Keyshia Coles' former landlord is suing her for damages after she trashed his Santa Monica condo.
According to reports, after falling behind $19k in back rent and getting served with eviction papers, Keyshia left scratched up floors, holes in the walls and ceilings and badly damaged door frames in her wake.
The landlord is seeking $150k in damages plus $19k in back rent.
