Keyshia Cole Could Be Going to Jail!
Keyshia Cole Facing 30-Days OVER Prior DUI Conviction. Only days after she tweeted cryptic messages about a 30-day sentence, we've learned the deets behind Keyshia Cole's current legal drama.
This is due to a DUI she got back in 2002. Apparently, an arrest warrant was issued for Keyshia back in 2004 after she failed to provide proof that she'd completed an alcohol-ed class after a 2002 DUI conviction.
The cops weren't actually "seeking" Keyshia out, but when she showed up in custody (following that infamous incident at Birdman's condo) the cops did a warrant search and her old misdeeds popped up.
But, there's a slight chance Keyshia could avoid going to jail if she can prove to the judge that she actually completed the alcohol-ed classes. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Keyshia kept the paperwork...and a hearing is set for February. SMH....this jailhouse drama might impact plans Keyshia made to hit the road with K. Michelle in January.
