Lupita Nyong’o Looks Stunning for Vanity Fair Mag!!😍😘πŸ₯°!
Marvel's Black Panther has become one of the most commercially and critically successful films in history, earning over $1 billion worldwide, breaking multiple box office records, and securing three wins at the 2019 Academy Awards. But to many, the film's greatest achievement was the way it celebrated black culture while disrupting the long-held beliefs about what a black-led project had to be.

"In Black Panther, I felt that the African experience was allowed to exist aspirationally," the film's star Lupita Nyong'o said in her recent Vanity Fair cover story. "I think it’s more common in America to hear of the struggle of black people than it is to hear of the success. It’s more of a sensation to have a headline about a struggle, you know? ‘Lupita Shunned by People for Her Hair Texture.’ The struggle through having dark skin is clickbait. So when Black Panther came along ... it was so refreshing to work on an African narrative that did not lead with the struggle of being African."
Nyong'o also said she had  a lot of faith in director Ryan Coogler's vision, so much so that she agreed to join Panther before the script was completed.
"When I choose projects, I want to have faith that as an artist it will speak to a time when it is needed as much as it speaks to me at the time that I make it," she said. Vanity Fair points out that Coogler and Joe Robert Cole began writing the superhero flick while Barack Obama was still in office; Black Panther hit theaters one year into Donald Trump's presidency.
"I really understood this with Black Panther, when we were making that movie in such a different political climate than the one in which it came out," Nyong'o continued. "Ryan was speaking to a future relevance that he could not have predicted ... I read the script for the first time six weeks before we started shooting."
The cover story also addressed Nyong'o's 2017 New York Times op-ed, in which she detailed her unsettling encounters with accused sexual predator Harvey Weinstein. The Oscar-winning actress recalled several instances where the disgraced producer had sexually harassed her before she had become a big name. Nyong'o shared her story as the Me Too movement was shaking up Hollywood, exposing a culture of sexism and abuse that has plagued the entertainment industry for decades. In the years since Me Too launched, Nyong'o has noticed a change within the business, and has hope that it will only get better

"There is definitely more of a sensitivity toward sexism, chauvinism, abuse ... In the past, when it came to physical combat, there were always consultants on set, but when it came to intimacy there was never, ever somebody present to help actors navigate that," she said. "Now you have that, which I think is a great inclusion, and ensures that those kinds of abuses don’t happen. I think there’s also at times an oversensitivity, which I just think is the nature of the pendulum shifting, and it takes time to find the balance. I’m quite happy that there is that kind of extreme change, and hopefully we find equilibrium as we move forward."

#RHOA: Uh Oh😲? Cynthia and NeNe almost came to BLOWS During a taping of Real Housewives of Atlanta?VIDEO😱! VIDEO
Things did not end well between NeNe Leakes and her ‘RHOA’ castmates last season, and it looks like the drama will continue into season 12, as a new video shows NeNe and Cynthia Bailey embroiled in a major argument while filming!

If NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey were hoping to meet up and repair their friendship while filming Real Housewives of Atlanta season 12, it doesn’t look like it worked! A fan-shot video shows the ladies inside a restaurant together, but the conversation looks far from friendly. Both ladies appear to be raising their voices at one another, while gesturing wildly with their hands, in the video. There’s no audio to show what exactly the women were apparently fighting about, but a cameraman can be seen in the background capturing the entire thing — so it’s likely that this will all play out on the upcoming season of RHOA!

NeNe and Cynthia’s friendship was torn apart at the end of RHOA’s 11th season, when Cynthia hosted an event and invited NeNe’s nemesis, Kenya Moore. Kenya wasn’t sure if she was going to come at first, but was convinced to attend by Kandi Burruss. At the party, NeNe overheard Kandi telling Cynthia, “You wanted Kenya here, and here she is,” which led NeNe to believe that Cynthia had orchestrated Kenya’s attendance behind her back. Cynthia defended herself by explaining that she had no idea if Kenya was even going to come, which is why she didn’t give NeNe the heads up, but NeNe still took issue with the situation.

“I didn’t have a problem with Kenya walking into the event because at the end of the day, Cynthia can have all the f***ing friends in the world,” NeNe explained during the RHOA After Show. “It doesn’t matter to me. What I had a problem with was she was using an excuse. She’s trying to wiggle her f***ing way out of it by saying, ‘I invited her, but I didn’t know if Kenya was going to come.’ The deal is, all you gotta do is pick up the phone and say, ‘Nene, just so you know, I invited her.’ An invite doesn’t mean she’s coming, but give me a heads up, b****.”

The situation led to drama between NeNe and basically all of her castmates, and that she will not be afraid to address it all in the upcoming episodes. “I’m still going to face the confrontation head on, whatever it is,” NeNe promised. “I can tell you that we’re going to have a great season 12 — that I can tell you.”

The Founder of One of America's Largest Conversion Therapy Programs Now Says He's Gay—And now Sorry!πŸ€¬πŸ˜’
In 1999, McKrae Game founded Truth Ministry, a faith-based conversion therapy program in South Carolina that aimed to suppress or eliminate participants’ LGBTQ identity through a combination of counseling and threats of eternal fire. Twenty years later, 51-year-old Game has come out as gay, and, naturally, is sorry for the harm his massive hypocrisy has caused.
“I believe ex-gay ministry is a lie,” Game said in an interview with Post and Courier. “Conversion therapy is not just a lie, it’s very harmful. [Especially] when it takes it to the point of, ‘You need to change and here’s a curriculum, here’s how you do it, and you haven’t changed yet, keep at it, it’ll happen.’”

Game told the Post and Courier that he was raised Southern Baptist. As a child, he secretly wore his sister’s clothing and outwardly displayed “feminine qualities” that became the target of taunts from classmates; his nickname became “McGay.” By age 11, he realized—with horror—that he was attracted to other boys, and was determined to suppress these desires. By eighteen, he became more comfortable with his sexuality and was out to a small group of people, until he had a guilt-ridden breakdown in the early ‘90s. Game’s quest for salvation led him to a counselor who promised to help him get to the root of why he was gay. Game was told that counseling would help reveal the root of his homosexuality and his sexual urges would lessen over time, but marriage, children, and starting Truth Ministry—later renamed and rebranded to Hope for Wholeness—didn’t stop them.

20yrs in exgay ministry I WAS WRONG! Please forgive me! ❤️ Unpacking the memories. In the discussions leading up to The Post & Courier coming to interview me, I’d told the young reporter that I’d still not unpacked from my having been fired. “It was just too painful. I’ve just been putting it off. “ It all had been stacked up in our home office, which is a wreck, thus taking it all up to the den. The young reporter asked, “Would u be willing to let us film you and me talk to u while u go through the boxes?” I said “I guess I could do that.” It was very cathartic going through the boxes, explaining each item, book, and pictures, including one of me and Joseph Nicolosi—author of Reparative Therapy and late director of NARTH, Joe Dallas, and my counselor Dan Garvin of Solid Rock. I went through each item, one at a time: my plaque from my 2010 marathon, ordination certificate, a toy Hummer I used to explain coveting, and garden gnome that was underneath one of my many plants that were in my office. Many books on understanding the roots of homosexuality, brokenness, sexual healing, Christianity, many Bibles, and my Hope for Wholeness badge I wore when displaying at conferences. Two cases of my book The Transparent Life. And my prize possession of my Promise Keepers hat that was signed by the men on the bus (to/from Bolder Colorado from Spartanburg, a 37 hr bus ride) that said me sharing changed their lives. He asked me after we got done what I would do with it all. I said I’d donate the normal books, throw away the books on homosexuality, keep the personal items like the embroidered Truth Ministry podium swath that someone (I don’t remember who) made for me. He asked me why I’d keep the items. I said, “That was 20-26 years (20 in ministry leadership) of my life, it’s a large part of me (though its like a distant memory). I will want to keep them to remember.” The memories aren’t all bad. There’s many good memories. But I certainly regret where I caused harm. I know that creating the organization that still lives was in a large way causing harm. Creating a catchy slogan that put out a very misleading idea of “Freedom from homosexuality...” continued on Facebook.
A post shared by McKrae Game (@mckraegame) on

Conversion therapy is refuted by every reputable scientific agency and is now banned in several states for anyone under the age of 18. South Carolina, where Hope for Woleness is based, is not one of them.
“It’s a lie,” Game told the Courrier. “We have harmed generations of people. We’ve done wrong, we need to admit our wrongs, and do what we can do to stop the wrong from continuing to happen.”
This isn’t the first time the founder of a gay conversion therapy program has later come out as gay. Depending on your propensity towards forgiveness Game is either a shining example of redemption or an irredeemable scourage with blood on his hands.

Nearly 700,000 LGBTQ-identifying adults have undergone conversion therapy treatments or counseling, according to a 2018 study by UCLA’s Williams Institute. The various forms of conversion have been tied to emotional and psychological trauma for many, including depression, anxiety and thoughts of suicide. It’s been condemned by virtually every major medical group in the United States, including the American Psychological Association and the American Medical Association.

One young member of Game’s organization, Cody Roemhild, died by suicide less than two years after joining Hope for Wholeness in May of 2015 when he was 18-years-old. Just before Christmas 2016, Roemhild was found dead in his apartment. Game wrote a lengthy memoriam for Roemhild and posted a few Instagram posts commemorating Roemhild at the time of his death. He told the Post and Courrier, “[Roemhild] was a very sweet guy, he was a very troubled guy.”

Considering the fact that Roemhild was finding support in a group that attempted to guilt, shame, and scare the gay out of him, Game seems complicit in Roemhild’s troubles. Though moved by Roemhild, Game hasn’t publicly commented on the role that the therapy he advocated may have played in Roemhild’s death, a glaring oversight considering the correlation between conversion therapy and risk of suicide.
“I was a hot mess for 26 years and I have more peace now than I ever did,” said Game. Many who were traumatized by Hope and Wholeness or the countless other conversion therapy centers, unfortunately, can’t say the same.

#RIP: LaShawn Daniels, Musical Partner of Rodney Jerkins and Songwriter for Whitney Houston, Brandy and Destiny’s Child, has DIED at 41!πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯!
“It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, family member and friend,” wrote his wife, April Daniels
LaShawn Daniels, a Grammy Award winning songwriter, died Tuesday as a result of injuries from a car accident at the age of 41, according to CNN. His writing credits spanned decades and genres, and included hits like Whitney Houston’s “It’s Not Right but It’s OK,” Michael Jackson’s “You Rock My World,” Destiny’s Child “Say My Name,” and Lady Gaga’s “Telephone.” Daniels’ wife, April Daniels, posted a statement to Instagram announcing the death of her husband.

“It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, family member and friend, LaShawn Daniels who was the victim of a fatal car accident in South Carolina,” writes wife April Daniels. “A Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter, Daniels was a man of extraordinary faith and a pillar in our family.”
Daniels, better know as “Big Shiz,” was instrumental in creating the sound of late Nineties and early 2000s R&B and pop. In a 2018 interview with Rolling Out, Daniels described his working relationship with Whitney Houston. “We would talk about relationships and she loved talking about real situations,” he said. “She didn’t want to sing about anything that was fake, Whitney always wanted to keep it real. I think that’s another thing that made her special and people relate to her. It would start from a conversation and we’d go from there.”

Musicians from across the music industry, including Kehlani, Dawn Richard, Ari Lennox, Ryan Hemsworth, and James Fauntleroy paid their respects across social media on Tuesday. “The entire music community is feeling the loss of one of the greatest to ever do it,” Kirk Franklin tweeted. “LaShawn Daniels we just stood together a week ago. No words.”

Rest in Peace! Our Prayers and condolences go out to April and their Son!

Comedian Kevin Hart is on the road to recovery after a brutal Labor Day weekend car accident – but sources say the road will be long. In the wee hours of Sunday morning, (9/1/19) the “Night School” star, along with his wife, Eniko Hart‘s, personal trainer – Rebecca Broxterman – and her fiance, Jared Black were taking a joyride in Kevin’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in Malibu, when it fell into an embankment off Mulholland Highway.

Investigators say no alcohol or drugs were involved, but excessive speed may have been the cause of the accident. Sources add that Kevin Hart is recovering from emergency back surgery following the accident, and able to walk with a walker. Reportedly, the father of three is expected to be released from a California hospital by the end of the week, followed by months of physical therapy and doctor’s appointments.

No statements for Kevin Hart’s passengers, Jared Black and Rebecca Broxterman, have been given.

Tamron Hall Tapped Fantasia For Her New Talk Show Theme Song -You Can hear it HERE!😍!
Looks like we have our new go-to black-girl-inspiration daytime chatfest.
“Tamron Hall” kicks off her new nationally syndicated show - taped in New York City - next Monday.  With a mix of live and taped shows, she's giving us content that's deeply moving to the purely fun, where she's connecting with the people who are shaping our world through meaningful, engaging and entertaining conversations.
She's a new mom, a newlywed and a new force in daytime, and we're here for a fresh voice in the space.  Oh, and she's serving as an executive producer too.  Get it!
Tamron tapped fellow powerhouse mom Fantasia - who she met a few years ago at her concert and knew she needed her voice- to record the theme song "Shine" exclusively for Tamron’s new show.

"Fantasia in a word is everything - she has been an inspiration and a friend to me for many years," said Tamron Hall. "Her story, her life and her presence shakes me to my core - from the first time I saw her on ‘American Idol’ to the time I saw her perform and move the crowd at The Apollo. I knew I wanted to partner with her in some way; I didn’t know then that it would be for the theme song for my daytime talk show, but I knew we were destined to do something together. She embodies what it means to be a woman – she is loving and giving to others, and she shines.”

Fantasia commented, “It was a pleasure and honor to record ‘Shine’ - the theme song for Tamron Hall’s new daytime show. I’ve been a fan of hers for many years as she represents all women out there who are strong, smart, hardworking, and resilient. Women who are taking care of business while operating at high levels as great mothers, daughters, aunts, nieces etc. This song represents the positive energy that these types of women fight to bring into their own communities and I know Tamron will bring the same approach to viewers nation-wide with her new show.’

LISTEN HERE We love a love fest.
"Tamron" premieres September 9th

Britney Spears’s ex Kevin Federline files restraining order against Jamie Spears and gets increased custody of sons!😯!
Britney Spears’s new custody agreement scales back the amount of time she gets with her two sons — and that’s just part of the Spears family drama.
While the pair had been splitting 50-50 custody, her ex, Kevin Federline, now gets 70 percent custody of Sean Preston, 13, and Jayden James, 12, while the pop performer gets 30 percent unsupervised custodial rights, according to court documents obtained by E! News and TMZ.
The agreement was put in place in August 2018, according to both outlets. However, it became “official and formalized” on Aug. 28.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, later told People magazine that they moved to make the agreement official after an incident that occurred while Spears had the children. Federline filed a police report against Spears’s father, Jamie Spears, on Aug. 25, alleging battery on Sean Preston. The trouble reportedly took place a day earlier when Sean Preston allegedly was behind a locked bedroom door and Jamie broke down the door to get in and then "violently shook" the child, The Blast reports. Spears then got both sons away from her father — and Federline was called to pick them up.

Federline’s lawyer told People, “There was a disagreement that occurred while Britney and the children were visiting with Jamie at his home that led to a physical altercation. Britney did the right thing and removed the children and took them out of there, but the trauma to the kids is nonetheless.” Jamie didn’t comment.

Kaplan told People late Tuesday that Federline considered getting protective order against Jamie when he went to the police station, but they decided to try to work it out instead. However, The Blast reported on Tuesday night that Kevin had filed a restraining order against Jamie in the couple’s ongoing custody case — and it has been granted.
While the Ventura County District Attorney's Office looks into the case, Kaplan filed the documents to officially change the couple’s custody agreement to 70/30. The attorney added that Federline actually has the boys “closer to 90” percent of the time while Spears has them for 10 percent of the time. ‘

Kaplan also said that Spears’s time with the boys is supervised.
It’s well-documented that Spears has had ongoing mental health problems. Earlier this year, she completed a 30-day stay at a mental health facility. She’s been candid about battling anxiety and had a very public mental breakdown in 2007 when she initially separated from Federline and, for a time, lost custody of their children altogether.

Spears has had a conservatorship in place with Jamie in charge since 2008. Amid her most recently problems, there was a question over whether Spears was forced to enter treatment against her will. Her mother, Lynne Spears, who is divorced from Jamie, moved to become more involved in conservatorship matters. She hadn’t previously been involved with the conservatorship at all.

Spears, who hasn’t spoken publicly about losing time with her boys or the incident between her father and Sean Preston, loves sharing their adventures on social media. In early August, the trio visited Disneyland.
They often go to Hawaii with the performer and take other fun trips.
Their posh lifestyle with their famous mom factored into Federline seeking the court’s help in renegotiating their custody agreement last year. K-Fed sought increased child support payments because Spears was making more money and he was making less than when they first came to terms in 2007. He also now has them more of the time.
In court documents, Federline’s legal team noted that when the children were with Spears, they had private chefs and tutors as well as "toys" including ATVs, video game systems, iPads and laptops. It also noted that Spears takes them on multiple vacations a year at luxury resorts. However, Federline — who was receiving about $20,000 a month in child support — couldn’t afford to take them on vacation. He said he didn’t have space in his house for his sons to have sleepovers.

In August 2018, a lawyer made Spears pay Federline more than $100,000 for support and his legal fees. Soon after, they reportedly renegotiated the support, increasing Federline’s payments to “thousands more” a month.
Federline has six children in total — including two with his wife, Victoria Prince, and two with ex Shar Jackson.
Spears, who has been in a relationship with model and actor Sam Asghari for the last two years, had her fans worried with her cryptic Instagram messages amid her mental health woes. Some blamed her father Jamie’s tight grip on Spears for some of her problems.

That said, a Spears source told People magazine last month, “Earlier this year was a scary time for her, but she is doing really well now. Britney is having a great summer. Sam has been around a lot — he really takes care of Britney.” And she was “spending more time with” her sons because she feeling “healthier.”

'LIZZBIANS UNITE!' Lizzo Celebrates Scoring First No. 1 With 'Truth Hurts😍πŸ₯°'!
Lizzo is enjoying the fruits of her labor as she celebrates her first number-one record.
The Detroit-born singer-songwriter's record "Truth Hurts," which released nearly two years to the day (September 19, 2017), finally topped the Billboard Hot 100 this week. According to Billboard, Lizzo's uplifting track rises from No. 3 and will take its reigning rank on the chart (dated September 7).

The "Coconut Oil" musician also gave herself — and her fans — a well-deserved shout-out on Twitter to mark the accomplishment. "WE’RE NUMBER 1. THIS IS A W FOR ALL OF US. ANYBODY WHO EVER FELT LIKE THEY VOICE WASN’T HEARD. ANYBODY WHO FELT LIKE THEY WEREN’T GOOD ENOUGH. YOU ARE. WE ARE. CHAMPIONS. I LOVE YALL 3 MUCH. LIZZBIANS UNITE," she tweeted Tuesday (September 3).
Lizzo's new leader record comes weeks after the star performed her hit at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards on August 26. In case you're unsure of the magnitude of this moment, the sleeper-hit beat out some pretty tough competitors, including Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's "Senorita" and Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy."

Making it an even bigger deal, Lizzo is the sixth female rapper to top the charts, following in the footsteps of predecessors Iggy Azealea, Lauryn Hill, Lil Kim, Shawnna, and Cardi B.
The latter tweeted congratulations to the new chart-topper, writing: "The fact that Lizzo a couple months ago felt underestimated and now she have a #1!!!!B---H! take that!take that ! Makes me emotional πŸ˜ It’s the best feeling in the world."

Congratulations, Lizzo!

Tracee Ellis Ross Launches New Hair Care Brand After 10 Years in the MakingπŸ’‡‍♀️πŸ’‡‍♀️!
Tracee Ellis Ross is going into the hair care business, and she made the announcement Tuesday on Instagram.

Her product is called Pattern, which she explained is for “curly, coily and tight textured hair,” mainly for women with 3B to 4C  textures.
And it’s not something the “black-ish” actress just thought of. Pattern has been in the works for 10 years. She’s also been tweaking the product over the past couple of years just to get it right.
“@patternbeauty is the result of 20 years of dreaming, 10 years in the making (I wrote my first brand pitch in 2008, right when girlfriends finished ) and 2 years of working with chemists. I’m so excited to share this with y’all,” wrote Ellis Ross.
Elsewhere in her message, the 46-year-old explained that Pattern has formulas with safe ingredients, and 74 different samples were tested by a panel to come up with seven formulas.
The line will be available for purchase on Sept. 9 at 9 a.m. ET at Patternbeauty.com, and Ellis Ross said she wanted to keep prices moderate so everything can be purchased by the average consumer.
Products will range from $9 to $42, which will include three conditioners, a leave-in conditioner, two serums, shampoo, a hair clip, shower brush and microfiber towel.
“@patternbeauty is for those of us who need more than a quarter size of product,” wrote Ellis Ross. “Large conditioner sizes that actually fulfill the unmet needs of our community.”
“Accessible pricing because everyone should have access to their most beautiful hair in their own shower,” she added. “And gorgeous packaging that conjures the legacy of our history and makes us all feel like the royalty that we are.”
Ellis Ross gave more details about the product during an interview with Allure as well.

“I had logged hours and hours in the trenches with my hair,” she explained. “Many of us can chronicle the journey of our self-acceptance through the journey of our hair. I think, in all honesty, the timing is perfect.”

Come Inside John Legend's James Bond-Themed 40th Birthday Party!πŸŽ‚!!
Nobody throws a party quite like Chrissy Teigen. To celebrate her husband John Legend’s 40th birthday, Teigen threw a lavish, James Bond-themed party in Los Angeles, which was packed with many of the power couple’s famous friends. And if you’re like us, and you’re invite also got lost in the mail, fear not. We’ve got the details of what went down at the exclusive bash.
First, the guest list. Of course, Teigen and Legend’s close friends Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were on hand, as was Kim’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian. Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin was also there, and was seen posing in front of a shimmering, Bond-inspired 040 logo. Alicia Keys was also photographed inside the party.

But the big winner of the night, apart from Legend himself, of course, was the couple’s baby boy Miles. Teigen dressed her youngest son as a mini version of her husband, complete with a pint-sized tux fit for a king. Prior to the event, Teigen appeared to have trouble deciding whether to dress Miles in a black tux or a white tux, so she took to Twitter for some advice.

Harry Styles cut his hair short and some Fans Are DividedπŸ’‡‍♂️!!
Former One Direction’s Harry Styles's latest pictures have taken over the internet by storm. A father of fan clicked pictures with Harry at an airport which made his fans go crazy.
The singer sported a new with short hair, a moustache and goatee due to which his fans are divided. Harry was vacationing in Italy where he debuted his new hairdo.

Fans took to their social media accounts to share their opinions on Harry's new look. While some expressed their disappointment, others acknowledged that the singer looks hot no matter what hair length he has!
Meanwhile, Harry recently turned down the offer to play Princ Eric's role in the 'Little Mermaid' live-action. He would have featured opposite singer Halle Bailey who is on board to play the title role of mermaid Ariel.

For the unversed, Styles marked his debut in acting debut with Christopher Nolan's World War II drama 'Dunkirk' in 2017.

R. Kelly Moved Has Been Moved From Solitary Confinement To the General Population In Chicago Jail!😢!
Singer R. Kelly (real name, Robert Kelly) is no longer trapped in the closet of Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center’s solitary confinement. As he awaits trial for his many sexual abuse indictments, he’s reportedly been moved among the masses in general population. According to reports, he and his legal team had accused the jail of holding him in solitary against his will with little freedom or rights, but the Chicago facility proved this wasn’t the case with receipts of R. Kelly’s recorded phone conversations.

After being written up for refusing cellmates, the self-proclaimed “Pied Piper of R&B” had been recorded saying he was afraid to be moved into general population in July. R. Kelly reportedly said:
“If I go to population…I’m just up on everybody and everybody’s up on me, and I’m trying to figure out how to trust that or whatever.” “You know, and that’s why, I was like, hmmm, too many people up on you and I done seen too many movies, you know, and it’s just, and then I’m so popular here, it’s like yeah man.”
However, his attorney, Steve Greenberg, proclaims the move as a step in the right direction. He offered this statement along with a series of social media updates on the mission to get R. Kelly released:
“We filed a motion with the court, and the jail took the appropriate action and moved him.”

R. Kelly is currently being held without bond on racketeering conspiracy and sexual assault charges.

#TRAGIC: Teenage Boy Confesses To Killing His Family, Now Facing Five Murder Charges😭😭😭!
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with five counts of murder after admitting to killing his family in their home in Elkmont, Alabama on Tuesday, September 3.
According to CNN, the victims were his father, John Sisk, 38, his stepmother, Mary Sisk, 35; his 6-year-old brother; his 5-year-old sister; and his 6-month-old brother.
Limestone County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Stephen Young told reporters Tuesday they have yet to establish a motive.

The teen faces five juvenile counts of murder. However, Young said, “pending the adjudication process, [the teen] could face adult charges of multiple counts of murder and/or capital murder.”
Investigators found the handgun allegedly used in the killings on “the side of the road nearby where it had been tossed,” according to a tweet made by the sheriff’s office. The office also previously said the teen was assisting police in locating a 9 mm handgun that he had discarded near the scene.
CNN affiliate WAFF reports the shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m. Monday. The accused teen called 911 to report that he was in the basement when he heard gunfire upstairs.
The boy then repeated the claim to deputies who arrived on the scene.

WAFF says hours later, the sheriff told investigators the 14-year-old confessed to the shootings.
The sheriff’s office first reported early Tuesday that three of the five victims were confirmed dead at the scene and two were airlifted in critical condition. The office later confirmed the airlifted victims had died as well, CNN reports.
A Limestone County School District spokeswoman confirmed with the publication the teen attended Elkmont High School but referred additional questions to law enforcement.
“Limestone County Schools is deeply saddened by the tragic event,” Karen Tucker said in an email to CNN. “We are concentrating our efforts in assisting our students, faculty, and community in dealing with this tragedy. Additional school counselors and Limestone County Health Department Counselors are on site. These individuals will be available for as long as there is a need.”

The boy is being held in an unspecified juvenile facility.
