Selena Gomez for Vogue Mexico - December 2020/January 2021!

Selena Gomez glammed up in designer clothing for a COVID-safe, outdoorsy fashion spread shot by photographer Darío and styled by Yashua Simmons.

'Make sure you pick up the phone and call frequently,' the 28-year-old 'Texican' pop star advised fans in the December/January edition of Vogue México & Latin America.

'We have to make sure we are aware not only of our family, but also of our friends. People feel lonely and isolated, and a simple call to ask how they are doing is very helpful.'

Hairstylist Marissa Marino coiffed the former Disney Channel star's signature raven locks and make-up artist Melissa Murdick brought out her brown eyes and pink pout.

In her cover story, Selena revealed her aunt and paternal grandparents Ricardo and Mary 'crossed the border between Mexico and the States by hiding in the back of a truck.'

'Family is everything to me. I am very close to my family,' Gomez - a third-generation Mexican-American - gushed.

'My [maternal] grandparents [David and Debbie Cornett] live with me and I wouldn't have it any other way. In my family we fight a lot and love even more.

'I love when people say that your friends are the family you choose, but your family is the family you are stuck with and I think sometimes that brings other challenges but at the same time it brings a sense of history and connection that doesn't it can be replicated.'

And while the Black Lives Matter activist admitted she didn't vote in the 2016 presidential election, she now feels a responsibility to use her platform in a 'meaningful way.'

#RHOA: Porsha Williams Is The the Queen of Christmas' Shows off Her Holiday DΓ©cor!

Real Housewives of Atlanta's Porsha Williams is celebrating Christmas in style this year.

As the reality star, Dish Nation radio host, and Black Lives Matter activist tells PEOPLE, "I am big on the holidays. It's the most important time of the year."

To transform her home into a winter wonderland, Williams, 39, partnered with Balsam Hill, well known for its grand, lifelike Christmas Trees; and their celebrity designer Brad Schmidt, a favorite holiday decorator of stars like Neil Patrick Harris, Steven Spielberg and Denzel Washington.

"I can just already feel the holiday spirit because they came in and completely transformed my home," she marvels. "They call me the queen of Christmas on all of my shows because in my Zoom backgrounds, are next-level Christmas decorations."

Williams says she "absolutely loves" the Biltmore Spruce Tree that Schmidt chose for her.

"It's a more traditional Christmas tree," she says. "I absolutely love it because over the years I've done the wacky trees, all-white or pink. But this year I really needed to get back to the basics, because we've been through so much. It's been a really hard 2020."

Her multiple trees are decked out in swirls of gold-trimmed burgundy ribbon, gold beaded garland and oversize versions of classic glass ornaments. The color scheme continues with a garland cascading down her spiral staircase and draped over the mantel of the living room fireplace.

The living room also features metallic trees and woodland creatures decorating a credenza and large silver ornaments nestled in the hearth.

"Whenever someone comes over to my house now that it is completely transformed into Christmas-land, it just sets the tone," she adds. "Their energy is lifted. They feel fun, joyful — all of that is a part of the holiday. We actually have custom stockings hanging on my fireplace mantle, and we have one for each close member of the family. And all of that means something. Stockings, stuffers, these are all traditions that we have to keep going. The world is changing and tradition is the one constant that warms our hearts."

The mother of one — she shares daughter Pilar Jhena, who turns 2 in March, with fiancΓ© Dennis McKinley — says her love of the holidays carries over to her child, who was blown away by this year's decorations.

Says Williams, "When Balsam Hill got finished, she came downstairs and — she talks now — she said, 'Wow. Wow. Oh, wow.' And her face just lit up. My heart got so big to see her enjoying all of the Christmas lights and everything. So this year is going to be the first year where she's really going to understand what's going on. She knows that it is a special time of the year because of how the house is decorated."

RHOA is currently filming season 13 of the hit Bravo series. The new season will feature returning Housewives Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Bailey and Williams, along with newcomer Drew Sidora.

Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

#HipHopNews: Machine Gun Kelly Blames Eminem Beef For 'Hotel Diablo' Album's Lukewarm Reception!

Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem engaged in a now-infamous war of words in 2018 following the release of Em’s 10th studio album Kamikaze. At the time, Slim Shady firmly put MGK in his crosshairs on the song “Not Alike,” blasting him for some unwelcome comments he made about his daughter Hailey.

But to everyone’s surprise, MGK fired back with “Rap Devil” and the rest is history — Eminem pulled out the big guns and ended the beef with the seething diss track “Killshot,” bringing the back-and-forth to an abrupt close.

But according to the Bad Boy Records/Interscope artist, the spar cost him some album sales. During a recent conversation with Interview Magazine, MGK blamed the Eminem controversy for the lukewarm reception his fourth studio album Hotel Diablo received upon its July 2019 release.

“As a Hip Hop album, [Hotel Diablo] is flawless front to back, and also a hint at the evolution of how I went into a pop-punk album,” he said. “But it was coming off the tail-end of that infamous beef [with Eminem]. So no one wanted to give it the time of day.

“It’s like if you make a shitty movie and then you come out with a great movie right after, but people want to focus on the fact that they hated whatever you just did. What I did in the beef was exactly what it should be, but that project wasn’t welcomed. The next album came from already feeling like I’d counted out, so I didn’t even care what the public was going to think.”

Following the release of “Rap Devil,” MGK admitted his pen was fueled by alcohol.

“We went in locker room of a place where we were at and I just did it on the spot after that shit released, in a matter of hours dude,” he said during an episode of Everyday Struggle. “I was with Odell the night before, celebrating the $100 million contract thing. I was still just drunk, like, ‘This muthafucka.’”

Hotel Diablo was allegedly MGK’s last rap album — he’s now switched gears and is focused more on pop-punk these days. Nevertheless, the album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, selling roughly 39,000 total album-equivalent units in its opening week. But it was all downhill from there. In its second week, it landed at No. 20 and in its third week, it slid all the way to No. 38.

William Barr Says Justice Department Found No Evidence Of Fraud That Would Change Election Outcome!

WASHINGTON (AP) —  Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

His comments come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the election was stolen, and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP.

The comments are especially direct coming from Barr, who has been one of the president’s most ardent allies. Before the election, he had repeatedly raised the notion that mail-in voter fraud could be especially vulnerable to fraud during the coronavirus pandemic as Americans feared going to polls and instead chose to vote by mail.

Last month, Barr issued a directive to U.S. attorneys across the country allowing them to pursue any “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities, if they existed, before the 2020 presidential election was certified, despite no evidence at that time of widespread fraud. That memorandum gave prosecutors the ability to go around longstanding Justice Department policy that normally would prohibit such overt actions before the election was certified. Soon after it was issued, the department’s top elections crime official announced he would step aside from that position because of the memo.

The Trump campaign team led by Rudy Giuliani has been alleging a widespread conspiracy by Democrats to dump millions of illegal votes into the system with no evidence. They have filed multiple lawsuits in battleground states alleging that partisan poll watchers didn’t have a clear enough view at polling sites in some locations and therefore something illegal must have happened. The claims have been repeatedly dismissed including by Republican judges who have ruled the suits lacked evidence. Local Republicans in some battleground states have followed Trump in making similar unsupported claims.

Trump has railed against the election in tweets and in interviews though his own administration has said the 2020 election was the most secure ever. Trump recently allowed his administration to begin the transition over to Biden, but has still refused to admit he lost.

The issues Trump’s campaign and its allies have pointed to are typical in every election: Problems with signatures, secrecy envelopes and postal marks on mail-in ballots, as well as the potential for a small number of ballots miscast or lost.

But they’ve also requested federal probes into the claims. Attorney Sidney Powell has spun fictional tales of election systems flipping votes, German servers storing U.S. voting information and election software created in Venezuela “at the direction of Hugo Chavez,” – the late Venezuelan president who died in 2013. Powell has since been removed from the legal team after an interview she gave where she threatened to “blow up” Georgia with a “biblical” court filing.

Barr didn’t name Powell specifically but said: “There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” Barr said.

He said people were confusing the use of the federal criminal justice system with allegations that should be made in civil lawsuits. He said such a remedy for those complaints would be a top-down audit conducted by state or local officials, not the U.S. Justice Department.

“There’s a growing tendency to use the criminal justice system as sort of a default fix-all, and people don’t like something they want the Department of Justice to come in and ‘investigate,'” Barr said.

He said first of all there must be a basis to believe there is a crime to investigate.

“Most claims of fraud are very particularized to a particular set of circumstances or actors or conduct. They are not systemic allegations and. And those have been run down; they are being run down,” Barr said. “Some have been broad and potentially cover a few thousand votes. They have been followed up on.”

Oregon Man Fatally Shot Black Teen After Confrontation Over Music Volume!

A 47-year-old man in Oregon has been charged with murder in the Nov. 23 shooting death of a Black teenager in a hotel parking lot.

Police said Robert Paul Keegan, who is white, had approached the 19-year-old around 4:30 a.m. as he sat in his car outside the Stratford Inn in Ashland, Oregon. Keegan began arguing with the teen about the volume of the music he was playing inside his car.

Keegan then pulled a gun from his coat and fired a single shot into the teen’s chest, killing him, police said. After arriving at the scene, first responders attempted to render aid to the victim but he was “beyond help,” the Ashland Police Department said in a statement.

Police have not released the name of the slain teen, but friends and local activists have identified him as Aidan Ellison. Keegan and Ellison did not know each other, police said.

Ellison had moved into the hotel after losing his job due to the Almeda fire in September, local ABC affiliate KDRV-TV reported. The wildfire burned down the Burger King where he had reportedly worked.

Keegan, who had been staying at the hotel with this 3-year-old son after being displaced by the wildfire, pleaded not guilty on Friday to charges of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, unlawful possession of a firearm and reckless endangering, according to court records.

He is being held in Jackson County Jail without bail. His next court appearance has been scheduled for Feb. 21, 2021.

Keegan’s son has been turned over to a grandparent, police said.

Friends of Ellison described him as “kind” and someone who “just loved to laugh and have fun,” KDRV-TV reported.

“He’s just a good kid,” Sara Jones, Ellison’s friend, told the station. “He had his whole life ahead of him and it was just taken from him because some guy had a problem with a loud noise.”

But some community members and activists have said the shooting was racially motivated and compared it to the 2012 murder of Jordan Davis in Jacksonville, Florida. Davis, a 17-year-old high school student, was gunned down at a gas station by Michael David Dunn, a 45-year-old white man.

Dunn had opened fire at the vehicle Davis was riding in along with three other teenage boys, killing Davis. Dunn was ultimately convicted of first-degree murder, three counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of firing into a vehicle. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Ellison’s death marked the first homicide in Ashland this year, officials said.

“It’s not a coincidence that a white man, according to police, chose to take the life of a young black man for the offense of playing his music,” Ashland Mayor-elect Julie Akins said in a statement Saturday.

“Aidan by all accounts was merely being, living his life,” she continued. “Now his life is gone. And with it comes yet another reminder of how deadly white privilege is.”

In a statement released on Thanksgiving, Ashland Police Chief Tighe O’Meara said the “horrendous murder” was “100%” a result of the suspect’s actions.

“It is completely immaterial what led up to it,” O’Meara said. “Yes, there was an argument over music, no, this did not happen because of loud music, it happened because the suspect chose to bring a gun with him and chose to use it, 100% on him, not the poor young man that was murdered.

Mike Tyson Says He Smoked Marijuana Before Fight Vs. Roy Jones Jr.: 'It's Just Who I Am'!

LOS ANGELES — Mike Tyson said he smoked marijuana right before he fought Roy Jones Jr. Saturday night in his celebrated return to the boxing ring at the age of 54.

"Absolutely, yes," he said during his post-fight press conference.

Tyson and Jones fought to a draw in an eight-round exhibition match at Staples Center as scored by three former WBC champions.

After the bout, Tyson indicated he smoked another joint, apparently before he met with the media to discuss his first fight in 15 years.

"Listen, I can’t stop smoking," he said. "I smoked during fights. I just have to smoke, I’m sorry. I’m a smoker. … I smoke everyday. I never stopped smoking."

Mike Tyson exits the ring after his draw against Roy Jones, Jr. in a heavyweight exhibition boxing bout.

Fighting in an exhibition rather than a professional fight apparently gave Tyson some wiggle room. The Voluntary Anti-Doping Association tested the fighters for performance-enhancing drugs prior to the bout, but marijuana reportedly was not on the list of banned substances.

Tyson said he stopped using cocaine about 2 1/2 years ago, but that turns out not to be the case for marijuana — even inside the ring.

When it comes to new chapters in life, buying a home is one of the biggest ones there is. For many, a new house is a place where they can keep their memories alive and look back on a life full of adventure.

"It’s just who I am,’’ he said. “It has no effect on me from a negative standpoint. It’s just what I do and how I am and how I’m going to die. There’s no explanation. There’s no beginning, there’s no end."

Did the marijuana help numb the pain Saturday night?

"No, it just numbs me," he said. "It doesn’t numb the pain"

The bout proved entertaining, with Tyson looking fit and powerful and landing hard punches to Jones’ body. For his part, Jones flashed some of his old showmanship but also kept Tyson tied up for much of the fight as a means of survival.

Although Tyson said he didn’t know how much money the fight generated, but he assured his winnings won’t be spent the way they were in the past, when he squandered much of the $685 million that Forbes reported Tyson earned during his career.

"I’m here for a purpose," he said. "I’m not here for my ego. My ego is taking the money, buying some planes, some nice houses packing up a bunch of chicks and have some orgies and stuff.

"This is not who that is right now. That guy was just somebody that had to be, eventually he was a platform to become me."

What Tyson cares about now, he said, are his family, his pigeons, his clothes and, yes, his joints. They must be easy to come by considering in 2017 the former heavyweight champion founded Tyson Ranch, a cannabis company.

He said he cares deeply about something else, too — charity. Although Tyson has offered few specifics, he said he’s focused on helping people less fortunate than himself.

“In a perfect world I’m a missionary,’’ he said. “In a perfect world.’’

In the real world, Tyson said he plans on boxing again. Perhaps against Jones in a rematch. He also has expressed interest in fighting against the top heavyweights like Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder.

But there are other options. “Maybe we do something in the south of France,’’ he said. “Monaco. In Saint-Tropez. We do something out there, one of the European fighters out there or something. Anything is possible. Sky is the limit.’’

Cardi B Apologizes For Hosting 37 People During Thanksgiving Dinner Amid Coronavirus Pandemic!

Cardi B posted an apology on Sunday (Nov. 29) for a series of tweets made over Thanksgiving.

In the posts, the rapper boasted of hosting more than 30 people for the holiday amid warnings to forego large gatherings during the raging COVID-19 pandemic.

"Sorry my bad wasn’t trying to make nobody feel bad.I just had my family in my home for the first time and it felt so good & uplifted me," Cardi wrote in a follow-up tweet. "I spent soo much money getting every1 tested but it felt worth it.I wasnt trying to offend no1."

The apology came after Cardi appeared to be reveling in hosting a large dinner for her family. It started with an innocuous post about enjoying the holiday in which she wrote, "Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Enjoy your family & friends and the turkey legs" amid LOL re-posts about hilarious "WAP"sgiving videos.

Then, on Sunday, Cardi said she had "12kids and 25 adults over the holidays." A short time later, Cardi shared how blessed she was feeling about the last few years of her life.

"Back in 2017 God revealed so many people around my circle that I though was .I didn’t understand why but In 2018 I found I was pregnant & had a very successful year," she said of her breakthrough year. "God revealingly people to me again this year! means 2021 finna be a good year and f--k people can’t come with me."

But then came the backlash to her packed house tweet, after which Cardi explained that she made sure everyone in her house was tested beforehand, which many experts warned may not have been enough of a precautionary measure given the disease's latency period and sometimes unreliable tests as well as the danger of asymptomatic spread.

Cardi also noted that she and everyone around her get tested "literally 4 times a week," adding that, "I'm in the middle of work and Everytime we clock in we MUST GET TESTED!"

Cardi B Claps Back at Haters After Being Named Billboard's Woman of the Year: 'I Represent America'

When some commenters pointing out that not everyone has the ability to get tested as frequently as Cardi does -- including one who wrote, "No one is trying too hard. You had 37 people over your house during a pandemic.Even if you dont think of yourself as a role model many fans will see your Thanksgiving as not taking COVID seriously. Also testing folks alone isn't going to work. It has a two week incubation period" -- the rapper seemingly responded with, "People be trying too hard to be offended. I wonder how they survive the real world."

A spokesperson for Cardi B had not returned requests for additional comment at press time.

Rihanna & Rumored Boyfriend A$AP Rocky Enjoy Night Out In NYC!

The Rihanna and A$AP Rocky dating rumors are back! According to Page Six, the rumored couple was spotted with a group of friends at the Beatrice Inn in New York City on Saturday night (November 28). To keep a low-profile, Rih and A$AP were reportedly seated discreetly behind a curtain in the upscale West Village restaurant.

As fans of the two entertainers know, their recent out isn't the first time they've been linked romantically.

Back in February, the 32-year-old entertainer turned business mogul and 32-year-old rapper were spotted arriving separately to Los Angeles hot spot The Nice Guy amid dating rumors. Rihanna showed up not long after Rocky, arriving just after 2 AM. While the twosome wasn't spotted together, TMZ noted that they appeared to be trying to "throw everyone off" by arriving at the club separately.

Their winter hangout came weeks after The Sun reported that the two were officially dating. “They shared a hotel suite during that trip in New York," a source told the outlet in January, referring to when Rihanna and Rocky were spotted together at the 2020 Yams Day Benefit Concert in NYC, only hours after news broke about Rihanna's split from her boyfriend of three years, Hassan Jameel.

"However, Rihanna is reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan," the insider added at the time. "They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days. It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly-single girl having fun.”

While the rumored couple hasn't been spotted together a lot in 2020 — the global pandemic might be behind that — in July, Rocky was featured in Rih's Fenty Skin campaign, in which the two did a promotional interview together via video chat

Ross Mathews shows off 50-pound weight loss on Instagram!

Comedian and TV personality Ross Mathews posted a picture of his dramatically slimmed-down frame to Instagram Sunday, updating fans on his weight-loss journey.

“Breaking the pattern,” Mathews, 41, wrote. “50lbs down today from my height in early June when I decided to reclaim my health after my mom died (70lbs down from my all-time).”

“I will always be a work in progress,” he added. “I may mess up again. I dunno. All I know is that I’m very grateful. And very happy. On we go…”

Mathews has been open about his weight loss journey for years. In 2010, Mathews, then around 220 pounds, joined Jenny Craig at the urging of Gwyneth Paltrow, who, during a TV taping, “pointed at my tummy and said, ‘What’s going on here? I love you. Get it together,'” he told People in 2011.

But he struggled with keeping the weight off, joking to the Columbus Dispatch earlier this year that, “I’m a weight detective: ‘If I lose it, I can always find it.'”

Mathews’ mother died in May; he dedicated a moving tribute to her on Instagram, writing, “I can’t imagine a world without her … She was my audience of one, my head cheerleader, my VIP. And now she’s gone, taken before any of us were ready.”

“I hope — no, I know — that her spirit lives within me and I will spend the rest of my life trying to be as good as she was, as kind as she was and authentic as she was.”

President Elect Biden Names All-Female White House Communications Team!

President-elect Joe Biden on Sunday named seven women to key communications roles in his incoming White House. His transition team says it's the first time in history that the positions will be filled entirely by women.

Biden also will tap Neera Tanden to be director of the Office of Management and Budget, a source familiar with transition discussions tells NPR's Franco OrdoΓ±ez. The Wall Street Journal, which first reported Tanden's nomination, says if confirmed, she will be the first woman of color to oversee the OMB.

Biden has emphasized the elevation of women to key roles in his administration. His running mate, California Sen. Kamala Harris, will become the first female vice president, and he is set to nominate former Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen to be the first female treasury secretary.

Joining Yellen will be Adewale "Wally" Adeyemo, whom Biden plans to announce as deputy treasury secretary, the source familiar with transition discussions confirmed.

The Journal says Adeyemo — who is president of the Obama Foundation, and worked as an economic adviser in the Obama White House — would be the Treasury Department's first Black deputy secretary.

Tanden is currently the president and CEO of the Center for American Progress, a progressive think-tank. She's also been an adviser to Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama.

Biden is set to unveil more members of his economic team this week.

Among the seven communications staffers Biden named Sunday are:

Kate Bedingfield: The communications director for Biden's campaign will take on the same role in the White House. Bedingfield was also communications director for Biden when he was vice president.

Jen Psaki: Psaki will be the White House press secretary. She's another veteran of the Obama administration, and her roles there included White House communications director. Psaki [pronounced "saki"] currently oversees the confirmation efforts of Biden's nominees.

Karine Jean-Pierre: Jean-Pierre, who will be deputy press secretary, was a senior adviser on Biden's campaign and chief of staff to Harris.

Also named to the White House communications staff are: Ashley Etienne, Harris' communications director; Symone Sanders, senior advisor and chief spokesperson for Harris; Pili Tobar, deputy White House communications director; and Elizabeth Alexander, communications director for first lady Jill Biden.

"Communicating directly and truthfully to the American people is one of the most important duties of a president, and this team will be entrusted with the tremendous responsibility of connecting the American people to the White House," Biden said in a statement.

Psaki noted on Twitter that six of the seven women named to communications jobs Sunday are moms of young children.

The communications team was unveiled as Biden himself was at a doctor's office.

According to a statement from Dr. Kevin O'Connor, released by the transition team, the 78-year-old Biden suffered hairline fractures in bones in his right foot, and "it is anticipated that he will likely require a walking boot for several weeks."

His staff says he sustained the injury on Saturday when he slipped as he was playing with his dog, Major.

Nicki Minaj Shares Voice Message Featuring 2-Month-Old Son!

Nicki Minaj's newborn son is already a pro on the mic. On Friday (November 27), the 37-year-old rapper shared a voice note to Twitter that featured her adorable 2-month-old son saying hi, well more like "goo goo gaga," to her fans.

"Say hi to the Barbz, papa bear. Say hi," the proud mom instructed as her baby boy could be heard softly cooing. "Whatcha doin'? Say something," Nicki added. "Aww, you said hi to the Barbz? Good boy."

As fans know, the first-time mom gave birth on September 30, as reported by TMZ. Nicki confirmed the arrival of her bundle of joy, whose name she's yet to reveal, two weeks later on Instagram. “I am so grateful & in love with my son. Madly in love. My favorite liddo boy in the whole wide world,” she wrote, revealing the sex of her child.

Last month, Nicki shared the first glimpse of her newborn son, taking to Instagram to post a photo of her little guy's foot being held by her husband Kenneth Petty in honor of her wedding anniversary. "Happy Anniversary, my love ♥️," she captioned the sweet shot.

Nicki later revealed that she had not yet hired a nanny to help look after for her son, calling the choice a "difficult decision."

"Everyone tells me that," she responded to a fan who asked why she "can’t be a normal celebrity and get a nanny" so she could return to her music and back to the spotlight. "Lol. I rlly should get one. Difficult decision tho."

K. Michelle Celebrating End Of Plastic Surgery Nightmare: ‘I Got My Butt Back’!

K. Michelle is celebrating having her original butt back after experiencing serious health problems caused by implants that forced her to undergo multiple surgeries to have them removed.

Michelle, born in Memphis, Tennessee, as Kimberly Michelle Pate, was among the millions of women who underwent plastic surgery to attain an enlargened, round posterior — often called an “apple bottom” — during the craze about a decade ago.

Some women, unfortunately, went to dangerous lengths to achieve that look, including K. Michelle, the 34-year-old singer and reality TV star. It was a decision that nearly took her life.

On Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, she posted the following message for her 7 million Instagram followers:

“Haaaaaaaaaaaa,” Michelle added in the caption to the post. “My silicone removal and reconstruction is complete. I can twerk again with the knock knees😜 update: yalll wanted the doctor @drcarlosgomez1.”

K. Michelle is using her post to dissuade other women from having the dangerous procedures done to their body.

In 2017, Michelle said her implants caused her to experience fatigue, migraines and even back and leg pain. The silicone had spread over her body and damaged tissue.

Michelle tried liposuction to remove the silicone, but the procedure actually made the silicone spread further. Eventually, she was rushed to the emergency room, where she had to undergo two blood transfusions.

Multiple surgeries later, K. Michelle is ecstatic to have her original butt back.

“Ladies I don’t care who’s telling you what DON’T PLAY AROUND WITH YOUR BODY,” Michelle said on IG earlier this year. “Injections are illegal for a reason”

D.C. Homicide Detective Is Shot Dead By Wife In Murder-Suicide!

Social media is often deceiving, and that is just what it was in regards to the murder-suicide of Det. Timothy Eugene Francis and his wife, Christina Lynn Francis.

Timothy and Christina were seemingly a happy couple according to Christina’s most recent Facebook post remembering the best day of her life — their wedding day.

“This day meant everything to me,” the post read. “I love you and what we had together. You and I belong together always,”  some of it continued to say.

But, less than 12 hours later, Christia, 41, took a handgun, shot her husband dead, and then shot herself.

Authorities were dispatched to the Francis residence after a family member discovered their bodies inside the home.

The motive and reason to kill remain unclear and the police department is not releasing any information regarding the incident.

The same day Christina posted to Facebook remembering her wedding, she also shared a picture of her kids. Describing them as “her pride and joy.”

Both posts had an outpouring of heartfelt messages and condolences attached.

Husband, Timothy Eugene Francis, was a homicide detective for the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia who spent “two decades protecting the community from violence,” MPD Chief Peter Newsham said in a statement. “And to learn that he was the victim of a homicide is heartbreaking.”

He is remembered as one of the best detectives in CID.
