See, when we were going over today’s possible posts and settled on the few that caught our eye, Lorenzo asked Tom which order they should go in and Tom responded with what sounded like a universal truth. “Always start with Beyoncé.”
Do we know why Bey suddenly posted a couple of style serves to the ‘gram? Does it matter? Does a queen need a reason? We’re just thankful for these fashion blessings. Evidently these are shots from her “Las Vegas getaway” with Jay-Z in March. That would explain why she’s wearing a suit with a whole bunch of nameplate necklaces. Not that a queen needs a reason, but if you’re not doing a little self-promotion in Vegas, are you really doing Vegas?
No tea no shade, but we’ve always said that she’s not what we’d call a fashion-forward kind of gal. Her stagewear has always been way more interesting than her public style choices. Even so, while the dress is fairly basic in style, we really like the color story and the sheer gloves lend it a sense of drama it wouldn’t otherwise have. You might think a pair of stilettos or platforms would be the de rigueur shoe choice here, but Bey went a different way and we appreciate the slight weirdness of the heel.

#RHOA: WAIT Porsha OUT and Phaedra In Next Season on RHOA?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is reportedly headed for a major cast shake-up, and Phaedra Parks could be poised for a comeback, according to rumors.
The Bravo series, which has been on the air since 2008, is looking to boost ratings after the departure of NeNe Leakes. Many fans sat out of the first episode of Season 13 with only 1.4 million people tuning in, a drastic drop from last season’s premiere episode.
NeNe Leakes went through a contentious contract negotiation, and took to social media to bash the network and Andy Cohen, amid her battle with producers.
“RHOA was once Bravo’s highest-rated housewives show but has lost its superiority over other shows in the franchise,” a source told the Sun.
“There’s going to be a big cast shake-up next season and some producers are mulling over asking Phaedra Parks to return,” the insider said.
“Many insiders believe NeNe would help drive ratings, but her feud with producers seems to show no signs of letting up,” the source added. “Fans were shocked when she left and there has been a question mark over whether she’ll ever return, and it looks unlikely.”
Bravo is reportedly considering bringing back popular RHOA lawyer, Phaedra Parks.
“The hope is that having fan favorites like Phaedra come back will help the show rise back into the 2 million viewers-a-week arena,” the snitch dished.
The current season of RHOA has been full of drama, and featured a scandal involving an alleged fling between certain cast members and a stripper hired to entertain the ladies at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette bash. The colorful storylines have apparently not captured the attention of viewers.
NeNe did not hold back, after her rocky negotiation with Bravo went sideways.
“We strictly talking the OG’s. I was the ONLY BLACK OG. My white counter parts were elevated and given full season episodes EVERY season. Each season I was given less and less,” the Bravo veteran tweeted.
“I have numerous emails, text messages, RHOA group text, voice recording that go back years. I never got rid of anything! Fix your dirty work. Being a racist is so yesterday,” she added.
In a previous string of tweets, NeNe called on viewers to boycott the series. Bravo remained silent as the drama played out.
Phaedra was axed from the show in 2017, after she was caught spreading a vicious rumor about her co-star, Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker. She alleged that the couple wanted to drug Porsha Williams and engage in sexual acts.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have repeated it. I didn’t know,” Phaedra told Porsha backstage, during the reunion show.
The mother of two spoke to People after her dismissal from RHOA.
“Well, keep hope alive,” Phaedra told the outlet, admitting that she would be open to a return.
“What’s meant to happen will happen. They say you’re set up to step up for the next thing, right? I know that I’m fortunate,” she added.
Additionally, Porsha Williams made a vague post and ominous social media changes are the biggest worry for the fans of Real Housewives of Atlanta that she will quit.

Lil Wayne is a married man. The rapper surprised fans by seemingly announcing that he got hitched. Taking to Twitter on Tuesday (April 20), an overjoyed Weezy declared himself the “happiest man alive” and celebrated the “beginning of our forever.”
“Happiest man alive! Today is the beginning of our forever. Forever?? Forever, ever?? FOREVER EVER!!!!! The Carters,” he tweeted.
He did not say who he married, but he’s been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Denise Bidot for the past year. Just last week, he shared a video of the model on the beach writing their names in the sand. The romantic clip was accompanied by an unreleased song from the Young Money boss, who raps, “Let’s spell our names in the sand and draw a heart around it.”
Back in November, it was reported that the two had split after Weezy’s controversial endorsement of Donald Trump, who later pardoned him. “Sometimes love just isn’t enough,” she wrote before unfollowing him on Instagram.
The couple, who started dating in April 2020, often showed PDA on social media. “You’re my best friend, my lover, and way more than a dream come true,” Bidot wrote while celebrating Wayne’s birthday in September.
This is the second marriage for Weezy, who was previously married to his high school sweetheart Toya Johnson from 2004-2006. They share a 21-year-old daughter, Reginae. Wayne also has three sons from previous relationships.

Keke Palmer Doesn't Believe In Being A "Girlfriend," Says She's Single Until She's Married!
Keke Palmer isn’t convinced that being someone’s girlfriend is where it’s at.
The 27-year-old recently hopped on the Tik Tok trend of responding to things people say by calling out the absurdity of the comment. She decided to take on the girlfriend and boyfriend label and why it doesn’t work for her.
“Dudes be like, ‘I want you to be my girlfriend.’ But are you going to marry me?! Are we ready to take it somewhere out of kid world? Because I’m not trying to be locked into nothin’ unless you’re going to lock me in for life,” she said. “Because we can just be friends and kick it ’til you’re ready to go.”
In the caption for her reel, she doubled down, saying, “I don’t believe in girlfriend and boyfriend. I’m single till I’m married. Let’s just kick it love.”

Justice has been served. Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer who kneeled on George Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes last May, was found guilty of murder and manslaughter on Tuesday (April 20).
Chauvin was convicted on all three charges of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. A Minneapolis jury deliberated for over 10 hours across two days before reaching the historic decision.
After the verdict was announced, emotions and cheers erupted outside the Minneapolis courthouse, while everyone from former President Barack Obama to Cardi B took to social media to acknowledge the critical moment in American history.
“History,” tweeted Cardi, while Megan Thee Stallion praised the decision, writing, “JUSTICE.”
Mariah Carey also celebrated the conviction. “Hallelujah!!!!!!!!” she tweeted. “A beginning.. a small grain of hope for our future.”
Meek Mill shared his thoughts on the murder of Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man, which sparked one of the largest civil rights protests in decades. “You have to literally get killed on camera to get a chance at justice as a black man in America …..I salute you black king rest in power!!” said the prison reform advocate while sending a message to Chauvin: “Let’s see if you can kill a black man with your knee in prison chump!!!!”
But the fight for justice is not over. “We still have to fight for justice yall,” tweeted Questlove. “I’m happy for the Floyd family tho. Especially his daughter. But there is still a slew of mountain to climb.”
Justin Timberlake also acknowledged the ongoing fight for justice. “This verdict is just the first step in a long line of injustice against the Black community, often with no consequences,” he tweeted along with the hashtag #PoliceReformNOW. “The work is not nearly done. While there are many more families waiting for justice, my heart is with George Floyd’s family right now.”
Redman & Method Man’s VERZUZ Battle Was A Virtual Concert That Was Lit!
Redman and Method Man brought the 4/20 vibes during their “How High” VERZUZ Battle last night, which folks needed after an eventful day. The VERZUZ battle was the ultimate celebration for this year’s 4/20 holiday, especially after former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all counts in the murder of George Floyd.
In honor of the 4/20 holiday, rappers/longtime friends Redman (who turned 51 over the weekend) and Method Man rapped, danced and joked around during their lighthearted VERZUZ “battle” that was the perfect soundtrack to a celebrate the marijuana smoking holiday.
Method Man referenced the verdict reached by the jury in the Derek Chauvin trial saying, “Guilty on all charges,” he said.
One highlight of the night is when Method Man proved to be the perfect hype man when he helped his homie Redman by holding up his cape to mimic a strong breeze so he could transform into Sooperman Lover, the superhero character he introduced on his debut album in 1992.
The rap duo brought out special guests RZA, Inspectah Deck, Cappadonna. DJ Kool showed up and did “Let’s Get Dirty” and “Let Me Clear My Throat.” EPMD, Keith Murray, and Lords of the Underground’s Dupre “Doitall” Kelly also made an appearance.

Kelly Osbourne has relapsed after nearly four years of sobriety.
The TV personality, 36, shared the emotional news in a series of Instagram stories on Monday.
"So this is a little hard for me to talk about," an emotional Osbourne began. "But I always promised you I will always be honest with you about where I'm at and what's going on in my road to recovery."
She continued, "I relapsed. I'm not proud of it. But I'm back on track... I just wanted to let you know I am sober today — and I'm going to be sober tomorrow. But I've learned it truly is just one day at a time."
Osbourne said she was sharing because she's always truthful with fans. She promised to share more details later this week in a podcast.
She ended by saying, "Thank you so much for your support and your love — and you'll be hearing from me soon."
Osbourne, who found fame as a child on her family's reality show, The Osbournes, has been candid about her struggles in the spotlight. She started experimenting with drugs and alcohol even before she was a teenager and got sober in August 2017.
In 2019, she said sobriety "completely changed my life." When she was using, “I didn’t think that I could do anything if I wasn't drunk or high, because I was scared of everything. And I let it get the better of me... Now seeing that I don’t need that, my life is better, and I don't have any drama in my life."
She's been in a 12 Step program, sharing milestones along the way. Each year, she pays tribute to the late Amy Winehouse, who was a pal of hers. Winehouse died of alcohol poisoning in 2011.
Addiction runs in the Osbourne family. Black Sabbath's Ozzy battled alcoholism and drug addiction since the 1970s and has been sober for about seven years. Jack has 17 years of sobriety.
Osbourne recently lost 85 pounds and revealed that gastric sleeve surgery was part of her weight loss transformation.
Osbourne's mother, Sharon, has been in the news for her abrupt departure from The Talk after 11 seasons.

According to reports, Kanye has been asked by Swizz Beatz to perform.

DMX, who was an outspoken Christian, delivered a prayer at one of West’s Sunday Service events back in May of 2019. It’s unclear at this point what they are requesting from Kanye, but it appears they want him to be involved in one way or another.
As we reported, the memorial is scheduled for April 24, 2021, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
In an interview with GQ, DMX spoke about his experience with Kanye West and his Sunday Service — saying, “I wouldn’t call it a church service. There’s no word.
He continued, “It’s joyful, which God says to do. We about to make a joyful noise. I enjoyed it. It was moving. I didn’t know what to expect, though.”
Reports suggested the memorial will not only be filled with X’s family and friends — but will be filled with A-list celebrities.
The memorial service will reportedly also be open to the public, but not much is known about the way the center will be handling ticketing.
DMX’s memorial is coming at a rough time for Kanye West, who is dealing with a divorce from his now ex-wife Kim Kardashian. As we reported, West filed documents asking for joint custody of his four children.
At the same time, Kardashian is apparently being courted by rich, powerful, and famous suitors who are looking to date the billionaire — now that she is single.
“People are reaching out through mutual friends and people that she’s worked with to set her up with everyone from royal family members to A-list actors to athletes to billionaire CEOs,” a source told Page Six.
They added, “People are also trying to reach out to her via DM.”
It should be noted, Kim is apparently not “jumping into anything” at the moment, but she is keeping an open mind. “The qualities most important to her are someone who values family, is supportive, fun, romantic, enjoys the simple things, and is also hardworking,” the source said. Vanessa Bryant Explains Decision For Kobe Bryant Estate To Move On From Nike!
Vanessa Bryant and the estate of Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant had to make a difficult decision earlier this month. Kobe has been partnered with Nike since 2003, and it was there that his signature shoes exploded onto the scene, becoming perhaps the most popular sneaker brand of any athlete at the time.
Since Kobe’s tragic death in January of 2020, current NBA players from Devin Booker to P.J. Tucker to Buddy Hield — and current Lakers players Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Talen Horton-Tucker — continue to wear the Black Mamba’s legendary shoes as tribute.
Now, Vanessa has announced that she and Nike could not come to an agreement on a contract extension, meaning their estate will now become a sneaker free agent for the first time in nearly 20 years, according to Nick DePaula of ESPN:
“Kobe’s Nike contract expired on 4/13/21,” Vanessa Bryant, widow of the Lakers legend, told ESPN. “Kobe and Nike have made some of the most beautiful basketball shoes of all time, worn and adored by fans and athletes in all sports across the globe. It seems fitting that more NBA players wear my husband’s product than any other signature shoe.”
This is not the end for one of the all-time great basketball shoe brands. Vanessa has vowed that she will continue to seek out ways to get her husband’s shoes on the market for real fans to buy Kobe’s shoes:
“My hope will always be to allow Kobe’s fans to get and wear his products,” Vanessa Bryant said. “I will continue to fight for that. Kobe’s products sell out in seconds. That says everything.
“I was hoping to forge a lifelong partnership with Nike that reflects my husband’s legacy. We will always do everything we can to honor Kobe and Gigi’s legacies. That will never change.”
According to the story, the reason for the lack of a contract renewal was that Vanessa was seeking a lifetime contract similar to that of LeBron James and Michael Jordan, given the success of Kobe’s shoes before and after his death.
Now, other brands will have a chance to sign one of the most legendary players in NBA history to a deal and give fans another chance to get their hands on his shoes.

Forest Whitaker Finalizes Divorce With Ex, Keisha Nash!
Forest Whitaker and his ex-wife, Keisha Nash-Whitaker, have finalized their divorce after more than two decades of marriage.
In the former couples' divorce judgment, obtained by The Blast, the "Godfather of Harlem" star is a single man as of April 15th!
According to the judgment, Forest and Keisha agreed that irreconcilable differences have arisen between them, which have led to the "irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife". They also acknowledge that their marital relationship cannot be restored or reestablished at this time.
Like many celebrity divorce judgments, Forest and Keisha opted into a confidential judgment that has details regarding the settlement agreement for spousal support for Keisha, the division of their property, attorney fees, etc. As for Forest Whitaker, the court's jurisdiction is terminated to award him spousal support. If Forest or Keisha believe they need to enforce the terms of their judgment, they will then file to modify their "first further judgment" with the court.
As we previously reported, Forest Whitaker filed for divorce in December of 2018, citing irreconcilable differences for the split, and that he was not wanting to pay spousal support. When Keisha Nash-Whitaker filed her response in the divorce, she told the court there was no prenuptial agreement. The Oscar-winning actor has a long list of acting credits, and no financial agreement prior to their marriage, we're assuming Forest had to pay up to settle his divorce!
The ex-couple met on the set of "Blown Away" in 1994 and began a relationship after playing each other's on-screen love interests. Child support was never an issue in settling their divorce because they share two daughters together, Sonnet and True, and they each have a child from previous relationships. Forest and Keisha both signed their settlement several months ago, and as we reported, their negotiations would be peaceful after being together for years.
Forest Whitaker recently appeared on "The Late Late Show" with James Corden, and he discussed his lengthy career. Forest told Corden that his Academy Award was what convinced his parents that his career in acting was his calling. Plus, he recalled his experience acting alongside the late Robin Williams in "Good Morning Vietman". Forest has been a successful actor on screen, and apparently he has also performed on stage. He explained to James Corden he did musicals, and something tells us we will eventually see Forest on "Carpool Karaoke"!

Adele has found romance once again.In a new report from the U.K.'s Closer magazine, it was revealed that the pop superstar, 32, has bounced back from her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki, and discovered love with a childhood friend.
"Adele's smitten and, while she's keen to keep his identity under wraps, she's not hidden her newfound happiness from family and friends," an insider said of the new pairing. "The romance came out of the blue while Adele was back home in London last year while lockdown restrictions eased. Pretty Ricky’s Baby Blue Shot In Miami: Report!
Baby Blue is reportedly fighting for his life after being shot during an attempted robbery.
According to Hollywood Unlocked, Blue, who is a member of the Miami group Pretty Ricky, was shot in Miami on Wednesday (April 21). In a statement to the outlet, his team said Blue is currently in "critical condition" after being "attacked by two armed robbers at the Sparez Bowling Alley" where he was attending a release party for his new single.
They added, Blue is now “fighting for his life” after he was rushed to a Miami hospital.

Prince Harry Leaves UK, Misses Queen Elizabeth II's birthday!
Prince Harry has officially departed the United Kingdom. The prince, who has since moved to California with Meghan Markle and their son Archie, was back in his home country for Prince Philip's funeral. While he returned for that event, his recent departure meant that he would be missing out on a certain, major royal family celebration.
According to the Daily Mail, Harry arrived back in the United States on Tuesday. He was reportedly spotted at LAX airport at around 1:30 p.m. local time. Since he has returned to California, this means that he will be missing out on celebrating Queen Elizabeth II's birthday, which falls on Wednesday. The publication reported that it was widely speculated that Harry would be staying in the country in order to celebrate his grandmother's birthday. But, sources have also claimed that he was "conflicted" about the decision and that he wanted to return home to Markle, who is currently pregnant with their second child.
Harry won't be the only member of the royal family to miss the queen's birthday. Her son, Prince Charles, will not be celebrating with the matriarch as he is currently residing in Wales. Harry's brother, Prince William, will also not be celebrating with the queen on her big day, according to the Daily Mail. The queen will be turning 95 on Wednesday. Her birthday comes days after she and members of the royal family mourned the death of her husband, Prince Philip, at his funeral, which took place at Windsor Castle on Saturday.
While Harry returned to the United Kingdom in order to attend the funeral, his wife was not able to travel with him as she had reportedly been advised not to make the trip due to her pregnancy. Even though she wasn't there in person, Markle still paid her respects to the late prince. According to Vanity Fair, the Duchess of Sussex sent along a wreath with her husband that was laid at the chapel in Windsor Castle. The wreath was reportedly designed by Willow Crosley, who is a florist who has worked with the royal couple in the past for their events. The floral arrangement was a very symbolic one, as it contained Acanthus mollis (Bear's breeches), the national flower of Greece, and Eryngium (Sea Holly), which was meant to represent the Royal Marines. The arrangement also included roses, in a nod to Philip's birth month of June.
Las Vegas Raiders Issue Controversial ‘I Can Breathe’ Tweet, Team Owner Claims Responsibility!
The owner of the Las Vegas Raiders team is taking responsibility for a tweet over Derek Chauvin’s verdict that received lots of criticism.
The message, which reads, “I can breathe” was posted from the team page after Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all counts for the murder of George Floyd.
The “I Can Breathe” statement is a reference to the well-known last words of George Floyd. These harrowing last words have since become well-known and well-publicized, such as at Black Lives Matter protests where one can see signs and clothing emblazoned with “I can’t breathe.” However, the use of “I can’t breathe” within the BLM movement was also used earlier, as they were also the last words of Eric Garner, who was choked to death by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo in 2014.
As one can imagine, the Las Vegas Raiders tweet was immediately met with backlash and criticism over the statement.
In response to the criticism, Las Vegas Raiders team owner Mark Davis claimed full responsibility. While speaking to Ed Graney of The Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mark Davis stated:
“That’s my tweet. That was me. I don’t want anyone in the organization taking heat. I take full responsibility for that”
Supposedly, Mark Davis was inspired to make his tweet after hearing George Floyd‘s brother rejoice in Derek Chauvin’s guilty verdicts. Floyd’s brother claimed:
“Today, we are able to breathe again”

Kellogg’s is partnering with GLAAD to launch a new cereal, Together with Pride, to celebrate Pride month and support the organization’s efforts to accelerate acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community.
Hitting shelves in May, just ahead of Pride Month, Together with Pride, is made with berry-flavored rainbow, heart-shaped pieces and edible glitter.
The limited-edition cereal will be available at major retailers at a cost of about $4. For every box sold and every receipt uploaded to Kellogg’s Family Rewards official site, Kellogg’s will donate $3 to GLAAD.
Nina Parker Makes History As The First Black Woman With A Plus-Size Line At Macy’s
E! News host Nina Parker has made history as the first Black woman to design a plus-size clothing line with Macy’s. The size-inclusive collection is set to launch on May 14.
The line will include fun fabrics, bold prints, and sequins, in sizes 16W to 24W. It will feature tank tops, dresses, and denim priced from $39 to $129. And unlike other plus-size clothing, shoppers can expect to see The Nina Parker Collection displayed front and center in stores. This will mark the first time Macy’s is featuring a plus-size line designed by a Black woman.
“Sometimes you feel like you’re getting a drug deal,” the Nightly Pop host said. “It’s like, ‘Why do we have to feel like we’re being alienated because of our size?”‘
Parker noted that as a TV host who is constantly in the public eye, she has struggled to find flattering options as a full-figured woman. After designing her own looks for last year’s Oscars and this year’s Golden Globes, Parker designs fashionable clothing for all curvy women to enjoy.
“With plus sizes, it’s like they want us to hide,” she said. “They’re matronly, something my aunties might wear. I’m like, ‘I don’t understand why big has to mean conservative.'”
HFPA Kicks Out Former President Phil Berk Amid Email Controversy!
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association said Tuesday that it has expelled its former president Phil Berk from its membership rolls.
“Effective immediately, Phil Berk is no longer a member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association,” the HFPA board said in a statement that has just gone out.
NBC and the parent company of the Golden Globes producers both weighed in already today on the latest embarrassing incident involving the HFPA. This concerns the bizarre email from Berk, a longtime member and former president, to membership on Sunday referring to Black Lives Matters as a “racist hate movement.” The email was leaked to the Los Angeles Times.
The HFPA, already mired in controversy amid revelations during its most recent Golden Globes cycle that it hasn’t had a Black member in 20 years, on Monday night distanced itself from the email Berk sent.
“Since its inception, the HFPA has dedicated itself to bridging cultural connections and creating further understanding of different backgrounds through film and TV,” it said. “The views expressed in the article circulated by Mr. Berk are those of the author of the article and do not — in any way shape or form – reflect the views and values of the HFPA. The HFPA condemns all forms of racism, discrimination and hate speech and finds such language and content unacceptable.”
The group has already said it will reveal plans to address its issues on May 6.
A longtime HFPA member, South Africa-born Berk has served eight terms as the group’s president, based in L.A. and working for entertainment publications in Malaysia and South Africa.
