#RHOA: Fans Upset With Bravo for Editing Out Cynthia Bailey’s Return
Fans are expressing their disappointment with Bravo and the producers of the Real Housewives of Atlanta yet again. This time, it’s for editing out former peach holder Cynthia Bailey.

At this point, viewers are not surprised by the network’s decision to leave certain footage on the cutting room floor. Just a few weeks ago, NeNe Leakes’ image was removed completely from a throwback scene from Season 4. After spotting her absence, fans were sure to let Bravo, NBC, and Andy Cohen know just how disrespectful they felt the move was.

At the time, NeNe chose not to respond to Bravo’s decision by saying she was entering her “soft era.” However, just a few weeks later, she did address the snub by alleging the network tried using her for clout.

“I thought that was funny, and I thought that was kind of crazy to do,” she said. “But I also think that people sometimes use reverse psychology,” she continued. “So maybe they were thinking if we edit her out … more people tune in the next week.”

Well, as of the latest Real Housewives episode, NeNe wasn’t the only former peach removed from Season 15; her former bestie, Cynthia, got the axe too.
Cynthia’s return was edited out of RHOA

We’ve been hearing about Cynthia’s return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta for quite some time. In fact, during the trailer, the network teased her return during Kenya Moore’s hair care event. However, as fans were waiting for her awaited return to play out on screen, they noticed it was snatched from the episode.

In a short clip shared on Twitter, a user posted a snippet of the scene from the teaser while expressing their disappointment in Bravo’s choice.

“So they just edited this out? Cool #RHOA,” they wrote, while another page said, “Now I know they DID NOT cut out Cynthia’s return in this scene with Kenya.”

Even Kenya Moore Hair Care herself had a problem with Cynthia’s absence. “WOW,” she wrote on Twitter.
Real Housewives of Atlanta continues Sundays on Bravo at 8/7c.

#MusicNews: Megan Thee Stallion And Lauryn Hill To Perform At 2023 Global Citizen Festival

Global Citizen has announced its return to New York City this fall with a music festival that boasts a star-studded lineup. Taking the stage at the Great Lawn of Central Park on Sept. 23 will be notable artists like Lauryn Hill, Megan Thee Stallion, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Conan Gray, and more.

The free, ticketed event is integral to Global Citizen‘s overarching campaign, “End Extreme Poverty NOW: For the Planet, For Equity, For Food, and For Jobs.” The initiative is designed to rally millions, propelled by the voices of renowned musicians, to call for action from world leaders attending the United Nations General Assembly in September.

According to the organization’s website, “For the first time in a generation, the number of people living in extreme poverty is rising. The impacts of the climate crisis on the Global South, the inequities affecting women and girls around the world, the global hunger crisis, and the shrinking of civic space around the world; such colossal issues require a worldwide movement of people demanding change.”

The Global Citizen Festival has been a platform for change since its inception in 2012. With a mission that goes beyond entertainment, the event is part of the organization’s strategy to tackle serious global issues like poverty, climate change, gender inequality, hunger, and the decline of civic space.

CEO and co-founder Hugh Evans shared, “If we want to see breakthroughs in development and climate change, we need the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all G7 nations to meet the urgency of the hour. Every single citizen has a vital role to play, and together, we must be laser-focused on driving results and impact in September.”

Earlier this month, Megan Thee Stallion and Lauryn Hill headlined the 2023 ESSENCE Festival. The five-day event celebrated the 50th anniversary of hip hop, with Jermaine Dupri, Janelle MonΓ‘e, Ice Cube, and several more appearing on the lineup.

#HipHopNews: Travis Scott Announces 'Utopia' Concert At Pyramids Of Giza

On Sunday (July 9), Travis Scott revealed the setting for Utopia’s special launch event: the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. The much-awaited show arrives ahead of the artist’s first solo album since his 2018 Grammy-nominated Astroworld. Live Nation is managing the affair set for July 28, with tickets available in limited numbers.

According to details from Scott’s team, the upcoming project will feature five individual artworks, none of which have been unveiled yet. The Egyptian extravaganza is being pitched as an “unforgettable show” that promises to envelop attendees into a unique experience.

As the musician’s official website described, the “once-in-a-lifetime gig” has already seen a rush for tickets, with the Premium and VIP Golden Circle options sold out. While Scott has not yet announced a release date for Utopia, it’s available for pre-order. His online shop also offers a variety of “Topia Pack” bundles ranging from $50 to $150.

Fans of the musician have been closely monitoring Utopia updates since its initial tease in July 2020. The rapper dropped hints about the release on Instagram, later followed by a direct reference to its forthcoming debut while reminiscing about Astroworld. Marking the LP’s second anniversary, Scott professed his love for the album by stating, “Let’s keep the ride going; see you in Utopia.”

In May, Travis Scott provided a sneak preview of Utopia to Houston Astros players. Most recently, he graced the stage at the Wireless Festival 2023 in London’s Finsbury Park on July 8, followed by Rolling Loud Germany in Munich on July 9. His setlist opened with “Aye,” his recent collaboration with Lil Uzi Vert. His next major performance is slated for July 22 at Rolling Loud Miami.

Rihanna Shows Off Baby Bump In New Savage X Fenty Promo
Rihanna took to Instagram last night (July 10) to showcase her latest maternity fashion statement. Embracing her growing baby bump, the star posed against a backdrop of multicolored fabric rolls with a tantalizing lingerie set from Savage X Fenty.

The fiery set consisted of a blood-orange bra and a low-rise thong. Adding a touch of golden glam to the vivid attire, the “Lift Me Up” singer adorned a chunky gold bracelet and a choker necklace. Moreover, a pair of hot-pink pointed-toe heels completed the look.

“New [favorites]… Sheer X group dropping [right now]! Head over to savagex.com,” she teased to her 122 million Instagram followers in the post caption.

Her maternity look garnered a wave of admiration from fellow celebrities like Busta Rhymes, Lyrica Anderson, Dreezy, ShereΓ© Whitfield, and more. One fan’s comment encapsulated the sentiment perfectly by saying, “RiRi is a whole World Series, World Cup, Wimbledon, and keeps knocking it out the park.”

The musician unveiled her second pregnancy with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in an electrifying Super Bowl Halftime Show performance earlier this year. The couple’s firstborn, a baby boy named RZA, arrived in May 2022.

In an interview with CNN, the legendary rapper of the same name stated that it was “a great honor” for the pair’s child to be christened after him. He added, “I salute her and A$AP and their family. All the blessings in the world from me.”

Since embarking on her journey of motherhood, Rihanna has consistently pushed the boundaries of traditional fashion. She confessed to “Entertainment Tonight” during her first pregnancy, “Fashion is one of my favorite things, so, you know, we’re defying what it even means to be pregnant and maternal.”

With the recent launch of the Sheer X collection, RiRi continues to redefine pregnancy style. She stunned fans as she modeled for the campaign, her baby bump taking center stage. Despite stepping down as CEO earlier this year, the artist’s influence on the brand remains clear.

Interestingly, Rihanna’s accompanying tweet announcing the clothing line led fans to savagex.com, a subtle change from the original savagexfenty.com. The update led to speculation of a future rebrand, though nothing has been confirmed yet.

Beyonce's Mom Tina Knowles And Husband Richard Lawson Quietly Split
Apparently there's trouble in paradise between Tina Knowles and her husband Richard Lawson. The mom of Beyonce Knowles has quietly called it quits with Richard after 8 years of marriage, if her social media account is any indication.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Tina might hint at the separation in her Instagram bio. The 69-year-old has allegedly changed it from "Tina Knowles-Lawson" to "Tina Knowles," dropping Richard's last name.

Not stopping there, fans pointed out that Richard didn't seem to attend Jay-Z's mother's wedding, even though the rest of the family were there. The rap mogul's mom Gloria Carter, who came out as a lesbian six years ago, tied the knot with her longtime partner Roxanne Wilshire on Sunday, July 2.

Additionally, Tina doesn't join Richard who has been promoting his new movie, "Black Terror", worldwide. The actor has been attending film festivals, such as the Essence Festival and Cannes Film Festival, solo without Tina by his side.

It was also noted that Richard has been spotted without his wedding ring as of late. The pair, who exchanged vows in 2015 after dating for 2 years, also skipped making their yearly heartfelt social media posts to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Upon catching wind of the report, fans did think that something might have happened between the couple. "She's been solo so frequently lately that I forgot about him," one person commented. "No shade, removing her 'Lawson' from her bio is a strong indicator. 'Cause why, Miss Tina?" someone else weighed in on the matter. "Even if they didn't split, it still seems like there's trouble in paradise," another person said.

Some others urged people to mind their own business. "Stay out them grown folks business lol," one said. Echoing the sentiment, one other wrote, "This is exactly why BeyoncΓ© don't follow nobody… Get off her internet."

The split speculations arrived after Tina lost over $1 million worth of cash and jewelry after her Los Angeles home was robbed. She was away in a different town when someone from her team stopped by her house earlier this week only to discover that her entire safe and its contents had been stolen.

It's unclear how the thieves got inside and removed the safe. Local police are speaking to neighbors and looking for video footage of the area, but they have no leads so far.

Kanye West Finally Meets Wife Bianca Censori's Parents In Tokyo

Kanye West has finally met his Australian in-laws almost a year after he married Bianca Censori. The 46-year-old Chicago star and his wife jetted off to Tokyo several days ago to meet her parents.

In some pictures circulating online, the Yeezy designer and Bianca were seen spending time in the city while being joined by Bianca's parents Leo and Alexandra. Bianca's sister Angelina was also present during the family trip.

In one snap shared by Angelina, the couple could be seen flashing smiles while posing together. The "Donda" artist donned an all-black outfit and a black scarf covering half of his face. Meanwhile, his architect wife opted for a bright red latex bodysuit that hugged her body.

Another picture saw Bianca's parents lovingly walking hand-in-hand in the capital city of Japan. The group was also spotted in the crowd at a traditional sumo wrestling match.

Angelina additionally shared a snap of her famous sister clad in a pink bodysuit and leggings while shopping at a Hello Kitty store with Ye. The rapper's 10-year-old daughter North, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, also tagged along with them as she channeled Barbie in a pink outfit.

Ye was reported to have planned to visit Australia earlier this year. However, he was forced to scrap the plan after a warning from the Australian government that he could be denied entry due to his controversial anti-Semitic remarks.

The "Gold Digger" spitter has yet to publicly confirm his marriage to Bianca as there's rumors that their wedding was not legally binding. His wife, meanwhile, appeared to confirm their marital status in a TikTok video in May. The video featured the architectural designer for Yeezy being approached by a man at a department store. When the man asked for her number, she then pointed at her ring and told him, "I'm married."

A Michigan Jury decides 2014 document found in Aretha Franklin’s couch is a valid will
The decision is a victory for Kecalf Franklin and Edward Franklin, whose lawyers had argued that papers dated 2014 should override a 2010 will that was discovered around the same time.

A document handwritten by singer Aretha Franklin and found in her couch after she died in 2018 is a valid Michigan will, a jury said Tuesday, a critical turn in a dispute that has turned her sons against each other.

It’s a victory for Kecalf Franklin and Edward Franklin, whose lawyers had argued that papers dated 2014 should override a 2010 will that was discovered around the same time in a locked cabinet at the Queen of Soul’s home in suburban Detroit.

The jury deliberated less than an hour after a brief trial that started Monday. After the verdict was read, Aretha Franklin’s grandchildren stepped forward from the first row to hug Kecalf and Edward.

“I’m very, very happy. I just wanted my mother’s wishes to be adhered to,” Kecalf Franklin said. “We just want to exhale right now. It’s been a long five years for my family, my children.”

Aretha Franklin did not leave behind a formal, typewritten will when she died five years ago at age 76. But both documents, with scribbles and hard-to-decipher passages, suddenly emerged in 2019 when a niece scoured the home for records.

In closing arguments, lawyers for two of Franklin’s sons said there’s nothing legally significant about finding the handwritten papers in a notebook in her couch. It’s “inconsequential. ... You can take your will and leave it on the kitchen counter. It’s still your will,” Charles McKelvie said before the jury began deliberations.

Kecalf and Edward have teamed up against brother Ted White II, who favored the 2010 will. White’s attorney, Kurt Olson, noted the 2010 will was under lock and key. He said it’s much more significant than papers found in a couch.

Franklin’s estate managers have been paying bills, settling millions in tax debts and generating income through music royalties and other intellectual property. The will dispute, however, has been unfinished business.

There are differences between the 2010 and 2014 versions, though they both appear to indicate that Franklin’s four sons would share income from music and copyrights.

But under the 2014 will, Kecalf Franklin and grandchildren would get his mother’s main home in Bloomfield Hills, which was valued at $1.1 million when she died but is worth much more today.

The older will said Kecalf, 53, and Edward Franklin, 64, “must take business classes and get a certificate or a degree” to benefit from the estate. That provision is not in the 2014 version

White, who played guitar with Aretha Franklin, testified against the 2014 will, saying his mother typically would get important documents done “conventionally and legally” and with assistance from an attorney.
Franklin was a global star for decades, known especially for hits like “Think,” “I Say a Little Prayer” and “Respect.”

Lil Nas X was among among scooter-riding tourists stopped in Oslo tunnel

Police in Norway’s capital briefly stopped four Americans who rode through an Oslo tunnel on electric scooters, and a Norwegian newspaper said one of them was rapper Lil Nas X.

Authorities briefly closed the Festning tunnel, but none of the scooter riders were detained or charged.
The tourists had followed a GPS route into the 1.8-kilometer (1.1 mile) downtown tunnel late Monday, police said. The four “used large parts of the roadway,” so a road traffic center had to shut down some lanes, police said.

Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet reported Tuesday that Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was one of the four tourists
The musician is in Oslo to perform at the outdoor Slottsffell festival nearby on Wednesday.

It was not the first time that a foreign tourist rode through part of a vast and busy tunnel system in the center of the Norwegian capital on an electric scooter. In 2019, a man who said he followed a route given by Google Maps entered the nearly 16-kilometer (10-mile) long Opera Tunnel complex. He was not charged or detained.

Larsa Pippen Reacts to Michael Jordan Disapproving of Her Relationship with His Son Marcus
Larsa Pippen is addressing Michael Jordan‘s recent comments about her relationship with his son Marcus.
During a recent outing, Michael 60, admitted that he does not approve of Marcus, 32, dating Larsa, 49.

In the new episode of their podcast Separation Anxiety, Larsa and Marcus reacted to Michael publicly disapproving of their relationship.

“You thought it was funny,” Larsa told Marcus during the episode. “I didn’t think it was funny. There is nothing funny about it. I kinda felt like it went everywhere and I was kind of embarrassed.”
Larsa went on to say that Michael‘s comment made her think that people would believe that she was lying when she said earlier this year that both of their families approve of their relationship.

“It literally went everywhere. I think people started to think that online they were saying that I was lying — that I lied and said that our parents are fine because I was doing interviews and saying both of our families are fine,” Larsa explained.

She continued, “When I would say that, I felt like I didn’t embellish that… and I would say both of our parents want us to be happy… I do understand that it’s not awkward for us to be together because it’s us.”

If you didn’t know, Larsa was previously married to Scottie Pippen, who was close friends with Michael when they played together on the Chicago Bulls. However, they had a major falling out years ago.

Also in the podcast, Larsa admitted that her relationship with Marcus may be awkward for some people in their lives, including Scottie, 57.
“But it probably is awkward for my ex and your dad because they have their own relationship or whatever it was,” Larsa said. “I wasn’t a part of that, you weren’t a part of that. So I feel like for them it probably is weird, it probably is weird for your dad. I can’t be mad. I understand… Oh my god, I was traumatized. I was like what are we going to do, people think I lied.”

Marcus then added, “I can only assume my dad, because he loves Cincoro and he drinks tequila all the time, that he was feeling himself a little bit.”
He also clarified, “Obviously we knew ahead of time because he called me and texted me and wanted to make sure that I didn’t take anything the wrong way but then when the article came out, he texted me again and he never said ‘hell no’ and that’s not what the implications were.”

Larsa and Marcus also recently talked about their big age gap, responded to “gold digger” accusations, and revealed if they plan on having kids together.

Britney Spears Sets Fall Date for 'Brave' Memoir 'The Woman in Me'

Britney Spears is ready to tell her story at last. The pop icon will release her much-anticipated memoir, The Woman in Me, on Oct. 24, PEOPLE reveals.
After a bidding war among multiple publishing houses, Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, acquired the memoir.

“Britney’s compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws, and showed her inspiring strength and bravery,” Jennifer Bergstrom, Gallery Books Senior Vice President and Publisher, tells PEOPLE. “I have no doubt her memoir will have a similar impact — and will be the publishing event of the year. We couldn’t be more proud to help her share her story at last.”
The memoir comes in the wake of Spears, 41, successfully fighting a court-ordered conservatorship, which had been in place for over 13 years. After Spears gave fervent public testimony in June 2021 imploring a Los Angeles judge to dissolve the arrangement, the conservatorship was finally terminated on Nov. 21, 2021.

Promising to reveal “for the first time her incredible journey (and) strength at the core of one of the greatest performers in pop music history,” according to a press release from Gallery Books, the “Toxic” singer’s memoir “illuminates the enduring power of music and love — and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms.”

The Woman in Me is “a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope,” the press release continues.

Spears told the court in 2021: “I just want my life back.” Now, with The Woman in Me, the global superstar will take a significant step toward that goal.

Tennis great Naomi Osaka Has Given Birth to Baby Girl – Her First with Boyfriend Cordae
*It’s a done deal, so to speak. Naomi Osaka is now a mother. She delivered her and her boyfriend Cordae‘s first child, a baby girl, recently in Los Angeles.
It was back in January that Osaka, 25, used a sonogram to inform the world that she was preggers with her first child.

“I realize that life is so short and I don’t take any moments for granted, every day is a new blessing and adventure,” Osaka explained.
In another dispatch via Instagram, she said she could not “wait to get back” on the court.

“I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, ‘that’s my mom,’ haha.”
If you’re wondering, Naomi’s boyfriend and baby daddy, Codae, is a rapper/singer also known as YBN Cordae. His government name is Cordae Amari Dunston

Cordae, who began publicly dating Osaka in 2019, subsequently confirmed that he is the little one’s father.
Osaka continued to keep her pregnancy journey mostly private, as she has done with her and Cordae’s relationship.

“We kind of move very reclusively,” the rapper, also 25, told GQ in February 2021. “We don’t really post intimate moments.”
Cordae called their romance “sacred” at the time, saying, “Once you let outside influences get into it, it becomes less sacred.”

Osaka has not played since the Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo in September last year, but it’s clear that’s looking forward to motherhood and getting back on the court.
“2023 will be a year that’ll be full of lessons for me and I hope I’ll see you guys in the start of the next one cause I’ll be at Aus 2024.”

Season 4 of the unscripted series will follow Sasha Velour, Priyanka and Jaida Essence Hall, as they continue the goal of the series to spread love and connection through the art of drag across small-town America.
