmed her pregnancy, telling Us Weekly: I’m so excited! I’m a few months along, I can’t wait to be a mom!

She added that fans shouldn’t expected time off. I’m still going to work. I’m still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!

During her first public appearance as an expecting mom, she took to the stage at The Blonds Fashion Week after-party telling the audience

According to Bossip, he’s a New York rapper and if his name sounds familiar, it’s because last year, we caught the two announcing their break up on Twitter. Looks like they’ve worked out their differences. Since the baby news broke, the proud papa has tweeted congrat messages from fans.

Oprah Winfrey Fronts O Magazine January 2014 For Her 60th Birthday

Her 60th birthday is just around the corner and Oprah Winfrey reflects on her past in the January 2014 issue of O magazine

While donning a gorgeous gold gown for the Ruven Afanador-shot spread, the 59-year-old talk show host opens up about her experiences over the years and chats about how she stays positive.

"I’m alive. Healthy. Strong. I’m turning 60," Miss Winfrey explained. "And – please don’t take offense – I no longer have to be concerned about what anyone thinks of me! I’m turning 60, and I’ve earned the right to be just as I am. I’m more secure in being myself than I’ve ever been."

In regards to her biggest achievements, Oprah stated, "Never shutting my heart down. Even in my darkest moments – through sexual abuse, a pregnancy at 14, lies and betrayals – I remained faithful, hopeful, and open to seeing the best in people, regardless of whether they were showing me their worst."

"I stayed open to believing that no matter how hard the climb, there is always a way to let in a sliver of light to illuminate the path forward," she added.

Kandi Burruss Breaks Down In Tears On "WWHL" After FOOLISH Mama Joyce SHOE FIGHT On"RHOA", Fantasia Hits Up The Show

After Mama Joyce's foolywang behavior on Sunday’s episode of "RHOA", Kandi Burruss went on "WWHL" to chop it up with Andy Cohen and Fantasia about where she and her mom stand now. 

So Kandi got all emotional when speaking about why she won't put her foot down when it comes to demanding rspect from her mother, Joyce.  And apparently, she hasn't done so with her aunts either.  They took over that episode like the Golden Girls division of the Crips & Bloods.  Straight bullying and fighting...or at least attempting to.  And then lying about it.

When Kandi hit the "WWHL" club house a caller asked her the obvious question we all know the answer to.  A caller wanted to know if Kandi thought her mother was being so overly judgmental, rude and disrespectful with Todd because she's concerned about how much of Kandi's money SHE will now have access to, Kandi acted like she didn't understand the question.  Of course.

She went into defense mode and broke down in tears saying that she will always take care of her mom because her mom took care of her.  She further revealed that even though her mother isn't speaking to her right now, she will still always take care of her monetarily.

What Kandi doesn't get is, nobody has an issue with her taking care of her mother.  But many have an issue with the way her mother treats her and her loved ones....ESPECIALLY when Kandi takes care of her.  So until Kandi grows a pair and lays down the law in a respectful way--even if that means giving her mama an ultimatum--she will be single and friendless come 2015 and beyond.

And if you're wondering if Mama Joyce has found a man of her on finally, Kandi talked about her mom's dating life.  Apparently Joyce is "dating someone right now".  Yeah, we're shocked as well. 

The only things we garnered from this: Kandi's mama and her rat pack are ratchet and really doing the most.  And we now know where Kandi gets her unique way of speaking...UGH!

Reunited Again: Dame Dash And Daughter Attend Jay Z’s Concert

Twice in one year!

Dame Dash and Jay Z seem to be really trying to rekindle their friendship. In August, they reconnected for the first time in almost seven years. Now they’ve come together again.

Dame Dash and his daughter attended Jay Z’s “Magna Carta” Tour last night in Los Angeles. Dame posted this photo to his instagram with the caption:

R. Kelly released his latest studio album, Black Panties, today (December 10) and decided to take to Twitter earlier to open the communication lines a bit. After a tweet featuring an “#AskRKelly” hashtag, a barrage of hilarious slander came in the direction of the Chicago crooner via the social media network. Duck for cover, because this gets kinda ugly.

It all began innocently enough with fans of the veteran R&B artist asking the general questions, but it didn't take long for Twitter users to unleash the verbal Kraken on Kells. After long-standing allegations of preying on underage girls, many of the jokes aimed at R. Kelly involved that particular angle.

Halle Berry debuted her post-baby body as she stepped out with her hubby Olivier Martinez, and her daughter Nahla in L.A. on Saturday night. The family was attending a performance of The Lion King musical at Pantages Theater in Hollywood.

Halle gave birth to a baby boy, Maceo-Robert, back in October.

The lighting of the tree is an annual tradition attended by the president and the first family and started by President Calvin Coolidge in 1923.

President Obama also paid tribute to Nelson Mandela saying, "In his life he blessed us with tremendous grace and unbelievable courage. And we are all privileged to live in a world touched by his goodness."

First Lady Michelle Obama appeared with Sesame Street Muppet Abby Cadabby and read "The Night Before Christmas."

Janelle Monae performed "The Christmas Song".

Barron says he was the victim of an attack ordered by Lindsay Lohan. Sounding more like a Mafia boss than a hotel heiress, Paris Hilton told Lindsay Lohan on Saturday she better watch her back.

Hilton delivered the online threat hours after her brother released a photo showing his bloodied face — injuries he says he got in an attack ordered by Lohan. “They both will pay for what they did. No one f---- with my family and gets away with it!!” Hilton wrote on Instagram.

Louisiana Teen Who Killed 5-Year-Old Sister With WWE Moves Sentenced To 5 Years

Hip-Hop music catches negative press for its sometime violent overtones but brutal programming such as UFC and the WWE seemingly get a pass.

A 13-year-old boy may set those beliefs in the opposite direction after he has been convicted for the killing of his 5-year-old sister by emulating the moves he learned on TV from WWE superstars John Cena and Mark Henry.

Reports NOLA:

Devalon Armstrong had admitted he killed Viloude Louis, 5, with the "John Cena Slam" and the "Mark Henry Slam," named for the wrestlers he emulated, when he threw his body or elbow into the petite girl's torso 15 to 20 times at the family's apartment on June 16. He pleaded guilty in November to negligent homicide, reduced from a manslaughter charge, and faced a sentence ranging from probation to five years in a juvenile detention center.

The boy's sister told him that he was hurting her, but he continued to slam, punch and elbow her for at least two to three more minutes before he stopped to take a telephone call from their mother, Fortunato said.

Devalon told investigators he knew that television wrestling such as WWE is fake. But Vasquez noted he smiled and appeared to enjoy talking about the wrestling moves, Fortunato said.

The WWE released a statement at the time of the incident sharing their remorse but citing "criminal intent to harm and a lack of parental supervision" as the culprit. Vilger Louis, the little girl's father said his stepson was likely to commit another crime if was able to be let off the hook because of his young age.

Matthew Knowles Denies Being A DEAD Beat Father

I see Matthew Knowles is defending himself.  Knowles is denying claims that he’s fallen behind on child support payments for his son with his former mistress Alexsandra Wright.

While Knowles was married to Beyoncé’s mother Tina, he allegedly had an extramarital affair that with a woman named Alexsandra Wright, which resulted in their 3-year-old son named Nixon. Now, Wright’s brother Jonathan Wright is telling Radar Online that Knowles owes $24,000 in child support and refuses to meet his son.

Mathew Knowles’ reps tell Sister 2 Sister

 “There have been several media reports [this week] suggesting that Mr. Knowles has a delinquency concerning his child support obligation to Ms. Alexsandra Wright.”

 “At this point, Mr. Knowles’ financial advisers indicate that he is current concerning that obligation.”

 “Mr. Knowles takes his obligation related to the support of his son very seriously.”

                  While Knowles has since remarried former model and realtor Gena Charmaine last summer, the member from Knowles’ legal team has gone on to say that he keeps up with his commitments to his son.
