#FASHIONFAB: Hot or Not? Taraji P. Henson at the Chanel Couture Fashion Show in Paris

Taraji was at the Chanel Coutre show in Paris in this tweed and Sequin outfit. Take more looks at it.

Now to us It’s by no means a terrible look, just a slightly overwrought one. The suit looks like it barely fits. The sequined top is too much for a tiny tweed suit to bear. She looks uncomfortable and overwhelmed by it. Can’t say we’re liking the bag or the shoes either. LOVE the hair tho!

So is it Hot or Not?

#RHOA: Why Kenya Thinks Marlo is Similar to Her Ex-Husband Marc

Kenya Moore thinks The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Marlo Hampton is much like her ex-husband Marc Daly due to all the low blows she takes when engaged in a feud. Marlo is enjoying her first season as a peach holder after appearing on the show as a friend since Season 4. Now that Marlo is full-time, she appears more comfortable with calling out her co-stars for minor offenses. Kenya and Marlo have been frenemies for years but they're often able to work out their differences. But this time around, Kenya is finding it difficult to bypass Marlo's digs at her personal traumas.

Producers did a good editing job after Marlo claimed she doesn't talk about people's mothers and husbands when shade-throwing. A montage of throwback clips showed Marlo doing exactly what she claimed she doesn't do. Past Kenya vs. Marlo moments showed the new peach holder shading Kenya for her strained relationship with her estranged mother, her pregnancy with daughter Brooklyn Daly, and her latest dig at Kenya's divorce with Marc. Kenya has been transparent about the pain she feels over her mother not raising her and refusing to have a relationship with her, as well as her emotional split from Marc after years of hoping for a happy marriage.

Kenya recently explained why Marlo's ability to go so low below reminds her of her ex-husband. “I think what it is is that Marlo behaves the same way that my husband used to behave,” Kenya shared on the RHOA After Show. “They pretend that they like you and that they care about you. But the moment they get angry, they try to destroy you with their words.” Marlo expressed her regret with her words but claims it was only because Kenya knows how to "poke" and push her to a breaking point. Their responses highlight how different Kenya and Marlo view their cause in the drama.

Fans got an inside look into Kenya and Marc's strained marriage. The cast mocked Kenya during her marriage for turning into "Ken" and appearing more submissive whenever Marc was around. Kenya worked hard to please her ex-husband but he continued to show signs of not being happy in the marriage. At one point, Marc stormed off set complaining about Kenya while wearing his microphone. Marc made the first move to end the two-year marriage in September 2019, just one year after welcoming their daughter. Season 12 saw Kenya fighting to repair the marriage and avoid getting a divorce. But by Season 13, Kenya was an emotional wreck coming to the realization that Marc wanted to end the marriage.

In August 2021, Kenya officially filed for divorce from Marc. The former couple has battled it out over their daughter appearing on the show while finalizing the proceedings. Marlo throwing the divorce in Kenya's face by telling her she can't keep a man was an ultimate low blow and dig at Kenya's ego. As Kenya continues to heal from her split, she expects The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast to be more sympathetic about her situation. But Marlo makes it clear that she doesn't follow a rule book when you get under her skin.

#HipHopNews: Cardi B Says Rolling Stone's Greatest Albums Ranking Was A 'Set Up'

Cardi B is responding to the criticism over her album’s inclusion on Rolling Stone‘s 200 greatest rap albums of all time.

The magazine ranked Invasion of Privacy at No. 16 on the list above rap classics including Lil’ Kim’s Hard Core, Nas’ Illmatic, Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP, and 2Pac’s All Eyez on Me.

Cardi received backlash on social media from some hip-hop fans who were outraged by her high placement.

Just days after dropping her new single “Hot Shit” with Kanye West and Lil Durk, the rapper stopped by Angela Yee’s “Lip Service” podcast where she addressed the controversy.

“Ni**as was dragging the shit out of me for that,” Cardi recalled. “They was dragging me like, ‘How dare them put Cardi before Nas?’ … I was like, oh my goodness, I just woke up and I’m getting my ass dragged. I didn’t even ask for this…”

Cardi understands how people could get offended. “I do understand how people would feel sentimental about things. Certain albums that was below mine are like real classics that introduced me to hip-hop.”

But she doesn’t understand why people were taking out their anger on her (“I became the punching bag”) when she didn’t come up with the list.

“I was like, ‘Bitch, I ain’t motherfu**in’ asked for it.’ And it’s like, I understand if people feel a certain type of way, but don’t try to disrespect me and my work or my album,” she said. “Y’all don’t gotta disrespect my shit.”

She thinks that it was a “set up” by Rolling Stone, knowing her placement would get people talking. “Those type of outlets, they would do shit like that to make it go viral,” she said. “Of course they’re gonna use a bitch like me, put it at No. 16 before Biggie because it’s gonna start a stir.”

However, that doesn’t mean Cardi doesn’t stand behind her work. “It’s definitely a classic,” she said of her debut. “I’ve been all around the world and people sing it fu**ing word for word.”

Macy Gray Responds To Backlash Over Transgender Comments: My Statement Was Grossly Misunderstood, I Don’t Hate Anyone

Macy Gray is setting the record straight on her stance on the transgender community.

Macy was the subject of backlash online after a clip of her discussing her thoughts with TV host Piers Morgan on “defining a woman” in today’s society.

In a statement shared to Billboard, Macy Gray said:

“I have nothing but love for the LGBTQ+ and transgender community and have been a supporter since day one. My statement on Piers Morgan was grossly misunderstood.  I don’t hate anyone.  I respect everyone’s right to feel comfortable in their bodies and live their own truth.”

During her appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Macy said “just because you go change your parts doesn’t make you a woman,” in addition to other comments. She also said:

“Being a little girl is a whole epic book and you can’t have that because you wanna be a woman.”

When Piers Morgan mentioned other celebrities, including J.K. Rowling, who get backlash for similar comments, Gray said she doesn’t think people should be called transphobic for “just saying what it is.”

What do you think about Macy’s follow-up to the comments she made?

Mike Grier breaking barriers: becomes 1st Black general manager in NHL history

Mike Grier broke another barrier in the sport of hockey by becoming the first black general manager in the league’s history after the San Jose Sharks announced his appointment on Tuesday.

The former 14-year veteran of the league last played for the Sharks prior to his retirement in 2011. Grier had front office experience over the past few years as a hockey operations advisor for the New York Rangers last season., and scouted for the Chicago Blackhawks.

For the San Jose Sharks, the breaking of a new racial barrier was not the reason for the hire.

“We hired the best general manager available,” team president Jonathan Becher said. “Mike just happens to be Black. The focus was on finding the best candidate for the job.”

Sharks' Becher hired the best GM available, but hopes Grier will inspire many other people

Sharks president Jonathan Becher says they were always focused on hiring the best general manager available, "Mike just happens to be Black," and hopes Grier serves as inspiration to many other people, says he's the first, but hopefully not the last.

Sharks' Becher hired the best GM available, but hopes Grier will inspire many other people

Grier takes over for a team in a three-year playoff drought, longest in franchise history, and finished last season sixth in the Pacific Division. The Sharks also fired head coach, Bob Boughner before Grier was appointed.

Grier is expected to “have full autonomy” to hire the Sharks’ next head coach.

The former hockey-player is not the only general manager in his family either. His brother Chris is currently the general manager of the Miami Dolphins and has been in the role since 2016.

“I am incredibly proud of Mike.” Chris said in a statement on the team’s twitter account. “The San Jose Sharks are getting a man of high character and integrity.”

The statement also mentioned the impact Chris and Mike’s parents had on the boys. Their father Bobby is also a consultant for the Dolphins.

Mike will have the spotlight almost immediately thrust upon him with the Sharks slated to have the 11th overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft on Thursday. For the new general manager though, it’s all about the plan he’s looking to put in place.

“I think the main thing is to be to be yourself,” Mike said. “You don’t want to go somewhere and be phony. I’m trying to be open and honest, be myself — have a vision, be clear about your vision and when you come to how you want your vision to go, stick to your process. But the main thing is to be myself.”

Ray J Got A Tattoo Of His Sister Brandy On His Leg

Ray J loves his sister Brandy. I mean, he really loves his sister Brandy. Last year, he got a large tattoo of Brandy’s name inked on his arm in the same font as the cover of her debut self-titled album. But that wasn’t enough, because Ray-J just got another tattoo of his sister on his body. This time it’s of her face and it’s on his right leg. But it’s not as straightforward as that may sound.

Ray J posted an Instagram Video (set to Brandy’s song “Best Friend”) to showcase the new ink, done by tattoo artist Mashkow, who has a very distinct style. It’s a portrait of Brandy, but with “Best Friend” written on her forehead, “4 Ever” on her cheeks (“4” on one and “Ever” on the other) and Mashkow’s signtaure over her right eyelid. It makes Brandy almost look like a Post Malone-style face-tatted caricature. But this is what Mashkow is known for and Ray J was pumped. “New Brandy tattoo by one of the greatest!! Mashkow,” he posted. Adding that, “I’m getting my whole leg tatted with – music- love – scriptures – the vocal bible – family -ghosts -positive words and themes – real gothic like — ‘The Holy Leg!! – Gonna take a minute!! But I got the best doing it!! Stay Tuned!! Full leg tatt — I had to start with my best friend!!”

It’s quite the homage to his sister. And perhaps now, it will finally register with people (ahem… Jack Harlow) that not only are Ray J and Brandy siblings, but they have been their whole lives.

Carlos Santana Passes Out On Stage In Michigan On His Tour With Earth, Wind & Fire

Carlos Santana was playing a show at Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, Michigan tonight when the famous guitarist passed out on stage. Luckily, he recovered quickly and waved to fans as he walked off the stage. Fans cheered supportively as he left, and some took footage.

He’s currently on the Miraculous Supernatural 2022 tour with Earth, Wind & Fire. Last year, Santana had to cancel his month’s residency in Las Vegas because of a heart procedure that his management called “unscheduled.”

Also last year, Santana and Matchbox Twenty’s Rob Thomas, who made the iconic 1999 hit “Smooth” together, reunited for a new song, “Move.” Santana said of the song, “‘Move’ came about was very much like how ‘Smooth’ happened. It was like divine intelligence behind the scenes, and I just knew I had to record it with Rob. The song is about awakening your molecules. Ignite and activate yourself — you know, move. When Rob and I work together, we have a sound that’s splendiferous.” The track was described in press materials as, “Santana’s vibrant opening guitar licks set things ablaze, and then we’re off on a grinding, grooving, swaggering, swaying, and altogether breathtaking mix of pop and Latin rock with sure-fire hooks for days.

The Highland Park shooter has been charged with 7 counts of murder

The community of Highland Park may be able to rest a bit easier knowing the shooter, Robert E. Crimo III, who opened fire during a Fourth of July parade, has been charged with seven counts of first-degree murder. The world has been on its toes, rattled by the mass shooting that took place on in Chicago, IL on Monday (July 4). So far, police have identified six of the seven victims who were killed. During a Tuesday (July 5) news conference, Jennifer Banek, Lake County Coroner, read the list of names. The victims are listed below:

An unidentified seventh victim died at a hospital outside of Lake County, Banek said. The release of the victims’ names comes after investigators revealed that they believed the suspected gunman, Robert E. Crimo III, planned the attack “for several weeks” and disguised himself in women’s clothing during the shooting to conceal his identity and make his escape, Covelli said. After focusing on the shooter for the last 36 hours, the attention has now shifted to “the victims and those left behind,” Highland Park Mayor Nancy Rotering said during the news conference.

Covelli also revealed that Crimo had two prior incidents with law enforcement. In April 2019, an individual reached out to authorities about Crimo attempting suicide. After authorities spoke with Crimo and his parents, the matter was handled by mental health professionals, Covelli said. The second incident occurred in September 2019 when a family member reported that Crimo threatened “to kill everyone” and had a collection of knives, Covelli said. Highland Park police reported the incident to Illinois State Police and 16 knives, a dagger and a sword were removed from their home.

“At that time there was no probable cause to arrest. There were no complaints that were signed by any of the victims,” Covelli said. Although Crimo has been charged, investigators are still trying to determine a motive for the mass shooting.

Janai Norman named weekend co-anchor on ABC's "Good Morning America"

ABC News has officially found the next co-anchor for the weekend edition of “Good Morning America.” Today (July 5), ABC News President Kim Godwin told staff that Janai Norman will now work alongside anchors Whit Johnson and Eva Pilgrim, effective immediately. Norman fills a spot vacated by Dan Harris, who left the program last summer after a 21-year run to focus more on his meditation company, Ten Percent Happier.

“’Stay far from timid. Only make moves when your heart’s in it. And live the phrase the sky’s the limit,'” Norman quotes in her celeboratory Instagram caption. “I feel so many things, but can’t nail down the words just yet. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. And honestly, so proud of myself.”

“Janai is a versatile and talented journalist, whether she is anchoring at the desk, conducting a one-on-one interview with a newsmaker of the day or reporting in the field on breaking news,” Godwin wrote in her memo to staff. “She puts her heart into her work and makes it a priority to cover the most important underreported issues of our time, including the maternal mortality crisis facing Black women and the stigma of mental health.”

Norman first worked at ABC News as an intern back in 2011 and has been full-time since 2016. Throughout the years, she has worked as a correspondent and anchor for the boradcasting company, led “Pop News” on the weekends, and was the overnight anchor for “World News Now” and “America This Morning.”

Godwin’s note also highlighted some of the specific events that Norman was present to report on for the company. “As a correspondent, she was on the scene covering the manhunt for the Brooklyn subway shooter earlier this year, was on the ground in South Carolina covering the Senate race for the network’s 2020 election night coverage, and has covered the COVID-19 pandemic and the protests after the death of George Floyd,” Godwin says.

Nick Cannon Raps That Not All of His Kids' Moms 'Are in Agreeance'

Nick Cannon is sharing a message to his kids. The 41-year-old soon-to-be dad of eight recently shared a new rap about wanting all of his kids to get along, even if their moms don’t always get along.

Nick took to Instagram on Tuesday (July 5) to share a video of him doing a freestyle rap, where he said, “I gotta say something to all of my kids, your daddy gonna love you whatever it is. All of my children will always be friends, even if their mamas not in agreeance.”

He added, “Cannon’s a gang and we’re in allegiance. Cannon’s the name and they can achieve it.”

Nick later rapped that, with “all of my baby mamas” there’s “no drama, no politics.”

Nick currently has seven kids with four different women – 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey, 5-year-old Golden “Sagon” and 1-year-old Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, 1-year-old twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, and Zen – who sadly died at 5-months-old in December 2021 – with Alyssa Scott.

Earlier this year, Nick confirmed that he is expecting his eighth child with Bre Tiesi.

The Game Reveals He's 'Not Dating' 13 Going on 30 's Christa B. Allen Despite Their Kiss on TikTok

The Game is setting the record straight after kissing 13 Going on 30 actress Christa B. Allen in a TikTok video.

In the post, shared by Allen on Monday, the actress writes, "When you just broke up BUT ... you just broke up" — cutting away from a clip of her looking sad to one of her and the 42-year-old rapper, born Jayceon Terrell Taylor, sharing a brief kiss.

"Christa and I have mutual friends — she attended my Fourth of July party and I hopped on her TikTok," The Game tells PEOPLE exclusively on Tuesday. "She's a beautiful woman, but we're not dating." The rapper is currently seeing someone, he confirms.

The actress also said that it wasn't anything serious between her and The Game in the comments section of her post, writing that she's "a single woman doing single woman things."

One of her followers also commented on the video, asking, "What happened to Matty?" The question seemingly refers to her 13 Going on 30 character Jenna Rink's love interest — whose younger version was played by Sean Marquette with Mark Ruffalo starring as the adult Matt Flamhaff.

"He dipped πŸ–," Allen joked.

This isn't the first time Allen's TikToks have gone viral. In 2020, the 30-year-old actress — who played the 13-year-old version of Jennifer Garner's character in the 2004 rom-com — recreated one of the film's most iconic scenes for Halloween.

In the movie, Allen's 13-year-old Rink is trapped in the adult body of Garner's 30-year-old Rink and dresses up for a Poise magazine party while Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" plays in the background.

Allen posed as Garner's character in her TikTok video, complete with the same striped, multi-color Versace dress from the movie.

"Jenna Rink forever πŸ‘›πŸŒΈπŸ’•✨#13goingon30," she captioned the video.

"My TikTok mentions are flooded with your duets, with your interpretations on this character, your Jenna Rink Halloween costumes, and I just want to say that I see you, and it fills my heart with so much joy that we can share this movie and this character!!" Allen wrote on her Instagram Story at the time.

Diana Ross’s age creates another controversy on ‘Jeopardy!’

Incorrect answers are fairly common on Jeopardy!, but viewers couldn’t get over a couple whoppers from Tuesday’s show. In fact, the opening round category “A Number Between 1 and 100” drove much of the fanbase to Twitter, where they commented on the shockingly incorrect response.

“Your standard phonograph record until the 1950s, or the age Diana Ross turned in 2022,” was the first clue to cause trouble. Contestant Jake Marvin wagered all his winnings on the Daily Double clue, but he may have lost more than money when he incorrectly guessed 90.

The 78-year-old singer has a very passionate fanbase, and they did not appreciate her being labeled a nonagenarian. During a Final Jeopardy! round in March, two separate contestants guessed that Diana Ross was 95 years old and fans were outraged. Unfortunately for Marvin, they have not forgotten that recent perceived transgression.

The addition of Ross’s age being added to the clue about 78 rpm records seemed a little clunky. Perhaps it had been meant to appease upset fans? Regardless it had the opposite effect.

While the incorrect answer about Ross upset fans, several viewers were equally dismayed by the contestant Suzy Garver’s incorrect guess that Barack Obama was the 38th president of the United States. The incorrect answer occurred so soon after the Ross controversy that viewers were left scratching their heads.

Marvin and Garver combined to finish the game with only $1, while Yungsheng Wang took home the impressive win. He added $25,001 to his winnings, which after two days, totals $47,801.

Twitter Allowed Elliot Page's Deadname To Trend In Spite Of Its Hateful Conduct Policy

Elliot Page's deadname appeared as a trending topic on Twitter on Tuesday, violating the site's own policy on hateful conduct.

The Umbrella Academy actor's deadname — the name he used before coming out as trans — was listed under the site's trending tab for at least 45 minutes.

According to Twitter's hateful conduct policy, users are prohibited from "targeting others with repeated slurs, tropes or other content that intends to dehumanize, degrade or reinforce negative or harmful stereotypes about a protected category.

"This includes targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals," the policy states.

Trending topics are determined algorithmically, according to the site's policies, but the company "may not allow or may temporarily prevent content from appearing in Trends until more context is available" if the content violates its rules.

After BuzzFeed News contacted a Twitter spokesperson, Page's deadname no longer appeared to be trending. Twitter spokesperson Trenton Kennedy confirmed the site had removed it as a trending topic.

In a statement to BuzzFeed News, Kennedy reiterated the site's policies and said allowing Page's deadname to trend was a mistake.

"The term you referenced should not have been allowed to appear in Trends, and it has since been removed and prohibited from appearing in Trends," Kennedy said. "Our teams are constantly evaluating our internal processes for mitigating this from happening."

"Elliot Page" later appeared as a trending topic, with the tweets largely supporting the actor and defending them from anti-trans harassment.

The actor did not immediately reply to a request for comment from BuzzFeed News.

Page's deadname originally trended due to targeted harassment sparked by Jordan Peterson, the right-wing internet personality and former psychology professor best known for railing against social justice issues, who rose to prominence for saying he would refuse to use the pronouns a trans or nonbinary student asked him to.

Peterson's Twitter account was suspended on June 22 after he tweeted about Page — using their deadname and she/her pronouns — saying they had their "breasts removed by a criminal physician."

In a video where Peterson repeatedly misgendered and deadnamed Page, Peterson said his suspension would remain in place "unless I delete the hateful tweet in question, and I would rather die than do that."

Peterson's suspension sparked an influx of anti-trans Twitter harassment against Page, which led to his deadname appearing as a trending topic. His deadname also trended in December, according to tweets at the time, due to similar harassment.

This is not the first time Twitter trending topics have contained hate speech or other prohibited content. The platform boosted hashtags in 2018 spreading baseless conspiracy theories that pipe bombs sent to Democrats were "false flags." Days later, the phrase "Kill all Jews" briefly appeared on the trending bar. In India last year, calls for police to "shoot" protesters trended for several hours. It was removed only after widespread outcry and an inquiry from BuzzFeed News.

Rhode Island Senator Tiara Mack Responds To Backlash After Twerking On TikTok

Rhode Island State Senator Tiara Mack has been trending on Twitter  after she recorded a video of her twerking on the beach and it went viral on Monday. At the end of the video she jokingly looked into the camera and said “vote for Senator Mack.”

Mack has been responding to comments all day about her viral Tiktok. Earlier today, republican politician Lavern Spicer used the word disgraced to describe the twerk video. “@MackDistrict6 just disgraced herself and disgraced every Black woman running for public office,” she said. “Right back at ya girl,” Senator Mack replied with a retweet.

Mack made another video responding to a message on Tiktok that said, “I don’t ever wanna hear you complain about how ‘women aren’t respected in this country’ after posting this.” Mack responded with a video saying, “honey baby, this ain’t it because I have a Ivy League degree and I’m a sitting state senator. It’s not about what I’m wearing or what I’m doing they won’t respect me regardless.”

During a phone interview, Mack told NBC10 that it’s disappointing what is considered newsworthy in Rhode Island and that when it comes to coverage of her, the media errs on the side of racist and sexist tropes while her accomplishments in the legislature and as a national champion rugby player are not talked about.

Mack continued to slam Trolls with multiple Tiktok videos and said the video will probably help her get re-elected

“My constituents fricking love that I’m a real person and fun and not a robot,” she said in one video.

“I’m trying to determine which point of envy these people are mad at. Is the Ivy League degree? Is it the sitting state senator? Is it the bodacious body? Because the hate is real and abundant,” Mack said in another.

The state Republican Party is now fundraising off the video, trying to help Bonilla defeat who they term “Twerking Tiara Mack.”

Late NFL Star Demaryius Thomas Suffered From Stage 2 CTE That Led To Cardiac Arrest, Researchers Reveal

New details have emerged regarding the death of former NFL star Demaryius Thomas, who passed away in December from a seizure that led to cardiac arrest at his home in Roswell, GA. His mother, Katina Stuckey Smith, later revealed how the ex-Denver Broncos star confided in her about needing help after displaying erratic behavior, such as sudden mood changes and isolation in 2020.

Now, Boston University doctors, who had been studying the wide receiver’s brain following his death, have uncovered that Demaryius had stage 2 degenerative brain disease known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), which is often linked to repeated trauma NFL players endure to the head.

He reportedly first began suffering from seizures following a car accident in 2019, but neuropathologist Dr. Ann McKee, who was part of the team researching the football star’s brain had ruled out that his cause of death could have been caused by CTE itself. From her findings, his violent seizures were blamed on injuries he had incurred outside of his profession, such as the aforementioned car accident and a fall down the stairs.

“CTE itself does not cause death,” she said. “You don’t die from CTE. What CTE does is it changes your behavior and your personality.”

In a previous interview with ABC, Demaryius’ mom recalled how she had noticed a shift in her son’s behavior which was brought on by his car accident. ”His mood would change, and he would also isolate himself sometimes. He was, like, Mom, I don’t know what’s going on with my body. You know, I gotta get myself together,’ and he said, I don’t feel like myself anymore.’”

Leading up to his sudden death, Demaryius had also dealt with paranoia, memory loss, and constant headaches, which had plagued his health up until his untimely passing last year. He had announced his retirement from the NFL in July 2021 after having played in 10 seasons — most of which time he spent as part of the Denver Broncos team.

He went on to help them win Super Bowl 50 but also shared stints playing with the Houston Texans and New York Jets. Throughout his career, he recorded 9,763 receiving yards, 63 touchdowns, and a whopping 724 receptions.

Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Calls Out ‘Miserable’ People Questioning Legitimacy of Relationship With Boyfriend

Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, recently addressed anyone who has suggested that her boyfriend, Wayne Deuce, is only with her because of who her father is.

“Y’all love saying a n***a must like me cause my daddy Snoop Dogg, like why can’t he just love me for me,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories. “It’s deeper than just being his daughter. I’m my own person. I’m more than that & I hate that I feel like I gotta go on here & do all this but I been dealing with this shit since high school. It’s frustrating as fuck to have to question if that’s the case. I hate it here. Y’all fuckin’ suck.”

“Y’all are so miserable and it’s so sad,” she continued. “It’s so hard not to let ppl comments get to you cause you know deep down they struggling but I’m still human and words hurt. How do y’all have time to sit on someone page and just talk shit. It never made sense to me. But if they see you in person it’s another story. So so hateful I’m praying cause that’s a sickness fr.”

Cori also called out those who were body shaming her around this time last year. Her message came two months after revealing she tried to take her own life in wake of struggles with her mental health. Broadus credited Deuce and her family for helping her get through such a difficult time.

Deuce shared a series of photos of them together, along with a lengthy message late last month in celebration of her 23rd birthday. In the caption, he referred to Cori as “my best friend, you being my dog baby mama, my business partner, and my soul mate,” adding that he “wouldn’t change nothing about it.”

Tesla Hit with Another Lawsuit for Racial Harassment and Discrimination

*Elon Musk’s Tesla company is being sued once again by multiple employees who say they were harassed and targeted with racist abuse.

According to reports, the suit was filed by 15 current or former workers, all of whom are Black. One of the plaintiffs claims a supervisor referred to him as a  “‘zebra’ because he was ‘neither Black nor white.’”

Reuters reports that the harassment occurred mostly at Tesla’s Fremont, California, factory. The plaintiffs claim they were subjected to colleagues using the n-word and terms such as “slavery” or “plantation” or making sexual comments.

The filing described one plaintiff being told that “It is rare for Blacks to work here. I don’t know how long you will be able to stay here.”

The newly filed lawsuit also alleges that one employee was demoted after missing work over COVID-19. The complaint comes a few months after a federal judge slashed the $137 million dollars in damages awarded to a former Tesla employee who successfully sued the company last year for racial discrimination.

A San Francisco federal court awarded former Tesla worker, Owen Diaz, 53, about $137 million after he sued the auto-maker, claiming he endured racist abuse working as an elevator operator at the production facility in Fremont, California. He came forward with the allegations in 2018, two years after he reportedly quit his job.

Per CNBC, “the case was only able to move forward because Diaz had not signed one of Tesla’s mandatory arbitration agreements which the company uses to force employees to resolve disputes without a public trial.”

Diaz was awarded more than his legal team requested, $130 million in punitive damages and $6.9 million for emotional distress, per the report. However, the judge slashed the award from $137 million to $15 million.

The judge ordered a new trial in the case after lawyers for Diaz turned down the $15 million

The automaker is facing at least 10 lawsuits related to widespread anti-Black racism, discrimination, or sexual harassment.

In February, Tesla said the company opposes discrimination and investigates all complaints.

“Tesla has always disciplined and terminated employees who engage in misconduct, including those who use racial slurs or harass others in different ways. We recently rolled out an additional training program that reinforces Tesla’s requirement that all employees must treat each other with respect and reminds employees about the numerous ways they can report concerns, including anonymously,” it said in a company blog.

Pastor Creflo Dollar Admits He Misled Congregants About Tithing | Video

*American preacher Creflo Dollar is reportedly catching heat from other pastors after admitting to his congregants that he lied to them about tithing.

In a new video (see above), the pastor served up a sermon on Sunday at the 30,000-member World Changers Church International that was titled, “The Great Misunderstanding.”

“Today I stand in humility to correct some things I’ve taught for years and believed for years,” he says in the video.

He went on to explain that tithing is no longer relevant for New Testament believers as it is a law of the Old Testament. Dollar cited Romans 6: 14 to stress that Christians live under grace and not the laws of the Old Testament, Black Enterprise reports.

Romans 6: 14: “For sin shall not have dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under the grace.”

Tithing is when you give 10% of your income to your local church. Per Black Enterprise, “Dollar says the manufactured 10% figure is all wrong,” the outlet writes.

“He says I want you to take a portion and put it aside. Now if you want to give 10% that’s fine but, you know, he didn’t say that,” Dollar said in the June 26 video.

“You are under grace not under laws,” he said.

Meanwhile, Pastor Michael Clayton Harris of the First Baptist Church of Passtown slammed Creflo’s flip flop on tithing.

“Until #CrefloDollar has a “Zaccheus” spirit which involves giving the people a REFUND for all the tapes, videos, books, and other materials they bought from him, I am not moved by his “new” revelation on tithing that is still flawed. It’s flawed because #JesusChrist used the “law” in His teachings. For example: In Matthew 4:4,7, & 10, whenever Jesus said, “It is written…” that was the law being used to combat the temptations of the devil. #SoundDoctrine

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s Letter Discussing Use of the N-Word Selling for $95K

The January 1966 letter from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., in which he speaks openly about the “n-word” and the term “dark-skinned American,” is now being listed for sale.

In the letter, Dr. King was corresponding with a man named William A. Bennett, addressing points seemingly made in a prior exchange about “racial appellations.”

King tells Bennett he frequently used the term “dark-skinned American” because it reflected “both our great heritage and our devotion to a brand of Americanism of the highest order.”

Naturally, MLK also had his opinions regarding the “n-word.” He claims it “carries with it a meaning deeply rooted in the debilitating racist caste ordering of our society’s slavery epoch and segregation era.”

Until recently, the historical artifact was held in a private collection, and now it’s up for sale on the Moments In Time site for $95,000.

Former Ikette P.P. Arnold Accuses Ike Turner of Rape in Her New Memoir

Former Ikette P.P. Arnold made a shocking allegation against Ike Turner in her upcoming memoir, Soul Survivor.

The 75-year-old accused the musician of raping her during her days as an Ikette with the Ike & Tina Turner Revenue.

During an interview with The Telegraph, Arnold described how Ike Turner trapped her in a room and raped her in the mid-1960s, leading Arnold to struggle with her anger.

“What can I say? It was awful. I despised Ike on that level, but I didn’t know how to express myself,” said Arnold.

“I was told Tina wanted to get rid of me because Ike was after me,” Arnold added of Ike’s then-wife, Tina Turner. “If I had run to Tina or called my parents, it would have meant I would have [had] to come home.”

Arnold told the outlet she believed that her husband’s abuse would resume if she went back home.

She also revealed that she and her husband David were forced to get married following an unsuccessful abortion attempt with a sterilized coat hanger. At age 15, she carried the pregnancy to term and gave birth to Kevin. She later gave birth to Debbie at the age of 17.

Although she “dealt with it,” Arnold claims she also felt “deep anger” toward her husband’s abuse. In addition, she claimed that as a child, her father had beaten her.

She said, “Sadly, it was the way it was back then. I think it’s a lot to do with slavery and how that affected the black man’s psyche.”

After being persuaded to move on by Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, Arnold claims that she eventually quit the Ikettes. She further asserts that she started seeing Jagger even when he was involved with his then-girlfriend, Marianne Faithfull.

“Mick was in heaven, but Marianne was more interested in me,” she writes in her memoir. “I had always been a good kisser, and so was she. I tried to let myself go, but I was also uncomfortable… ultimately it was Mick that I was infatuated with, not her. There was a plantation feel about it like I was a plaything.”

Also, in her memoir, the singer also recounts her friendship with Jimi Hendrix, sleeping with Rod Stewart, breaking into the music business, her second marriage to Jim Morris, and the birth of her third son Kojo in 1971.

She also opens up about the death of her daughter Debbie, who was 13 years old when she was killed in a car accident. “She was a very special spirit. I haven’t had a serious relationship at all since my daughter died. It’s very difficult to find a good man just in normal situations. But, you know, it ain’t over till it’s over.”

In the end, Arnold ended on a positive note, adding, “Well, I could do with one. What’s important is where I am right now,” she said. “How can I take all these years of experience and just do something great?”

The revealing memoir is scheduled to be published this Thursday.

Kel Mitchell’s Ex-Wife Claims She Once Caught Nick Cannon Dancing for Kel While Dressed in

Kel Mitchell’s ex-wife Tyisha Hampton wanted everyone to know she walked in on Nick Cannon wearing her cheerleader uniform.

But what’s stranger, is what she said he was doing. Apparently, she says Cannon was also in their bed trying to cheer up Kel after he had just got caught cheating on her.

Hampton uploaded a “story-time” about the Wild ‘N Out host and Mitchell on her TikTok account, telling her followers “you can definitely be blinded by love.”

“Remembering when I came home early to #NickCannon wearing my full cheerleading uniform (including the briefs) doing cheers on the bed for my ex-husband #kelmitchell to cheer him up because he cheated on me!” she alleges in the caption of the video.

She then insinuated the “Kenan and Kel” star was an absentee dad in another TikTok video.

Hampton had previously accused her ex of physically abusing her during their marriage. The former couple also made headlines last year after publicly feuding over alleged back child support claims. Tyisha claimed Mitchell owed her around $1.2 million in unpaid financial support and tax. However, Kel vehemently denied those claims, suggesting his ex was only looking to stir up some clout.

The two share two children, Lyric & Allure.

Michigan Police Used Images of Black Males Holding Guns as Target Practice

At this point, racism is getting heavier and heavier. Thanks to a group of Boy Scouts, Farmington Hills Police Department is now under investigation after the scouts discovered images of Black males with guns were used as targets for shooting practice.

The troops were touring the facility when they spotted the targets, which included images of some of the Black males wearing hoodies and backward caps. Some of the “targets” were pierced with bullet holes, Vice reported.

In one photo from the group’s tour, six white Scouts are captured looking at the targets—which was of a Black man who has a menacing look on his face and pointing a gun. What makes it even sadder, is a Black Boy Scout is also in the picture but standing behind the group of six white troops.

Thanks to an unidentified person who attended the tour, the disturbing incident was reported.

“When those children were exposed to those images, to me it was the potential detrimental effects on how they view Black men and Black people that was indescribable,” attorney Dionne Webster-Cox, who represents the person, told VICE News. “It’s literally profiling for the Black man. You’ve got young police officers and this is what they’re being trained on?”

The targets have since been removed and are now under a legal review, Mayor Vicki Barnett confirmed at a public city council meeting.

During the meeting, Farmington Police Chief Jeff King apologized. “I’ll take this one on the chin,” King said. “I apologize to each and every person in this room, this community, my department, my city council, my city manager. I can’t overlook this.”

He also disclosed that the images were purchased but didn’t say where from, or if they are of actual people.

He did go on to say that the use of the images of Black men was taken out of context.

“A diverse group of targets were on display the day of the tour—not just targets featuring Black people,” King said. “Unfortunately, this was not accurately depicted in the photographs, as the photographs only depict a small area of the department’s firing range and a select number of the targets that were presented and discussed during the group tour.”

Apparently, the department uses images of a dozen different people, 10 of whom are white and two Black, which falls in line with Michigan’s Commission on Law Enforcement Standards, and the city’s demographics.

Farmington Hills is 18.5 percent Black and 62 percent white, a 2020 Census report reported.

Assistant Chief Jon Piggott told VICE News that officers typically train using silhouettes and bull’s eyes to measure for accuracy, and only use images of people when they start training officers on threat assessment.

While the default targets are all holding guns, they can also be captured holding a beer can, a cellphone, or nothing at all.

“Because now, it’s not a question of whether or not the officer can hit the target,” Piggot said. “The question now is… whether or not the thing that they’re looking at is a danger to them or not.”

For Webster-Cox the explanation doesn’t change the fact that Black men were primarily presented as targets when the kids visited the shooting gallery.

“This is not acceptable. You don’t want your children to just start off hating,” she said.

This wasn’t the first time this department has been under scrutiny over the use of targets it has used for shooting practice.

Last July, the Michigan American Civil Liberties Union filed a freedom of information request that asked the department to disclose images of “any gun range targets used by the police department from January 2020,” according to Webster-Cox.

The organization received images of other, non-Black targets, however, those images were not on display at the time of the Boys Scouts tour.
