Rumor Mill: Mo’nique Returning To BET After 82 Lb. Weight Loss?
Sources at Humor Mill Magazine have reported that the Queen of Comedy herself, Mo’Nique, is about to film a new show on Black Entertainment Television! Yep, that’s right, Mo’Nique is coming back to BET! They write:
As we all know, Mo’Nique ended a daily late night talk show on the network titled The Mo’Nique Show which aired from 2009-2011 with co-host Rodney Perry. The show featured interviews, musical acts, and comedy performances. Mo’Nique also recently made the news with her dramatic 82 pound weight loss. Well, now Mo’Nique is back in the news. Our sources have not yet told us what type of show this will be, but we do know that its ramping up pre-production right now to shoot a pilot episode.
