#EMPIRE: Grace Byers was presented in her own Speaking Event titled ‘I Am Enough’ from her Book!
Grace Byers was featured at an event in NYC today from her autobiography titled ‘I Am Enough’ for the Build Series. Growing up in the Cayman Islands as a multiracial young girl and Child Of Deaf Adults (CODA), actor Grace Byers ("Empire") was bullied throughout her childhood. Her book was born out of her impassioned desire to empower young girls against the negative effects of bullying. "I Am Enough" is the picture book everyone needs. This is a gorgeous, lyrical ode to loving who you are, respecting others, and being kind to one another from Byers and talented newcomer artist Keturah A. Bobo. This is the perfect gift for mothers and daughters, baby showers and graduation. We are all here for a purpose. We are more than enough. We just need to believe it.

#NEWMUSIC from Sammie has a new EP titled ‘31873 to celebrate his Birthday!
What better way to celebrate your birthday than to drop a new project? In honor of his 31st birthday, Sammie decided to share his life’s celebration with the release of his new EP 31873.0.
This is the singer’s first 2018 release as it is the follow up to his 2017 Coming of Age album. Sammie recently teamed up with Eric Bellinger for their collaborative party anthem “Show and Tell.”
Sammie has used social media to provide his fans with personal reflections. Hours leading up to his birthday, the R&b heartthrob took to Instagram and reflected on his musical journey.
“At (4) I knew I was gifted with the gift of song. By (12) I was doing it professionally. I gained fame and $ but opted to have a sense of normalcy & returned back to school,” wrote Sammie. “At (18) I returned to my passion and was welcomed back with open arms. At (21) my ex-manager took my confidence and every cent to my name. By (25) I was suffering from insomnia and depression & was reliant on Ambien to sleep, and liquor and women to cope. At (26) I returned back to God and at (29) everything I once loss, was given back to me tenfold, health, peace, finances, a humble and gentle spirit, & my career. In 3 hours I’m turning (31) and I’m full of happiness and joy. Thank you God for this beautiful gift called “Life.”

#HIPHOPNEWS: Rick Ross Has Been Released From The Hospital
Rick Ross is back home. After being hospitalized over the weekend, the Maybach Music Group mogul was discharged on Monday (March 5) and is receiving medical attention at his Davie, Fla. residence.
Ross was found unresponsive on Friday (March 2), before being rushed to the hospital. His respiratory problems turned out to be heart-related, so the 42-year-old was transferred to a different hospital, according to TMZ.
The health scare was considered substantial and even dire at one point. There were reports that Ross was on life support through an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation machine (ECMO). However, Ross’ MMG artist Fat Trel denied the life support claims and said that he was doing “good.”
Friends and fans, including Drake, Lil Wayne, Missy Elliott, and LeBron James, offered prayers for the MMG boss on social media and in interviews.
There was panic at the Oscars last night after Frances McDormand's award was temporarily stolen
THERE’S PLENTY OF talk today about Frances McDormand’s big speech from this year’s Academy Awards. She has since been described as ‘Hollywood’s cool, eccentric aunt who does community theatre and sneaks you a joint on your birthday.’
People are applauding McDormand for ‘making the Oscars weird again’, with her nervous energy and spontaneous demonstration of how many women were nominated at the award show last night.
As the actress accepted her second ever Oscar (the first was for Fargo), she placed it on the ground and asked all female nominees to stand up and make themselves known.
Apparently, this wasn’t the only occasion where she set down her Oscar over the course of the night.
McDormand was reportedly spotted crying outside of the Governors Ball after-party when she noticed that her award had gone missing and she was unable to find it. Security became concerned and later found out that it had not gotten lost, but had been stolen.
Thankfully, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck was catering for the event and his photographer caught the thief on camera while taking photographs of food at the event.
McDormand’s rep told USA Today that she managed to get the award back (and told security to let the culprit go). She then brought her Oscar to In-N-Out Burger for a celebratory munch.
A journalist from the New York Times later tweeted a photograph of the culprit posing for a photo with McDormand’s award. It’s not the first time Oscars have gone missing. Since the early days of the Academy Awards, plenty of Oscars have disappeared/been stolen.
NO MORE DRAMA for Mary J Blige and she and he EX Hubby has reached an Divorce settlement!
Mary J. Blige is finally gonna put the drama behind her. According to TMZ she's reached a settlement in her bitter divorce case.
The Oscar-nominated singer/actress and her estranged husband, Martin Isaacs, were supposed to start their week-long divorce trial Monday morning in L.A., but we've learned the trial was called off because the two sides struck a deal on Friday.
Mary filed for divorce in July 2016 and they've waged war ever since. Isaacs went as far as demanding nearly $130k per month in spousal support.
Well good now everybody can move on.
Model Chanel Iman And Wide Receiver Sterling Shepard Got Married!
Victoria's Secret Angel, Chanel Iman, and New York Giants star, Sterling Shepard, have gotten hitched.
Page Six has confirmed that the two exchanged their wedding vows in front of family and friends at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.
While nuptial details were scarce at the time of this story, it is known that there was a big welcoming party with lots of famous faces, including Gabrielle Union, Terrence J, and Chrissy Teigen.
Social Media revealed that fellow model Jordan Dunn was the bridesmaid and fellow Giant, Odell Beckham Jr., was a groomsman.
Chanel, 27, wore a beautiful Ivory lace gown, while Shepard, 25, opted for the traditional yet classic tuxedo, reports Page Six.
Back in December, the super model shared the engagement on her Instagram, captioning, "A night full of tears of happiness. I'm beyond excited to spend the rest of my life with you @sterl_shep3 you are my soulmate, my best friend, my everything! Can't wait to be your Mrs."
She then added, "My love for you will last forever."
Shepard later surprised Iman with a party at SPiN New York where family and friends were waiting, as she posted a video of the big moment and her shock, writing, "From engagement to a surprise birthday party night like no other and one of the most incredible nights of my life ❤️ @sterl_shep3 Thank you to everyone who celebrated and congratulated us as we start our new chapter"
Viola Davis & Lupita Nyong’o To Star In ‘The Woman King’
Oscar winning actresses Viola Davis and Lupita Nyong’o are teaming up for a new mother and daughter film titled The Woman King. The project has been acquired by TriStar and is being produced through Davis’ JuVee Productions.
According to S&A, The Woman King is inspired by true events in the Kingdom of Dahomey, a powerful state in 18th century. It will tell the story of Nanisca (Davis), general of the all-female military unit known as the Amazons, and her daughter Nawi (Nyong’o), who together fought the French and neighboring tribes who violated their honor, enslaved their people, and threatened to destroy everything they’ve lived for.
“I’m looking forward to working with this exquisite gem. Happy birthday @LupitaNyongo! ••• Hope y’all ready for this,” said Davis on her Instagram page.
The story comes from Maria Bello and Cathy Schulman‘s Welle Entertainment.
“The Woman King has the potential to be a game changer for women of color everywhere. Viola and our team at JuVee are beyond excited to partner with Sony/TriStar to bring these fierce women to the big screen,” said Julius Tennon of JuVee Productions.

Back in 2017 controversial mega-church pastor Bishop Eddie Long died under a cloud of suspicion after being accusing of sexual misconduct with several young men in his congregation [click here if you missed that].
Looks like the church may be going the way of the wind
According to Ms OBNOXUOUS the pastor who replaced Bishop Eddie Long has resigned and the church has gone into foreclosure.
There are also rumors that Bishop Long's children are planning to sue the replacement pastor.

Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her Hopes for Her Daughter
The big reveal that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are expecting a baby girl came last night during the finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Now, the 33-year-old reality star posted all her thoughts about having a daughter, and did a fill in the blank quiz answering some parenting questions she’ll face! Some of the questions she answered is, “If my baby could excel at just one thing I hope it would be….,” and “What age will you let your daughter date?”
“I can’t believe I’m having a girl! It was such a special moment and I’m so happy I got to share it with you guys. My team put together this fun fill-in-the-blank game for me about what I hope for my little one when she grows up,” Khloe wrote on her app.

Tiffany Haddish To Star In Tyler Perry’s New Movie ‘The List’ For Paramount Players
Tiffany Haddish has signed on to star alongside Tika Sumpter and Omari Hardwicke in Tyler Perry’s The List, Perry’s next film which is in the works at Paramount Players. Perry wrote and is directing and producing, and the Paramount label has already set a November 2, 2018 release date.
The pic’s logline: When her wild sister (Haddish) gets released from prison and re-enters her life, Danica (Sumpter) is forced to accept that she may be getting “catfished” by an online boyfriend whom she has never met in person.
Haddish, who presented at the Oscars last night, most recently starred in Universal’s Girls Trip, which earned a Critics’ Choice nom this year.
