#RHOA: Kroy Biermann’s Lawyer Believes Kim Zolciak’s ‘Grand Plan’ Is to File for Bankruptcy
Kroy Biermann’s lawyer has a theory about Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s legal strategy amid the duo’s messy divorce proceedings.
“My guess is that Kim’s grand plan is to file for bankruptcy,” Marlys A. Bergstrom exclusively told Us Weekly of the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum on Friday, September 15.

The attorney explained that if Zolciak-Biermann, 45, were to file for bankruptcy, “A stay would be put on the foreclosure [of Kim and Kroy’s shared home in Alpharetta, Georgia] and again, the parties would be forced to live together, enveloped by all that toxicity for God knows how long.”

Bergstrom added that Biermann’s legal team would “file an objection” to such a request as “it is very likely that Kroy and Kim will come out with almost nothing” if their house is forced into foreclosure. Us Weekly has reached out to Zolciak-Biermann for comment.

Biermann, 38, filed a request for a court to order the sale of his and Zolciak-Biermann’s home in late August. The documents stated that the property was initially going to be auctioned in March after the pair faced foreclosure proceedings the previous month. However, they were able to “avoid foreclosure” and canceled the auction.

The threat of foreclosure isn’t the only financial problem plaguing the estranged twosome. Last month, a debt collection company sued Zolciak-Biermann for $156,080.64, which includes interest accrued since she allegedly stopped making payments on the HSBC/SAKS credit card. The card has since been restricted and cannot be used. (Us reached out to Zolciak-Biermann for comment at the time.)

When Biermann filed for divorce for the first time in May — the duo briefly called off their split in July before the athlete filed divorce paperwork again in August — a source exclusively told Us that their relationship problems stemmed from “financial issues.” (That same month, TMZ reported that the pair owed more than $1.1 million in unpaid taxes.)

The insider continued: “The financial burdens have been a strain on their relationship. Between the tax debt and other financial stresses, it’s been difficult. The tax debt was the straw that broke the camel’s back in their marriage.”

In addition to their money troubles, Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann have butted heads over the care of their minor children: KJ, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9. (The NFL alum also adopted Zolciak-Biermann’s daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, after they tied the knot in 2011.)

In court documents filed on Thursday, September 14, Biermann claimed that Zolciak-Biermann has spent “little time at home” with their children and expressed safety concerns, alleging that Zolciak-Biermann “frequently takes videos of herself” while driving with their children. (Us reached out to Zolciak-Biermann for comment on the allegations.)

#HipHopNews: Future To Release Limited-Edition Vinyl Collection To Celebrate His Career
On Friday (Sept. 15), diamond-certified award-winning rapper Future announced a new limited-edition vinyl collection to celebrate his rise to dominance in music. He will release nine different vinyls in sets of three, three weekends in a row.

The first drop arrives on Oct. 20 and consists of Pluto, DS2, and Super Slimey. The second drop follows just one week later, on Oct. 27, with the collection of essential mixtapes: Monster, Beast Mode, and 56 Nights. Finally, he serves up the third drop on Nov. 3 with Purple Reign, Future, and Hndrxx.

Future is one of the top-selling rap artists of the 21st century. His genre-blending melodic trap style has helped him rise to ascension. His expansive catalog holds nearly 100 million total units sold. The “Thought It Was A Drought” emcee has worked with A-list creatives, including Madonna, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, Drake, JAY-Z, Lil Durk, and many more.

The comprehensive vinyl collection goal is to catalog his trip to becoming hip hop royalty. Future has been seen performing with his frequent collaborator Metro Boomin. The producer/rapper duo recently announced that it’s almost done working on an album.

Following Metro’s dynamic set at Coachella, he mentioned, “After a 10+ year journey, it was surreal to perform [at] Coachella in front of 20K+ with my brother Future.” He then told fans that a “Metro Pluto album” was coming.

Future’s recent album, I Never Liked You, was released in April 2022. It became his eighth No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album. He most recently went viral for his shots at his ex Ciara’s husband, Russell Wilson, on his new song with Quavo. In the middle of his featured verse on the track, Future dissed Wilson with the line, “Goyard bag, tote the cutter. I got it out the field, f**k Russell.”

Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert are separated

Teyana Taylor and her husband, former professional basketball player Iman Shumpert, have split. The singer and actress shared the news Sunday in a statement on Instagram.

“AHT AHT! Not too much on my bestie!,” the caption reads on a photo of the estranged couple dressed as the “Wayne’s World” characters Wayne and Garth. “In all fairness, Iman and I are separated and have been for a while. To be 1000% clear, ‘infidelity’ ain’t one of the reasons for our departure.”

Taylor went on to write, “We are still the best of friends, great business partners and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our 2 beautiful children.”

“Most importantly we are FAMILY & in the 10yrs together, 7yrs married we ain’t ever played with or about THAT,” she said. “We just keep y’all asses out the group chat lol, which is the reason we’ve been able to successfully & peacefully separate without all of the outside noise.”

Taylor added, “The only reason I’m even sharing THIS part of the chat is because the narratives are getting a little out of hand & it’s unfair to all parties involved. I hope this provided some clarity for y’all.”
The pair documented their relationship and family life on VH1 series “Teyana and Iman,” as well as the E! series, “We Got Love Teyana & Iman.”

They are the parents of two daughters, Iman “Junie” Shumpert, 7, and Rue Rose Shumpert, 3.

Shumpert delivered Junie at home, arriving before they could make it to the hospital. In 2020, they announced that their second daughter had also been born at home.
“Now…when we buy homes, we always find a bathroom with great energy… but not in a million years would you be able to tell me we’d deliver both of our daughters in a bathroom without the assistance of a hospital!,” Shumpert wrote on social media when announcing Rue’s arrival.

Taylor spoke with CNN in March about her critically acclaimed role in the film “A Thousand and One” and said she and Shumpert, who has costarred on “The Chi” and won “Dancing With the Stars” in 2021, work hard at their respective careers.
“We are making it happen and we’re getting it done,” she said at the time. “And I think also Junie watching this movie understanding we’re going out, we’re working and we getting it to make sure we can provide her with a good life.”

Chris Brown Blasts 'Evil' Tinashe After She Expresses Regret Over Their Collaboration
Having been an object of constant criticism due to his criminal record doesn't make Chris Brown get used to it. In fact, the R&B star has clapped back at Tinashe after the latter expressed regret over their 2015 collaboration "Player".

In the comments section of No Jumper's Instagram post about Tinashe's comments, Breezy wrote, "NAME 5 TINASHE songs or die....EVERYBODY DEAD." He then added, "She full of day evil. Shawty career is nonexistent. What's more embarrassing is that she worked with all these people and not one of us could save her career."

Still fuming, Chris has also reposted a video from his friend, two-time Grammy nominee Joyner Lucas who defended him. "There will be no Chris Brown slander tolerated. I'm talking about you weirdo f**king celebrity weirdos that go on these podcasts, and start poppin' s**t on my n***a for absolutely no f**king reason. N***as be making faces and s**t," the Massachusetts-born musician said.

"N***as be secretly fans behind closed doors and listen to @chrisbrownofficial music just as much as we do, but then go on a political hate campaign and take the position of bashing the n***a," Joyner continued. "SMH these are the same people who advocate against bullying and being treated fair, but then wanna sub bro and smear him in front of the world."

The 35-year-old went on saying, "I ain't gonna watch it go down no more and not step in front of every bullet. IDGAF who you are or how many followers you weirdos got. We not doin' that. Shout out to my bro for not [losing] his sanity at this point."

In a conversation on the "Zach Sang Show" on Wednesday, September 12, Tinashe reflected on working with Chris and R. Kelly who both have been accused of abuse. She blamed her ex-label RCA Records for the decisions while discussing the lack of control she had at the beginning of her career.
"You think I wanted to [do those songs]?" she began. "I literally block out that R. Kelly song from my mind. I forget that it even exists. That is so embarrassing. That is so unreal that I even have a song with R. Kelly. That's so embarrassing. Yes that was labely! And I was so young too. I feel like I did that song when I just signed to that label. I was probably like 20. That was crazy."

"Especially when it comes to singles. Like for example, that song with Chris [Brown], that was a song that... we all wanted it to be this big moment-this big single," she recalled. "So I feel like in [the label's] mind, they were like, 'You need the support.' And [Chris] was like their biggest artist that they had on rhythmic radio at the time."

The "2 On" songstress went on explaining, "And [Chris] was like their biggest artist that they had on rhythmic radio at the time. I was like, 'Well, this is a pop song, so I really don't feel like we should put Chris on it like that. I don't like that. That doesn't compute to me.' But I don't know!"
Tinashe has not directly responded to Chris' diss, but she appears to be unfazed by his clapback. On Sunday, September 17, she tweeted, "Anyways ... stream NEEDS," to promote her new single.

'Young And The Restless' Billy Miller Died Days Ahead Of His 44th Birthday
Billy Miller has passed away. The actor, best known for starring on "The Young and the Restless" and "General Hospital", passed away at the age of 43 just two days ahead of what would've been his birthday.

The late star's death was confirmed by his Manager on Sunday, September 17. "Emmy Award-Winning Actor Billy Miller died on September 15, 2023, in Austin, Texas. The actor was struggling with manic depression when he died," the manager told TODAY.com.

Born on September 17, 1979, Miller grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas. Throughout his childhood, he battled with Tarsal coalition, a rare condition that affected the cartilage in his ankles.
Miller started his career in the entertainment industry after signing as a model to Wilhelmina. He later played Richie Novak from 2007 to 2008 in the soap opera "All My Children", before taking over the role of Billy Abbott on "The Young and the Restless".

Throughout his acting career, Miller won three Daytime Emmys, in 2010, 2013 and 2014, for his role as the reckless playboy on the famed CBS soap opera. He also scored another Daytime Emmy nomination in 2018 for starring as Jason Morgan/Drew Cain on "General Hospital". He left the series in 2019 after 592 episodes.

Miller also had recurring roles on "Suits", "Ray Donovan" and "Truth Be Told". Meanwhile, in the movie category, he appeared in the 2014 Oscar-nominated movie "American Sniper"
A number of Billy's co-stars paid tributes to him upon hearing his passing. One in particular was Michael Muhney, who played Adam on "Young and Restless. "Billy, My fellow Texas brother. You lit up every room with your smile. Your quiet intensity onscreen was second only to your gentle kindness and genuine care in private," Michael penned on X (formerly Twitter).

"We recently shared work on an Apple series, and your encouragements during and after that process, and your kindness over the years are now but a few of the things I'll hold on to as warm memories of you. What a big heart you had," he added. "You were bigger and braver and bolder than this life. You were legend. There is no landing to this final cliffhanger, the wings you’ve spent your lifetime earning have carried you up to that wonderful place in the sky.

"General Hospital" alum William DeVry also offered his own condolences on X. "I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of [Billy]. You had much to offer," William wrote.

Did Adele marry Rich Paul? Fans react as singer brands him her 'husband'

Adele may or may not have already walked down the aisle and officially become the one and only Mrs. Rich Paul!
Fans of the "Easy on Me" have long suspected she may have already married her boyfriend, Rich Paul, but after she branded him her "husband" at her latest concert, now they are really convinced.

The Grammy-winning artist, 35, and the sports agent, 41, have been dating since 2021, and recently bought a home together. She was previously married to Simon Konecki from 2018 to 2021, and they share son Angelo, ten.
Over the weekend during Adele's residency in Las Vegas, she sparked not just engagement rumors but marriage rumors after she turned down a fan's proposal, claiming her "husband," aka Rich, was in the audience.

In videos shared across social media, the star is seen telling a female concert-goer: "You can't marry me. I'm straight, my love," adding: "And my husband is here tonight."

After the fan encouraged her to "try" to accept the proposal, Adele maintained: "No, I don't want to try! I'm with Rich," and joked: "You're crazy, leave me alone."

Though the couple have not confirmed they did in fact get married, fans already had a lot to say on social media, with one fan writing on TikTok: "Mother is married???" as others added: "Omg she called him her husband!" and: "Yes yes yes!" as well as: "She deserves all the happiness in the world."

The couple confirmed they were moving in together with a photo outside their home
She previously sparked rumors of an engagement back in February of 2022 after she was spotted walking the red carpet at that year's Brit Awards with a jaw-dropping diamond ring on her ring finger.

The two have also been candid about wanting to have children together
However, when asked later on about her relationship status on The Graham Norton Show, she cheekily said: "As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't," about her current relationship status.

The singer split from her ex-husband in 2019
Still, despite her coy response, she has been candid about growing a family with Rich, and sooner rather than later.
During another recent Las Vegas show, she told the audience: "I really want to be a mom again soon, so every time I see a name I like, I write it down in my phone."

Deion Sanders remains undefeated after double overtime showdown against Colorado State

Deion Sanders is getting comfortable sitting at the college football winners table after leading the University of Colorado Boulder to its third victory on Saturday (Sept. 16).

The win came at the price of double overtime, and wide receiver Travis Hunter was benched after he suffered an injured abdomen around halftime in their matchup against Colorado State University. Hunter is expected to be out for at least a few weeks. The final scoreboard read 43-35, making the Buffaloes undefeated. “We showed that we were resilient,” said Deion as he spoke with ESPN immediately after securing the win. “We showed that we would fight. We showed that we had no surrender or give up in us, and that’s a lot for a team that’s fairly new.”
Deion set the tone for the showdown after enlisting his friend Lil Wayne for a live performance as his team made their way from the locker room, out of the tunnel, and onto the field. The rap legend amped up spectators with “Ride 4 My N**gas” while decked out in the custom Lil Tunechi football jersey he was gifted to represent the school. “I love Lil Wayne like he’s my son,” said the NFL great in a post-game conference.

Across social media, the proud bandwagon of Boulder fans showed a strong wave of support despite the game continuing well into the two o’clock hour Sunday (Sept. 17) morning in Eastern Standard Time.
Deion’s sons Shilo and Shedeur both had standout moments in the game that turned around in the Buffaloes’ favor during the second half. Both young men were under their father’s guidance when he served as the head coach of Jackson State University’s football team.

In true “Prime Time” fashion, Deion reminded the press that Shedeur’s off-the-wall performance has always been there — people are just now tuning in. “You just ain’t seen those moments. So you’re just getting to see those moments. That’s who he is,” he told a reporter. The 21-year-old also played a pivotal role in the team’s first victory on Sept. 2 against Texas Christian University.

#BoxOfficeNews: ‘Haunting in Venice’ and ‘Nun II’ All But Tie for No. 1 as Moviegoing Slows Post-Summer

Kenneth Branagh’s new entry A Haunting in Venice — the third installment in his Agatha Christie-inspired movie series — had hoped to top the domestic box office chart in its debut but instead has found itself in a virtual tie for No. 1 with holdover The Nun II.

Sunday estimates from New Line/Warner Bros. show the Nun sequel narrowly coming in ahead with $14.7 million, while 20th Century Studios/Disney have Haunting in Venice earning $14.5 million. When Sunday projections are this close — only $200,000 separate the two films — the industry generally considers it a tie until the final numbers come in on Monday.

This time out, Disney’s marketing team made the decision to highlight the movie’s horror elements, versus only the murder mystery themes.

“Sunday estimates are estimates for a reason, and whenever two films are in this close of proximity, it becomes more a matter of semantics as to whether to call it a tie or a tight race,” says Comscore chief box office analyst Paul Dergarabedian. “Either way, the horror genre has become de rigueur with studios and, hopefully, that trend will continue with audiences as still many more scary movies are set to arrive on the big screen in the coming weeks.”
Horror offering The Nun II, which fell 55 percent in its second outing, has grossed an estimated $56.5 million domestically in its first 10 days. Overseas, it earned another $30.1 million from 72 markets to jump the $100 million mark internationally for a global total of $158.8 million. In like-for-like foreign markets, the movie is pacing ahead of all other titles in the The Conjuring universe behind The Nun.

While A Haunting in Venice opened in line with expectations, it’s still a muted start for the film, which will need strong legs to come out ahead. Similar to other recent movies with a buzzy cast, the threequel had to make its final publicity push without the help of its stars because of the ongoing actors strike. One plus: plenty of younger adults — who are the most avid moviegoers — made up the majority of the audience. The big negative: older moviegoers, the franchise’s traditional target demo, didn’t show up in the numbers hoped for.

Overseas — where the franchise draws much of its strength from — Haunting in Venice opened to $22.7 million in its first 51 markets for a global start of $37.2 million.
In addition to directing, Branagh reprises his role as the iconic detective Hercule Poirot in A Haunting in Venice opposite Camille Cottin, Michelle Yeoh, Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan, Jude Hill, Kyle Allen and Riccardo Scamarcio.

Haunting isn’t opening far ahead of the last film in the series, Death on the Nile, which started off with $12.8 million in February 2022, when the box office was still in recovery mode. The sequel was among the many films delayed because of COVID-19; it also had to contend with negative publicity surrounding star Armie Hammer (he doesn’t appear in the new film). That film’s ensemble cast also included Gal Gadot and Letitia Wright. Death on the Nile topped out at a subdued $137.3 million globally.
20th Century, a division of Disney, kept the budget of A Haunting at $60 million compared to at least $90 million for the last one.

In 2017, Branagh’s Murder on the Orient Express turned into a sleeper hit after opening to $28.6 million domestically on its way to earning more than $350 million worldwide. (The first film’s ensemble cast includes Michelle Pfeiffer and Johnny Depp.) All three received a B CinemaScore, although A Haunting has notably better reviews.
Elsewhere in the top 10, Sony’s The Equalizer 3 came in third with $7.1 million for a domestic tally of $73.7 through its third Sunday and $132.4 million worldwide.

Focus Features’ My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 continued to lag, falling 53 percent in its second weekend to $4.7 million for a domestic total of $18.6 million.
Overall, moviegoing is slowing down after the summer rush. One fun tidbit: Greta Gerwig’s record-smashing July blockbuster Barbie remained in the top 5 domestically with $3.4 million in its ninth weekend. Globally, it has now earned a staggering $1.41 billion.

And Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer celebrated another milestone in becoming the top-grossing biopic ever at the global box office after passing up Bohemian Rhapsody this weekend. The Universal movie’s estimated worldwide haul through Sunday is $912.7 million.

Craig Gillespie’s Dumb Money, about the 2021 GameStop stock phenomenon fueled by individual investors driven by social media, opened in six locations this weekend. Sony had intended to roll out the film nationwide on Sept. 22 but decided to go more slowly because of the strike and the inability of actors to promote the film.

Dumb Money stars Paul Dano and Pete Davidson. America Ferrera, Seth Rogen, Shailene Woodley and Anthony Ramos co-star in the film, which made its debut at the Toronto Film Festival. Its estimated opening weekend location average is $27,080.

Missy Elliott Pays Tribute to 702 Member Irish Grinstead Who Passed Away
Irish Grinstead, one of the founding members of R&B group 702, has died of an undisclosed illness. She had just turned 43 earlier this summer.
Her sister and fellow bandmate, LeMisha, broke the news on Instagram. "It is with great sadness that I have to let you know that my beautiful sister and friend has passed away this evening. She has had a long battle and she is finally at peace. That girl was as bright as the stars! She was not only beautiful on the outside, but also within. Sharing the stage with her was a joy I will cherish for the rest of my life! We, the family ask for prayers and respect for our privacy as we grieve an outstanding loss to our family."

Their fellow bandmate Meelah Williams also took to social media to eulogize the singer. "Devastated & heartbroken 💔 I struggled with this post because to me this isn’t real. ❤️‍🩹 There’s a lot I want to say, but there’s no way to say what your heart hasn’t fully accepted. It’s hard to acknowledge this is even happening. I know you’re feeling better now and hugging your twin Orish which makes me smile 🥹 cus I know how much you missed her."

She continued, "You & I have known each other since we were kids and we’ve laughed, cried, celebrated, and everything in between which is why I just don’t want to believe this. You’ll always be my “IBG” & I still love you my forever lil sis!!! Rest easy #Irish"

Irish's twin sister and original founding 702 member, Orish Grinstead, had died of kidney failure in 2008 at 27 years old.
News of Irish's passing quickly spread on social media with fellow artists chiming in to tribute the late singer.
"Irish May your beautiful soul Rest Peacefully in the arms of the Lord🕊️ A Multitude of prayers for the entire Grinstead family," wrote Missy Elliott, who collaborated with the group on her 1997 LP Supa Dupa Fly.

Named after their Las Vegas area code, 702 rose to prominence in the late 90s with hits like "Get It Together" and "Where My Girls At." Their single "Steelo" off their 1996 debut album, No Doubt, was reworked as the theme song for Nickelodeon's Cousin Skeeter. The group entered a hiatus in 2006.

In May 2021, Irish and LeMisha joined BET Presents: The Encore, a limited series that brought together members of legacy girl groups including Total, 3LW, Blaque, Cherish, and Danity Kane to former a supergroup.
Last December, the group announced via Instagram that Irish would be taking a medical leave of absence to address "serious medical issues." The group continued to perform as two members in Irish's absence.

John Legend And Chrissy Teigen Celebrate 10th Wedding Anniversary by Renewing Their Vows
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen celebrated a decade of being married. A source close to the couple says they renewed their wedding vows over the weekend.
The couple tied the knot on Sept. 14, 2013, in Lake Como, Italy, and went back to the romantic destination this weekend for the renewal ceremony, a source told PEOPLE.

The celebrations started Saturday with a brunch at the Villa Pizzo, the location where they said “I do” ten years ago.
“It was very romantic,” the source says. “They arrived by boat. … It was breathtaking to see them still so happy together.”

Later in the day, they had their vow renewal ceremony. “[John and Chrissy] came out onto a balcony and greeted all the guests,” the insider says. “[John] also held a brief speech later, after the dinner.”
“There was dancing and there was a lakeside bar that was a big favorite,” the source continues. “The food was appreciated.”

The source also said there were “flowers everywhere,” adding: “It’s been a very elegant, very classic event.”
Teigen, 37, and Legend, 44, met in 2006 on the set of his music video for his single “Stereo.”
Lake Como was a destination they visited while they were dating and the place where Teigen first realized she wanted to marry Legend.
In 2016, Teigen shared a photo on Instagram of the couple at the destination with the caption: “Back to where it all began – Lake Como, Italy – first came here in 2007.”

“A boat tour guide took us to a little spot on the lake and told us to make a wish. I asked for this to be the man I marry and have children with. I think John asked for the most perfect bite of cacio e pepe. Both came true and here we are.”

Legend proposed in 2011. They got married on September 10, 2013, in New York during a private ceremony and then four days later married in Italy.
