Woman Delivers a Racist Attack, Then Defends Her Actions In The Worst Possible Way!
(h/t HP) Yesterday, a video was posted onto Reddit showing a woman spewing incredibly racist statements towards a black man. The video shows the woman's two children witnessing her rant, while the man sits calmly in his car recording her comments.
Note: This article contains explicit language that some readers may find offensive.
"You're a nigger. Nasty fucking nigger," she tells him.
Despite her use of the racial slur, she goes on to repeatedly accuse the man as the one who is actually the racist in the situation, calling him a "racist nigger" and failing to acknowledge the blatant irony in her bizarre accusation.
The video does not show exactly what sparked her anger. However, judging from the heated exchange that ensued, the woman jumped into her tirade simply after the man started his car, which both parties seem to acknowledge is true.
The video is painful to watch, particularly because the woman's two young children are in the background, appearing as though this is just a normal day hanging out with mom. On the video's YouTube page, the man who posted the exchange says "I'm more upset that it was done in front of her children. They will have hate and have no idea where it came from."
The most disturbing part might actually be the woman's response to the video after it went viral and stirred controversy online.
The woman, identified as Janelle Ambrosia, took to social media to slam her critics and even defend herself with classic, boldly misguided justifications.
Ambrosia also called in to radio station 93.7 WBLK and claimed the man called her a "cracker" before the altercation intensified. She continued to refuse claims that she is a racist, this time offering the fact that she has "a black cousin" as her defense.
Rich, huh? Unfortunately, Ambrosia's perspective is one that mirrors the deflections of countless others, tragically blinded by their complete lack of self-awareness.
"They're making it a racist-type thing. I'm not racist," our favorite rancher Clive Bundy insisted after The New York Times revealed he ruminated over the idea of African Americans being better off as slaves.
"I am the least racist person there is," Donald Trump, unofficial spokesperson for President Obama's birth certificate conspiracy theory, once declared. "In fact, Randal Pinkett (who is black) won on The Apprentice a little while ago, a couple years ago, and Randal's been outstanding in every way. So I am the least racist person."
And who can forget Donald Sterling, who attempted to vindicate himself of racist incrimination by serving us even more racism.
WATCH:
Ambrosia also isn't the only person who thinks it's acceptable to say nigger simply because black people do -- Madonna did exactly this when she posted a photo of her 13-year-old son with the hashtag #disnigga back in January. In my opinion the terminology is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Not defending Madonna but her issue wasn’t this issue here
"Racism is alive and well," the man, with complete composure, says twice in the video. And unlike the recycled excuses above, this could not be closer to the truth. All i'm thinking about is those poor kids!
