Lady Gaga for The New York Times Magazine- She Gets a Make-Under and Shows Off Her Freckles.
Lady Gaga is known for her avant-garde choices (the legendary meat dress, anyone?), glitzy makeup and extravagant wigs. But the pop star and actress stripped down in her latest photo shoot.
Gaga, 32, got a total make-under and appears barefaced and shows off her freckles for her new cover story with New York Times Magazine, possibly channeling her fresh-faced character Ally in A Star Is Born.
“I do keep transforming into a new shell of me,” she told the magazine. “So sure, there is an acting component to what I do, or a showbiz component to what I do. But the word ‘acting,’ it’s hard for me to talk about in that way, because ‘acting’ to me almost implies faking it.”

Gaga to stop her transformation anytime soon. “Oh, I’m just shape-shifting again,” she said when asked about her next phase.
Gaga’s stripped back approach to beauty began after filming A Star Is Born with Bradley Cooper, who wiped off the star’s makeup during her audition for the film.
According to the LA Times, Cooper, who directs and stars in the film, swiped off Gaga’s makeup because he wanted to see her “completely open” and with “no artifice.”
“Take it off,” Cooper told Gaga when she walked into the audition with a face of concealer, mascara and lipstick on. Then according to the new interview, he took out a makeup wipe and removed it himself.
Instead of packing on makeup for the film, Gaga wore just lip balm and moisturizer each day, which helped the star get into character.

“It put me right in the place I needed to be, because when my character talks about how ugly she feels — that was real,” Gaga told the LA Times “I’m so insecure. I like to preach, but I don’t always practice what I preach.”

#RHoA: Kenya Moore is Considering a Return to ‘RHoA’?
Kenya Moore is not going to appear on the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but that doesn’t mean she’ll never go back to it.
The pregnant reality star hosted a Q&A session on her Instagram Story Thursday, Oct. 4, and answered a couple of questions relating to “RHOA.”

“Will you return to Atlanta Housewives?” one fan asked.
“I always say never say never,” Moore replied.kenya moore
Another fan asked Moore to play a game, writing, “Call/text/delete: Andy Cohen, Porsha Williams and NeNe Leakes.”

The response Moore wrote may surprise some fans.
“Call Porsha, text Andy, delete NeNe.”kenya moore

Moore had been rumored to be out on “RHOA” since the spring, when it was reported that Bravo was irate and planning to yank the former Miss USA winner after she eloped to wed Marc Daly in St. Lucia without having the network’s camera crew there to capture the moment. It reportedly led the network to warn other stars about keeping other such secrets.
And when Williams announced her pregnancy, many fans were fired up at “Housewives” executive producer Cohen, who congratulated Williams by tweeting on Sept. 19, “Very excited for @Porsha4real! Next season is full of a lot of real, life-changing moments.”

Moore’s fans took the tweet as shade, since rumors swirled that Moore wasn’t actually pregnant.
But the star has been making nice with Williams lately. She congratulated her on her impending motherhood and also posed with her at a recent event in Atlanta. Meanwhile, she has appeared to continue her falling-out with Leakes that was apparent in season 10.
Even still, Moore’s statement confirming she’s not joining season 11 left some hope that she wasn’t saying goodbye to the franchise for good. She noted she chose to “take this season off” rather than saying she was leaving the show outright.

“I have decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama free environment,” Moore said in a Monday, Oct. 1, statement. “I thank Bravo for this amazing platform that has allowed me to grow, flourish and appreciate the value of what is truly important in life.”

The Aubrey & The Three Amigos Tour has been plagued by scheduling issues, now causing fans in multiple cities to miss out on it altogether. The tour was originally scheduled to begin in July but was delayed due to production issues.

European Stylist Maher Jridi Is Suing Nicki Minaj Over Alleged Missing Clothes
Nicki Minaj could appear in court pretty soon. According to reports, Maher Jridi is the stylist who is suing Nicki for allegedly not returning clothing garments. In the suit, Jridi says he paid thousands of dollars for rented clothing – from an unnamed wardrobe company – for Nicki to wear. He says, Nicki wore the clothes, but he never received them back.
Essentially, the wardrobe company decided to sue Jridi for almost $74k, and in return, the stylist has counter-sued the “Barbie Dreams” rapper for the bill. Jridi and Nicki’s relationship seemed to have been pretty close. He worked with the rapper for her H&M promo and for her “Regret In Your Tears” video, which was released in 2017.

According to the suit, Nicki “created a serious financial hardship” for Jridi, who is now seeking a total of $73,000.
Nicki has yet to publicly respond to the allegations.

#BoxOffice News: 'Venom' Delivers a STINGING at # wiyh 80 Million While 'Star is Born' Shines bright at #2 with 43 Million.
(BOM) It was a record weekend at the box office for Sony's release of Venom, which delivered a massive $80 million, topping the previous October opening weekend record by more than $20 million. Additionally, Warner Bros.'s A Star is Born more than carried its own weight with a stellar debut of its own, topping $40 million for its opening weekend and helping this become the largest October weekend of all-time.

With an estimated $80 million, Sony's release of Venom into 4,250 locations not only topped the weekend box office, but it topped the previous October opening weekend record of $55.7 million set by Gravity in 2013 by over $20 million. The debut ranks ahead of the $75.8 million opening for Ant-Man and the Wasp earlier this year and just behind the $84.4 million opening for Solo: A Star Wars Story. Both films went on to gross over $210 million domestically, but before we get that far, one thing everyone will have their eye on is just how well it holds over next weekend.
Critic's reviews for Venom were largely negative while the film received a "B+" CinemaScore from opening day audiences, a score that matches the grades for both Suicide Squad and Justice League and is a notch behind the "A-" for Ant-Man and the Wasp. Of the three, Justice League's 56% second weekend drop is the best of the lot while the three carry an average second weekend drop of ~61%, which, in this case, is probably what should be expected with anything better perceived as something of a positive sign as Venom doesn't have any superhero competition in theaters until the releases of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Aquaman in December.

One interesting note is while Venom's audience was predictably male leaning at 59%, only 36% of the overall audience was 25 years of age or older. Comparatively, 46% of Ant-Man and the Wasp's audience was 25+, 46% of Suicide Squad and 69% of Justice League. In fact, Venom had a younger overall audience than even Spider-Man: Homecoming which played to an audience of which 49% was 25 years of age or older.

Internationally, Venom delivered $125.2 million from 58 markets for a record October global opening over $205 million. South Korea led all markets with an estimated $15.7 million opening, the second largest opening for Sony in the market behind Spider-Man: Homecoming's $19.1 million. Additional notable markets include Russia ($11.7m), the UK where it topped the opening weekend for Johnny English Strikes Again with an estimated $9.3 million; Mexico ($7.1m); Australia ($6.4m); Germany ($5.2m); and Brazil ($5.2m). Upcoming markets include France next weekend, Japan in early November and a release in China that is yet to be dated.

In second place is Warner Bros.'s release of A Star is Born, which delivered a hefty $41.25 million debut from 3,686 locations. Once you add the $1.35 million in grosses from early Tuesday and Wednesday sneak peeks, the film's current domestic cume stands at $42.6 million. The film's opening performance contributes to a massive overall weekend, and serves as the tenth largest October opening weekend of all-time. The film's audience was 66% female and of the overall audience 86% were 25 years of age or older. Where the film goes from here is really anyone's guess, but a lengthy run deep into awards season is certainly in the offing, fueled by strong critical reviews and audience word of mouth — the film received an "A" CinemaScore — to go along with that stellar opening.

Internationally, A Star is Born delivered $14 million from 31 markets including a $5.3 million launch in the UK along with a $2.1 million second place opening in France and a $1.9 million debut in Germany. Several markets have yet to open include

LeBron James isn't taking a knee during the national anthem, but he still has former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick's back.
The Los Angeles Lakers player walked into the Staples Center before a preason game making a bold statement. King James rocked a Nike t-shirt with "Kaepernick" written across the upper back.

Both LeBron and Colin have deals with Nike, however, King James wearing that shirt is bigger than that.
"I wore a Kaepernick shirt tonight, one, because it's Nike and I'm a Nike guy," King James explained. "And then, two, I support Kap. I've always supported Kap and what he stands for and what he believes in."

A few years ago (when Colin first launched his protest), LeBron spoke to reporters revealing he supported Colin and his efforts even though he decided he would not be taking a knee.

Brett Kavanaugh has been Confirmed to Supreme Court Amid Sexual Assault Allegations
The U.S. Senate voted Saturday to place Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court for a lifetime appointment.
Kavanaugh, President Trump‘s second conservative nominee voted onto the highest court in the land, is expected to help shift legal decisions to the right, resulting in threatened protections involving abortion rights, healthcare, presidential power and gun control, among others.
The vote, which was briefly interrupted by protestors, was for the most part along party lines. Alaska’s Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski voted no while West Virginia’s Sen. Joe Manchin III, a Democrat up for re-election in November, voted yes. The total vote was confirmed with a tally of 50 to 48.
Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Jeff Flake of Arizona, who had been considered swing votes, said Friday they would vote yes.

The confirmation comes after hours of debate — and despite unprecedented opposition following Kavanaugh’s Senate testimony last week involving an angry screed that included a wild conspiracy theory behind the sexual assault allegations.

A retired (and Republican-appointed) Supreme Court justice previously said Kavanaugh doesn’t have the temperment for the job, and more than 2,400 law professors called his demeanor “unfathomable.” Former Yale classmates have accused Kavanaugh of lying under oath about his drinking.

Meanwhile, thousands of demonstrators protesting Kavanaugh flooded Washington, D.C., and other big cities in the last weeks, resulting in mass demonstrations and numerous arrests.

Flake, who is not running for re-election, put a temporary hold on Kavanaugh’s confirmation eight days ago when he requested an FBI investigation into sexual assault allegations leveled by three women against Kavanaugh. (Kavanaugh has denied all the allegations.)
While many Republicans said they were satisfied with the FBI report, critics have pointed out that it’s far from a complete investigation.

Democrats say the White House put numerous restrictions on who the FBI could interview, and the agency reportedly did not speak with multiple witnesses who say they could corroborate sexual abuse and other allegations made by Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick.
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Democrat, said Friday that “the available (FBI) documents contradict statements Mr. Kavanaugh made under oath.”

The confirmation vote came as Trump, himself accused by well over a dozen women of sexual assault and misconduct, mocked Ford at a political rally.

#RHoNY: Carole Radziwill Refused To Do These To Two ‘Real Housewives’ Staples On ‘RHoNY’
Carole Radziwill dealt with a lot of drama over the past six seasons of the Real Housewives of New York, but there are two things she never did during her run on the show. Looking back at her time on the hit Bravo series, Radziwill revealed that she drew the line at getting drunk and/or naked in front of the cameras.

Radziwill admitted that drinking works for some of the women on the show, but she knew it wasn’t for her. Radziwill felt like she needed to be as authentic as possible for the fans and did not want alcohol ruining her image.
“It’s not authentically who I am or what I should be doing,” she explained, adding that she has no regrets about her decision.
Radziwill announced her departure from RHONY shortly after the end of Season 6. According to Reality Blurb, Radziwill left because she wanted to focus on other aspects of her career, including producing and journalism.

She also took a dig at her co-stars by saying she will not miss her “frenemies” on the show, which many fans thought was directed at Bethenny Frankel. The demise of Radziwill’s friendship with Frankel is rumored to be one reason why she quit.

Although Radziwill is happy to be off the show, she admitted that it was not a huge waste of time. The former RHONY star told fans that starring on the show was hard work but was overall “an interesting experience.” She also thanked the series for opening doors in her professional life.

As far as her future plans are concerned, Carole Radziwill is planning on going into politics for the next five months and getting more people to vote.
Bravo has not announced when Season 11 of the Real Housewives of New York will premiere, but it is expected to kick off sometime in 2019.
