#RHOA: Here’s How Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill Are Doing Post-Split

The word on the street is Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill are "amicable" since they confirmed they were splitting up earlier this month. And in case you were wondering what they've been up to in the weeks since they went public with their divorce, we have some updates for you.

Cynthia has been spending time with her pals, like fellow The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Eva Marcille, while also jet setting around. "Don’t regret working so hard that you didn’t take the time to celebrate life," she wrote alongside a recent airplane selfie. "Remember you only get one!"

She also appeared at BravoCon 2022 earlier this month and while there, she shared an update on her life after Mike. “There are some changes in my family and home, I feel good. There’s nothing really that I want to share except that I’m not focused on my past — I’m looking forward to my future," she said during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

She revealed another update to a fan during another WWHL episode that same weekend (clip above), “I am doing great. Thank you so much for the wellness check.”

And just in time for Halloween, Cynthia dropped by Sherri Shepherd's talk show on October 31 all dressed up in her Bridgerton best to spill some tea (and, no tricks here, but The Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps also stopped by the same episode offering up a real treat!).

As for Mike, over the weekend he shared some updates on how he's handling everything. "I’ve taken my time to REFLECT and while the healing continues it’s time to focus on what’s ahead!!" he wrote. "Thank you for the love, support and POSITIVITY. Those are the ONLY things that matter to me and I will remain unbothered by the negative. Prayers, peace & prosperity to ALL!!"

#HipHopNews: Meek Mill Announces 'Dreams And Nightmares' 10th Anniversary Concert

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of his debut album, Meek Mill has announced a special “Meek Mill + Friends” concert at Wells Fargo Center in his hometown of Philadelphia, which will take place during Thanksgiving weekend on Saturday, Nov. 26.

Tickets for the one-night-only show, which will feature special guests, go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m.

Meek recently performed the album’s classic intro “Dreams and Nightmares” before Sunday’s Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys game at Lincoln Financial Field.

Released on Oct. 30, 2012, Dreams and Nightmares debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, selling 165,000 copies in its first week. The album featured Drake, Rick Ross, and Mary J. Blige, and spawned singles such as “Amen” and the aforementioned title track.

The announcement comes as Meek gears up to release his first music since 2021’s Expensive Pain. He announced that his mixtape Flamers 5 will drop in two weeks. The project could feature his remix to Ice Spice’s viral hit “Munch,” which he recently teased.

Earlier this year, Meek parted ways with his management at Roc Nation after a decade and launched a strategic partnership with William Morris Endeavor. He also shared plans to release 10 albums as an independent artist.

#TRAGIC! Migos rapper Takeoff killed at 28 in Houston bowling alley shooting

Migos rapper Takeoff was shot and killed in an overnight shooting outside a Houston bowling alley, according to his attorney. He was 28.

"Along with my firm, I am devastated by the tragic death of Kirshnik Ball, known to his fans as Takeoff," attorney Drew Findling told NBC News.

"Takeoff was not only a brilliant musical artist with unlimited talent, but also a uniquely kind and gentle soul. He will be greatly missed now and always."

Authorities confirmed during an early morning news conference that Takeoff and Quavo, 31, another member of the hip-hop group Migos, were at 810 Billiards & Bowling in downtown Houston when the shooting took place, according to NBC affiliate KPRC of Houston.

Police said at that news conference that the deceased victim was a Black man in his 20s, KPRC reported.

Houston police have not yet confirmed the rapper’s death. Police did not immediately return an NBC News request for comment. An investigation is ongoing, police said.

Information about the case was not immediately available from the medical examiner at the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Police responded to the scene around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday, where a man with a gunshot wound to the head or neck was pronounced dead upon arrival, according to KPRC. Two additional victims went to nearby hospitals, police said. Their conditions were not immediately available.

Around 40 to 50 people were at the location where a private party was being held, according to KPRC.

Takeoff was the youngest member of Migos, the rap trio from suburban Atlanta that also featured his uncle Quavo, real name Quavious Keyate Marshall, and cousin Offset, or Kiari Kendrell Cephus, 30. They first broke through with the massive hit “Versace” in 2013. The song was remixed by Drake, heightening its popularity.

The group had four Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, though Takeoff was not on their multiweek No. 1 “Bad and Boujee,” featuring Lil Uzi Vert. They put out a trilogy of albums called “Culture,” “Culture II” and “Culture III,” with the first two albums hitting No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. They also earned an ASCAP Vanguard Award in 2018, for their streaming success with multiplatinum songs such as “Motorsport" (featuring Cardi B and Nicki Minaj), “Stir Fry” and “Walk It Talk It.”

The trio also played a fictional version of themselves on an episode of the hit TV show “Atlanta,” but the group wasn’t currently together.

Offset, who is married to Cardi B, released a solo album in 2019, while Takeoff and Quavo released a joint album, “Only Built for Infinity Links,” last month.

Takeoff was the subject of a 2020 lawsuit filed by a woman, identified as Jane Doe, who accused him of raping her at a party in June of that year. The allegations were denied by Takeoff’s attorney, who at the time called them “provably false.”

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the case due to insufficient evidence, records show. A civil case was marked as pending in L.A. Superior Court, with further proceedings slated for next year.

Tributes poured in on social media Tuesday from musicians and entertainers who learned of Takeoff’s death, including from the rappers Gucci Mane, Lecrae, Ja Rule and the singer Keri Hilson.

Notable sports and political figures also offered condolences.

His hometown professional baseball and football teams, the Braves and Falcons, both paid tribute. "RIP to Atlanta’s own Takeoff. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends," the Braves tweeted. "Takeoff’s legacy lives on in Atlanta and across the world," the Falcons wrote.

Prominent attorney Ben Crump said in a tweet, "Gun violence is killing our communities. This young, talented Black man did not deserve to have his life ended so early. Sending prayers to his family, loved ones, and fans. Rest In Power, Takeoff."

Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams tweeted, "This is heartbreaking news and a tragic loss to GA and the music industry. Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Kirshnik Khari Ball influenced Hip Hop and our Culture beyond measure."

"My condolences are with Takeoff’s family, friends and all those who were inspired by his talent," Abrams wrote.

Bronny James rushed off court after gun scare at high school game

Bronny James, the eldest son of Lakers superstar LeBron James, experienced a gun scare while playing in a high school basketball game in Washington, D.C. on Saturday.

Bronny’s Sierra Canyon basketball team was playing DeMatha Catholic in the “DMV Showcase” preseason event at Wise High School when chaos broke out in the stands, leading some to believe that a gun had been pulled, according to TMZ.

With less than two minutes remaining in the exhibition game and DeMatha (playing as the Hyattsville Stags) leading 52-51, a fight reportedly broke out in the stands and someone allegedly yelled “gun.”

In video footage from the melee posted to Twitter, players from both teams can be seen sprinting off the court. Spectators followed suit.

Police told TMZ Sports that upon arrival to scene, they did a “thorough search” and “did not locate a firearm.”

There were no injuries in the incident, a police spokesperson said.

The two teams did not return to the court to finish the game “out of an abundance of caution,” DeMatha head coach Mike G. Jones III said.

After the game, Bronny reportedly took to his Instagram story and wrote, “high schoolers can’t even hoop in peace now a days.”

The two teams did not play on Sunday.

Bronny, a 6-foot-3 guard, is in his senior season at Sierra Canyon in Southern California, and has become one of the most highly recruited prospects of the 2023 class. His current list of suitors includes: Kentucky, Memphis, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, UCLA and USC.

Bronny, who turned 18 this month, already has a Nike NIL deal and a contract with Beats By Dre — which aired an ad last month featuring him and his dad with the tagline “The Chosen One vs. The Chosen Son.”

Gabrielle Union celebrates 50th birthday in Africa: "I'm just floating on gratitude"

Gabrielle Union gave fans a glimpse of her birthday celebration with an Instagram video.

Gabrielle Union turned 50 years old over the weekend and celebrated in a major way. The actress traveled across the globe to Africa and was joined by her closest friends and family. There was even a surprise performance from a legendary singer.

“I’m still processing the level of effort and planning that went into pulling off such an unbelievable 50th birthday party in Zanzibar, Tanzania and [keeping] the details a surprise from my nosy self,” Union wrote in an Instagram post. She included a video compilation of the festivities showing her arriving at a villa and being greeted by her 3-year-old daughter, Kaavia James Union Wade, who she shares with former NBA player Dwyane Wade. “I’m beyond grateful for all of my loved ones who flew around the world to celebrate with me,” she wrote.

Union admitted she was astonished at the lengths her tribe went to see her happy. “How @dwyanewade @ronndarocksevents @dauniedaune got THE @lisalisall77 to come all this way to perform was unreal,” she said. The “Being Mary Jane” actress also thanked the musician for reminding her that “childhood heroes can turn out to be as lovely as you imagined them.”

With movies like Bring It On and Bad Boys under her belt, many consider Union a “childhood hero.” Fans showed the actress love on Twitter and were blown away at how amazing she looked. “GABRIELLE UNION IS NOT 50, I REFUSE TO BELIEVE!!!” one person said with recent pics of the starlet. Another wrote, “Gabrielle Union and 50 don’t even look like it [belongs] in the same sentence. I want whatever she’s having.” Others discussed how she looks decades younger than she really is: “Gabrielle Union really just turned 50… 50 y’all! That lady is so beautiful she looks every bit of 32.”

The former “America’s Got Talent” judge said, “I’m just floating on gratitude” before sharing that Africa was only the “[first] stop on the #wadeworldtour2022.” She rounded out her birthday post by saying she’s “the happiest seasoned gal around.”

Elon Musk reportedly wants to charge up to $20 per month for Twitter verification

As of last week, a filing with the U.S. government confirmed Elon Musk completed his $44 billion deal to takeover Twitter. Rumors of the major changes he will make have officially begun. Musk is reportedly considering charging Twitter users $20 a month or $240 a year to have their accounts verified, according to “internal correspondence” seen by The Verge.

Currently, Twitter Blue — the premium upgrade with enhanced features that users can use to customize their experience — is $4.99 a month. Some of the upgrades that come with being a Twitter Blue member are being able to undo tweets, customize their Twitter App theme, upload videos up to 10 minutes long, and more.

The new report states that Twitter is currently planning to up the price tag to $19.99 for the new Twitter Blue subscription. Musk also has plans to revamp it into the official method that will verify users. Under the current plan, users who are already verified will reportedly have just 90 days to subscribe or they will lose their blue checkmark.

Although the Tesla executive did not directly confirm the new reports, he did tweet, “The whole verification process is being revamped right now.”

In related news, Twitter also started rolling out the new edit button feature earlier this month to users in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shortly afterward, the social media platform confirmed the edit button will be available to certain users in the U.S. soon. However, the catch is that they are currently limiting access to subscribers of Twitter Blue.

$36 Million Settlement Announced in Lawsuits Over Wrongful Convictions in Malcolm X Assassination

New York City is settling lawsuits filed on behalf of two men who were exonerated last year for the 1965 assassination of Malcolm X, agreeing to pay $26 million for the wrongful convictions which led to both men spending decades behind bars.

Per a report from the Associated Press citing comments from attorney David Shanies, who represented Muhammad Aziz and the estate of the late Khalil Islam, the settlement will see New York City paying $26 million while the state of New York will pay $10 million.

In November 2021, both men were exonerated following the discovery of what was then described as “new evidence” in the case. Previously, Aziz had had been released on parole back in 1985, while Islam was paroled in 1987. In 2009, Islam died at the age of 74.

When reached for comment by Complex on Monday, a New York City Law Department spokesperson said the newly announced settlement “brings some measure of justice” after the wrongful convictions of the two men.

“This settlement brings some measure of justice to individuals who spent decades in prison and bore the stigma of being falsely accused of murdering an iconic figure,” the spokesperson told Complex in an emailed statement. “Based on our review, this office stands by the opinion of former Manhattan District Attorney Vance who stated, based on his investigation, that ‘there is one ultimate conclusion: Mr. Aziz and Mr. Islam were wrongfully convicted of this crime.’”

In the coming days, the expectation is that documents related to the $36 million settlement will be signed and approved, at which point the settlement will be split between Islam’s estate and Aziz.

Kanye Calls Out Mom of George Floyd's Daughter, Roxie Washington, Tells Her "God Don't Like Ugly"

In an angry Instagram post, Kanye West calls out the mother of George Floyd’s daughter and sent her a message that reads “God Don’t Like Ugly.”

via: Radar Online

Kanye West sparked outrage after falsely insisting George Floyd died from fentanyl use rather than suffocation after police officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on his neck, resulting in his death. Roxie Washington, who is the mother of Floyd’s daughter, later filed a $250 million lawsuit against the rapper in response to his shocking claims.

This weekend, West took to Instagram to drag her in a scathing social media rant, claiming he donated $2 million to their family after Floyd’s passing.

“Now for Roxie Washington and Roxie Washington ALONE. I gave 2 million dollars out of my pocket for the family. To help George’s daughter…Your daughter!” he wrote on Sunday, October 30. “I can guarantee that most of those that came for me after my comments didn’t do what I did! Even those with millions of dollars in the bank! How much did BLM give????”

He said that many only gave “words” but he “acted” by giving the grieving family money, before calling her out for suing him when he’s going through an “economic” and “digital lynching.”

“You’re either being controlled or you’re being greedy…But You better get you some business…” he continued. “This is how you try someone who was there for your family???? You will never get money from no one else. GOD don’t like ugly…”

West then personally addressed the Floyd family, telling them to “come get Roxie before she mess up all y’all money,” adding, “the Bible is the umbilical chord [sic]…Stay Connected.”

This comes shortly after Ye issued an apology for his inflammatory comments about Floyd’s death while speaking with paparazzi on Friday, October 28.

“When I questioned the death of George Floyd, it hurt my people. I want to apologize,” he admitted, before going on to compare his own current financial and social struggles with the way the 46-year-old died. “Because God has showed me by what Adidas is doing, by what the media is doing, I know how it feels to have a knee on my neck now.”

“So thank you God for humbling me and letting me know how it really felt,” he continued. “Because how could the richest Black men ever be humbled other than to be made to not be a billionaire in front of everyone off of one comment.”

Monica has broken her silence on latest speculation about her love life. Having been inundated with rumors of her alleged romance with Kodak Black, the singer has taken to social media to address the matter.

On Thursday, October 27, the R&B star let out a statement on Twitter to clarify the nature of her relationship with Kodak. "Bill & Shimmy My Heart …," she wrote of the "Super Gremlin" spitter and Loe Shimmy. "They know they can trust me with whatever & never have to doubt me!!"

Prince Harry Got Rejected When Asking Pals And Exes To Give Their Views Of His Life In Memoir

Prince Harry surprised his friends by asking them to contribute to his upcoming memoir. The Duke of Sussex reached out to his pals and some former girlfriends and asked them to talk to his ghost writer, J.R. Moehringer, about his upbringing, life, and relationships, for new book "Spare" but it is believed many of them turned down the request, having spent years being warned not to speak about their bond with the prince.

Rumor has it, Harry - who has children Archie, three, and Lili, 16 months, with wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex - got in touch with some of his old flames over the summer, though it is unknown which of his former partners were asked.

A source told The Sun online, "Harry did reach out. Friends and girlfriends were polite and said they would think about it but ultimately most said no. It was felt to be kind of ironic that Harry would hit the roof if he ever had an inkling they spoke to the media, but now he wants them to when he needs their help."

Lindsay Lohan Grateful for Having 'the Best' Husband as She Enjoys Low-Key Life After Wedding

"Spare" was originally supposed to be released this year, but it was announced a few days ago it will hit shelves on 10 January, with publishers said to have asked the 38-year-old royal to offer "more detail" in several areas of the tome, while Harry also wanted to reflect on the passing of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, in the book.

A source said, "The book has been back and forth between Harry and JR Moehringer and the publishers a few times. They wanted more than was in the first draft, and then Harry wanted to refine things after the Queen passed away."

"But there has been extra toing and froing that people don't know about. This is because the publishers wanted more areas covered and more detail on some things that were already included. There is a real concern that that means Harry has had to sex up the book and include revelations that even he might not even be that comfortable with."

Caitlyn Jenner Slams LGBT Community For Sending Her Death Threats After Slamming Trans TikToker Who Said She Wants To ‘Normalize’ Women Having A ‘Bulge’

Caitlyn Jenner is not happy with the LGBTQ community — at least judging by her tweet on Sunday, where she took aim at certain individuals who had been sending her death threats. The former Olympic champion took to Twitter to sound off on her frustration after having received a string of hate mail and nasty comments about her over the past week.

Jenner told her followers, “I have never received more death threats, death threats to my team, nasty hate mail than this week. It is all from the so called ‘inclusive’ lgbt community. I am so disgusted by the hateful individuals threatening my life for giving my opinions on news topics of the day.”

Some people in the comments section believe Jenner had annoyed the LGBT community after she criticized and misgendered a transgender TikTok star named Dylan Mulvaney, who recently met with President Joe Biden to speak about trans-related healthcare. Mulvaney then went viral with a video where she said she wanted to “normalize women having bulges,” as he complained about constantly being looked at by strangers whenever she wears tight clothing.

Jenner, who came out as a trans woman in April 2015, before going on to announce her name (formerly Bruce) in July of that same year. The father-of-six, who is currently working as a Fox News contributor, then continued with another tweet, writing, “Since when is a different opinion grounds for such hatred and death wishes? Do better!”

“Difference of opinion, dialogue, and conversation is critical to making progress as society,” Jenner added. “Trying to shut me down by threatening my life over and over will never stop me from speaking my opinion. NEVER!”

Jenner didn’t shy away from letting her opinion be heard, stressing that as a trans woman herself, she did not co-sign the message, nor would she wants Mulvaney’s impressionable fans to think her behavior was okay. She went on to praise Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn, who claimed that Biden “and radical left-wing lunatics want to make this absurdity normal.”

Jenner thanked Blackburn for “speaking out and having a backbone—one of the best senators we have. Let’s not ‘normalize’ any of what this person is doing. This is absurdity!”

“There is a difference between acceptance and tolerance, and normalizing exposing your genitals in a public way and a public place. I do not support that at all, in the slightest. Dylan…congrats [you’re] trans with a penis.”

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II Lands Lead Role in Marvel’s ‘Wonder Man’ Series for Disney+

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II will make his Marvel debut in the forthcoming Disney+ series Wonder Man.

As reported by Variety, Abdul-Mateen has been cast as the titular superhero, otherwise known as Simon Williams. The role marks the 36-year-old Emmy-winning actor’s third portrayal of a comic book character, after Abdul-Mateen played Black Manta in 2018’s Aquaman, which he will reprise in the 2023 sequel, as well as Dr. Manhattan in HBO’s hit series Watchmen. Wonder Man was first introduced in 1964 in the pages of Avengers No. 9.

Marvel Studios, which initially announced Wonder Man this past June, has not yet revealed a release date for the project. However, the series will be helmed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest, a writer-producer who’s worked on comedies such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Community.

Earlier this year, Abdul-Mateen spoke with Vulture about his experience in the DCU, which he called “clown work” in terms of how it compares to working on other films.

“Everything should be about getting to the truth. But sometimes you got to know which movie or genre you’re in,” Abdul-Mateen told the outlet. “Something like ‘Aquaman,’ that’s clown work. ‘Aquaman’ is not ‘The Trial of the Chicago 7.’ You have got to get over yourself.”

He continued, “In order to survive and to do it well, you have to play that game and then be crafty about when you want to surprise the audience, the director, or yourself with a little bit of, ‘Wow, I didn’t expect to see a Chekhovian thing or August Wilson and Aquaman, but I did.’”

Tina Knowles-Lawson’s Husband Richard Lawson Catches Heat for Comment Under Kelly Rowland’s Post

Kelly Rowland set social media on fire ahead of Halloween with her sexy costume and sultry video she shared with fans.

Rowland stepped into a latex bodysuit as she transformed into Catwoman for the spooky festive occasion.

The singer left social media users panting as she completed the look with claw-like black nails, the signature eyelet mask and a glittery, ruby red lip.

In the clip posted online, the Destiny’s Child songstress elected to lip-sync a seductive scene from Halle Berry’s 2004 take on Catwoman. Rowland’s husband, Tim Weatherspoon, donned a black hoodie as he stood with a straight face as she caressed his chest and face, and nuzzled her face against his. “You’re catnip to a girl like me. Handsome, dazed, and to die for,” is heard in the video’s audio.

“He was trying HARD not to break character,” commented one person on the post.

“I see that lip twitching. Tim wanted to start hollering so bad,” wrote a second.

And a third commented, “Bruh is hilarious because he wanted to laugh so hard you are stunning & gorgeous.”

But, there was one comment that stood out more than all the others. Richard Lawson, husband to Rowland’s second mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, found the short clip to be nearly too hot for fans’ eyes. “Bordering on soft porn,” he wrote.

His remark garnered attention and a few responses. One person wrote, “Now Richard? Delete this.” Another commented, “It’s giving Cinemax after midnight. Love it.” And a third wrote, “You’re mad that your wife isn’t cat woman this year huh?” To that, Lawson responded with a pair of laughing emojis.

Other comments included remarks about the couple possibly tempting fate. “Y’all be careful in these married streets. It’s baby making season,” read one comment. Another person instead encouraged the duo to have another child. “Gone head and make another lil kitten,” wrote one person. Rowland and Weatherspoon are already parents to two sons, Titan Jewell and Noah Jon.

The Grammy Award-winning artist has previously expressed that their two boys are more than enough to keep her busy and happy for a lifetime. “I’m done. Two and through, two and through,” she said during an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show.”

Shonda Rhimes, Toni Braxton and Other Celebrities Quit Twitter Following Elon Musk Takeover

Multiple celebrities have spoken out about Twitter’s restrictions for hate speech and the uptick in the N-word since the Elon Musk takeover.

And while the Telsa CEO said he would not be reinstating any banned accounts or making “major” changes to the company’s content policies until he appoints a “content moderation council with widely diverse viewpoints,” still the takeover has emboldened trolls to spew out hate speech, raising concerns among notable names.

LeBron James is just one of many celebrities that have expressed concerns about the app’s new guidelines.

James tweeted on Friday, “I dont know Elon Musk and, tbh, I could care less who owns Twitter. But I will say that if this is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF. So many damn unfit people saying hate speech is free speech.”

Since Musk’s takeover, several celebrities have exited the digital platform, including:

Shonda Rhimes

Rhimes tweeted to her 2 million followers shortly after the takeover that she would not be sticking around for whatever Musk has planned before saying, “Bye.”

Toni Braxton

Braxton said she does not stand with the “free speech” or the excess free speech in the app. She has since tweeted, hinting at an exit.

Alex Winter

The filmmaker and actor changed his Twitter bio to “not here” and linked to his Instagram page.

Brian Koppelman

Co-creator of Showtime’s “Billions” announced his reasoning for leaving the platform, saying, “Y’all’s, for real, come find me over on instagram and the tok. Gonna really try to take a breather from here for a minute or a month come deal close time.”

The Grammy-winger singer tweeted her last tweet on Sunday.

Trucks, Protesters Block Brazil Highways After Bolsonaro Rout

Truckers and other protesters on Monday blocked some highways in Brazil in an apparent protest over the electoral defeat of far-right President Jair Bolsonaro to leftist Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, authorities said.

Burning tires, as well as vehicles such as trucks, cars and vans were blocking several points in the central-western agricultural state of Mato Grosso, which largely supports Bolsonaro, reported the company which manages the highway in the state.

It was not immediately clear if the protests were being organized by a particular group. Brazil has a powerful, loosely organized truckers' movement that is heavily pro-Bolsonaro.

Local media reported road blockages in at least five other states, including Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.

Bolsonaro has yet to comment on Lula's narrow victory of less than two percentage points, which was recognized by election officials, a flood of foreign leaders and even some top Bolsonaro allies.

Bolsonaro received 49.1 percent of votes to Lula's 50.9 percent.

As the former president Lula celebrated a spectacular comeback Sunday after his disgrace over graft charges, Bolsonaro holed up in his official Alvorada residence in the capital Brasilia.

On Monday he left the residence without making a statement and headed to the presidential offices, the Planalto palace, according to an AFP photographer.

In the southern state of Parana, about 30 protesters were still blocking a road after authorities dispersed at least eight other blockages throughout the morning, said the Federal Highway Police (PRF).

Paul Pelosi’s Alleged Attacker Accused of Physically and Sexually Abusing His Kids

In addition to allegedly assaulting Nancy Pelosi’s husband, David DePape has been accused of sexually abusing his stepdaughter and sons.

Inti Gonzalez, a 21-year-old woman claiming to be DePape’s stepdaughter, revealed the accusations in a blog post.

According to the since-deleted post, Gonzalez’s mother met DePape in Maui while she was pregnant with her, and the couple eventually moved to San Fransico, where they had two sons.

Gonzalez claimed that for nearly three years, DePape and her mother were romantically involved. She claimed he stayed at their house to help care for her and her siblings. Around 2014, her mother removed DePape from their home because of his “toxic” behavior.

Six months later, she said, “my brothers started getting memories of [DePape]  physically and sexually abusing me and my brothers, which started when we were very young and continued until around 2008, when [Gonzalez] was 7,” she recalled.

“My mother made a police report when she found out, but the case was not managed properly, so nothing was done about it in the end,” she claimed.

Gonzalez claimed that given DePape’s history of physically abusing her and her brothers, she wasn’t shocked by the alleged attack on Paul Pelosi.

“This attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband came as a shock to me, though not much considering the kind of extreme abuse he had inflicted on me and my brothers,” she wrote.

Despite their past, she reaffirmed her love for DePape, saying he made a genuine effort “to be a good person, but the monster within him was always too strong for him to rely on.”

“He barely opened up about himself or his past, but it was obvious that he grew up in hell and that we didn’t know the worst of it,” she continued. “… Once he sat us down in Tolden Park. He looked like he was about to cry. He said, ‘I am so sorry for everything I have done to you guys. I am more sorry than you will ever know.'”

Gonzalez claimed that she had last spoken to DePape when she was 13 years old. She said that the exchange ended when she wouldn’t say that abuse had ever occurred.

In her post, Gonzalez referred to DePape’s online activity, in which he echoed QAnon conspiracy theories, anti-Semitic rants, and anti-government rhetoric.

“… I was able to learn more about him and his views from his blogs,” she wrote. “Though I didn’t agree with all of his views, it made me happy to see that he had strong opinions about important issues that our world is facing today.”

DePape was federally charged Monday for attempted kidnapping following the attack on Paul Pelosi.
