IT’S JUST LIKE MAGIC! History in the making Magic Johnson Proposes To Buy The Dodgers,

NBA Hall of Famer and FABULOUS businessman Earvin "Magic" Johnson has just announced that he--along with the other members of the Guggenheim Partners/Guggenheim Baseball Management Group--is interested in becoming one of the new owners of the Dodgers.

He commented to ESPN, "I'm a big baseball fan and you think about what the Dodgers have meant to baseball and to Los Angeles, and that part's a no-brainer. ... I've been to that place [Dodger Stadium] hundreds and hundreds of times."
If it all comes into fruition, Magic Johnson will become the first black owner in the history of the MLB.

CEO of the Guggenheim group Mark Walter would write the big checks; Steve Kasten would oversee the baseball operations; and Magic, who recently sold his ownership share of the Los Angeles Lakers, would work as a president or vice president on both the business side and in recruiting players.

The group's competition is none other than billionaire businessman and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. And seeing that Mark just saw his Mavs to an NBA championship, he's going to be stiff competition.
Magic and the Gugenheim group have more than $125 billion in assets under management! The sale process begins next week. And coincidentally, the then Brooklyn Dodgers (with legendary Jackie Robinson) were the first professional baseball team to racially integrate in 1947 since the 1880's.

WENDY-VS-OPRAH-VS-GAYLE?

Wendy Williams hit back at Gayle King on Monday, insisting she had told the truth about a letter she received from Oprah's staff.

Williams shared the letter, which she said was sent to her by a staffer and was signed "Love, Oprah," with her audience last week. The letter was in response to comments Williams had made earlier, where she worried if King's friendship with Oprah was on the wane. The letter was meant to put the issue to bed.
Unfortunately, it only made things worse -- because King called the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" to say that Oprah had never sent any such letter.
On Monday, Williams spoke to Joyner to set the record straight. She said that the woman who sent her the letter was named Chelsea Hettrick, and that she had sent the letter twice.

"I have no reason to lie about this," Williams said. She stressed that the "Love, Oprah" had been a joke, saying it was "the only thing I changed about the letter." Williams added that she assumed Oprah knew the letter was going out. "You could not imagine that this woman just sent the letter out on her own accord," she said.

Christmas is coming early for fans of ‘Fantasy’ diva Mariah Carey. For while her faithful lambs await the visual for her John Legend-assisted ‘When Christmas Comes’, the songstress took to Twitter to announce:

The capacity or outlet for the ‘special’ has yet to be revealed, but if any of Mimi’s previous antics are anything to go by it will be a grand affair. California Medical Board Subpoenas Dr. Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson's Former Physician

The California State Medical Board has formally subpoenaed Michael Jackson's former physician and long time friend, Dr. Arnold Klein to appear at a hearing on December 15, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Dr. Klein's lawyer, Herbert Weinberg, advised the dermatologist on November 30, via letter, that he would no longer be representing him for the California Medical Board proceedings.

The letter states: "Please be advised that our company is withdrawing as your counsel. We urge you to obtain counsel as soon as possible, as you have been subpoenaed to appear before the Medical Board on December 15, 2011. Failure to appear may result in the Medical Board petitioning the administrative courts for suspension of your license to practice."

During Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial in connection with the death of Michael Jackson, it was revealed that Dr. Klein gave Jackson staggering amounts of the powerful painkiller, Demerol when he would get Botox injections.
Dr. Klein didn't testify during Murray's trial, but Jackson's medical records while under his care were presented by Murray’s defense. Over a three day period in April 2009, Jackson received a whopping 775 milligrams of Demerol.
The California Medical Board wouldn't comment on what Dr. Klein will be questioned about.
Dr. Klein's lawyer, Garo Ghazarian didn't immediately respond to comment.

Let me add here. I am a facebook friend of Dr Klien and I must say. I am BEWILDERED by the fact that he rants and rants about Michael and The Jackson family in the worst way. I thought that as a Doctor you take a Hippocratic Oath. And he be slinging all types of dirt about MJ some oath huh?. I guess some one must have reported him to the Board..OH WELL!
Anywho as I previously reported, Dr. Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years in jail for the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson, who died of acute Propofol intoxication on June 25, 2009.

"New Year's Eve" Hollywood Premiere: A Complete Look

It’s one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, and a plethora of our favorite stars were on hand for the Hollywood, CA premiere of “New Year’s Eve" on Monday night (December 5).

Turning up at Grauman's Chinese Theatre to promote the upcoming holiday flick were cast members including Lea Michele, Ashton Kutcher, Zac Efron, Katherine Heigl, Hilary Swank, Ludacris, Michelle Pfeiffer, Alyssa Milano, Josh Duhamel (with Fergie), Sofia Vergara, Abigail Breslin and Ryan Seacrest.
Also joining in on the "New Year's Eve" festivities were the guys, as Darren Criss, Cory Monteith, Mark Salling, Chris Colfer and Harry Shum Jr. all made appearances, as well as Christine Lakin, Joey McIntyre and Jake T. Austin.

Directed by Garry Marshall, the romantic comedy takes place in New York City and revolves around a group of people who intertwine on New Year’s Eve, all the while tying in love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts.

Marshall is famous for directing 2010’s “Valentine’s Day,” which had a star-studded cast, as well, with actors like Bradley Cooper, Jessica Alba, Eric Dane, Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway and others partaking in the successful project.

New Years Eve is in Theaters this Friday Dec 9!!! YES!!!

Jennifer Hudson Dazzles at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

Jennifer Hudson joined Cee Lo Green to make their own Christmas magic at the Magic Kingdom park yesterday in Florida performing a medley of yuletide favorites during the taping of the “Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade” TV special. The taping marks one of many holiday-themed events the ‘Spotlight’ singer will take center stage for including the annual TNT aired ‘Christmas In Washington’ (billing she coincidentally also shares with the ‘Crazy’ singer)

SHOOTOUT IN Detroit at a Bow Wow/Diggy Simmons! Event CANCELED!

This weekend had to be a scary one for performers Bow Wow and Diggy Simmons out in Detroit. The two were scheduled to perform for a fundraisre, Coats for Kids, but never got the chance to because of gunfire and fights.

Chevelle Potts from WJLB says, “There were hundreds of people inside the mall to see several singers like Diggy Simmons and Bow Wow who were set to perform for the fundraiser, but the fighting broke out before they even took the stage. It was a lack of security, and we had to bring in the Southfield police.” That sounds wild!
As of now, I’m not sure what caused people to get so upset a charity event for children that they had to pull out guns. What breaks my heart even more is that the event was cancelled and not even rescheduled at another venue. Violence is never the answer people!

SIMPLY HORRIFIC!, Transgendered Woman TASERED by cops in the crotch when she revealed she was born MALE!

A transgender woman claims she was tasered in the stomach and the crotch by rangers after they found out she was born a man.

Brooke Fantelli, 43, of Romano, San Diego, was stunned by the taser gun by the Bureau of Land Management while she was participating in a photo shoot in the desert near El Centro late last month.

During the disturbing incident, which was captured on cell phone, Ms Fantelli can be seen standing with her hands up talking to police before they taser her in the stomach. 

She is then seen rolling around in agony on the ground before the rangers taser her for a second time in the crotch.

Speaking to News10 about the incident, she said: 'There's no way to put it, it's just plain out brutal, plain out brutal.'

She said the BLM ranger ordered her to lie down in the dirt but she refused, though she did tell him she would not resist being arrested.

She said: 'You can see I'm obviously not threatening him as my hands are in the air.'

Ms Fantelli said the ranger allegedly first accused some in her group of taking nude pictures in the desert and demanded everyone's IDs.

The 43-year-old said once the ranger saw her license - which still has her registered as a man - everything changed.

She told News10: 'He actually looked me straight in the eye and says, "You used to be a guy", and I said, "Yes, I did". There was no way around it. I could see it in his eyes. He wanted to tase me.

'I wasn't giving him any problem. He's got another officer there with him. All he had to do was put the handcuffs on.' 

The rangers eventually arrested her for public intoxication.

The BLM issued a statement to 10News which said their ranger acted appropriately. 

It also said: 'When deploying Tasers, rangers target the subject's lower center mass, legs or back if possible. It appears the ranger targeted appropriately in this case.'

Ms Fantelli is allegedly filing a civil lawsuit.

According to LGBT Weekly Brooke Fantelli was previously known as Rodd Fantelli, and was a well known off-road race driver who won numerous races. 

She owns Fantelli Racing Products in Ramona, a custom off-road fabrication shop with 20 years of fabrication and racing history – she’s still a well known figure in the off-road racing community.

Chris and Adrienne Bosh hosted the "Unlock" Art Of Basketball exhibition in Miami.

The event was a part of the "Graffiti Gone Global" exhibit and featured several artists' paintings of famous basketball stars.

Chris later posed with Bob Drinon, President and CEO of The Leadership Team, and Billi Kid, who created a piece of art based on Chris' likeness.

Dwyane Wade also attended the event and was seen autographing a piece based on his image.

And he brought along his gorgeous girlfriend Gabrielle Union who helped him shop for new art pieces.

Juwan & Janine Howard also came out to support the event.

Adrienne and Janine were spotted posing amongst the daring pieces of urban contemporary art and design.

Then Janine posed with Tammy Brook and Amaris Jones.

Then Adrienne joined Janine and Tammy for a pic along with Jennifer Ilgauskas, Azania Andrews and Desert Horse-Grant.

Gabby and Adrienne also chatted with Rocsi and Melanie Fiona.

And Juwan posed with Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

At the close of the event, Chris and Adrienne posed with Bob and his wife Susan Drinon and DJ Irie as Bob's Team Tomorrow humanitarian relief fund was presented with a $15,000 check.

Rosie O'Donnell IS ENGAGED!

Rosie O'Donnell is engaged to partner Michelle Rounds after a whirlwind romance,
The couple met at a Starbucks coffee house earlier this year and made their public debut as a couple in September at Rosie Theater Kids Gala in New York City.
The 49-year-old told her Rosie Show studio audience on Friday that the pair will exchange vows over Christmas, Us Weekly magazine reports.

The pair certainly looked the picture of happiness as they rode around Miami Beach on a motorbike last week.
Rosie and Michelle, a corporate head-hunter for a New York technology company, are 'very, very happy,' according to a source.

As well as a new love, the 49-year-old has just bought a $2.5 million town home in Chicago where she films her chat show on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.
Rosie has four children from her marriage to ex wife, Nickelodean marketing executive Kelli Carpenter. They split in 2007.
She briefly dated artist Tracy Kachtick-Anders earlier this year.The pair are expected to exchanged vows over Christmas

Amber Rose hosted a party at Club Pure in Florida for Dj Byrd. Shortly after the club, rumors hit the internet that she had received a beat down. Amber quickly killed all rumors of any negativity from that night saying:

VH1 Singles ladies: Denise Vasi IN…Stacy Dash OUT!

I guess this was true all along, Actress Stacey Dash from VH1’s hit show Single Ladies, has finally been replaced. By whom you ask? By the beautiful actress Denise Vasi. Vasi played Randi Hubbard on the infamous daytime show, “All My Children”. She’s also been featured on hit shows such as HBO’s “How to Make It In America” and USA’s “White Collar.” She will be introduced on the show as Raquel, who’s a close friend of Keisha, played by LisaRaye McCoy.

As some of you may recall, actress Stacey Dash released a statement a few months back through GlobalGrind stating her reasons for leaving the hit show.

“I truly enjoyed playing Val on ‘Single Ladies’, but I have decided to leave the show. I have to be back in L.A. with my children right now and the ‘Single Ladies’ shooting location makes that impossible. I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show and in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in season one.”

Season 2 of “Single Ladies” will resume shooting in Atlanta in January and will air on VH1 in the beginning of the summer of 2012. What do you guys think will happen to Val’s character? Guess We’ll have to tune in next year to see what happens.
