#RHOA: Marlo Hampton Opens Up About Her Loyalty to Porsha Williams!

The ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have experienced plenty of friendship drama over the years, but Season 13 was particularly tense for Porsha Williams and Marlo Hampton. Following Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party, the women struggled to see eye-to-eye regarding the events that played out. During the May 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Marlo opened up about the situation, and her friendships with both Porsha and Kenya Moore.

In response to a viewer question which asked, “Marlo, knowing Porsha is your friend and has been for years, why would you automatically gossip about the Bolo situation literally the second you and Kenya made up knowing that wasn’t right nor fair with any loyalty towards Porsha?” Marlo cleared the air.

“I did not gossip about what happened. I know so much more tea about Porsha,” said Marlo. “I did not gossip.”

She then went on to explain that she felt she was lied to about the Bolo situation, and was hurt because of that. Quad Webb of Married to Medicine, who was also on WWHL, asked Marlo, “Do you think Porsha owes you her personal business?” to which Marlo replied, “I did as a friend. I did. “

Marlo also responded to questions about her reconciliation with Kenya, explaining: “Kenya can’t use me for anything, love. I have my guard still up with Kenya, okay? I’m a boss. Kenya cannot use me at all. I wanted to makeup with Kenya the night before we got into it. That was before this even happened. I’m tired of arguing with Kenya. I’m tired.”

During a game of “That’s My Marlopinion" (clip below), Andy Cohen asked the Atlanta fashionista why she cared “who did what” during the night of the bachelorette party.

“Andy, I didn’t give two Fs about who did what,” Marlo replied. “It was just because I knew the next morning what happened. So when I went to Porsha and was like, ‘Hey, what happened?’ and she looked me dead in my face and lied, I’m like, ‘Damn.’”

Marlo also shared an update on where things stand with Porsha at the moment, revealing that they have not spoken to each other since they filmed the reunion.

‘Big Sky’ Renewed For Season 2 At ABC; Elwood Reid Set As Showrunner!

Big Sky will be back to solve more crimes. ABC has renewed the drama for a second season. It marks the Disney-owned network’s second renewal in 24 hours, having renewed The Good Doctor for a fifth season Monday.

Elwood Reid, exec producer of The Chi and The Bridge, has been set as showrunner for Season 2. Reid came on board as exec producer in the back half of the first season and will take over the duties from creator David E. Kelley, who will remain as an exec producer and still will be involved creatively.

ABC would not say how many episodes it has ordered, but the first season is set to run for 16 episodes, ending in May.

The series, which is based on The Highway series of books by C.J. Box, stars Katheryn Winnick and Kylie Bunbury. Bunbury stars as Cassie Dewell, a private investigator who runs the Dewell & Hoyt agency, while Winnick plays Jenny Hoyt, an ex-cop-turned-private investigator who, despite being separated from her husband, briefly played by Ryan Phillippe, still does freelance work for the agency.

The pair have joined forces to search for two sisters who have been kidnapped by a truck driver on a remote highway in Montana, as well as Hoyt’s husband.

Big Sky is produced by 20th Television in association with A+E Studios. Reid, Kelley and Ross Fineman exec produce.

ABC said that the show is the fall’s No. 1 new series in total viewers and among adults 18-49 and has averaged a 3.15 rating this season among adults 18-49 after 35 days of delayed viewing across linear and digital platforms.

Reid is repped by TFC Management, WME and David Colden.

L.A. County claims Vanessa Bryant lacks basis in lawsuit over helicopter crash photos!

The County has taken “correction personnel actions” against the four deputies who shared the photos but doesn’t believe Bryant has “viable legal claims.”

The Los Angeles County responded to Vanessa Bryant’s lawsuit over photos that were once shared of the helicopter crash that killed nine people, including Kobe and Gianna Bryant. In a recent court filing, the county said that punitive measures were taken following the incident but argued against Bryant’s decision to take legal action.

“The County does not condone this showing of accident site photographs and has taken corrective personnel actions accordingly,” said the filing by the county. “That does not mean, however, that Plaintiff has viable legal claims.”

For the last year, Bryant has been embroiled in a legal battle with the L.A. County and the four deputies who shared photos of those who passed away in the fatal accident.

The leaks, she explained, were an invasion of privacy — a claim that contradicts California law, per the county. As the filing explains, photos of the fatal crash scene were shown to a bartender, not the media or the internet. California law, however, says that “showing an accident site photograph to one member of the public cannot constitute an invasion of Plaintiff’s privacy.”

“They were not publicly disseminated,” the county said in the court filing. “Plaintiff brought this lawsuit because she is concerned that photographs may be publicly disseminated. There is no legal basis for suing defendants for hypothetical harm.”

Bryant — who recently shared the names of involved deputies Joey Cruz, Raul Versales, Rafael Mejia, and Michael Russell — is pushing forward with her fight. In fact, she is reportedly hoping to see the deputies be held accountable for their actions. In a court filing last week, she shared her plans to conduct “more than forty depositions, forensic examinations of electronic devices and cloud-based storage accounts in the possession of defendants and third parties, and expert reports and depositions.”

Lady Gaga Dognappers' Terrifying Plan Of Attack Revealed!

Three men accused of stealing Lady Gaga’s pet pooches allegedly “prowled” Hollywood neighborhoods “looking for French bulldogs” before attacking her dog walker.

According to the Daily Mail, prosecutors claim the men in question — James Jackson, 18; Jaylin White, 19; and Lafayette Whaley, 27 — turned off the lights in their white sedan and tailed Ryan Fischer until he turned down a secluded street with three of the pop star’s expensive dogs before ambushing him and opening fire in a struggle to steal the dogs from Fischer, who was left for dead at the scene with a gunshot wound. (See the horrifying footage here.)

Police recovered the dogs just days later from a woman who claimed she found the dogs abandoned in an alley. The woman supposedly inquired about Gaga’s no-questions-asked $500,000 reward for her dogs’ return.

As per the felony complaint prosecutors filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, five people have been charged. In addition to two alleged accomplices — White’s father and his father’s girlfriend, Jennifer McBride (the woman who returned the dogs) — all three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and robbery, with Jackson being accused of shooting Fischer. All have pleaded not guilty.

Initially, police believed McBride was “uninvolved and unassociated” with the crime, but she was charged with receiving stolen property valued above $950 in addition to a count of being an accessory after the fact.

As yet, neither Gaga nor Fischer — who remains in recovery — have responded to the arrests.

He said, “I encourage you to take some time and make amends with family and friends, tell someone you love them, smile a little more, laugh out loud, give your heart to those that deserve it because NOTHING is promised but death. That’s it.”

The athlete also thanked Karlie Redd for commissioning a touching painting of Lamar and Joe, which he shared on his website.

He believes that one’s family is the “most important and formative” relationship in one’s life.  “Embrace it. Life is uncertain,” he ended the post with a heart emoji.

Social Media Influencer Charged After Falsely Claiming Latino Couple Tried To Kidnap Her Children!

A “California Karen” is facing charges after making false kidnapping accusations against a Latino couple.

Katie Sorensen, a social media influencer, was charged last Thursday with providing false information to police and giving false information to a police dispatcher. Sorensen told police that an attempted abduction took place outside of Michael’s craft store on December 7th, 2020.

She told authorities that a Hispanic couple made comments regarding her “children’s appearance.” Sorensen claimed the two then followed her to her vehicle and “loitered suspiciously, and then left when noticed by another individual nearby.” Before authorities determined that the woman was lying, images from surveillance video were released to the media.

After reporting the false incident, the woman then posted two Instagram videos detailing the alleged incident. The videos went viral, though the original posts and her Instagram page have since been deleted.

Following the videos, the Petaluma Police Department confirmed that they were investigating whether the claims were false. Sorensen detailed “information that was not disclosed with her original report” when she recorded the clips.

Sadie and Eddie Martinez, the couple at the center of Sorensen’s false allegations, have five children of their own. Sadie said that she was only made aware of the claims when her daughter saw their photos on the news.

“We’re very happy with the news,” Sadie told The Argus-Courier of Petaluma. “It’s a nice step toward justice. It gives you hope.”

Sorensen will be arraigned on May 13th. She is facing a maximum of 12 months in prison
