Rihanna gets covered in jewels on a special collector’s edition of W Magazine‘s September issue.
The 28-year-old entertainer stars in the spread as pop’s Furiosa, the last woman on earth and the ruling warrior queen in a dark, dystopian future.
A slew of designers imagined Rihanna as the futuristic ruler in a post-apocalyptic world, in the spread shot by Steven Klein and styled by Edward Enninful.

NeNe Leakes of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta might have just thrown a little shade toward her fellow reality star Tamar Braxton.
Leakes clapped back at a fan who said she looks similar to Braxton; and made it clear she is not here for being compared to the Love & War singer.
“Please cut the [BS] out! I’m not Tamar! I might be SLAYMAR tho”
While Leakes was not here for it, it’s not the first time she has been compared to Braxton since confirming she received her second nose job back in June. Still, it is pretty unlikely that Leakes was dissing Braxton while checking the fan. The two ladies have been pretty close and Braxton even tapped Leakes for her If I Don’t Have You video last year. The two women and their husbands, Gregg Leakes and Vincent Herbert, were also seen double dating with one another earlier this year. One fan wrote, “Nene and Tamar look like the same person…”
Another suggested many of the women in Hollywood accused of getting plastic surgery look alike.

#EMPIRE: Season 3 Did Lucious commit a grave mistake by marrying Anika?
The Season 3 of Empire is finally here to extinguish the flames of curiosity that were stroked by the Season 2 finale, where Anika Calhoun (Grace Gealey) and Rhonda Lyon (Kaitlin Doubleday) were fighting on a balcony. As Andre Lyon (Trai Byers), Rhonda's husband approaches either of the two is about to fall off. Will it be Rhonda or Anika? Well, season 3 is here to answer all questions..
One of the main themes of the new season is that it seeks to explore the past lives of main characters, bringing many curious details to fore. The undercurrents of Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) and Lucious's (Terrence Howard) relationship and their failed marriage are explored. To the delight of fans the teenage Cookie and Lucious are depicted in the season played by Ajiona Alexus and Jeremy Carver. As the season premieres Cookie, an innocent and beautiful teenager falls for a bad-boy. By exploring how their relationship started out and progressed many questions find an answer and fans are finally able to see how they got to where they are now.
Another new face in the series is Ezri Walker who is set to play Zeah, a 16-year-old nerd who is unable to choose between the prospects of earning a degree at an elite institution and taking up a career at Lyons.
A theme that reverbrates throughout the series is whether Lucious made the right decision by marrying Anika. Since Cookie was finally hoping for a better future with Lucious, it remains to be seen how that affects the Lyons given that Cookie is not unknown for her vengeance.

New Hip Hop: The LOX feat. J-Doe – ‘What Happens?’
In the wake of strained race relations and fatal police-related shootings around the country, The LOX are back with a question: “What Happens?”
The New York trio teams up with J-Doe on their powerful new song, which premiered via TIDAL.
“What happens when we had enough?” J-Doe asks on the hook. “What happens when we do to them what they do to us? What happens when we say fuck that shit? What happens when we see police cars and we rush that shit?”
Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, and Styles P also opened up about the song in a behind-the-scenes video.
“It’s almost 2017 and we’re still talking about black and white,” Styles says in the clip. “There’s a black president, but we’re scared to go outside. I’m fuckin’ scared of cops. I’m scared of black cops, white cops.”
To go along with the song and BTS clip, The LOX issued a statement. “We want peace,” said the group. “We do not hate police nor do we want police to hate us, but there is a divide in communities across this country. We feel like we (minorities) are a perceived enemy. We salute and acknowledge the good officers of the community around America but recognition of good does not prevent us from addressing what is taking place across the nation.”
The statement also addresses those who may perceive the song as an attack on law enforcement officials.
“Some may interpret this song as a threat,” it reads. “It is not. We are asking a question. ‘What happens when we can’t take any more? What happens when we do to you what you have done to us?’ As artists and businessmen, we know good officers….But we cannot ignore recent horrifying incidents.”

Big Tigger Denies Fathering Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s Child, Calls Ed Hartwell Corny
Big Tigger is setting the record straight, killing rumors that he is the father of Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s unborn child. Last week a new report surfaced, surrounding the actress and her future ex husband, Ed Hartwell.
A source claimed that the former NFL’er believed she was cheating on him with her ex and that he was the father of her unborn child, according to the Daily Mail Online.
As previously reported, Ed filed for divorce from his wife of eight months and allegedly blindsided her, a week after she announced her pregnancy. Ed has also demanded a paternity test.
Last week, Keshia denied cheating allegations and legally has launched a battle to keep her property and earnings from before and during the marriage away from her estranged husband.
Reportedly, Ed suspected Keshia had continued her relationship with ex-boyfriend radio/TV personality Big Tigger (real name Darian Morgan) after they were married. Keshia and Tigger were together before she started dating Ed.
The insider revealed:
"Ed believes that Keshia had been having an affair with her ex-boyfriend. They dated for more than a year and even attended a White House Black History Month event together before they abruptly broke up in late 2015. Their breakup was so quiet and her relationship with Ed Hartwell happened so fast afterwards that when she announced she was married, many press outlets inadvertently ran photos of her and Tigger."
On Monday, Tigger addressed these rumors on his V-103 radio show, during his Trending Topics segment. While he didn’t call Pulliam out by name, he did state that he had not been in contact with her since their break-up and noted that there was no possibility that he was the father of her child. He continued:
"Furthermore, I respect the institution and concept of marriage, that’s why I have not been married. My father was married 3 times. I don’t want to do that. I want to get married once."
He also called Hartwell out, for putting Pulliam in this situation while she is with child.
"I find it incredibly unfortunate that any man would dessert his woman, his pregnant wife, furthermore to do so behind her back while publicly questioning her character by asking for a paternity test to me is corny. That’s my opinion."
Beenie Man Contracts Zika Virus; Cancels OVO Gig After Denied Canadian Visa
*Beenie Man canceled his Saturday night performance at Toronto’s OVO Fest because he was denied a Canadian visa after contracting the Zika virus.
The reggae star shared an Instagram photo of himself appearing to be in pain while undergoing blood tests.
“No visa fi mi Canada show,” the Jamaican singer wrote. “The same Zika mosquito gi mi dengue. Blood test, injections, pills. Wi a hol firm still.”
Ticketmaster confirmed that Beenie Man had canceled his OVO appearance, telling ticket buyers in a statement, “Due to immigration issues Beenie Man will no longer be able to perform as part of OVO Fest 2016 on Saturday July 30th at TD Echo Beach in Toronto. In his place we have booked a slew of surprise special guests and of course Machel Montano will still headline as planned, with special guests of his own.”

The symptoms generally last two to seven days. However, pregnant women who contract the Zika virus have given birth to babies born with microcephaly and Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Tyler Perry Flies Staff to Copenhagen to See Beyoncé in Concert
*More and more it’s looking like there are some very nice perks to working for Tyler Perry. That’s ’cause we’re hearing that the mogul flew his staff to Copenhagen, Denmark to meet Beyoncé at her concert. Yep, sho-nuff must be nice. 🙂

A source close to Perry told Page Six that he wanted to go somewhere he could be more anonymous and enjoy the show, and told the two women to pack their bags, they “were going to meet Beyoncé.”
“It was a once-in-a lifetime experience for both Crystals,” the source said.
She added that the showbiz magnate is famously generous with friends and even deserving strangers.
NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton to resign
Changes are coming at the NYPD! Commissioner Bill Bratton will announce his impending resignation and be replaced by Chief of Department James O’Neill, sources told The Post on Tuesday.
Bratton’s resignation will take effect in mid-September, sources said.
Bratton has repeatedly said he would not serve past the end of Mayor Bill de Blasio’s current term, which ends next year, and he recently endorsed O’Neill as his preferred successor.
O’Neill was promoted to chief of department in late 2014 to replace Philip Banks, who unexpectedly quit rather than be promoted to first deputy commissioner.
Draymond Green Offered Role in 'Drayzilla' Porn for $100K After NSFW Snapchat
After having a little cockery fun, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green is getting ready to represent the United States at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, but Vivid Entertainment is hoping he'll add the title of "porn star" to his resume once he returns stateside.
TMZ Sports reported Tuesday that Vivid Entertainment founder Steve Hirsch sent Green a letter stating he would get paid $100,000 to star in an adult film entitled Drayzilla.
"You call all the shots," Hirsch wrote. "You pick your co-stars and set up the scene however you want."
The six-figure offer comes after Green accidentally posted a photo of his penis on Snapchat. He initially claimed on social media that his account had been hacked before apologizing at a Team USA practice Sunday for making a mistake, per Chuck Schilken of the Los Angeles Times.
"It was a situation where it was meant to be a private message," Green said. "I kinda hit the wrong button and it sucks. It was meant to be private. We're all one click away from placing something in the wrong place, and I suffered from that this morning."
Although the offer from Vivid may seem lucrative, it's merely a drop in the bucket compared to Green's contract with the Warriors. He's scheduled to make a shade over $15.3 million in base salary next season, according to Spotrac.
