And posing for a stunning shoot with the publication, Ariana, 31, slipped into an elegant pale blue satin gown, adorned with black satin gloves and bow detailing, for one of three special covers on the issue.
The former Nickelodeon star then channelled her inner Marilyn Monroe by posing in a glamorous white midi dress alongside her co-star Cynthia, 37, who was dressed in an edgy black and white look.
Meanwhile Ariana was in stark contrast to her sunny onscreen character Glinda, this time dressed in a glamorous black lace gown.

In the magazine's accompanying interview, Ariana finally addressed the ongoing criticism surrounding her 'changing voice' and has suggested she wouldn't have received such backlash if she was a man.
Earlier this year, the singer shocked fans by speaking in two distinctly different voices during an appearance on Penn Badgley's podcast, Podcrushed, in June while delving into her childhood and her experiences working for Nickelodeon.
One clip in particular ignited social media shock, as it showed Ariana dipping into a lower, huskier voice in an unguarded moment, before suddenly pitching her voice considerably higher.
Addressing the furore, Ariana said: 'There is a part of the world that isn’t familiar with what it takes to transform your voice, whether it’s singing or taking on a different dialect for a role or doing a character voice for something.
'When it’s a male actor that does it, it’s acclaimed. There are definitely jokes that are made as well, but it’s always after being led with praise: "Oh, wow, he was so lost in the role," and that’s just a part of the job, really,' Ariana claimed.
'Tale as old as time being a woman in this industry,' she added. 'You are treated differently, and you are under a microscope in a way that some people aren’t.'
At the time, Ariana responded to criticism and indicated that part of the issue was that she had gotten used to speaking in her higher voice for Wicked, in which she stars as Glinda.
'Habit (speaking like this for two years) and also vocal health,' she explained in her TikTok comment.
'I intentionally change my vocal placement (high / low) often depending on how much singing I'm doing,' she continued, adding an emoji with tears streaming down its face.
'I've always done this BYE,' she added to abruptly end the speculation.
While Ariana did not specifically mention it, several fans speculated that she switched back to her higher voice to avoid using vocal fry — a slightly croaky vocal tone that occurs when people speak in low, relaxed tones — as many people believe that vocal fry can damage a person's vocal cords or singing voice.

#RHOA: Porsha & Dennis Shed New Light on Their Relationship Today: “After 5 Years
This present from Dennis was apparently a long time coming, according to Porsha, who had been wanting the art of herself for some time. "Finally gave it to me after 5 years lol. Thank you [Dennis]," Porsha wrote after Dennis carried the portrait into her home, adding the words "co-parents" and "gift" to the caption.
Dennis also posed alongside the larger-than-life painting, depicting Porsha. "Thank you," she wrote over the photo of him and the painting, together.
It's just a little unclear who made this painting of Porsha. But it's very clear that she is now very excited to have it in her house. In the video she posted to her Instagram Story of Dennis carrying the painting, Porsha can be heard calling the portrait "beautiful" while someone in the background stated that it's "the different faces of Porsha."
In addition to gifting Porsha her own portrait over the weekend, Dennis spent some quality time with his ex and their daughter. He took to his Instagram Feed over the weekend where he posted the sweetest photo of Porsha standing behind PJ with her arms wrapped around her. PJ, on the other hand, looked delighted to be standing on her mom's feet with a lollipop in hand.
Porsha also took to her Instagram Feed this weekend to give another "big kudos" to Dennis for enrolling their 5-year-old daughter in etiquette lessons. The mom-of-one revealed that PJ had graduated from her etiquette lessons, which turned into a celebration for their family and PJ's friends.
"So proud of you [PJ]," Porsha wrote in the caption of a reel, capturing PJ seated around a dining table with friends, putting her lessons to use. "Dennis big kudos to you for signing her up for this class...mom and I learned a lot as well. lol."
In a separate Instagram post, she added, "Family 1st."
After filing for divorce from estranged husband Simon Guobadia in February, according to a recent post on her Instagram Story, Porsha is very single. She re-shared a post to her story on September 22 highlighting her relationship status. "Today is National Singles Day?" the meme she posted stated. "Let me step into the light. Thank you for celebrating me."
Porsha had been married to Simon for 15 months before their split earlier this year. Amidst it all, she has been able to continue to co-parent with Dennis as they focus on their adorable daughter. Porsha split from Dennis in 2019.
#MusicNews: Mary J. Blige Presents ‘The For My Fans Tour’ Dates With Ne-Yo & Mario
Fans will get to see the Queen Of Hip-Hop Soul sing, dance, strut and Mary Bop live on stage starting in January 2025 following the release of Gratitude in November. As previously reported, The For My Fans Tour will visit a total of 27 cities in the United States and Canada, and now we know where the tour is stopping and when.
Greensboro, North Carolina is up first, with the tour starting there on January 30, 2025. Subsequent cities include Raleigh, Charlotte, New Orleans, Houston, Denver, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Baltimore and New York City. The tour will wrap on April 14, 2025 with its final show scheduled in Boston.
Of course, Queen Mary can’t wait to get this show on the road to entertain her loyal subjects. “I am so excited to kick off this tour. I have amazing fans and am so grateful for all of the love and support they have given me throughout the years,” Blige said in a statement released by Live Nation, who is producing For My Fans. “This tour is for them, and I cannot wait to be able to travel to all these cities and see everyone. Diddy's attorney Erica Wolff has released the following statement to XXL in response to the Buzbee Law Firm's press conference.
"As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus," the statement reads. "That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."

A Texas law firm has announced they are representing more than 100 people who claim Diddy and his associates raped, sexually assaulted and sexually exploited them after investigating 3,285 claims.
On Tuesday (Oct. 1), The Buzbee Law Firm and the AVA Law Group hosted a press conference at the law firm's Houston office where they formerly announced his team is representing over 120 individuals who plan on suing Diddy and others.
"Our team has had, at this point, 3,285 individuals with people claiming to be victimized by Sean Combs," Tony Buzbee said.
The alleged incidents happened between the years of 1991-2024.
Buzbee now represents 120 individuals who will bring civil cases against Diddy to court.
There are 60 males and 60 females.
The tally includes 25 people who claim they were minors when the incident occurred.
"The youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was 9 years old," stated Buzbee who also represented plaintiffs in the Travis Scott Astroworld Festival lawsuits.
Buzbee clarified this is not a class-action suit and all the cases will be filed individually. Defendants will include banks, pharmaceutical companies and hotels. He also claims there are other people involved who will be named at a later date.
"The day will come when we name names other than Sean Combs," Buzbee continued. "The names we are gonna name are names that are gonna shock you."
Buzbee and his team requested any other victims to contact them at 1-800-200-7474.
The wave of over 100 potential new cases comes after attorney Buzbee announced last week he would be representing over 50 people with claims against Diddy and urged more people to come forward.
Diddy has already been sued 12 times in the last 11 months with people, including his ex-girlfriend Cassie, making similar claims against the Bad Boy Entertainment founder. Diddy settled the Cassie lawsuit a day after it was filed. However, he has denied the claims in all follow-up suits
Ms. Lauryn Hill Issues Statement Amid Pras Accusing Her Of Fraud In New Lawsuit
Early Tuesday morning (Oct. 1), Pras Michél filed a lawsuit accusing Ms. Lauryn Hill of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, accounting, refusal to permit an audit of The Fugees’ tour, and more.
She’s since responded to her former bandmate’s claims in a new statement.
“Some clarity and facts need to be presented,” Hill began. “I’ve been silent and pushing through because I understood that Pras was under duress because of his legal battles and that this was perhaps affecting his judgment, state of mind and character.”
The Miseducation rapper, then, addressed each alleged concern in a seven-part breakdown.
She also shared that she expanded her tour to include The Fugees because of Pras’ legal issues and his need for money to “aid his legal defense.”
Hill claimed that Pras was given a $3 million advance for the tour to pay said legal fees. “Wyclef and myself deferred our full advances to make sure he had what he needed and was able to go. I covered most of the tour expenses, as the majority of the tour advance had gone to Pras,” she continued, accusing Pras of being in breach of the agreement that was set forth to repay the advance.
The 49-year-old reiterated how she absorbed the brunt of production costs for the tour, adding that Pras “basically just had to show up and perform.” He also allegedly “thanked” Hill for “saving his life.” Hill claimed to have “receipts” to corroborate that statement.
Despite “not in the business of kicking anyone, especially when they’re down,” Hill says it’s “absolutely disheartening to see Pras in this position,” but she isn’t “responsible” for the decisions that led to his conviction or the subsequent consequences. Yet, she will remain “compassionate” when it comes to him.

Raven-Symoné mourns the death of her father
Raven Symone has lost another family member. The actor is mourning the death of her dad, Christopher Pearman, 63. She announced the news on Instagram on Tuesday, October 1, with an old family photo of her and her parents, "My life has been long and abundant. And the path I’m on started with a dream," she wrote in the caption. "Hope he is watching with a smile on his face."
Raven started in the entertainment industry as a child actor with support from her dad and mom, Lydia Gaulden. In a 2006 interview for The Cheetah Girls, she explained, that her parents were her managers for the majority of my career. "When I turned 18 they said, 'Do what you want.' So I got a new manager," she explained. "But they’re still actively involved with my career. It just kind of took the pressure off of them. They’re with me 100 percent of the time and support me 3,000 percent."
Her first big break was when she was three on The Cosby Show, which came out in 1990, and she has 74 credits for the series on IMDB.
An actor from the show, Gary LeRoi Gray, was in her comments sharing sweet memories of her father, “I will always remember him on the Cosby set providing games for us to play and telling jokes to keep us busy,” he wrote. “I’m so sorry Raven. My condolences to everyone in the family! Love you.”
Her dad's passing comes nearly a year after Raven lost her younger brother, Blaize, who died in November 2023. She revealed the news in December on Instagram, "It was a little bittersweet for me, to be honest, because last month I lost my brother, Blaize," she said in a Reel. "He was battling colon cancer for about two years, and he is in a better place now. He's loved and missed, and the emotions that have been weaving in and out of my body and mind and my family have been a roller coaster."

Boosie apologizes to his gay daughter
A contrite Boosie Badazz is now seeking forgiveness for saying he doesn’t want his gay daughter, Iviona “Poison Ivi” Hatch, at his house with her girlfriend for fear she will “contaminate” his other daughters.
Iviona finally lashed out at her father, the Baton Rouge-born rhymer named Torrance Hatch Jr., after he went off about his daughter during an interview with rapper Yung Miami of City Girls.
“She still can’t bring her situation to our house. My daughter is grown,” Boosie said while speaking on Yung Miami’s “Caresha Please!” live podcast. “Because I don’t want her to contaminate the other … It’s a generation we’re raising. I don’t want her to contaminate her six, seven other sisters who look up to her.”
As the audience moaned audibly in the background, Boosie continued on his diatribe against his daughter and said resolutely he wants his other daughters to remain heterosexual.
“I want them to bring me grandchildren the right way,” Boosie continued.
After two years of silence about her father’s hurtful words, Poison Ivi felt compelled to address Boosie on her Instagram platform.
“If the world really knew all the things and the hurtful things you told me before and I forgave, you wouldn’t even understand,” she said on her Instagram video. “And no matter how you feel? At the end of the day, n—- I’m yo blood. I am your daughter. And me, I feel like I done been through the most with you. And every time, I turn around, it’s like you bashin’ me. And it’s like, the whole world can go against you, but as a woman, since I been a lil girl, I never would go against you. And I think, I’m really fed up.”
Poison Ivi also blasts her father for never sitting down to talk with her about being gay, but opted to do “six or seven” interviews to publicly condemn her when he never taught her the bible.
“He talkin’ about God and how I grew up. I know MY God from Neeta, from my mama. My mama send me scriptures every morning. My mama put me in the Church. After being resoundingly rebuked by his daughter, Boosie returned to social media to seek forgiveness.

Eric Benét Recalls Joe Jackson Repeating Halle Berry's Name Behind Him at an Awards Show
Legendary singer Eric Benét shared an epic tale of senior shade that he dealt with regarding Michael Jackson’s late father, Joe Jackson.
In a video posted to his official TikTok account labeled “TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORIES,” Benét recounted a story about sitting in front of Jackson at an award show and being taunted by him repeatedly saying Halle Berry’s name in his ear.
Normally, that’s a nice name that rolls off the tongue quite well. But at the time, Benét was divorced from Berry.
“The first thing I thought was, it’s pronounced ‘Halle’ not Holly,’” said Benét. “Next thing I thought was what the actual F is happening right now?”
For the life of him, Benét couldn’t imagine why Jackson would do that. “Does he think he’s being witty? Is he trying to introduce himself to me?” pondered Benét. “Is that the ice breaker? Is he bonding with me on some suspected Hollywood villain type shit?”

Rob Marciano is reportedly returning to our TV screens! According to a report from journalist Oliver Darcy in his daily Status newsletter, Marciano is joining CBS News. Previously on Good Morning America and ABC World News Tonight With David Muir, PEOPLE confirmed earlier this year that Marciano, 56, exited ABC following complaints of alleged bad behavior.
CBS News and Marciano’s reps did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
On May 1, just one day after news broke that the meteorologist would no longer be working with ABC, a former coworker Swetha Sharma told PEOPLE about her experience working with him. She explained that Marciano was quick to anger, although many people had positive experiences working with him as well.
"He was nice but that also wasn't everyone's experience with him," Sharma said. "There were always stories about him about his temper. No one that worked with him or witnessed his behavior is surprised by any of this."
A source, on the other hand, told PEOPLE on May 2 that there was no truth behind claims that he had a bad temper.
"Rob is always positive, hands-on and never anything but professional," the source said, labeling the firing as a “hit job.”
"People enjoy working with him and he's not difficult to work with," he added.
The source went on to say that several people at the network were shocked by his departure, noting it was "unbelievable he was let go."
"The Rob Marciano being portrayed is not the Rob Marciano we know," he said, continuing to say that he never heard "anything but praise" for Marciano and his work ethic. “Rob has always been nothing but professional. He is truly invested in his segments, cares a tremendous amount about his final work product."
A female editor who worked with Marciano on his weather segment shared similar sentiments, explaining that “Rob was always such a nice guy and I loved when he stopped by my edit room to check on his weather packages."
Another female colleague of Marciano’s told PEOPLE at the time that she wasn’t "exaggerating" when she calls Marciano the "nicest, most professional and respectful person I’ve ever worked with."
“He was hard-working and kind to everyone,” she maintained. “So many people in news can be cut-throat, or creepy, or generally unpleasant, but Rob is not one of them. He’s the definition of a standup guy."
A third female co-worker who spent a decade at CNN with Marciano told PEOPLE that her "heart hurts" seeing all of the negative reports about the weather reporter.
"Rob is great. No one championed my career in that building more than he did and no one took care of the crew in the field better than he did in my 10 years of working there," she said. "I had plenty of really bad encounters at CNN and people who treated me terribly."
