Jordyn Woods SPEAKS about it ALL to Cosmopolitan Magazine UK
Jordyn Woods has more to say in regard to her fallout from the most famous family in the world over a kiss she claims she didn't initiate.
Covering the September issue of Cosmopolitan UK, Kylie Jenner's former best friend spoke about life after locking lips with Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, which sparked months worth of not-so-flattering headlines for the 21-year-old California native.
"I didn't know how to feel. I was like, 'That didn't just happen.' I [told him] 'I need to go,'" Jordyn recalled of the February incident, where she found herself at the same house party as the NBA star. "I was leaving already so I walked out immediately. I got in the car. I was in shock."
"You know that saying, 'I feel so alone in a room full of people'? I went through a phase of thinking, 'I'm going to isolate myself, because I don't know how I feel. I don't know what the right thing to do is,'" she added.
In a "Red Table Talk" interview that took place 10 days after news of the scandal broke, Jordyn told Jada Pinkett Smith that her biggest mistake was not initially telling Khloe and Kylie that the kiss took place. She told Cosmo she needed time to process the situation and have a chat with the man upstairs.
"I just need[ed] some time by myself to try to understand what [was] happening, why it [was] happening, and how am I going to react to this internally, you know? How can I make things right with myself, with God and with my relationships? It took some time off in order for me to have a level head on how I should react," she explained, noting she had no desire to clap back at Khloe's post-RTT tweet calling Jordyn a liar and naming her the reason her family broke up.
"I don't believe in clapping back, or reacting out of emotion," Jordyn said. "I could have handled this a million different ways, but I just went with what felt the most natural to me. Would I ever have wanted this to happen? Never. But shit happens. And in the end, I never want to see anyone hurt; I would hate to be the reason for anyone's pain. We all have to go to sleep with ourselves at night."
Jordyn said her subsequent need to see what people were saying and writing about her online became "addictive."
"When I would look at my name and see all of the things that people were saying, it became like a tumour. It became cancerous to me," she said, noting she received everything from name-calling ("home wrecker" and "snake") to actual death threats.
Despite having 2,347 Instagram posts and 10.3 million Instagram followers, Jordyn considers herself a private person.
"I don't really care to share my whole life on social media, because certain things are special and once you share it, you open yourself up to people's opinions," she said. "People got to see me at my most vulnerable moment without even really knowing me, because I don't showcase who I am, really."
On the topic of "being canceled," which happens quite often in the year 2019, Jordyn said, "The internet feels so entitled to have opinions about everything, but a lot of it is bullshit. These are real people, with real lives. People are so detached that they don't feel empathy, they don't feel bad, they don't realise that the one message that you sent laughing at someone could be the message that pushes that person off the ledge."
So where exactly does Jordyn stand with Kylie? After all, the billionaire makeup mogul just recently unfollowed Jordyn on Instagram after the latter was seen dancing nearby another NBA star and another of Khloe's exes, James Harden, at a nightclub.
"I love her. That's my homie," Jordyn said of Kylie. "I hope everything falls into place and that we can all grow and build our relationships with our family and God and come back together one day and be stronger and happier."
She added, "A lot of people can be around when things are good, but you don't know who's really around until things are bad."
When the Cosmo reporter asked Jordyn what she hoped people would take away from the interview, she said, "It's not about public statements for me and it's unfortunate that something so private had to happen publicly... Let's stick together. The world is so crazy. Our politics, our wars, our this, that and the other, the last thing we need is to start going against each other about things on social media. Let's be better humans and learn from our mistakes."
"I've had to grow up in front of everyone's eyes -- between losing my dad, this, relationships, whatever it is," she concluded. "I've had to deal with so much, [but] my life could be way worse."

#HipHopNews: A$AP Rocky Testifies In Swedish Assault Trial
A$AP Rocky took the stand on Thursday to testify in his Swedish assault trial.
The rapper, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, said that he did everything possible to avoid a confrontation with two men he claimed persistently followed his entourage in Stockholm, but one of the men picked a fight with his bodyguard.
Rocky, along with two other men, is accused of beating 19-year-old Mustafa Jafari on June 30. He pleaded not guilty at the start of the trial Tuesday, saying he acted in self-defense.
Dressed in a green inmate uniform, the 30-year-old MC told the Stockholm District Court that Jafari and his friend refused to leave him alone despite several attempts, and claimed that the two appeared to be “under the influence of some kind of drug,” reports the AP.
“After a while, my security guard started pushing him away, begging him to leave,” said Mayers, who tried to “deescalate” the situation. “Me and my crew told them that, listen, don’t go where we are going, go the other way, we don’t want any trouble.”
Jafari would not leave and a brawl ensued shortly afterward. Prosecutors allege that Mayers hit Jafari with a bottle, recorded the attack on his phone, and then deleted it.
Rocky addressed the court, saying he’s not seeking monetary compensation and only justice. “I’ve spent a month here in Sweden. This is my fifth or sixth time here. I’ve seen the most beautiful architecture and beautiful side of Sweden, and the not-so-pretty, obviously being in this detention center,” he said. “I don’t want any money. I could earn it back. For me, what I want is justice. And I want my name to be cleared. Justice for all of us.”
Some of Rocky’s relatives, including his mother Renee Black, were present in the courtroom. President Trump has also sent Ambassador Robert O. Brien, the U.S. special presidential envoy for hostage affairs, to Sweden to monitor the court proceedings.
If convicted, Rocky faces up to two years in prison.
Mario Lopez Apologizes For Transgender Remarks and Misses ‘Extra’ Taping
Mario Lopez missed the latest taping of as he tried to quell the controversy over remarks he made about raising transgender children, apologizing for his comments.
Lopez made the comments during an appearance on the Candace Owens podcast last month, suggesting that it was “dangerous” for parents to be supportive of a child’s transition.
Today, he issued a statement to People, saying, “The comments I made were ignorant and insensitive, and I now have a deeper understanding of how hurtful they were.”
No explanation was given for Lopez’s absence from today’s show, although Extra hosts Renee Bargh and Tanika Ray addressed the controversy by interviewing GLAAD director Anthony Ramos and Dr Johanna Olson Kennedy, an expert on trans youth development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Lopez’s comments were not well-received by the Extra show producers, who issued their own statement today.
“While we have enjoyed a long relationship with Mario Lopez, who we know to be a caring person, the opinions he expressed in this interview do not reflect those of Extra. We wholeheartedly embrace our friends from the LGBTQ community and believe they need support and love. For more support on these issues you can go to GLAAD.org.”
The controversy began in June on the Candace Owens podcast, a forum for conservative views. Lopez is one of the few open conservatives in show business and has been outspoken about his views.
Owens asked Lopez about parents – specifically Hollywood celebrities – who allow their child to pick their gender.
“I am trying to understand it myself, and please don’t lump me into that whole,” Lopez said. “I’m kind of blown away, too. Look, I’m never one to tell anyone how to parent their kids, obviously, and I think if you come from a place of love, you really can’t go wrong. But at the same time, my God, if you’re three-years-old and you’re saying you’re feeling a certain way or you think you’re a boy or a girl or whatever the case may be.'”
He concluded, “I Just think it’s dangerous as a parent to make that determination then — ‘Okay, well then you’re going to be a boy or a girl,’ whatever the case may be. It’s sort of alarming and my gosh, I just think about the repercussions later on.”
Lopez said parents have to wait until a child’s “formative years” before making transitioning choices.
The remarks drew a loud rebuke from many in the LGBTQ community, leading to his apology and claims he’s been an “ardent supporter” of their rights. He said he would “better educate myself” moving forward.

#DemDebate The Winners and Losers from the second night of the July Democratic debates
Round two, night two of the 2020 Democratic presidential debates featured a matchup between two candidates who openly clashed in June’s debate: former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris. Before the proceedings even began, Biden leaned over to Harris and requested, “Go easy on me, kid.”
Harris did not. And neither did Sen. Cory Booker. Harris continued her attacks on Biden’s records on desegregation busing, and Booker brought a brutal attack on Biden’s “tough on crime” record in the Senate, to the point of directly assigning Biden blame for nonviolent drug criminals who remain behind bars. Former HUD Secretary Julián Castro brought the fight to Biden on immigration, and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee did the same on climate change.
But Harris herself also was the focus of attacks, and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio faced a surprising number of tough questions about his record on lead poisoning in public housing and police brutality.
Here’s who ended the night better than they started it — and who fell behind.
Winner: Joe Biden
Well, this one’s complicated. Biden took a lot of hits tonight, some of which were pretty rough. But at the same time, he did just enough to not lose, which, given his frontrunner status, counts as a win.
In June’s debate, Biden came across as unsteady and unprepared to deal with the attacks from lower-polling rivals. Harris absolutely crushed him on busing and race, one of the most electrifying moments in recent presidential debate history. Biden’s poll numbers took an almost immediate nosedive, while Harris’s shot up.
But a funny thing happened in early July: Biden’s numbers started to creep back up. By the day of the debate, his numbers were pretty much where they were on the day of the June debate, and roughly double those of his second-closest rival, Bernie Sanders.
So back in the pole position, Biden just needed to come across better than he did last time. That’s more or less what he did.
Biden wasn’t excellent Wednesday night. But his performance was a far cry from his awkward, halting display in June. In his exchanges with Harris this time around — particularly a lengthy and confusing open argument about her health care plan — he held his ground. He managed to do okay when they debated criminal justice, successfully shifting the debate from his dodgy record as a legislator to her dodgy record as a prosecutor. And framing himself as the heir to Barack Obama’s legacy was a smart approach for the vast majority of Democratic voters who still love the 44th president.
But as much as Biden improved, he also once again exposed his weaknesses.
He didn’t seem sharp rhetorically in the way that, say, Sen. Elizabeth Warren did in July’s first debate — even butchering his sign-off line by telling people to “go to Joe 3-0-3-3-0” (which is a phone number, I think). He had no real answer to Booker’s assault on his support for punitive federal crime bills — he tried to launch into an attack on Booker’s tenure as mayor of Newark, but it was basically impossible to follow. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand brought up an old op-ed where Biden seemed to say women shouldn’t work outside the home, and Biden either could not or would not answer her point-blank to clarify what he meant by that.
When the stage is smaller in future debates, these weaknesses will be more glaring: His competition will be stronger, and it’ll be harder for Biden to wriggle out of traps like Gillibrand’s when there aren’t eleventy-billion candidates demanding time and attention. But for now, he managed to do just enough not to lose — and that, for the obvious frontrunner, counts as a win.

Judge Shuts Down Dwight Howard’s Attempt To Throw Out Alleged Ex-Boyfriend’s Assault Case
Back in November, Dwight Howard had his character attacked when accusations from a transgender surfaced on Twitter that accused him of being part of trans sex parties as well as other things.
The then-Washington Wizards star filed a counter-suit on the YouTuber for slander, invasion of privacy and abusive litigation and demanded the suit be thrown out. He was dealt a vicious blow by the judge on the case.
Via Bossip: “A judge has nixed NBA player Dwight Howard’s bid to dismiss a homosexual social media star’s lawsuit that alleges Howard threatened him over speaking out about their alleged relationship.
…according to court records obtained by BOSSIP, the judge came back and sided with Elije, and denied Howard’s request for the man’s suit to be tossed. The case is now ongoing, although no trial date has been set.
It looks like this is going to drag on throughout the 2019-2020 season.

Kanye West is building mysterious ‘Affordable’ domes in Calabasas
Say what you like about Kanye West, but one thing’s undeniable – the man loves his domes.
When the rapper pulled out of a headline slot at this year’s Coachella, it was reportedly due to disagreements with the stage design. Ye wanted a really, really big dome to sit above the festival’s 125,000 festival attendees, and the festival weren’t willing to accomodate his ideas.
Then, in an interview with Forbes earlier this year, he talked about his desire to build “pre-fabricated structures” that could “break the barriers that separate classes... the rich, the middle class and the poor”. He explained that his designs were inspired by the dome-like buildings that exist on the fictional planet of Tattooine in Star Wars.
Kanye seems to be realising his dome dreams today. As TMZ reports, he’s been busy building a whole series of them in Calabasas, the hyper-elite gated community in Los Angeles where he lives – not exactly the sort of place that screams “low income housing”, admittedly. The domes are apparently some 50 feet high, and are being built on 300 acres of land that Kanye bought at some point within the last few years.
In a 2018 interview with Charlamagne tha God, Kanye said that he was “going to be one of the biggest real-estate developers of all time”, likening himself to “what Howard Hughes was to aircrafts and what Henry Ford was to cars”, although we’d hope without all the anti-semitism. “Just the relationships I have with architects, my understanding of space and sacred proportions, just this new vibe, this new energy,” he said. “We gonna develop cities.”
Otherwise, Kanye has been busy with his Sunday Service, which has developed a devout following over the past few months. Now that we mention it, the combination of the Sunday Service and these mystery domes does sort of sound like the start of a cult, doesn’t it?
'Extra' host A.J. Calloway, Warner Bros. part ways amid misconduct allegations
Warner Bros. Television has severed ties with “Extra” host A.J. Calloway, who was suspended from the show in February after multiple women accused the longtime TV personality of sexual assault.
The company said it decided to part ways with Calloway, 44, after investigating the claims against him, according to a statement obtained by Variety and The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday. The statement said it was a “mutual” decision by Warner Bros. and Calloway, but didn’t disclose when they made the call.
Warner Bros. produces “Extra,” an entertainment news show where Calloway worked for 14 years.
Author and activist Sil Lai Abrams publicly accused Calloway of sexually assaulting her in a car 2006 after meeting him for drinks, the Reporter first revealed in June 2018. After the alleged assault, Abrams reported Calloway to the police, but the case was dismissed on procedural grounds.
After Abrams described her assault, two other women speaking to the Daily Beast on the condition of anonymity came forward with their own allegations against Calloway in January.
Following that, the total number of women accusing Calloway of misconduct rose to six, according to Vanity Fair.
Calloway was suspended from “Extra” in February as Warner Bros. conducted an internal review of Calloway’s conduct. At that time, Calloway denied the accusations in a statement released through his attorney Lisa E. Davis.
“Mr. Calloway maintains that these unsubstantiated allegations are patently false,” Davis said. “He vehemently denies that he ever assaulted anyone and looks forward to clearing his name.”
A day before Warner Bros. announced its decision to cut ties with Calloway, Abrams criticized WarnerMedia CEO John Stankey of employing Calloway despite the allegations against him.
“After nearly twenty months, to public knowledge, he is still on your payroll,” Abrams tweeted.
Abrams also questioned why the results of Warner Bros.′ investigation into Calloway weren’t made public.
R. Kelly Calls His Alleged Victims ‘Disgruntled Groupies’?
R. Kelly is trying to get out of jail…well, solitary confinement due to safety concerns.
The embattled R&B singer’s team has filed court documents in an effort to have him released before his pending trial.
You may recall, hewas denied bail after he was jailed on a New York and Chicago indictment for a laundry list of sex crimes including assault and trafficking.
According to the court docs obtained by TMZ, R. Kelly’s team referred to the victims as “disgruntled groupies.”
The singer’s docs ask a federal judge to release him before his pending trial. His lawyers say he does not represent a threat because they claim the allegations against him are bogus. In explaining their position, they say the “groupies sought out Robert’s attention, even fought each other for it, voluntarily contacted him, came to his shows, pined to be with him …”
R. Kelly’s lawyers don’t stop there. They say the government is trying to paint a picture of a nefarious pattern, but it all amounts to “five disgruntled groupies, not all of which are alleged to be underage, who now show groupie remorse so many years later and only after a TV Show and an aggressive, vocal Cook County prosecutor makes a public cry for ‘victims come forth,’ tell your story and be famous.”
And, there’s more … R. Kelly’s team zeroes in on one of the alleged victims who was not a minor when she first had contact with him. They say she came to his door and “wanted him so much that she alleges that she did not require or even request that a condom be used.” As for her allegation Kelly gave her herpes … Kelly’s lawyers say she was “admittedly promiscuous,” and the feds never looked into how many other sexual partners she had.
Do you think R. Kelly should be released until his trial?
