Khloe Kardashian Says She & Lamar Odom Are NOT Back Together, Explains Why She Dropped The Divorce
Khloe Kardashian STRIKES AGAIN! as she shared her story to PEOPLE. *SIGH* Always about them!
Inside the new issue, she opens up. And she opens up in a way that's been a "tried and proven" method of good P.R. When you share your story to folks via PEOPLE, it only serves to boost your brand. We're sure Kris brokered that deal with nothing but strategy in mind.
Here's what Khloe shared about pulling her divorce, standing by Lamar's side and why they aren't getting back together (yet). We have no doubt she loves him. It's the way this family loves to profit off of the most sensitive of situations that irks us to no end.
On learning about Lamar's overdose: "All I knew was I had to get there. I had to get to him and make sure he was okay. I hate that he was in that situation. I wouldn't want anybody in that situation, especially someone I love and care about."
On why she stopped the divorce proceedings: "I pulled back on the divorce because there is no rush for it. For medical reasons and a ton of other things, it’s just smarter that it’s put on hold. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
The Tea is Lamar is on the Kardashian's health insurance plan so this all makes sense.
On standing by Lamar's side: "I loved him always, and I will always love him. I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him."
On Lamar's progress: "The fact that he woke up was definitely a sigh of relief for everybody," she says. "Every hour is different. It goes up and it goes down but he's awake. He's alive and that's all I wanted, was for him to be okay."
On supporting Lamar through it all: "There is a very long road ahead of [Lamar]. He has to walk that road by himself, and, most importantly, he has to want to walk that road. I will be there supporting him every step of the way."
Remember how we said Lamar's illness would be good for Khloe's business? We forgot to tell you that her book Strong Looks Better Naked (where she explains why their marriage collapsed) will hit stores on November 3rd. We also hear from the tabloids that Kris Jenner is busy brokering deals to get Lamar his first post-coma interview and is allegedly trying to make this a storyline for the next season of the family's reality show.

Yeah BISHES LOL! YOU HEARD RIGHT! Rumor has it, MOOSETTA I meant NeNe Leakes came back on our reality TV screens, momentarily.
Despite reports that Leakes had threw up the deuces to BRAVO’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, she’s said to be returning for the eighth season in a “surprise attack” on the other women, E! News reports.
BRAVO cameras are still filming season eight of the popular show and this week, the cast is taking it’s talents to Jamaica. According to the site, NeNe will make an appearance—unannounced—much to the surprise of her unsuspecting co-stars.
There’s no word on whether she’s only making this one rumored appearance, of if she’ll be making a number of appearances this season.
While NeNe isn’t an official cast member (since she opted to leave the show after season 7), Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Kandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks, and Porsha Williams have returned.
Newbies Shamea Morton and Kim Fields have joined as official cast members. We’ll also see Marlo Hampton and there may be an appearance or two by Claudia Jordan.Transgender model Amiyah Scott will make an appearance as well…..HMMMMMM Thoughts?

New Music: R. Kelly - Switch Up ft. Lil Wayne & Jeremih
From his forthcoming album The Buffet, R. Kelly gets Jeremih and Lil Wayne to assist him on a track called "Switch Up."
On this one, Kellz pulls out a rapid, contemporary rap flow, and Jeremih and Lil Wayne follow suit as they sing about their playa ways over the bassy, stringy track.
"Switch Up" follows the previously released song "Backyard Party" and ultimately shows his uncanny ability to "switch up" his sound, often taking it from a rapper’s delight to an R&B groove effortlessly.

Earlier this year, Kelly explained The Buffet will be a smorgasbord of sounds.
“I've got a lot of great songs under my belt, and fans love it. But, I've got all different kinds of generations of fans now, and I have to feed everybody,” he said on HLN's The Daily Share. “You've got hip hop, you've got old school music with the 'Step In The Name of Love' type of music, 'Happy People' type of music, then you've got traditional R. Kelly; sensuous, sexual kind of music. It's just a variety of things, so I call it The Buffet."

The Voice’s Christina Aguilera Returns To Coach Season 10 – But Insiders Sick Of Singer’s Diva Demands
According to The Voice spoilers from NBC, Gwen Stefani is out – and Christina Aguilera will be back on the singing competition for Season 10. But, Christina’s co-stars and the cast and crew of the voice aren’t exactly thrilled by the pop-star’s triumphant return, and frankly they would rather that Gwen Stefani stuck around. Apparently, Christina Aguilera is a total diva on set – and a nightmare to work with!
An insider on the set of The Voice ranted to OK! Magazine about how ridiculous Christina Aguilera’s diva demands are. Christina’s disgruntled co-worked dished, “She made outrageous food and scheduling demands and even had the upholstery on her chair customized to velvet.” The source also recollected a time that Christina made everyone come in hours early for filming because she had a big dinner date, and then Christina didn’t bother to show up!
It sounds like Christina Aguilera does have some diva tendencies, then again hasn’t she built an entire career on being a pop star and a diva? Regardless, Christina Aguilera is obviously good for ratings – or else NBC wouldn’t be giving Gwen Stefani the boot just because Christina decided she wanted to do another season of The Voice. And, when you are detrimental to a show’s success, you king of get a free pass to act like a total diva. Is it “right?” No, not at all, it’s totally unfair – but that is just the way show business works.

Hillary Clinton to Kick Off 'African Americans for Hillary' in Atlanta
On Friday, October 30th, Hillary Clinton will launch "African Americans for Hillary" in Atlanta. First, she will join Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., Reverend Frederick Haynes and a group of local and regional African American clergy at a luncheon event.
Following the luncheon, she will be joined at a grassroots event at Clark Atlanta University by former NBA player Grant Hill, Georgia House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams, Mayor Kasim Reed, and Congressman John Lewis.
The event will be emceed by media maven and entrepreneur Karen Civil, and the national anthem will be sung by seven-time Grammy-nominated American R&B singer and songwriter Kelly Price.
During the event, Clinton will lay out how she’s fighting to address issues important to the African American community.

The clip follows the story of a wild night that ultimately ends up with someone behind bars. As the crazy night went on, we see the Compton native getting in a twerk session with a chick and he later “Hits The Quan” with Terry Crews on stage at a “talent show.” Yeah, it’s many things. By the end of the night, comedian Corey Holcomb is hauled off to jail.

Meet the Woman Who Broke Up Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s Marriage
Halle Berry‘s ex, French actor Olivier Martinez was spotted loading up on groceries and pumpkins at Bristol Farms with his current flame, actress Ashley Greene.
She’s only 28 and she is an actress who will forever be known as the woman who broke up Halle and Olivier’s marriage.
Halle filed for divorce under the alias Hal Maria on Tuesday. Hal Maria is a combination of Halle’s first and middle names. Olivier Martinez is listed as Oliver Martin, and the couple’s son, Maceo Martinez, is listed as Mac Martin. The subterfuge was probably necessary to thwart TMZ’s spies who hang around the courthouse scouring court documents for scandalous dirt on celebrities.

TMZ’s founder Harvey Levin, who is an attorney, doesn’t think filing under an alias is legal. He says a judge may have to decide if Berry’s petition is legitimate or if Martinez becomes the petitioner.
WHOA! Derrick Rose's Sexual Abuse Accuser Wants $21.5 Million!
There's been a major update in the Derrick Rose rape lawsuit from a few weeks ago. Here's a quick refresher: An anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against the NBA baller accusing him and his friends of gang rape. She says that in 2013 they drugged her, broke into her L.A. apartment and then gang raped her while she was passed out. Derrick refutes her story.
A few days later, Derrick Rose filed his own papers and he says that night in 2013 went a little differently. He claims the alleged victim "consented to sexual interaction with more than one co-defendant on more than one occasion, consented to sexual interactions on the day in question, and invited the defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in." He also claims was pissed off that he wouldn't reimburse her for a sex toys she purchased and that he ignored her texts afterwards.
He released this statement: The plaintiff's allegations are completely false and without any factual basis. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to shake down a highly respected and successful athlete.
Mr. Rose was in a non-exclusive, consensual sexual relationship with the plaintiff for over two years. The plaintiff expressed no complaints about Mr. Rose until various lawyers began to surface and demand that the plaintiff be paid millions of dollars.
This is the third lawyer the plaintiff has retained in this matter. Two years have passed since Mr. Rose ended the consensual relationship with the plaintiff and her claims are as meritless now as they were two years ago.
We have complete confidence that the case will be dismissed and that Mr. Rose will be vindicated. This lawsuit is outrageous.”
Now we've learned that the case is indeed heading to trial (in late 2017) and the accuser is asking for $21.5 MILLION ($6 million in compensatory damages and $15.5 in punitive).
Meanwhile, Derrick is playing with the Bulls (he signed a 5 year contract worth $94.3 million back in 2011).
Spring Valley High School Officer Ben Fields has been FIRED!
Deputy Ben Fields has been accused of using excessive force before.
A South Carolina sheriff's deputy seen hurling a student to the ground and then dragging her across the floor in a widely viewed video has been fired, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said Wednesday. Deputy Ben Fields had been on administrative leave since the Monday incident.
"Deputy Ben Fields did wrong Monday," Lott said, adding that Fields had been terminated from the department roughly 20 minutes before the noon press announcement. The department's investigation into Fields' conduct was complete in just 48 hours.
But even as he announced Fields' firing, Lott appeared to defend the deputy's actions and shift at least some of the blame for the encounter to the student, whom he described as "very disruptive and very disrespectful."
"We must not lose sight that the whole incident was started by this student," he said.
The violent classroom arrest at Spring Valley High School in Columbia prompted a local investigation from the sheriff's department, the state's attorney's office as well as a federal probe into whether Fields, who is white, violated the civil rights of the 16-year-old student, who is black.
Fields' behavior was swiftly condemned by everyone from school officials to presidential candidates. Richland School District 2 Superintendent Debbie Hamm on Tuesday called Fields' actions "outrageous and unforgivable."
Students filmed the encounter in the classroom, and the videos went viral. On Tuesday, Lott called the footage "disturbing," but denied race was a factor because Fields "has been dating an African-American woman for quite some time." On Wednesday, he said he welcomed "people to video us doing our job."
"As in any incident, videos are very useful to us. We’re glad that students took the videos," Lott said. But he cautioned that videos are just a snapshot and "don’t tell the complete picture."
Fields arrested the teen girl after she reportedly ignored her teacher's order to put away her cell phone. The aggressive discipline is just one example of the school-to-prison pipeline phenomenon, in which black children are more likely to be criminalized for their behavior than their white peers.
Lott said his department was solely investigating whether Fields broke department policy, and that he reached out to other authorities to handle the broader criminal and civil rights investigations.
"I don’t feel proper procedures were used at this point," Lott said. "The maneuver he used was not based on training, or acceptable."
The 16-year-old student and one of her peers in the class were both charged with disturbing the schools, USA Today reports. Lott said Wednesday that he understood the charges against the students have not been dropped.
Fields, who joined the sheriff's office in 2004 and became a school resource officer in 2008, has been sued twice before over his conduct. A jury ruled in Fields' favor in a 2007 excessive force suit, and the deputy is awaiting trial on the second suit over a student's alleged wrongful expulsion.
When asked if Fields felt sorry for the incident, Lott said he didn't "know if the word is remorse. He tried to do his job, and that's what he feels like he did."

The shoe marks JB and Spike’s third collaboration, following the Jordan Spiz’ike and Jordan Son of Mars.
Tinker Hatfield sketches and the Air Jordan V were the inspirations for the Spike Forty. The shoe also serves as a homage to the contract Spike signed with the New York Knicks in 199o.
