Ciara Teases Topless Album Cover! And a TOUR?
She’s on her way to a fully-fledged career comeback and Ciara gave her fans a little pre-release thrill leading up to the drop of her new album in May.
The 29-year-old siren unveiled her cover art this week, in which she covers her lady pillows with her hand while posing seductively. Furthermore, Ciara’s new single “I Do” is already burning up the internet and she’s slated to perform the ditty on the April 3rd episode of “Live with Kelly and Michael.”
However, Jermaine Dupri is calling foul on the track’s similarity to Usher’s hit “U Got It Bad” that he penned back in 2001. He told press, “Ciara's new single is a complete rip-off of Usher's U Got It Bad. I'm clear on what I made and I'm clear on how music influences people and I'm clear on chord changes and how people move things. It might not be as evident as the Blurred Lines situation, but I believe the same thing happened to me.”
I give her A for effort and confidence!

DISTURBING: Half Of Atlanta’s Newly Diagnosed HIV Patients Have AIDS, Grady Testing Finds
Since starting a routine testing program in 2013, Grady Hospital has diagnosed an average of two or three patients with HIV every single day. Half of those have AIDS.
Reports WABE: “This is something that keeps me awake at night in Atlanta,” Dr. Abigail Hankin-Wei said.
She runs Grady’s FOCUS HIV testing program. It’s the only emergency department in the city that offers a HIV test to every patient regardless of why they came in.
“When we diagnose patients with HIV, the first time we are telling them they’ve been infected with HIV, we know that among our patients at Grady, nearly half of them have AIDS the day we diagnose them,” said Hankin-Wei.
There are at least 50 places you can get tested in the Atlanta area.
“Despite that, there are patients who aren’t going to get those tests. And they aren’t going for a decade,” Hankin-Wei said.
It takes about eight to 10 years for untreated HIV to advance to clinical AIDS. Across Georgia, about a third of the people who find out they’re positive fall into this category of late diagnosis.
“Diagnosing people to get people on treatment is our best method to prevent further transmission,” Wendy Armstrong, the director of the Ponce de Leon Center, an AIDS care facility in Atlanta, said.
Effective treatment can make the risk of HIV transmission almost non-existent, Armstrong said. But nationally, according to the CDC, an estimated 14 percent of people with HIV or AIDS do not know they’re infected.
“Our massive group out there who are not tested are folks out there who often don’t have primary care physicians because they’re young, and there’s not a need for that and no insurance if they they did wish to have a primary care physician,” Armstrong said.
WOW just WOW!
HORRIFIC: Noose Found Hanging From Tree On Duke University Campus
It’s 2015, but there are plenty of lowlifes who would prefer the Jim Crow way of life that flourished prior to 1964. A noose was found hanging from a tree on the campus of Duke University on Wednesday (April 1) morning.
Reports Raw Story: The rope has been taken down, and officials at the school located in Durham vowed to hold accountable anyone found responsible for the incident they described by an official as an “act of intimidation.”
“To whomever committed this hateful and stupid act, I just want to say that if your intent was to create fear, it will have the opposite effect,” Larry Moneta, Duke’s vice president for student affairs, wrote in an email to students.
The university encouraged anyone with information about the noose to call campus police and said a forum with university and student leaders would be held on Wednesday evening to discuss the incident.
According to the Duke Chronicle, the noose was made from yellow rope and was found hanging from a tree around 3 a.m. in the school’s Bryan Center plaza.
An anonymous groupe called Duke People of Color Caucus posted an image of the noose with the following caption.
To all black students, staff, faculty, and/or Durhamites on campus and in the area: Please take care of yourselves and each other. This campus is not a safe space, and has proven beyond any doubt that it is a hostile environment for any and all black people.
This incident comes a couple of weeks after students chanted a racist song at a Black female student on Duke’s campus.

Muhammad Ali has weighed in on the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight and her is Rooting for Manny Pacquiao!
Mark down the most formidable of allies for Manny Pacquiao. Muhammad Ali -- "The Greatest" -- has chosen his side in the Fight of the Century, opting to back Pacquiao when he takes on Floyd Mayweather on May 2.
Speaking with TMZ, Ali's daughter told them that her "dad is Team Pacquiao all the way." Although Ali, 73, won't be sitting ringside when the fight goes down, he'll be watching the fight like the rest of us.
"My dad really likes Manny," Rasheda Ali told TMZ. "He's a huge fan of his."
According to Rasheda, Ali's reasoning involves more than boxing. He's also apparently a fan of what Pacquiao does outside of the ring. Pacquiao runs the Manny Pacquiao Fund, which aims to aid the underprivileged in his home country -- the Philippines.
"He knows Manny's a great fighter ... but it's more about what he does outside the ring," Rasheda said. "He's such a charitable person."
Throughout his illustrious boxing career and even after he retired, Ali was very politically and socially active. In 1985, he helped secure the release of four hostages in Lebanon. During the first Gulf War, he helped secure the release of 15 United States hostages. And when Nelson Mandela was released from prison, Ali was there to greet him.
"I've always wanted to be more than just a boxer," Ali once said. "More than just the three-time heavyweight champion. I wanted to use my fame, and this face that everyone knows so well, to help uplift and inspire people around the world."
According to Rasheda, there isn't much of a comparison to draw between Mayweather and her father.
"My dad stood for things," she said. "Mayweather ... I don't think there's a comparison."

Which RHOA Star Was Banned From The Reunion Taping?
The latest season of RHOA has been filled with nothing but bird beef and drama but one housewife wasn’t allowed to appear on the reunion episode to plead her case.
Reports Radar Online: A source close to production told Radar exclusively that Demetria McKinney was totally MIA at the taping in Atlanta. Though she caused some drama early on, the insider said, “The producers didn’t feel that Demetria had enough to bring to the table.”
And another popular housewife was missing when the reunion kicked off: Porsha Williams!
“She came on half-way through the taping,” said the source.
Williams, 33, got the part-time treatment because she was only a friend of the Housewives this year, following her brawl with Kenya Moore at last year’s reunion. Williams recently told Radar that she expects to return full-time next season.
Regardless of the absence of McKinney and the half-time appearance of Williams, viewers will still be in for a dramatic reunion, as Radar previously reported how Leakes had a breakdown and left the stage for an hour.
Terrence Howard Claims Ex-Wife Blackmailed Him With Nude Pics & Videos
I’m sure by now you know about Terrence Howard's current legal situation with ex wife Michelle. Terrence is already paying the ex-Mrs. Howard $5,800 per month. There are also reports that she'll try to stake claim to some of his "Empire" earnings (thanks to paperwork they had in place guaranteeing her 21% of anything he made over $62,500 in the first 3 months of this year).
Now, we've got a peek into Terrence's legal strategy to protect his coins. According to TMZ, he and his legal team are filing paperwork to end her spousal support because she allegedly blackmailing him with pics and videos that could ruin his career.
Terrence will likely make a formal legal claim, in April, that Michelle got a great spousal support deal because she was threatening him. Allegedly, the pics show Terrence in the shower and there are others.
His lawyer Brian Kramer claims Michelle was entitled to half-a-year's worth of spousal support (since they were married for ONE year) but Terrence agreed to 5 years worth of support, because of the blackmail. We guess with the success of "Empire", Terrence is willing to hedge his bets on the photos and video.
Investigation Discovery Unveils Barbara Walters, Wendy Williams Series
Discovery Communications on Tuesday unveiled new shows for its various cable networks, including Investigation Discovery series with Barbara Walters and Wendy Williams.
Among other show announcements, the Investigation Discovery channel unveiled American Scandal, which will be hosted by ABC News' Walters, and Death by Gossip With Wendy Williams, which Williams will host and executive produce.
It also touted a series about hotel murders executive produced by Joel Schumacher that The Hollywood Reporter previously reported on. Schumacher's Do Not Disturb: Hotel Horrors will feature real-life cases of hotel tragedies across America.
A show description of American Scandal says that Walters will revisit "some of the most compelling stories she has covered in her career, taking viewers inside scandalous stories that captured the public's attention and sharing personal experiences and never-before-seen footage." The six-part series promises to reveal new details about crimes committed by Jean Harris, Jim Bakker, Mark David Chapman and others.
"Offices, gyms and nosey neighborhoods all make for great rumor mills, until dishing the dirt ends with a deadly offense," a show description for Death by Gossip says.
