Our Thoughts and Prayers go out to Ahmad “Real” Givens, who you may better know as “Real” from VH1′s Show “Real Chance Of Love.”
Ahmad has just recently been Diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer, which has now spread to his Lungs and Liver.
But his Family is NOT Taking Defeat for an Answer… and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure Real Sees this Through.
