Kanye West, Bradley Cooper Make Time’s ‘100 Most Influential People in the World’ List
TIME magazine’s coveted ‘100 Most Influential People‘ has been released, with some of your favorite knowns and unknowns across the globe. The annual list consists of titans, pioneers, artists, leaders and icons. Power couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have made the list.
Referring to Ye as a ‘Boundary Breaker’, peep their reason for including the Jesus Walks artist on the list:

Monica Brown Debuts Red Pixie Cut For New Album "Code Red"
Atlanta native Monica is prepping for her eighth studio album Code Red and with the new disc, she's debuting a new look at the same time! Earlier today, the songstress revealed a still from the album's art work in PEOPLE Magazine and we have to admit, we love her red pixie cut.
The photo was snapped by famed-photographer Derek Blanks and she revealed what the new dye job means to her personally.
"The cut symbolizes me getting back to the fearlessness and courageous part of myself that I shared with the world in the ’90s when I released my first album Miss Thang. It’s easy to over-think things and not trust your natural instincts. I let go and let the music be created in my truth.”
Taking it a step further than hair, Monica revealed there are layers to the photo and it hints at what listeners can expect on the follow-up to her 2012 album New Life.
“I love that the cover speaks to how I feel as a woman, artist, mother and wife. I feel strong, encouraged and grateful. I also love that it’s fashion forward.”
Mo set off her bright red hue with a neon-yellow Versace jacket, Hervé Léger bathing suit and Guiseppe Zanotti caged heels. Hot. She joked, “I embrace and appreciate my sophisticated moments."
As far as a release date for Code Red, Monica wasn't ready to drop those deets, but a quick look at her Instagram reveals that producer Polow Da Don will have a heavy hand in shaping the new sound to match her new look. And we're totally here for it!
GAGNATION V. Stiviano Ordered to Pay Donald Sterling’s Wife $2.6 Million
V. Stiviano has been ordered to pay Shelly Sterling $2.6 million as re-payment for gifts a judge decided Donald Sterling had no right to give her.
via TMZ: A judge just sided with Shelly Sterling, concluding Shelly was still very much Donald’s wife when he pulled his shenanigans — giving V. a duplex, a Bentley, a Range Rover and a Ferrari totaling $2.6 mil.
But don’t roll out the tow truck — Shelly doesn’t want the cars … she wants the money. According to the ruling, $830k of the $2.6 mil is due in cash — with $430k earmarked for the value of the vehicles.
V. tried in vain to convince the judge Donald and Shelly were separated at the time she scored the goods, so he had every right to shell out the cash. The judge begged to differ, saying Donald had no right to use the Sterling money to fund V.’s lifestyle.
Ouch.
Lil Wayne Accused Of Threatening To Pistol Whip, Kill Bus Driver
Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne has reportedly been sued by a former employee who claims Weezy threatened him during a concert tour.

According to reports, bus driver Mark Jones claims the threats went down last summer.
Jones says he pulled over at around 11:30 PM for gas. He says Wayne became irate and started cursing, to the point the driver became scared and continued driving without refueling. But Jones says Wayne kept his tirade going, threatening to pistol whip him, “whip [his] a**” and finish the job by killing him. (TMZ)

Jones is suing for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress.
Jones says at that point things escalated, and Wayne came at him with a gun, cocked it at close range and demanded, “I want to get to the hotel now.” Jones says he obliged and the 30 minute drive was in total silence. (TMZ)
"OITNB" Star Laverne Cox + "Sleepy Hollow" Star Nicole Beharie Go Nude for ALLURE
Emmy-nominated actress Laverne Cox, who also hold the distinction of being the first Trans Woman on the cover of TIME, posed nude for the May 2015 issue of ALLURE alongside Furious 7 actress Jordana Brewster, Sandrine Holt, Katheryn Winnick and Sleepy Hollow star Nicole Beharie. Disrobing for the camera was not easy for Laverne, but she realized the cultural impact her participation would provide.
"I said no initially, thought about it, and said no again. But I'm a black transgender woman. I felt this could be really powerful for the communities that I represent. Black women are not often told that we’re beautiful unless we align with certain standards. Trans women certainly are not told we’re beautiful. "
She adds,'Seeing a black transgender woman embracing and loving everything about her body might be inspiring for some folks. There’s a beauty in the things we think are imperfect. It sounds very cliché, but it's true.'
The photos were taken by Norman Jean Roy, who also focused her lens on Nicole Beharie. When asked why she chose to get naked, Nicole said she wanted to 'celebrate and accept my body in an artistic way.'
How does Nicole stay in shape? She said, "I run; I do a lot of dance classes; I swim; I really love lifting weights. I'll make myself do something every day, even when my heart's not in it."
And as you can see on the pic above, Nicole was asked about her favorite body part and she said "I have a good bum."

Apparently Todd's production partner, Real Housewives of Atlanta producer Carlos King, will not be returning to RHOA.
Fun Fact: Carlos King and Ne Ne Leakes have openly bumped heads about the direction of the show.

Enjoying their seventh wedding anniversary, Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z escaped to Hawaii’s Four Seasons Hualalai, and it looks like she took one of the hottest bikinis of all time along with her.
This week the “Bootylicious” singer posted a series of photos online, showcasing her awesome assets in a cream colored two-piece swimsuit.
Of Bey and Jay’s time in Hawaii, an eyewitness shared, "They mostly stuck to themselves, but they came down to the hotel area pool one time and had lunch in the hotel. After they finished, they held hands and walked around the hotel path."
British Stars Launch ‘Operation Black Vote’ Campaign to Encourage Minority Voter Registration
British celebs including Tinie Tempah, former footballer Sol Campbell, actor David Harewood and olympian Ade Adepitan are lending their support to a new campaign called Operation Black Vote.
The purpose of Operation Black Vote is to draw attention and encourage minorities to register to vote before the deadline.
The campaign features four posters with photographs taken by leading photographer Rankin and a 60-second online, made by ad agency Saatchi and Saatchi.

Launching the campaign, Harewood said voting was the only way to change institutions such as Westminster and make them more representative of a multicultural Britain.

He added, “If you don’t register to vote, politicians don’t really care about you, politicians aren’t really caring about what you have to say, what you have to do, anything.”
The imagery is striking. As we approach the 2016 presidential elections, it definitely gives us something to think about.
Nicki Minaj & Meek Mill are Engaged
Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill ARE engaged, a source close to the couple has confirmed.
“Both Meek and Nicki have been spending amazing quality time together lately and have gotten extremely close these past few months,” the insider shared. “It may seem like it all is happening very quickly but Nicki and Meek are in this 100. They truly love each other.”
After teasing their engagement yesterday, Nicki posted a close-up of her ring to Instagram.
“This looks like a 15-carat fancy yellow heart modified brilliant cut diamond mounted in platinum with a double halo of white pavé diamonds,” Morgan Shara of MASbisjoux jewelry told E! News. “This would retail for approximately $500,000…”

Nelly Concert Canceled After Drug Arrest
Last week rapper Nelly was arrested in Tennessee and slapped with felony drug charges after police found drugs, guns and drug paraphernalia during a search of his tour bus
Now the arrest is starting to cost Nelly money…
Nelly was scheduled to perform at Missouri State University on April 23 but the concert has now been canceled.
Organizers did not give a reason for the cancelation.
Nelly's first court date is June 9.

“Orange is the New Black” Scores Fourth Season Renewal
Adding to the success of Netflix’s original series roster, “Orange is the New Black” will return in 2016 for Season Four.
The online streaming service announced this week that given the outstanding viewership of the popular program, they’ve ordered a fourth run of episodes. Interestingly enough, Season Three won’t even premiere until June 12th. Netflix also released a preview clip from the upcoming season.
