John Legend is People Magazine’s named Sexiest Man Alive 2019!
John Legend was revealed as the 2019 People magazine Sexiest Man Alive on Tuesday while serving as a judge on The Voice. The 40-year-old singer was introduced as the new titleholder by Blake Shelton, 43, who was the 2017 Sexiest Man Alive.
John's wife Chrissy Teigen, 33, also took to Twitter and shared John's cover photo on the upcoming November 25 issue along with a racy response to his new title.
She wrote in the caption: 'my secret is out. I have fulfilled my dream of having boned @people's sexiest man alive!! an honor!!!!!'.
Blake noted that John joined the NBC singing competition show with an EGOT after previously winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.

He told John who won The Voice last season that he was now a 'VEGOTSMA'.
Blake then presented John with tiny denim shorts with VEGOTSMA in glittering letters on the rear.
John thanked People for the honor and Blake for being a mentor.
'I don't know what to say,' John said. 'I want to thank People magazine, of course, but mostly I want to thank Blake Shelton, because I sat next to him for the last few months and, I learned his sexy ways.'
'I observed every move he made, every utterance that came from his mouth, and I think some of it rubbed off on me, and I think that has everything to do with why we're here today,' he joked.
The Voice host Carson Daly, 46, asked John what his wife Chrissy thought of his new sexy title.
'She's proud of me. You know she makes fun of me almost all the time, but she hasn't even been snarky about this. She's like legit proud of me. I finally impressed my wife,' John said.
The 10-time Grammy winner follows English actor Idris Elba, 47, who was named the 2018 Sexiest Man Alive.
He became the third coach on The Voice to win the title following Blake in 2017 and Adam Levine, 40, in 2013.

Marlo Hampton thinks both Kenya Moore and her divorce from Marc Daly are "awful," even though she doubts the legitimacy of their marriage.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's whirlwind romance with the seemingly perfect businessman from New York drew lots of skepticism from her co-stars a few seasons back. Leading the pack was Marlo's best friend and Kenya's rival, NeNe Leakes.
"Whenever it comes to Kenya, she always has different tricks in the bag," Marlo said when recently asked if she still feels Kenya's two-year marriage was a scam. "So you never know what you're gonna get when it comes to Mrs. Moore. I'm 50-50 with it."
When posed with the question of why Marlo and Kenya aren't friends, considering they seem to have a lot in common, Marlo said, "You know what? I thought we had a lot in common 'cause we're both Aquarius."
But don't you dare tell her she and Kenya both have good senses of style!
"Uh! No! No. You saying NeNe and I have a lot in common with fashion? I know you did not say Kenya and I have a lot in common. No," she fired back. "Kenya just started buying labels, sweetie, in the last two years, okay? She's not that good with fashion."
Hampton also said she doesn't see the need for Moore and Leakes to make amends.
"It's not even that it's too late, it's just that they don't need to bury hatchets. Some people are awful and they just won't ever change," she said, adding that she "didn't feel any kind of way" about Kenya's return to "RHOA."
"I'm just sorry to hear about her and her husband are getting a divorce," Hampton noted. "I mean, I feel that's awful because they do have a beautiful baby on the other end. But you know, shit happens, right?"
Moore famously went on hiatus in Season 11. It was speculated at the time that she was forced to choose between her husband and being on the show, which she confirmed during a recent appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen."
During the Season 12 premiere, Kenya gushed over her "miracle baby," Brooklyn. The topic of her marriage to Marc, however, wasn't met with as much enthusiasm.
"I feel like God put me through certain challenges in my life," she said in one of her first confessionals of the evening. "He made me kiss a lot of frogs. I felt like I had a fairy tale ending, but some things are not exactly like you thought it would be. Marc's businesses are growing, so he has to be in New York a little bit more often, but I envisioned when Brooklyn would be born, that Marc and I would be spending the majority of the time under one roof, in the same city, in the same house. Although I love Marc's hustle and work ethic, the distance is really putting a strain on our marriage."
They announced their divorce last month. "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

#HipHopNews: Legendary HipHop DJ Eric. B Arrested On 17-Year-Old Warrant!
HACKENSACK, NJ – Eric Barrier — better known as Eric B. of the revered Hip Hop duo Eric B. & Rakim was reportedly just released from Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey jail after spending two weeks behind bars.
According to NBC New York, the legendary turntablist was arrested on October 28 after turning himself into authorities on a 17-year-old warrant.
In 2002, he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and resisting arrest/eluding for an incident that happened in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey on September 27, 2001. But because he failed to appear in court, a judge issued a bench warrant.
Bergen County Jail records confirm he was taken into custody last month.
Eric B.’s lawyer Patrick Toscano sent a letter to the court last week and explained Eric B’s former attorney told the tenured producer at the time “there was no need to appear on the sentencing date.”
“Mr. Bergrin told Mr. Barrier that his case was ‘dismissed’ because he was accepted into PTI (pre-trial intervention),” he wrote.
Eric B. also said he received no notice from the court about his failure to appear. Toscano called Eric B.’s ex-counsel as “flawed, fraudulent, unethical and deceptive, through no fault of Mr. Barrier” and was adamant any further punishment would be “draconian and unfair.” He admitted Eric B. “was literally at wits end and overcome with anxiety.”
He’s expected back in court on November 22.

#SHOCKER: The ‘Days of Our Lives’ Cast Members Have Been Released From their Contracts!
The entire cast of the NBC soap opera “Days of Our Lives” have been released from their contracts, Variety has confirmed.
The daytime drama has run for over 13,000 episodes since first debuting in 1965. The show will go on hiatus at the end of November, though it has shot enough episodes to last through the end of the current broadcast season. However, according to an individual close to the show, the show has found itself well ahead of schedule and the hiatus was always planned to give the cast members time off for the holidays. Should the show get picked up for another season, it would likely happen around the beginning of the year.
“Days of our Lives” is produced by Corday Productions, Inc. in association with Sony Pictures Television. It is executive produced by Ken Corday, Greg Meng and Albert Alarr, with Ron Carlivati as head writer.
Corday Productions, NBC, and distributor Sony Pictures Television declined to comment.
“Days of Our Lives” is one of the few daytime soaps still on the air, with the others being “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless” on CBS as well as “General Hospital” on ABC. “Days” is set in the fictional Midwestern town of Salem and follows lives of the Brady, Horton and DiMera families. The show was renewed for its current 55th season back in January.

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West List Calabasas Condo For $3.5 Million!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are putting their Calabasas crib up for sale. The superstar couple has listed the luxurious condo with a $3.5 million price tag. The 2,260 sq. ft. pied-à-terre is located in the new Avanti complex in downtown Calabasas and features three bedrooms and four bathrooms. According to Variety, Kim purchased the unit in August 2017 for $1.6 million and hired Vincent Van Duysen, the Belgian architect behind the couple’s Hidden Hills mansion, to design the minimalist interiors.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features high-end Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, wide-plank European oak flooring, and soft shades of grey. There is a semi-private elevator with direct access to the suite as well as a covered deck for outdoor living.
Kim’s mother Kris Jenner owns at least three other units in the Avanti complex, which are occupied by family members, including Jenner’s mother Mary Jo Houghton and cousin Cici Bussey.

A new leak of a previous leaked Eminem track is causing controversy online, over a lyric where the rapper says he’d “side” with Chris Brown and “beat” Rihanna. The lyric in question, “Of course I side with Chris Brown, I’d beat a bitch down too if she gave my dick an itch now”, appears to have been an early version of an unreleased track titled Things Get Worse, recorded in or before 2009, but which was ultimately abandoned.
However, a tweet claiming “Eminem throws shots at Rihanna” has already been picked up by several publications, and has been retweeted more than 1,000 times.
It was posted by Music News Facts, which operates more of a music fan account in general rather than a publication. It appears to have gleaned the info from hip-hop website South Pawer, which in turn cites a since-removed YouTube video posted to the Eminem subreddit. Are you dizzy yet?
Since the YouTube video was removed, PEDESTRIAN.TV reached out to the Reddit user who posted the original clip and confirmed that yes, the lyric is legit. It appeared in an early version of an unreleased track titled Things Get Worse, which Eminem fans believe was likely intended for his 2009 studio album Release. However, the track was abandoned – and might never have seen the light of day except for a thriving black market of Eminem leaks.
As Reddit user m4_semperfi explained to PTV, fans will pay anywhere from US $500 to $3,500 for Eminem leaks, who will then share their leaks with the wider Eminem fan community.
“People love Eminem,” m4_semperfi said. “He barely releases his music. He has various “phases”. Some people prefer his old ones, and of course that means the only old songs we have are [what he] released in the past, Eminem’s style/voice/topics constantly change. His music right now is far different than 10 years ago. Leaks provide that old Eminem to diehard fans that really miss the old style.”
In the case of Things Get Worse, m4_semperfi said it was likely intended for the Relapse album, based on the vocals and production, but didn’t make the cut and was pushed back to an intended sequel, Relapse 2, which was cancelled the following year. Things Get Worse, which features two verses by Eminem and one verse by B.o.B, was leaked in 2011 by an internet user named ‘Koolo‘. When Koolo leaked it, he said he had obtained an additional version of the song, which featured three Eminem verses only. However, he said he had “no intention” of leaking it. According to m4_semperfi, no one has the full Things Get Worse (Eminem-only) track right now, except the new person who leaked it – who is so far keeping it to themselves.
This snippet is the latest in a sudden series of leaks: there have been five leaks in the past few weeks alone, included a track titled What If I Was Gay, which was apparently an unreleased track for rapper Joyner Lucas’s album. In that track, Joyner raps, “What if I told you I was out of place? Wait, what if I told you I was gay?”. Eminem raps back, “What if I’m a hypocrite who’s just afraid to face truth? Wait, what if I told you I’m gay too?”.
The NFL Is Holding A Private Workout For Colin Kaepernick; All 32 Teams Are Invited!
The NFL has arranged a private workout for Colin Kaepernick in Atlanta that all of the league’s 32 teams have been invited to.
A memo about the private workout, scheduled for this Saturday, was posted online by NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. The memo was also sent to the league’s 32 teams inviting them to the workout. The event will include a series of drills on the field as well as an interview. According to NFL.com, several teams have inquired about Kap’s ability to get on the green again, and his reps have expressed their desire for him to return to the NFL.
“Earlier this year, we discussed some possible steps with his representatives, and they recently emphasized his level of preparation and that he is ready to work out for clubs and be interviewed by them,” ESPN quoted the memo as saying. “We have therefore arranged this opportunity for him to work out, and for all clubs to have the opportunity to evaluate his current readiness and level of interest in resuming his NFL career.”
Kaepernick’s workout will be run by scouting combine personnel and former NFL coaches. Any teams on hand can also hold interviews with Kaepernick, per Wyche. The 32-year-old hasn’t played in the NFL since 2016 when he took a knee to protest police brutality and racial inequality in America.
Kap filed a grievance through the NFLPA against the league on Oct. 16, 2017. The grievance between Kaepernick and Eric Reid against the NFL was resolved in February.
Summer Walker Says She Won’t Be Able To “Carry On” With Her Tour Because Of Social Anxiety!
Last month, Summer Walker released her highly anticipated debut album, “Over It,” which, in turn, spawned a nationwide tour alongside special guest Melii. The album received positive reviews, as it went on to become the highest-charting debut album for a female R&B artist in more than a decade, but the singer’s live performances haven’t been received the same way.
Though most fans attributed Walker’s performances to her mental health issues, including the singer’s anxiety, others weren’t amused. As the controversy continued over the performances, fans directed their attention to the meet-and-greets, which were reportedly limited to a simple greeting with no additional physical contact. While some defended Walker’s desire for personal space, others called for the cancellation of her meet-and-greets.
But, in response, Walker thanked her fans for taking the time to meet her and explained that anything more than a personal conversation would “literally” kill her because she’s an empath.
“I just want to say to all the fans who purchase meet & greets I really APPRECIATE y’all taking the extra time to meet me and share your stories,” Walker wrote. “I tell everyone individually ‘thank you,’ I spread love, we laugh, and I give genuine compliments. Rapper Nicki Minaj is allegedly on the lips of daytime talk show diva Wendy Williams once again. The two New York powerhouses’ bickering allegedly started when Wendy covered Nicki’s wedding to Kenneth Petty during her Hot Topics segment:
“Nicki Minaj is married. There are some naysayers that say, ‘Why did you marry this guy, Kenneth Petty?…I don’t know what he does for a living. I just know that he did time in jail. He’s a sex offender. Well, she’s no stranger to that considering her brother’s in jail for sex offending. Nicki rushed to her hubby’s defense, mentioning that Wendy should be worried about the breakdown of her own marriage to soon-to-be-ex, Kevin Hunter. Nicki Minaj said this on Queen Radio:
“We always mention people’s past, and that’s not what God does, Mr. Wendy P. Williams…B***, where was at you when Kevin had his d*** knee deep in that punani?! It’s not about you doing your job. Paris Screening Of Roman Polanski’s ‘An Officer And A Spy’ Shut Down By Protesters!
A group of about 40 protesters blocked the entrance to a premiere of Roman Polanski’s An Officer And A Spy (J’Accuse) on Tuesday night in Paris, ultimately resulting in the screening’s cancellation. France Info reports that the group, dressed all in black and equipped with red smoke-generating canisters and placards bearing the names of women who have accused the director of rape, demonstrated for about an hour in front of the Le Champo cinema in the 5th arrondissement before the theater pulled the show.
Elsewhere in the capital on Tuesday night, the official premiere was held at the UGC Normandie cinema on the Champs-Elysées. Polanski was in attendance, and, according to a report from BFMTV, the screening did not encounter similar protests.
Polanski was recently accused by a French photographer, Valentine Monnier, of raping her at his Swiss chalet in 1975. He has denied the allegations through his attorney. The Oscar winner has been living in France since fleeing the U.S. in 1978 before sentencing after pleading guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl.
His Dreyfus Affair drama, An Officer And A Spy, is due for French release today via Gaumont. The protesters on Tuesday night reportedly called for a boycott of the film.
An Officer And A Spy premiered at the Venice Film Festival earlier this year where it won the Grand Jury Prize. Last week, the movie was nominated for four European Film Awards.
Earlier this week, An Officer And A Spy star, Jean Dujardin, who is nominated for Best European Actor at the EFAs, cancelled an interview with leading French broadcaster TF1, reportedly saying he did not want to answer questions regarding new accusations against Polanski.
Also on Tuesday, though without mentioning Polanski by name, French film industry association, ARP, released a statement saying it “strongly supports all victims of moral and sexual violence” and that it “must take into account that our professions, by the power they confer, can open the door to reprehensible excesses.”
The statement continued, that ARP “will propose to the next board of directors that, henceforth, any member found guilty of a sexual offense be excluded and that any member indicted for the same reason be suspended.” Polanski is currently a member of the organization.
Common Says He Wants to Meet Teacher Who Dressed Up as Him in Blackface; Teacher Explains Actions!
Earlier this month, David Carter, a white teacher from Milpitas High School in San Jose, California, was caught on video dressed in blackface, and he was put on administrative leave for it.
Carter was impersonating Common for a classroom Halloween presentation at the time and delivered some of the words from his Microsoft commercial
Afterwards, some of the students, like the vice president of the school’s Black Student Union, spoke to the press about the teacher and said he should’ve been terminated.
Common was also asked about Carter during a chat with TMZ last week, and the rapper said administrators shouldn’t only look at a teacher’s academic qualifications, but their level of sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
“It’s important that teachers and people who are educating our children are well-educated themselves on things that deal with history, culture, emotional history,” Common explained.
“I think we need to look at the teacher, the administration and people that we have leading our children in classrooms and make sure they’re fully equipped,” he added. “Not with just academic things but also have emotional intelligence and understanding.”
The “Like Water for Chocolate” rhymer also said he’d like to meet with the San Jose teacher, because he believes what he did is a teachable moment.
“I would love to hear what makes you think you can go out and do that,” stated Common. “I’ll break it down to him. … This ain’t acceptable. This ain’t happening, and I would let him know what it is.”
On Nov. 7 Carter spoke to NBC Bay Area about the video and admitted wrongdoing.
“I would become the hip-hop artist Common doing the Microsoft AI guy,” he explained. “I had no intention to come across as blackface and my actions were perceived that way and offended so many people. I’m truly sorry and I apologize.”
“As a teacher I constantly go over the top to engage my students in learning,” added Carter. “I went too far … I recognize my mistake. I ask anybody who has been adversely affected by this, and that’s a lot of people, to give me another chance because my heart is in the right place.”
Common also spoke to NBC Bay Area about Carter and said he first discovered the video when his daughter sent it to him.
“Blackface lacks understanding of what black and brown people go through,” he said. “I believe in forgiveness, understanding and compassion to the point where I’m willing to sit and talk with the individual and also bring others who can dig deeper into the education of what blackface has come from.”
Carter is still on administrative leave, as the Milpitas Unified School District hasn’t made its decision on whether to terminate him or not.
Kanye West to Bring ‘Sunday Service’ to Joel Osteen’s Houston Megachurch!
Kanye West is bringing “Sunday Service” to Houston, Texas. TMZ reports the controversial rapper will be at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church on Sunday Nov. 17 for the 11 a.m. service. And he’ll sit down with the famed pastor at the pulpit for a conversation that a church rep said will last for 15 to 20 minutes.
The discussion will go into how West overcame certain troubles in his life, and he’ll also talk about his days before finding God and afterward.
It’s been said the “College Dropout” creator won’t be performing at the 11 a.m. service, but he and his choir will do so later on during the 7 p.m. service.
West and Osteen have been talking on a regular basis as well, ever since the Chicago artist became a born-again Christian. And they’re also friends with each other.
Donald Iloff Jr., a Lakewood Church representative, confirmed the news of West’s visit.

Lakewood Church is said to have 45,000 members attend service each Sunday and 70,000 members in all. And Osteen has around 10 million people in the United States who watch his Sunday broadcast.
West, meanwhile, has been putting on his “Sunday Service” events since earlier this year when he began talking about devoting himself to God. The 42-year-old also said he was done making secular music, a little before he dropped his new album “Jesus is King” last month.
