#RHOA: Fans Support Marlo Hampton as She Alleges Businesses Stole Fashion Items
Marlo Hampton from The Real Housewives of Atlanta has called out different fashion brands for allegedly stealing from her, and the fans are coming to her defense.

The reality star has appeared on RHOA since Season 4. Although she was featured as a “friend” for the most part, her storyline has always been about her as a fashion icon. During a past season, Marlo celebrated the launch of her fashion showroom, Le’ Archive. The inventory is curated by the “style maven” we know and love, and houses more than 5,000 runway and archive luxury designer pieces.

The way the site operates is fans, viewers, and everyone in between can rent pieces from the showroom for a maximum of seven days for a fee. We’re talking about legendary brands like Gucci, Chanel, Roberto Cavalli, and so many others. But according to the 47-year-old, some companies have rented these pieces but never returned them.

Marlo calls out sites for allegedly stealing her products
In a recent Instagram post, Marlo called out the brands 1stDibs and Grailed for seemingly trying to sell pieces that appear to be from Le’ Archive’s closet. Once the reality star saw some of her clothing being sold for nearly $10,000 online, she asked the companies to reach out to her and the Sandy Springs Police Department.

“@1stdibs The Valentino Gown is very rare; less than a handful were produced,” she wrote in her caption.

“@grailed The robbers even went as far [as] to actually use photos of me in the Roberto Cavalli dress for their advertisement. I need answers asap,” Marlo continued.

Marlo pleaded with the alleged thieves by stating she’s spent over 20 years collecting these designer items. She even said some are “irreplaceable.”

In addition to fans coming to her defense, Basketball Wives star Tami Roman offered support by adding, “@1stdibs @grailed y’all selling STOLEN merchandise?! Shameful!”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta continues on Sundays at 8/7c.

#HipHopNews: City Girls' JT Teases New Single "No Bars" Dropping Friday
JT is stepping back into the solo spotlight with the forthcoming release of her new single “No Bars.” Its Monday (July 10) announcement came straight from the musician’s Instagram account, where the 30-year-old teased the record with a post.

“B**ches always in my business,” the caption read, alluding to the tone of the new song. “’No Bars’ Friday! [Pre-Save link in bio].” The cover for the Friday (July 14) release channels a 2002 video game vibe, complete with a Grand Theft Auto: Vice City-inspired font. In the artwork, JT can be seen in a black swimsuit adorned with pink stars while standing alongside an inflatable whale in a drained pool.

This marks her first solo venture since 2019’s “JT First Day Out,” a song released in the wake of her one-year prison sentence for credit card fraud. Since then, she’s notably lent her voice to Nicki Minaj’s 2022 “Super Freaky Girl” on the “Queen Mix,” and to Summer Walker’s 2021 track “Ex For A Reason.”

Amid recent headlines for a dispute with Lil Uzi Vert during the BET Awards on June 25, JT seems to have shifted her focus back to music. Despite the flare-up, in which the Miami rapper allegedly threw her phone at Uzi, the pair appeared harmonious at a release party on June 27.

While fans speculated that JT’s outburst was a reaction to a photograph featuring Uzi and Ice Spice, the “Act Up” artist’s team clarified the situation to TMZ. They reported JT’s frustration stemmed from losing her seat, not from any interaction with the “Munch (Feelin’ U)” rapper.

As for City Girls, the duo dropped their single “PiΓ±ata” in June, just one day after “I Need A Thug” debuted. Collaborating with Diddy and Fabolous, they also churned out the summer hit “Act Bad.” With the musician’s return to the solo scene and City Girls’ steady stream of hits, fans are eagerly awaiting the duo’s next move.

Top BBC News Anchor Huw Edwards Named as Staffer Accused of Paying Teen for Explicit Images

The BBC staffer accused of paying a teenager for sexually explicit photographs has been named as Huw Edwards, one of the network’s top anchors.

The equivalent of NBC’s Brian Williams (before he was fired for embellishing an Iraq war story), Edwards is one of the most senior on-air figures at the corporation and was the anchor chosen to break news of Queen Elizabeth II’s death to the world last September. He is the fourth highest paid figure at the BBC.

Edwards’ wife, Vicky Flind, issued a statement on the anchor’s behalf saying Edwards is suffering “serious mental health issues” and has been hospitalized. “As is well documented, he has been treated for severe depression in recent years,” she said. “The events of the last few days have greatly worsened matters.”

Last weekend, U.K. tabloid The Sun broke the news that an unnamed anchor — whom they described as a “well-known presenter” — had been taken off air while the the BBC investigated allegations he had paid a teenager over £35,000 ($44,500) in exchange for explicit photographs since they were 17.

Accompanying the story was an interview with the teen’s mother (whose name had also been withheld) who claimed the money had been used to fund the teenager’s “crack habit.”

In a surprising twist, two days after the story broke a lawyer for the teenager released a statement disputing the mother’s account and saying “nothing inappropriate or unlawful has taken place between our client and the BBC personality and the allegations reported in The Sun newspaper are rubbish,” according to The Times of London.

Before the teen’s statement was released, the BBC said they had suspended the anchor while they investigated the matter. It was also reported the Metropolitan Police had been contacted. On Wednesday evening, the BBC released a statement saying the police did not plan to investigate and the corporation would be resuming its investigation.

“We have seen the statement from the police confirming they have completed their assessment and are not taking further action,” a spokesperson said. “We’re grateful to them for completing this work at speed. The police had previously asked us to pause our fact finding investigations and we will now move forward with that work, ensuring due process and a thorough assessment of the facts, whilst continuing to be mindful of our duty of care to all involved.”

Under the U.K.’s Protection of Children Act in 1978 it is a crime to take, make, share and possess indecent images of people under 18, and the the maximum sentence for the offense is 10 years.

Read Vicky Flind’s full statement below:
“In light of the recent reporting regarding the ‘BBC Presenter’ I am making this statement on behalf of my husband Huw Edwards, after what have been five extremely difficult days for our family. I am doing this primarily out of concern for his mental well-being and to protect our children.

Huw is suffering from serious mental health issues. As is well documented, he has been treated for severe depression in recent years. The events of the last few days have greatly worsened matters, he has suffered another serious episode and is now receiving in-patient hospital care where he’ll stay for the foreseeable future.

Once well enough to do so, he intends to respond to the stories that have been published. To be clear Huw was first told that there were allegations being made against him last Thursday.

In the circumstances and given Huw’s condition I would like to ask that the privacy of my family and everyone else caught up in these upsetting events is respected.

I know that Huw is deeply sorry that so many colleagues have been impacted by the recent media speculation. We hope this statement will bring that to an end.”

Tom Brady And Kim Kardashian Fraternizing At Party In 1st Picture Together Since Dating Rumors
Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian did link up while attending Michael Rubin's star-studded Fourth of July party earlier this month. A new picture has finally answered people's burning question if the two were interacting at the bash amid rumors that they are dating.

An anonymous tipster sent the said photo to gossip blog Deuxmoi on Wednesday, July 12. The picture saw the former NFL player and the reality TV star standing next to each other while seemingly having a conversation. The picture marks the first time the two were seen together since their dating rumors.

"I've been seeing some posts speculate whether or not Kim and Tom actually spent time together at the party and I wasn't gonna send this initially bc it felt creepy but I do have a photo of them together lol," the tipster wrote in a DM.

The snap came after there were conflicting reports about the pair at the Fanatics CEO's annual party. A report claimed that the seven-time Super Bowl champion and "The Kardashians" star "were super flirty with each other" at the white party.

Another insider, meanwhile, stated that the SKIMS founder "only talked briefly" with the hunk as "he was talking to different women" at the fete. Other sources echoed the sentiment, noting that they did not see the 45-year-old and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum flirting or dancing together.

Tom and Kim sparked dating rumors in May after the former husband of Gisele Bundchen appeared to have helped Kim during her properties tour. A "well-placed" source, however, noted that there's "currently 'no romance' " between the two stars, noting that the mom of four asked Tom for advice as she's looking to buy property at Baker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community in the Bahamas.

"Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker's Bay," the insider said. "She's been eyeing property there for quite some time."

Echoing the sentiment, another informant quashed the online rumors, insisting that her priorities are her children and her career. "They have friends and business partners in common, but [are] not dating," the source said at the time. Kim allegedly was "very focused on her kids, her businesses, law school and preparing for 'American Horror Story'."

Jamie Foxx Pokes Fun At Clone Speculation After His 1st Public Appearances Since Hospitalization

Jamie Foxx is back on Instagram complete with his sense of humor after he made his first public appearance since hospitalization. Posting for the first time since last month, the 55-year-old poked fun at wild theory that he's cloned after he's seen out, about and doing well in recent outings.

On Wednesday, July 12, the Oscar winner took to his social media account to shut down people's doubt that it's not him after he's seen in public again following his health scare while also promoting his upcoming movie "They Cloned Tyrone". "They didn't clone me but THEY CLONED TYRONE. See you July 21, only on @netflix #TheyClonedTyrone," so he wrote along with the movie's poster.

Jamie was seen in public for the first time on July 9 since he was hospitalized in April. The "Ray" star was all smiles while cruising along the Chicago River in a large boat on Sunday afternoon with some family members.

He was also seen playing golf at Topgolf driving range's Naperville, Illinois branch over the weekend and helping a woman who lost her purse in Chicago without her knowledge. In a video shared by the woman's son, he was seen getting back into his black car after returning the bag.

The woman was on a carriage ride in Chicago on Monday when her bag fell without her knowledge. A truck kept honking their horn at the carriage and continued to follow. When the truck stopped, Jamie came out of the vehicle to return the woman's bag that she didn't even know was gone. As he hugged her, she made sure to ask the question everyone wants to know, "How are you feeling," to which he responded that he feels great.

Later on Tuesday, he was seen playing pickleball with other dudes in Chicago.

Instead of feeling relieved that he's doing well, some people doubted that it's really Jamie. "That is not Jamie foxx we gotta stop letting these people play in our faces," someone claimed. Another similarly said, "This isn't Jamie they really tried it."

"The Jamie Clone out here working triple time bro ain't hit a live or nothing suddenly all over Chicago," a third person reacted to the actor's multiple sightings. A fourth quipped, "These guys are soft launching the Jamie clone," while someone else made a similar allegation, "All of a sudden appearing places. They cloned fam."

Mavericks’ Kyrie Irving signs 5-year shoe deal with Chinese sportswear company ANTA
Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving has a new shoe deal. After his deal with Nike was terminated last year amid controversy in Brooklyn, Irving reached a five-year endorsement deal with Chinese sportswear brand ANTA on Tuesday, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania. The deal also makes Irving the Chief Creative Officer at the company.

Specifics on that deal are not yet known.
Irving reached a deal to return to the Mavericks on a three-year, $126 million deal last month in what was by far his best, and perhaps only, option in free agency. Irving was first traded to Dallas in February in a deal that sent Spencer Dinwiddie and Dorian Finney-Smith to the Brooklyn Nets after Irving’s latest trade request.

He averaged 27 points, six assists and five rebounds in 20 games for the Mavericks while dealing with a foot injury. The Mavericks finished the season 9-18 after Irving’s arrival, and fell from sixth place in the Western Conference to 11th and out of the playoffs.

Kyrie Irving’s deal with Nike was terminated early last year after his antisemitism controversy in Brooklyn

Irving’s time in Brooklyn was overshadowed by the games he missed. He missed seven games in the 2020-2021 for an undisclosed reason, and then missed 53 games during the 2021-22 season while protesting the COVID-19 vaccine. He was then suspended eight games last fall after he repeatedly refused to apologize for promoting an antisemitic film on social media.

Nike actually severed ties with Irving over his antisemitism controversy, too, and canceled the launch of Irving’s next signature shoe, the Kyrie 8. Irving’s shoes were one of Nike’s most popular sneaker lines. Irving was reportedly making at least $11 million annually on that deal.

"At Nike, we believe there is no place for hate speech and we condemn any form of antisemitism," Nike said in a statement last year. "To that end, we've made the decision to suspend our relationship with Kyrie Irving effective immediately and will no longer launch the Kyrie 8. We are deeply saddened and disappointed by the situation and its impact on everyone."

Irving’s deal with Nike was already set to end after last season, and the company was reportedly unlikely to renew it even before Irving’s latest controversy.

Now, though, Irving has a new deal in place. It’s unclear when he’ll release his first signature shoe with ANTA, though that’s sure to be coming soon.

Raven-SymonΓ© shares her take on Ozempic use becoming popular for weight loss in Hollywood

Veteran actress Raven-SymonΓ© becomes the latest celebrity to share her thoughts on the use of Ozempic for weight loss in Hollywood.

On Tuesday (July 11), “E! News” shared its interview with the Disney star, who opened up about how the popularity of the Type 2 diabetes medication affects individuals like herself. “I have pre-diabetes and diabetes in my family,” the 37-year-old said. “If I’m not careful with my intake of types of foods, I am more susceptible to getting diabetes.”

The Atlanta native explained the severity in understanding what the drug was created for. “So, I think it’s very important we understand certain medications are made for certain people and to not take that away just for glamazon purposes,” Raven-SymonΓ© continued. “However, for those who need it, I know people that are on it as well, and they need it, and it definitely helps to regulate hormones.”

During the interview, she shared, “I think it’s sad because we can regulate our own hormones and manage our sugar levels by eating the correct foods and cutting our addiction of sugar off. But we’ll get there when we get there.” The “Some Call It Magic” singer noted, “Do what you gotta do. Just make sure you save some medication for the people that actually need it.”

In a recent conversation with People, Dr. Caroline Apovian called the drug use trend concerning. Apovian is the co-director of the Center for Weight Management and Wellness at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Ozempic is an FDA-approved prescription medication intended for people with adult onset diabetes. The drug also works as an anti-obesity medication used for long-term weight management. “You’re taking away from patients with diabetes,” Apovian explained. “We have lifesaving drugs… and the United States public that really needs these drugs can’t get them.”

Mandy Moore spots thief allegedly stealing a package from her home: ‘People are the worst’
Mandy Moore is calling out a porch pirate. The singer and actor posted a photo from her home security camera footage on her Instagram story on Wednesday, showing a person who she alleges stole a package from her front door.
“People are the worst,” she wrote, going on to say that she had been “wondering” where the stroller she ordered for her 7-month-old son Ozzie went.

She continued to write that she’d been speaking with the company’s customer service, along with FedEx, “and I swore to them it wasn’t delivered and then I found this,” referring to the footage.

The screen grab she shared showed a blurry image of a person standing in the trees and shrubs near her front gate with a large package within reach.

“This dude watched for an hour while the box sat outside and then climbed a side of the hill to snag them,” Moore added.

The “This Is Us” star and her husband, Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith, were last known to live with their two sons in the Los Angeles area – a city known for frequent package theft incidents.

In January 2022, photos and videos showing piles of empty boxes littered alongside rail tracks in Los Angeles County went viral as shipping companies said they’d seen a dramatic spike in railroad theft.

And in 2019, a friendly neighbor even caught a porch pirate in action taking a package from a home in the neighborhood of Glendale.

Jamie Foxx to Produce Documentary About Late Music Icon Luther Vandross

*Jamie Foxx and Colin Firth are producing a new documentary on late music legend Luther Vandross.
Award-winner Dawn Porter (John Lewis: Good Trouble) is helming the doc in collaboration with the singer’s estate, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Like so many, I have always loved Luther’s music, but I had no idea of the breadth and scope of his artistry. I think people will be surprised at how much he accomplished in his tragically short life,” Porter said in a statement to THR. “It is a joy to be able to share his true story.”

Foxx added in the statement, “Luther is one of our GOATs,” Foxx said in a statement. “He’s one of the greatest singers in the history of music. It is truly an honor to be a part of the team to help bring this incredible story to the masses.”

Two years after suffering a debilitating stroke, Vandross passed away in 2005. He was 54 years old. He sold over 40 million albums worldwide and won eight Grammys during his lifetime.

Former “Zoey 101” Star Alexa Nikolas Says Jonah Hill Forcibly Kissed Her When She Was a Minor
Jonah Hill is in more trouble with the ladies, with ex-girlfriend Sarah Brady and actress Alexa Nikolas accusing him of toxic behavior.

As if Brady’s allegations of emotional abuse weren’t bad enough, Nikolas, who starred in “Zoey 101,” also slammed him for sexual assault. In a series of tweets let off over the weekend, Nikolas accused Hill of forcibly kissing her when she was just 16, and he was 24. The unwanted act happened at a party at the home of fellow actors Justin Long and Jonathan Togo. Per Nikolas, the “predators” were giving them alcohol, despite knowing they were underage. At some point in the night, Hill shut her up in a room and “shoved his tongue down my throat.”

Days ago, Brady slammed the “You People” star, claiming that he emotionally abused her by policing her body. In screenshots shared to Brady’s Instagram, Hill can be seen telling her to stop showing off her body in swimsuits on social media, despite her being a surfer. Brady also reposted several photos that she took down at Hill’s request. One of which was of her wearing a white dress that showed a bit of her stomach. She then dropped another bombshell that Hill had been sexting her since he began his new relationship with Olivia Millar. In another set of texts posted on Tuesday via IG, Brady questioned whether or not Hill had told Millar that he’d been sending her flirtatious messages shortly after they got together, which he denied.

With so much newly unearthed information regarding his behavior with women, Hill has remained tightlipped about the many allegations surrounding him. However, the most damning made by Nikolas could result in a much harsher punishment than a simple social media lashing.

Should Jonah Hill be canceled for good following such strong accusations?

Hollywood Execs Waiting For Writers To Go Broke Before Negotiating

Despite the ongoing writer’s strike, high-level film execs are patiently waiting for the Writers Guild to go broke before negotiating with them.

Ahead of a possible SAG-AFTRA strike, in addition to the Writers Guild fallout, major studios are holding out on making things right. In fact, several insiders spoke with Deadline, revealing that most high-ranking Hollywood CEOs are looking forward to the Writers Guild going completely broke, leaving them forced to return to work.

“The endgame is to allow things to drag on until union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses,” one studio executive coldly explained to Deadline, speaking on the condition of anonymity.

The strike has been going on for over 70 days and stems from television and film scribers demanding better pay. They are also looking to secure residuals and more stable work in the streaming era. Their absence has slowed the development of several projects. Yet, studios are not interested in talks until at least late October. The guild has offered to meet with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers several times, though no such meeting has taken place. Instead, streaming platforms and networks are turning their attention to foreign content as well as unscripted shows.

However, the harsh director tactics may backfire as the Screen Actors Guild prepares for a possible protest of their own. Their strike is also pushing for improved wages, health benefits, and tighter regulations for the use of artificial intelligence in production. With both writers and talent leaving the workplace, this could force studios to reconsider their stance sooner than October.
