#RHOA: Sanya Richards-Ross Is Pregnant With Baby No. 2

Sanya Richards-Ross revealed that she is pregnant with her second child.
In the latest trailer for the upcoming second half of Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 — which dropped on Friday, July 15 — Sanya, 38, can be seen handing her husband, Aaron Ross, a pregnancy test. As he glances at the test, he takes a closer look and exclaims, “No way!”

“This is real?” he asks, as she nods and begins to jump up and down. “I’m pregnant!” Sanya says and goes to hug everyone in the room as they congratulate the happy couple.

Sanya and Aaron, 40 — who tied the knot in 2010 — share son Aaron Jermaine, whom they welcomed in August 2017. In April, Sanya exclusively hinted to Us Weekly that the pair have plans to expand their family.

“[There are] lots of new developments with baby No. 2,” the Olympian exclusively told Us. “This season and a lot that I think a lot of women and families will be able to relate to as Ross and I are still navigating this conversation and the possibilities of what our family will look like.”

Sanya admitted that she and Aaron had their “entire family” living with them at the time and the talks of a second child halted due. However, she explained their brood had plans to “be moving out soon” and the discussions of having another baby were open.

“Is it the right time for baby number two? Just all of these things that I think, you know, we’re all always trying to figure out and make the best decision,” she said. “So that’s a big part of this season for me is baby number two and my extended family living with me.”

Before sharing the exciting news, Sanya opened up about her struggles with balancing her marriage and motherhood.
“Ross and I struggled with [being parents] in the first couple years of our marriage,” she recalled to The Bump in February. “I nursed my son for almost two and a half years. A nurse — and I wish I had taken her advice — told me to pump. She said, ‘You have to share this load. If you’re exclusively breastfeeding, it’s going to get overwhelming.’ And I remember, there were days when I would ask my husband to just stay up with me. Even if he wasn’t feeding, I just needed his company. And he was like, “Why should we both be tired,” and it caused a big rift.”

#HipHopNews: Tony Yayo Says New York Has Bad Luck With Rappers & Drill Music Is Dangerous
Tony Yayo has shared his thoughts about New York rap and drill music — and needless to say, the G-Unit rapper isn’t necessarily a fan of where things are with his hometown rap scene.

During a five-hour interview with Drink Champs on Saturday (July 8), the “Fake Love” rapper revealed that he doesn’t feel that New York, as a whole, has had a lot of luck with its Hip Hop stars as of late — and a lot of its bad luck has to do with the unfortunate murder of one of its hottest up-and-comers at the pinnacle of his career.

“Pop Smoke — like, I wish he would have stayed in the hotel over the AirBnB,” he began. “Rest in peace. But, that kinda fucked New York up. New York was coming back, bro. We had Pop Smoke, we had all these drill n-ggas startin’…A Boogie. But Pop was…you know…”

Perhaps due to the aforementioned murder of Pop Smoke, too, the Talk of New York wasn’t much of a fan of the drill subgenre of rap music. “Now, New York is worse than Chicago,” he added. “And California, with the drill, because n-ggas is throwing like n-ggas dead friends in there. When we had battle raps with Ja Rule and them, n-ggas was still alive. […] But there’s no remorse with the drill music. N-ggas shooting little kids.”

Throughout the interview, Tony Yayo also frequently talked about rappers who are facing RICO charges.
Rap’s elder statesman previously spoke extensively about Young Thug — who, himself, is facing a wide assortment of RICO charges — but he believes that the Atlanta native will beat the charges against him.

“Thug coming home, man,” Yayo said in an interview last month. “The case … it sounds like a clusterfuck, man. Free Young Thug, man. And you know, it’s like, when you look at the shit, it’s like, he’s a high-profile guy. So, it’s a clusterfuck. You know?”
He went on: “Even moving them around, it’s like, he’s high-profile. This is everyday shit, though … It’ll just make the news because you’ll hear ‘YSL.’”

This isn’t the first time that the Tony Yayo has spoken about the YSL case. Back in January, in an interview with VladTV, he discussed Gunna’s controversial plea deal.

Tony Yayo said although things looked up for Gunna in the video of him walking out of prison with a woman by his side, things were going to change once word got out regarding his release.

“It’s hard to call somebody a snitch without the paperwork,” Yayo said. “But I think when that video came out — because remember Gunna got out and I love Gunna music, I love Thugga music. Gunna got out, you know, got the bad chick with him jumped into $200,000 Maybach everything was all Gucci you know what I’m saying. But two minutes later, what was that? Probably like an hour later, yeah the film in court came out.”

Jamie Foxx All Smiles In First Sighting Since Hospitalization

Jamie Foxx is recovering well. The actor seemed to be in high spirits when he was photographed in public for the first time following his mysterious "medical complication" that led to his hospitalization in April.

In new photos and video obtained by TMZ, the "Ray" star was all smiles while cruising along the Chicago River in a large boat on Sunday afternoon, July 9. Further showing that he's recovering well, could be seen cheerfully waving and even throwing up the peace sign to a neighboring boat that passed him by and cheered at him.

During the exciting appearance, the 55-year-old donned an all-black outfit with aviator shades. He was seemingly joined by at least two other passengers. The news outlet also noted that it looked like some family members were around as well.

The weekend outing marks the first time that Jamie was spotted in public following his hospitalization. The actor's daughter Corinne Foxx confirmed that her actor father, who had been filming "Back in Action" with Cameron Diaz before the health scare, was hospitalized in Georgia on April 12.

"We wanted to share that, my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery," Corinne wrote at the time. After discharged from the hospital, he was reportedly moved to a top physical rehab center in Chicago in late April, where he has been undergoing intense physiotherapy.

Recently, Jamie's "They Cloned Tyrone" co-star John Boyega gave an update on Jamie's condition. Asked if he had spoken to Jamie recently, the British star replied, "Yeah. He's all good. He's all good. So we're just going to wait for him to reappear when he wants to. You know, privacy and all."
Teyonah Parris, who also stars in the sci-fi mystery film and joined the interview, also weighed in on Jamie's recovery. Agreeing with John, she urged everyone to give Jamie "space to heal how they need to do."

Elton John Thanks 'Magnificent' Fans As Bids Farewell To Touring In Final Performance

Sir Elton John couldn't be more grateful for having "magnificent" fans throughout his career. When performing in his final tour stop at the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm, Sweden, the "Cold Heart" singer expressed his gratitude to those who have supported him.

"I've had the most wonderful career, beyond belief. 52 years of pure joy playing music, how lucky am I to play music? But I wouldn't be sitting here if it wasn't for you," the-year-old said at the Saturday, July 8 show, per The Independent. "You bought the singles, albums and CDs and more importantly you bought the tickets to the shows and you know how I love to play live."

"It's been my lifeblood to play for you guys and you've been absolutely magnificent – thank you," the British musician continued. "I will never forget you guys. I've played so many concerts, how could I forget? You're in my head, and my heart and my soul and I thank you so much."

Meanwhile, in a post-show statement, Elton emphasized, "Every step of the way, my fans have been there." He further noted, "They have stuck with me, they have supported me, they have been patient, and they have kept turning out for every single last show."

"Tonight has been magical. I'm trying to process it, and I don't think it will sink in for a while yet that I'm finally finished touring," the five-time Grammy winner gushed. "I can't tell you how much I'm going to miss the fans and how much their support has humbled me - it will stay with me forever."

During the final stop on the tour, which spanned more than 330 dates Elton performed for two and a half hours. He also received a special message from Coldplay's Chris Martin via live video-link from Copenhagen.

"Elton, we wanna say, from all of us here, from all the bands and all the artists that you've loved and inspired and helped, we just love you so much," Chris said. "We love you so much. Happy retirement and we're going to miss you so much, man."

Miss Netherlands crowns trans woman Rikkie Valerie Kollé
Rikkie Valerie Kollé has been named Miss Netherlands 2023, becoming the first transgender woman to take the title, according to multiple outlets.

After winning the pageant on Saturday, Kollé will advance to represent her Dutch homeland at the Miss Universe pageant, set to take place in El Salvador later this year. The 22-year-old was crowned with a tiara by her predecessor, Ona Moody, onstage at the AFAS Theater in Leusden.

"I DID IT !!!!!" the model said in a post on Instagram. "Yes I'm trans and I want to share my story but I'm also Rikkie and that's what matters to me," Kollé wrote. "And wherever you are in the world, I want to be there for you and be the example that I missed as a little me."

Kollé, of Dutch and Indigenous Moluccan descent, is from the city of Breda, between Rotterdam and Antwerp. She said she wants to be a voice and role model for young women and queer people, according to her finalist page.

As someone who didn't feel supported after coming out as transgender at a young age, she said, she wants to leave those stories of suffering in the past.
Kollé won't be the first trans woman to compete for the Miss Universe crown. Angela Ponce became the pageant's first out trans contestant when she represented Spain in 2018. The 71-year-old competition first began allowing transgender contestants in 2012.

More trans women have been competing in the preliminary pageants in recent years. In 2021, former Miss Nevada Kataluna Enriquez became the first trans contestant in a Miss USA pageant. Trans woman and activist Daniela Arroyo González will compete for this year's Miss Universe Puerto Rico title next month.

Thai business mogul Anne Jakrajutatip, a trans activist who is also transgender, bought the Miss Universe Organization last year. She has said she's committed to advancing the organization as an inclusive platform and wants to transform the brand for the next generation.

"I don't call Miss Universe a beauty pageant anymore," the JKN Global CEO told Metro Weekly in January. "I call it a women's empowerment competition."
Kollé has another chance to make history: If she takes the Miss Universe title in December, she would be the first out trans woman to do so.

Elon Musk labels Mark Zuckerberg a 'cuck' ahead of cage fight

What do you get when you pit two tech billionaires against each other? A war of words and a potential cage fight, apparently.
In the latest development in the Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg beef, Musk has labelled Zuckerberg a 'cuck'.

Over the weekend, Musk replied 'Zuck is a cuck' to screenshots of Zuckerberg laughing at burger chain Wendy's telling him to go into space to 'really make Musk mad'.

This is just the latest back and forth between the tech moguls.
On June 20, Musk tweeted that he 'would be up for a cage fight' if Zuckerberg was and the Meta boss responded "send me the location".

Zuckerberg also broke his decade-long Twitter silence by tweeting a Spider-Man meme to announce the launch of Threads.
Threads, Meta's rival to Twitter, launched last Thursday, with 30 million people joining the social media app within the first 24 hours.

"Twitter has serious concerns that Meta Platforms has engaged in systematic, willful, and unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property," Twitter lawyer Alex Spiro wrote in a 'cease-and-desist' letter released last Thursday.

"Twitter intends to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights, and demands that Meta take immediate steps to stop using any Twitter trade secrets or other highly confidential information."

Musk then tweeted about his new rival on Saturday.
"Threads is just Instagram minus pics, which makes no sense, given that thirst pics are the main reason people use that app. How many times have you read comments on Insta pics & wished there were more? Personally, never," he wrote.

Musk bought Twitter in October last year for $44 billion. In the months since, he has cut staff and limited the amount of messages people can see on the platform.

These moves led to Twitter's value plummeting, with Fidelity recently estimating Twitter is worth just one-third of what Musk paid.

Meanwhile, Zuckerberg seems to be enjoying taunting Musk, and has been replying to Threads with the word "Concerning", which is one of Musk's trademark comments on Twitter.

Master P addresses Google mix-up that confused him for Luther Vandross: "Everybody trippin'"
All press is good press when it helps Master P draw attention to his many business ventures. The serial entrepreneur has seen the memes and jokes floating across social media after an unexplained Google mishap replaced an image of Luther Vandross with the rapper in its search engine. The late crooner passed away in 2005.

“I know everybody trippin’; Google thought it was funny mixing me up. I get it,” he told TMZ in a story published today (July 9), just four days after the viral mix-up took place. For the better part of Wednesday (July 5), users across platforms had a field day photoshopping the “Here and Now” vocalist’s face on Master P album covers, crafting jokes, and taking aim at Google for the blunder. Instead of being upset over the mistake, the “Make ‘Em Say Ugh” artist chose to embrace the moment and capitalize on the attention.

“This the picture, Google,” said the No Limit soldier as he held up a box of his and Snoop Dogg’s cereal, Fruity Hoopz. “Stop letting AI run ya company. This should have been the picture, the Captain H,” he added as he pointed out the blue fox seen on the box. “I look more like Captain H.”

Master P continued, “They made a whole big frenzy and made this go viral, but I’m saying, here, make this (the cereal) go viral. ‘Cause we gotta put money back into our community and our culture. It’s flattering, though.” Snoop and the music executive launched Broadus Foods in 2022. The company boasts a line of breakfast foods, including maple syrup, grits, oatmeal, pancake mix, and, of course, cereal (three varieties). The business-minded men partnered with Post Consumer Brands to distribute the go-to breakfast food.

Jada Pinkett Smith to Release Memoir ‘Worthy’ in October

*Jada Pinkett Smith is set to release her own memoir in October titled, “Worthy,” which she describes as “an adventure, a search for love and self-worth.”

“I had so many people encourage me to write a book. But I was believing that my journey was not a worthy journey. But when I saw it on paper — I couldn’t help but look at myself and say, wow. What a life,” Smith stated.

The actress said she began working on the tome in December 2021, after her entanglement with August Alsina and before her husband Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars in March of 2022. She says “Worthy” will address “everything,” including the misconceptions people have had about her over the years.

“Yeah. I think people have made a lot of assumptions. And you know what? Rightfully so,” Smith said. “I have to take ownership of that, in regards to the narrative that I’ve participated in, the falsehoods about myself. In the book I really explain all of that extensively as part of my reclamation journey.

I think a lot of people, not even just women, but a lot of us lose ourselves in narratives that are not necessarily or completely forthright. ”

Jada further explained the intention behind “Worthy” in an Instagram post. She wrote:

On October 17th, I invite you into a journey that, understandably, many think they already know.

The fact that I have, in the last four years contributed to the creation and perpetuation of falsehoods about myself, in which other untrue narratives were birthed, has surely aided in the misunderstandings that surround me.

This fall, with deep humility and respect, I will take back my narrative.

My memoir starts at the beginning, offering an unvarnished and revealing account from my challenging upbringing in Baltimore into a controversial life in Hollywood. It’s a harrowing ride of reclaiming my self-worth while unraveling unspoken truths.

My adventures of my youth, meaningful friendships, marriage, motherhood, self-betrayal and self reclamation are mere reflections of the adventures so many of us have taken in search of happiness.

My hope is that through the exploration of my own tumultuous situations to the rediscovery of deep love, that we are all reminded that no matter where we may be on our journey, we are all…Worthy.
Jada will also support the book with a promotional tour in the following cities:

Monday, Oct. 16 – New York, NY / PAC NYC
Wednesday, Oct. 18 – Baltimore, MD / Enoch Pratt Free Library
Thursday, Oct. 19 – Washington, DC / Howard Theatre in partnership with Mahogany Books
Friday, Oct. 20 – Detroit, MI / The CUBE in partnership with Source Booksellers

Monday, Oct. 23 – Atlanta, GA / Buckhead Theatre

Dennis Rodman Gets Huge Face Tattoo of his Girlfriend
*Dennis Rodman has literally tatted his girlfriend’s face on the side of his.
The NBA vet’s entire right cheek is now inked with a portrait of his girlfriend Yella Yella, courtesy of tattoo artist Van Johnson of the Black Ink Crew. Rodman shared the tatt on social media after it was completed on Thursday, July 6.

Johnson tells TMZ Sports that the tattoo is “really real,” saying the job took a little over an hour to finish. “He was a champ, he sat through it. Pretty random, but he love the hell out that girl.”

Not everyone thought the tattoo was a good idea, and made their opinions known in the comments. One person wrote: “You should have tried to talk him outta that my G.” Another wrote: “His girlfriend should have been against that. Shows her immaturity to NOT STOP him from doing this.”

Yella Yella wasn’t even down at first, telling TMZ Sports that when Rodman first told her of his plan, she thought he was “crazy.”
“I actually told him not to do it,” Yella Yella said in an interview with TMZ Sports the following day. “I’m like, ‘What’re you doing!'”

Rodman was undeterred. “This is my last dance with a woman,” he told TMZ Sports. “She’s very lovely. And I thank her for loving me the way I am — and that’s why I did it for her.”

Olympic Gold-Medalist Nikki Mccray-Penson Dies At 51

Former WNBA star Nikki McCray-Penson has died at age 51. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013 when she was a member of Dawn Staley’s coaching staff at the University of South Carolina.

McCray-Penson spent her last year as an assistant coach at Rutgers. The school confirmed her death to The NY Post on Friday.

“She was so devoted to her husband and son, and still gave all of herself to everyone in the program. We will miss her dearly but will keep Nikki’s memory alive in our hearts,” the statement read in part.

“Heart hurts like crazy over this one!” former teammate A’ja Wilson wrote on Twitter.
McCray-Penson, a 5’11” guard, played for the University of Tennessee from 1991–1995. She was a two-time SEC Player of the Year and led the U.S. Olympic Team to a gold medal in 1996.
