JULIA ROBERTS: Hello, Queen Cate.

CATE BLANCHETT: Hello, movie star. You want to know something? We just had your film Ben Is Back on, I kid you not. It made me cry after five minutes. And then, being totally brain-dead, I suddenly thought, “What day is it?” An alarm went off in my head, and I went, “I’ve got to go talk to that actress lady!”

ROBERTS: You want to talk about being brain-dead? I’ve had the craziest day. I woke up sick, and I was at Urgent Care for an hour and a half with one of my son’s friends who cut his foot when he was surfing. He got eight stitches.

On keep acting: “As you get older, acting just gets more and more humiliating. When I was younger, I would wonder why the older actors I admired kept talking about quitting. Now I realize it’s because they want to maintain a connection to the last shreds of their sanity. As I get older, I ask myself if I still want to submit myself to the shamanistic end of this profession and go completely into madness. It’s the King Lear end of the spectrum of what we do, right? So I’m on the proverbial couch thinking, ‘Do I want to go that direction, or do I actually want to live a life?'”

#RHoA: Marlo Hampton Calls Eva Marcille A “Compulsive Liar”..Is Marlo Right?

Marlo gives consistent drama,and shade. Her over the top reaction to losing her luggage in Japan was GOLD. NeNe Leakes’ husband has cancer and Marlo was snapping about not having deodorant.

Marlo’s is always giving us drama. Remember when the gutter snipe called Shamari DeVoe’s momma a bitch. Who can forget her 43-hour car ride fight with Eva Marcille in Tokyo? Maybe Marlo just dislikes the new girls (especially the full-time cast members? What exactly does Marlo think of the queen of amnesia Eva? OH, THE SHADE. 

Marlo had A LOT to say about Eva on the Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show. Marlo was asked. “Why do you think that you and Eva clash? Why is that?” Marlo responded saying, “You know what? I think that Marlata is just too much for her. Maybe she likes me.”

One one hand that could be entertaining. On the other, we don’t want another Kandi Burruss/Porsha Williams situation unfolding.

During the interview, Marlo turned to NeNe and asked, “You think she wants me?” Marlo very explicitly stated on the After Show how she feels about Eva. Marlo said, “I like her picture on Instagram and I say hi to Eva, but I don’t trust Eva. Eva is a compulsive liar. She’s tried to get Kandi to buy her clothes and be Kandi’s girlfriend. She tried to be Porsha’s girlfriend, friend at first. Then she went to Kandi.” Don’t forget Missy Elliot!

Wait, is Marlo shading Eva for getting someone else to buy her clothes? Didn’t Shamari recently say the SAME thing about her? A lot of glass houses being built in Atlanta.

The label queen even dragged NeNe into the rumors! Marlo turned to Nene and said, “She started with you, then she’s back at you, now she’s trying to come to me.” Poor Cynthia. Apparently, Eva has no desire to take a dip in Lake Bailey!

In Eva’s defense, she probably forgot all of this. She’s suffered from chronic “shade amnesia” all season. Although it’ll never be as iconic as Porsha’s “Who said that?.”

Marlo’s reason for not being interested in Eva is classic Marlo. She’s not impressed with Eva’s less than glamorous habit. Marlo wrapped the interview saying, “Go over that and smoke a cigarette. I can’t even be her friend because if I did smoke cigarettes, it would have to at least have a rhinestone holder. She just smoke em normal. That’s not even fabulous. I’ll pass on her” “Something about her just isn’t right.”

OUCH. Marlo just emphatically read Eva for absolute filth. We wonder how Eva will respond to these comments. The shade is real between the two Atlanta women and shows no signs of slowing down. Expect Marlo to come in swinging at the reunion to try and FINALLY secure that peach. Get it!

#Empire: How many episodes are in Empire season 5 on FOX?

Empire season five return to FOX on March 13 with episode 10, titled My Fault is Past.

FOX, however, is yet to release details on further episodes or how many there are but there is a number of clues to suggest how many remain.

Season five will more than likely consist of 18 drama-packed episodes, just like the previous three seasons.

Empire season one is the only instalment to date to not consist of 18 episodes, instead opting for 12.

The fact Empire season five also headed on its mid-season break after episode nine implies a further nine episodes are to come.

One thing Empire show bosses have revealed about the remaining episodes is that Jamal Lyon actor Jussie Smollett won’t star in the final two.

#MusicNews: PJ Morton Announces “Keys And A Mic” Acoustic Tour

PJ Morton has no shortage of exciting news these days. The most recent announcement is that he’ll be heading out on the headlining acoustic Keys and a Mic Tour starting in April. For the shows he’ll be joined by group The Amours who are signed to his Morton Records label.

He added the following to accompany the announcement:

Gonna try this out in a few cities! bringing The Amours with me! They’ll be singing new music and sitting around the piano with me. My first time out without a full band!! Going to be a special intimate experience.

This comes on the heels of him sharing the news that he’ll be recording an album live for an audience at the 2019 Essence Festival.

Following his outstanding Grammy Award win earlier this month, PJ Morton looks to be raising the bar even further! Exciting times ahead.

#NewHipHop from T-Pain’s ‘1UP’ Stream It!

T-Pain surprised his fans by dropping his much-anticipated album 1UP on Wednesday.

On his first project since 2017’s OBLiViON, the Tallahassee hitmaker calls on some of his famous friends. In addition to the Tory Lanez-assisted “Getcha Roll On” and “A Million Times” with O.T. Genasis, the 12-track set includes appearances from Boosie Badazz, Flipp Dinero, Russ, and Lil Wayne, who appears on the closer “Goat Talk.”

The album, which he recorded out of his Florida home, was inspired by his love for video games. “I’m an avid gamer. I’ve been a gamer pretty much all my life,” he told Beats 1. “So I’m starting to implement gaming into my music and to my themes and stuff like that. So, 1UP is basically the green mushroom from Mario, everybody know when you get a 1UP, you get a 1UP, you get an extra life and you get another chance to beat the game.”

T-Pain will hit the road in support of the album on his “1UP” tour, beginning March 16 in San Antonio. The 15-date trek travels across the U.S. before wrapping April 9 in San Diego.

The Kardashians Could Sue Jordyn Woods Over Her 'Red Table Talk' Interview

Jordyn Woods is at risk of getting into legal trouble if she revealed too much during her Red Table Talk interview.

According to People, Kylie Jenner's former best friend signed an "ironclad NDA" (non-disclosure agreement) with the family, which makes her unable to discuss the Kardashian-Jenners at length. "She can’t talk about the family, so it’s unclear what she’s going to be able to say to Jada," a source explained to the mag. "She can apologize but can’t talk about anything really beyond that in terms of the family."

The insider added, "the Kardashians are feeling 100 percent done with Jordyn" and are "pissed" she's trying to use a public appearance as a way to make amends. "They’re saying she should’ve reached out directly, but she did," the source continued. "They were just too pissed to listen to her or pay any attention. On the flip side, if she says anything except 'I’m sorry' or tries to trash Tristan, that’s going to push Khloé back to him and destroy Jordyn."

News of Jordyn's upcoming appearance on Jada Pinkett Smith's talk show, which was announced on Tuesday (February 26), comes just over a week after reports Jordyn hooked up with Khloé Kardashian's boyfriend Tristan Thompson at a house party. The 21-year-old model teased the tell-all interview by posting a live behind-the-scenes video of her on the Red Table Talk set. The interview will mark the first time Jordyn has spoken at length about her cheating scandal since being iced out by the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Oprah Winfrey To Host ‘After Neverland’ Special With Michael Jackson Accusers 

WOW..OPRAH…WOW!

Oprah Winfrey is set to host a Q&A “After Neverland” special with Michael Jackson‘s accusers Wade Robson and James Safechuck after the controversial documentary airs on HBO.

The special will air on HBO as well as OWN on Monday, March 4, immediately following the airing of the second installment of the documentary.

Here’s the scoop via Page Six: The doc and Robson and Safechuck’s claims have been vigorously denied by members of Jackson’s family.

Reed will join Robson and Safechuck in the Q&A to be recorded Thursday in front of an audience of sexual abuse survivors and those whose lives have been impacted by abuse. The first half of “Leaving Neverland,” which made waves at the Sundance Film Festival last month, debuts March 3 on HBO.

Winfrey’s discussion with the trio will also be made available as part of her “Oprah SuperSoul Conversations” podcast.

Robson and Safechuck maintain they were molested by Jackson after he befriended them at the ages of seven and 10, respectively. The two previously testified in support of Jackson as he battled other molestation accusations. But now the pair are recounting their experiences in graphic detail.

Michael Cohen calls President Trump ‘RACIST,’ ‘CHEAT’ AND ‘CONMAN’  in sworn Testimony

Long-time Trump fixer and personal attorney Michael Cohen publicly blasted his former boss at a blockbuster congressional hearing Wednesday, comparing President Donald Trump’s reaction to his testimony to that of a “mobster” and saying the president had “wanted me to lie” about prior discussions of a possible real estate deal in Moscow.

Cohen also told the House Oversight Committee that Trump knew Roger Stone had spoken to Julian Assange ahead of the WikiLeaks drop of Democratic National Committee emails.

I was in Mr. Trump’s office when his secretary announced that Roger Stone was on the phone,” Cohen said in his opening statement before the House Oversight Committee.

“Mr. Trump put Mr. Stone on the speakerphone. Mr. Stone told Mr. Trump that he had just gotten off the phone with [WikiLeaks founder] Julian Assange and that Mr. Assange told Mr. Stone that, within a couple of days, there would be a massive dump of emails that would damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Mr. Trump responded by stating to the effect of ‘wouldn’t that be great.'”

Cohen, however, said that he knows of no direct evidence that Trump or his presidential campaign colluded with Russia.

“I do not. I want to be clear. But, I have my suspicions,” he said.

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., who served as chairwoman of the DNC during the 2016 hacks, asked Cohen if he believed whether Trump would cooperate or allude with Russians to win the presidency.

“Mr. Trump is all about winning,” Cohen said at first. “Yes,” he said in response when pressed further about whether Trump was capable of doing that.

Cohen, 52, was offering congressional testimony in public for the first time just weeks before he’s slated to report to federal prison in early May.

Last year, special counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating the Trump operation’s ties to Russia and possible obstruction of justice, indicted a dozen Russians in connection with the DNC hacks. Stone has been indicted by Mueller on charges of obstruction, making false statements and witness tampering.

Trump is a “racist,” a “con man” and “a cheat,” Cohen said in his opening statement, alleging that the president not only lied about his ongoing efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow during the election but urged Cohen to lie about them without directly saying so.

Brie Larson is picture perfect as she hits the blue carpet at the European premiere of her anticipated film Captain Marvel held at The Curzon Mayfair on Wednesday (February 27) in London, England.

The 29-year-old Oscar winner was was joined at the event by her co-stars Jude Law, Gemma Chan, Samuel L. Jackson and Lashana Lynch, as well as directors Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden.

Brie is starring as the title character in the upcoming movie, which hits theaters in the UK and US on March 8.

Lil Kim, Mya and Chilli Film Secret Throwback Project For VH1 in Barbados

Lil Kim, Mya, and Chilli from TLC have time warped us back to the 90s, and we are totally here for the fly reunion.

The musical icons were seen this week on the beach in Barbados filming a top-secret project for VH1. Stripping down to bikinis, the ladies looked like no time had passed since “Waterfalls” was still trending on “TRL.”

Lil Kim donned a metallic, one-piece with side cutouts while Mya and Chilli opted for maximum skin baring suits.

The rapper and two singers were seen enjoying a day at the beach and taking some interest in a nearby water jet pack while cameras rolled. Details about the show are currently hush-hush, but we hope it involves the three singing together.

It’s been a hot second since they all came together … although, Lil Kim and Mya joined forces last weekend to reprise their 2001 hit, “Lady Marmalade,” during The Real Music Festival in Kentucky.

If they are uniting in a ’90s supergroup, it’s unclear why they left out T-Boz … but maybe her flight got delayed.

Ellen Page Responds to Jussie Smollett Attack Investigation in New Op-ed

On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last month, Ellen Page blamed Mike Pence and the Trump administration for the rise in hate crimes — like the one supposedly perpetrated against Jussie Smollett. Today, in light of the allegations that Smollett planned the attack himself, Page penned an op-ed for The Hollywood Reporter to remind people that anti-LGBTQ+ violence is very prevalent and very real.

Page was one of the first to speak out vehemently in support of Smollett when news of the attack first broke, and her heated comments on Colbert were widely shared. Until today, Page had yet to speak out about the Sracismollett case since revelations that the attack might be fake. Smollett was charged with filing a false police report, and police now claim that he planned the attack himself.

In the letter, Page addresses the controversy directly, reminding readers that she had “no reason to doubt Jussie.” She also addresses what could happen if the Smollett hoax turns out to be true: “If this situation was staged, it could make victims even more reluctant to report these crimes. Very real crimes.”

Page pledged to use her privilege and visibility to continue speaking out — and she’s been doing so recently. Earlier this month, Page called out Chris Pratt for attending what she called an “infamously” anti-LGBTQ+ church. (Pratt responded to the accusations with an Instagram Story, claiming his church was all about love.) Just last week, she opened up about Hollywood pressuring her to stay in the closet when she was in her early 20s.

Maryland Delegate Mary Ann Lisanti Steps Down After Apologizing For Calling Prince Geroge’s County a ‘NI**Er District’

You guys know with only two days left of Black History Month, it wouldn’t be right to end it without someone dropping the N-bomb.

That amazingly ignorant person was Maryland lawmaker Del. Mary Ann Lisanti. A fun night at an Annapolis cigar bar allowed Lisanti to show her true feelings about her neighboring county. Prince George’s County, which has been noted as one of the most affluent African-American counties in the country, is nothing but a “n****r district” to her. At least that’s what she told another candidate.

Of course, the clueless, white Harford representative thought a simple apology would wipe her hands clean of the mess she made. Boy, was she mistaken.

After claiming to be “sickened” that she used “a word that’s not in her vocabulary,” (which doesn’t make sense, by the way) she assured, “It does not represent my belief system, my life’s work or what is my heart.” 

The Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland was not feeling the “inadequate” apology. They stated, “It is clear Delegate Lisanti is unsuited to continue in a position of leadership in the Maryland General Assembly. The use of a derogatory term exhibits that she does not hold the requisite contrition to be entrusted in a leadership role moving forward.”

The decision was obvious to have Lisanti step down. House Speaker Michael E. Busch stripped her of her title as chair of the unemployment insurance subcommittee on the House Economic Matters Committee.

Ironically, even though Mary Ann claimed to feel such remorse, she basically defended herself in a later statement to The Washington Post. Blaming it on the alcohol was the go-to solution as she claimed to not remember the evening. However, when asked if she thinks she’s ever used the N-word before, she responded, “Sure…I’m sure everyone has used it. I’ve used the f-word. I used the Lord’s name in vain.”

Pacman Jones Arrested For Disorderly Conduct At Casino, Could Face Additional Charges for Cheating

NFL star Pacman Jones has been arrested again; this time, over an incident almost identical to his 2015 incident at Hollywood Casino in Indiana, in which he was escorted out over disorderly conduct. 

In the most recent incident, which occurred on Wednesday morning, Jones was arrested at the Rising Star Casino in Indiana after an altercation with casino personnel. According to Indiana State Gaming Commission officials, officials were called to the scene to investigate Jones for possibly cheating at a table game. 

However, upon arrival, Jones reportedly became verbally combative, and as a result, he was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, and intimidation.

In the meantime, an investigation into the cheating allegations is ongoing, as officials with the Indiana Gaming Commission said the baller could face additional charges. 

With almost 15 years in the NFL, Jones has been arrested or involved in an altercation that resulted in police presence throughout most of his career, including an arrest in ’05, ’06, ’11, ’13, ’15, and ’17, as well as a physical altercation from 2018.

#RHoA: Kandi Burruss Says ‘ I AM NOT Leaving RHoA’

Kandi Burruss is slamming a rampant rumor that she’s giving up her peach to tackle a new beauty cream venture.

“There is a false advertisement running around on Facebook saying that I’m quitting RHOA & starting a new beauty cream company,” “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star said on her social media platforms Monday, Oct. 22. “THIS IS FALSE!!!!!

“I am not associated with Donna Belle Beauty Cream,” she continued. “I’ve never even heard of that before people told me about the fake article. They even have fake testimonials from celebrities about it. It’s sad that people can just use your name to push their products. A few people said they purchased this stuff because they thought it was my company. Thanks for the love but in the future make sure I’ve posted it on one of my official social pages or my website KandiOnline.com before believing those stories.”

The website for the cream in question claims to be “effective” and “affordable” and provides anti-aging benefits other products similar to it promise but fail to deliver. It even claims to be so effective that users won’t need to go under the knife or get Botox injections to get skin-smoothing benefits.

Fans chimed in to back up the absurdity that Burruss would leave RHOA to join the beauty brand.

While Burruss isn’t involved with Donna Belle Beauty, she is gearing up to launch her own line of beauty products in the form of makeup. Burruss announced Kandi Koated Beauty in August and it’s described as a “luxury line of cosmetics dedicated to accentuating and celebrating beauty in all its diversity.”

The line is set to drop sometime this fall, according to the website.

#Empire: Actor Scotty Tovar Joins ‘Empire’

Actor Scotty Tovar (Too Old To Die Young) has signed on for a recurring role on Fox’s hit musical family drama Empire. Tovar will play the role of Carlito, a young rap star on the rise, who believes he’s the savior of hip-hop and acts as such. Empire, created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong and starring Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, hails from Imagine Television and 20th Century Fox TV. Daniels, Strong, Brian Grazer, Francie Calfo, Sanaa Hamri, Dennis Hammer, Matt Pyken and Diane Ademu-John executive produce. 

Brett Mahoney is executive producer and showrunner. Tovar recently guest-starred on Amazon’s Too Old To Die Young and Animal Kingdom and he recurred on The Fosters. He’s repped by Momentum Talent and Literary Agency and 831 Entertainment.

#HipHopNews: Migos Face Copyright Lawsuit Over “Walk It Talk It” Track

"Walk It Talk It" featuring Drake was Migos' biggest single of 2018 and one of the most memorable videos of the year—but now, the song has landed the Atlanta trio in court. The Quality Control rap group is being sued over the track by a rapper who claims they ripped off his original version he put out over a decade ago.

Leander C. Pickett a.k.a. M.O.S. has filed a lawsuit against the group, according to TMZ. He claims to have created the song "Walk It Talk It" all the way back in 2007. It appeared on his DJ Folk-hosted mixtape It's Like a Movie the following year, and does have a very similar chorus as the Migos track.

Documents obtained by the site show that Pickett claims he first heard the Culture II track and noticed the similarities to his in January. He alleges it uses a "substantial portion" of his song. Picket filed a copyright on his song two months later and has since issued a lawsuit against Migos and Capital Records. He is also requesting the group be stopped from performing the track. Migos' version of "Walk It Talk It" is the third single off their recent LP. It peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The group is currently working on their new Culture III album, which was recently revealed to be dropping in the first quarter of 2019.

#BYE: Megyn Kelly is reportedly out at NBC after backlash over controversial blackface comments

Megyn Kelly is departing NBC after defending blackface during a Halloween segment on "Megyn Kelly Today," multiple sources confirmed to the Daily Mail and Page Six.

Kelly's comments on Tuesday, for which she later apologized, attracted widespread criticism throughout the week.

"Megyn Kelly is done. She is not ever coming back," an NBC executive familiar with the situation told the Daily Mail. "We are just working out timing of the announcement but mark my word — she is gone and will never be seen on NBC live again."

A source familiar with the matter also confirmed to the New York Post's Page Six that Kelly was out at NBC.

Kelly defended blackface during a segment on Tuesday.

"But what is racist?" she asked a panel on her show. "You truly do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface at Halloween or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween. That was OK when I was a kid, as long as you were dressing like a character."

Kelly went on to apologize for the comments, but she continued to face a slew of criticism.

"I realize now that such behavior is indeed wrong, and I am sorry," Kelly wrote in an email to colleagues. "The history of blackface in our culture is abhorrent; the wounds too deep."

In an emotional monologue to open her show Wednesday, Kelly gave an extended apology, saying "I was wrong and I am sorry." She added:

"I have never been a PC kind of person, but I do understand the value in being sensitive to our history, particularly on race and ethnicity. This past year has been so painful for many people of color. The country feels so divided. And I have no wish to add to that pain and offense. I believe this is a time for more understanding, more love, more sensitivity, and honor. And I want to be part of that. Thank you for listening and for helping me listen, too."

NBC's chairman, Andy Lack, decried Kelly during a town-hall meeting on Wednesday.

"There is no other way to put this, but I condemn those remarks," Lack said, according to a transcript obtained by The Daily Beast. "There is no place on our air or in this workplace for them. Very unfortunate."

Jerry Springer‘s long-running talk show circus is wrapping up in 2019, but he’s already got a new gig in the works – “Judge Jerry.”

That’s right! The king of ratchet TV is putting down his microphone and picking up a gavel as the newest court TV judge.

The show, Judge Jerry, would have Springer, a former lawyer and the one-time mayor of Cincinnati, presiding over small-claims cases a la Judge Judy and numerous other courtroom shows.

NBCUniversal declined to comment on the project. It is being targeted for a potential fall 2019 launch.

American Idol favorites Ruben Studdard & Clay Aiken to reunite for Holiday Show on Broadway

"American Idol" favorites Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard are set to reunite on stage for the first time since 2003 with a special Holiday engagement by the name of Ruben & Clay's First Annual Christmas Carol Family Fun Pageant Spectacular Reunion Show (aka Ruben & Clay's Christmas Show). The limited run will begin performances at the Imperial Theatre on Broadway on December 7, 2018, ahead of an official opening on December 11, and close on December 30, 2018.

Ruben Studdard released a statement saying: “Christmas is about family, friends and fun. Clay and I can't wait to bring all those things together on Broadway this December!"

Clay Aiken added: “There are really only two things that could get me back on stage after taking a break for over five years: my buddy, Ruben, and Christmas! It's been 15 years since he beat me on Idol, and it’s taken an entire decade and a half for me to lick my wounds. But the holidays are about togetherness, so now that he is older and I am wiser, I can think of no better way to celebrate 15 years of friendship than by spending this holiday season together on Broadway.”

Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard rose to fame as contestants on season two of "American Idol" back in 2003, concluding the series as the two finalists with Ruben crowned the winner over runner-up Clay. Since then, both artists have released a total of seven studio albums each. On stage, Mr. Aiken previously made his Broadway debut as Sir Robin in Monty Python's Spamalot in 2008 and Mr. Studdard previously played the role of Fats Waller in a National Tour revival of Ain't Misbehavin'.

Here’s What We Know About the Bombs Sent to Clinton, Obama, CNN, Biden, and Others

On Wednesday morning, news broke that former secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former president Barack Obama had been sent pipe bombs in the mail, just two days after it was reported that a similar explosive device had been discovered in the mailbox of billionaire philanthropist and liberal donor George Soros. As the day went on, another pipe bomb was found at CNN in New York City, as well as in mail sent to other prominent political figures (including former vice-president Joe Biden and Congresswoman Maxine Waters) — and even actor Robert DeNiro.

Here’s everything we know about the bombs so far. We will constantly be updating this post as more information becomes available.

The first pipe bomb was discovered in George Soros’s mailbox.

On Monday, an explosive device was found in the mailbox of George Soros, a billionaire philanthropist and liberal donor who President Donald Trump recently accused of paying Kavanaugh protesters. The device — revealed to be a pipe bomb — was believed to have been placed in suburban Katonah, New York, mailbox rather than having been transported through the mail. The bomb did not explode and an employee placed it in the woods before calling the police.

Late Tuesday, a similar bomb was discovered in mail sent to Hillary Clinton. A similar device sent to Obama was discovered on Wednesday morning.

On Wednesday morning, the New York Times reported that two bombs were discovered in mail sent, respectively, to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. The device sent to Clinton was discovered on Tuesday by a Secret Service employee who screens mail for her in Westchester, New York. The bomb sent to Obama’s Washington D.C. office was discovered on Wednesday. Both packages had return addresses for congresswoman and former Democratic National Committee chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Soon after, another pipe bomb was discovered in CNN’s mailroom at the Time Warner Center in New York City.

Shortly after news of the bombs sent to Clinton and Obama broke, CNN’s New York City newsroom had to evacuate after a similar device was discovered in its mailroom. Anchors were seen evacuating on air:

The package was delivered via courier to CNN’s New York City mailroom, and had six first-class postage stamps on it. It was addressed to former CIA director John Brennan, and also had a return address of Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The New York Police Department bomb squad reported to the scene, removed the device, and employees were eventually able to return.

Additional bombs have been discovered since then, including devices sent to Joe Biden, Maxine Waters, and more.

As of Thursday morning, similar devices have been discovered in packages sent to prominent figures. At the moment, the confirmed list of intended (and unintended) recipients of these devices is as follows:

• Billionaire George Soros

• Former secretary of State Hillary Clinton

• Former president Barack Obama

• Former CIA director John Brennan via CNN

• Former attorney general Eric Holder (but the device was misaddressed, so it was sent to the Florida office of Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, as she was listed as the return address)

• Representative Maxine Waters (she was sent at least two bombs)

• Former vice-president Joe Biden (but the two packages were also misaddressed and in the process of being re-routed back to Schultz when discovered, the Times reports)

• Actor Robert DeNiro

• At least one more package was discovered at the same facility as the ones sent to Biden and Holder, according to the Times. It’s unknown who that package was addressed to at this time.

There were also a few false alarms that day.

Throughout Wednesday, stories of other potential bombs broke out. The San Diego Union-Tribune office was briefly evacuated over suspicious boxes seen outside (that ended up being an assortment of random items, the newspaper reports). Additionally, governor Andrew Cuomo said in a press conference that his Manhattan office had received a suspicious package — which was later revealed to have contain a flash drive with information about the far-right group the Proud Boys.

The devices that have been discovered have certain commonalities.

A law enforcement official told the New York Times on Thursday morning that the envelopes and printed address labels on the package to DeNiro was similar to those on the packages sent to Clinton, Obama, and others. “This appears to be from the same sender,” the official told the Times. Also, as with the other discovered packages, the newest-discovered devices appear to be pipe bombs, like the one sent to CNN:

At least several reportedly contain six first-class postage stamps on manila envelopes, and a return address of Wasserman Schultz. All the labels are printed on computers.

Law enforcement officials believe several of the packages were sent from southern Florida.

The Times reports on Thursday afternoon that investigators have turned some of their attention to southern Florida, as it appears at least several of the pipe bombs were mailed from there. Data from the U.S. Postal Service reportedly indicates that many of the packages came from there, as the U.S.P.S. takes images of the mail that it processes. The Times notes that officials have been searching the images to determine where the packages were sent from. They’re also hoping to identify any other possible devices sent in the mail, and it’s unclear at this time whether the bombs were sent by an individual or more than one person.

According to Radar Online, Kim Kardashian knows her husband’s behavior can’t continue, but she continues to ignore the situation and is refusing any advice from others. Even her mom, Kris Kardashian can’t get through to her daughter.

An insider says that Kris is worried about how her son-in-law’s behavior will impact their brand, and Kim’s sisters, Khloe, Kylie, and Kendall, are “rolling their eyes” and saying West is a liability. However, Kourtney feels sorry for West and wants to stage an intervention.

“There have been some seriously intense discussions, and it’s only going to get worse,” says the insider.

West has had a rough few years when it comes to his mental health and has previously admitted to suffering from a pill addiction and bipolar disorder. He went through a period of silence, but earlier this year he shocked fans by saying the United States should change the 13th amendment (which outlawed slavery).

During an appearance on Saturday Night Live last month, West wore a “Make America Great Again” hat in support of President Donald Trump. And, in early October, the 41-year-old visited the White House and went on a rant that confused and bewildered some fans. He also recently admitted that he had gone off of his psych medications.

For months, West has been outspoken about his support for President Trump and has been extremely candid about his political views — which are quite different than what you usually see in Hollywood.

On a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim admitted that she and her husband had been at each other’s throats a lot, but the fights were “really stupid.”

Last weekend, Kim appeared on the Alec Baldwin Show, and said that when you are married to a guy like West, you have to learn to be a little “not-so-independent.” Kim said she had to let her independence go after marrying a man with a career and having kids. “I had to learn that being with a man like Kanye,” Kim said.

Kim went on to say that she wants Kanye West to be who he wants to be, and she lets him have his own views and opinions, even if they are different than hers.

“Kim finds Kanye brilliant, so it makes her upset when he goes on these public rants and comes across as someone who isn’t well. It’s stressful for her,” a separate source said.

LeBron James Wins Offseason NBA Cares Award For IPromise School

Throughout his professional career, which spans 16 years and seasons, LeBron James has solidified his legacy as one of the greatest basketball players of all times. But, even with three NBA championships and Finals MVP awards, four NBA MVPs, 14 All-Star appearances, three All-Star MVPs, two Olympic Gold Medals an NBA scoring title, and much more, the baller’s most important accomplishment to date is opening a new school in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.

“Besides having three kids and marrying my wife, putting my mom in a position where she never has to worry about anything again for the rest of her life, this is right up there,” James said last year, of his new public school. “Championships, MVPs, I mean points, rebounds and assists, that stuff if whatever. But for me to be able to open up a school and give back to my inner city for so many kids that I know because I was those kids.”

James’ “I Promise,” school opened in July, in collaboration with the LeBron James Family Foundation and Akron Public School, servicing 240 schools in grades three and four. Set to expand to all grade by 2020, the school offers free bikes, meals and college tuition, giving struggling and underprivileged students and families a better opportunity to succeed.

Now, as a result of his good deed, James has been crowned this year’s honoree for the Offseason NBA Cares Community Assist Award.

“Kaiser Permanente and the NBA are honoring James for his commitment to creating long-term, generational change throughout Northeast Ohio by providing both youth and their parents with year-round educational and wellness resources,” the NBA said in a statement.

As a result of the award, according to Sports Illustrated, Kaiser Permanente, alongside the NBA, will donate $10,000 on James’ behalf to his foundation, as part of continued efforts to build and expand the new school.

Michelle Williams Opens Up About Battle With Mental Health, Says She Called Off Engagement To To Pastor Chad Johnson Prior To Treatment, ”He Didn’t Pray For A Depressed Wife”

Destiny’s Child member Michelle Williams discussed her mental health treatment and calling off her engagement to fiancé Chad Johnson in a recent interview with People Magazine.

Pastor Chad Johnson proposed to Williams in March of this year, 4 months prior to Williams checking herself into a mental health facility for depression. She said, ”I thought I was over depression. I thought, ‘I’m good! I’ve got love, I’m working out…but I was so angry. The rage built up in me. I did not attempt suicide, but I was questioning [life].” She continued, “I would’ve understood [if he left], he’s been praying for a wife. He didn’t pray for a depressed wife.”

Now, the couple is back on track and headed down the aisle soon enough after some individual and premarital counseling. Michelle said, “People fall off the fitness wagon, people fall off the wellness wagon, but I can’t fall off the [therapy] wagon. I have to get healed to live this happy life. It’s not just about marrying Chad. I finally found someone to do life with.”

Michelle also shockingly revealed that her breaking point was the Coachella performance she did alongside her group mates Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé. She recalled rehearsing for hours, every day the entire year prior. She said, “I was burying it, and before you knew it, I was looking up out of the pit like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I’d been there before in that darkness. I was like, ‘No, you better go [to the hospital].’ By the time I got there, I was stable.”

Now that all is well again, the two will document their individual and premarital counseling journey on their upcoming show on OWN  “Chad Loves Michelle” which premieres November 3rd.

Mother Of Lesandro ‘Junior’ Guzman-Feliz Will Face All 14 Suspects In Court Alyssa Brook

All 14 suspects involved in the gruesome murder of Bronx teen Lesandro ‘Junior’ Guzman-Feliz will appear in court for a pre-trial hearing today before his mother.

Prosecutors will ask Judge Robert Neary to allow for DNA samples to be taken from the accused killers with the intent of checking for matches in the vehicles seen leaving the scene.

This is the first time Junior’s mother will face all of her son’s killers at once.

According to CBS2’s Dave Carlin, his mother became emotional when the first defendant was called up, causing a court officer to remind the gallery against outbursts in court.

The suspects include, Frederick Then, 20; Luis A. Cabrarasantos, 25; Kevin Alvarez, 19; Elvin Garcia, 23; Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez Santiago, 24; Manuel Rivera, 18; Danel Fernandez, 21; Jonaiki Martinez Estrella, 24; Jose Muniz, 22; Jose Tavarez, 21; Danilo Payamps Pacheco, 21; Diego Suero, 29; Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26; Luis Cabrera Santos, AKA Luis Rodriguez, 25; and Ronald Ureña, 29.

Most men have been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, second-degree conspiracy, first-degree gang assault, second-degree gang assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

As we reported, Junior was dragged outside of a Bronx bodega and stabbed repeatedly with a machete.

Michael Avenatti Says The Next Democratic Nominee For President ‘Better Be A White Male’ In Time Interview

Michael Avenatti, a prospective presidential candidate and the attorney for adult film star Stormy Daniels, argued in a Time profile out Thursday that Democrats will have the best shot at reclaiming the Oval Office if they nominate a white male.

The basis of his thinking is not that white men are more qualified for the job but that people listen to them more.

“I think it better be a white male,” Avenatti, a white male, said of the party’s 2020 nominee.

“When you have a white male making the arguments, they carry more weight,” he said. “Should they carry more weight? Absolutely not. But do they? Yes.”

Shortly after the profile came out, Avenatti told The Daily Caller that the quote is fake.

“I never said that. That’s complete bullshit,” he said. “That’s my comment, complete bullshit.”

Avenatti also tweeted a statement saying white males need to be part of “stopping sexism and bigotry.”

Regardless of his claim about white men, Democrats nominated record numbers of women and people of color in races for public office this year. In September, Politico released an analysis of House candidates that found Democrats nominated an impressive 180 female candidates, blowing the previous record of 120 out of the water. And with at least 133 people of color nominated, Avenatti’s white males constitute a minority of Democratic House nominees for the first time.

The lawyer and media commentator has been in the spotlight since March 2018, when he filed a lawsuit on behalf of Daniels seeking to invalidate a 2016 nondisclosure agreement regarding an alleged affair she had with Donald Trump in 2006. Avenatti most recently made headlines when a judge on Monday ordered him to pay $4.85 million to settle a dispute with a former colleague.

This month, he doubled down on his comments that he was considering a run for the presidency and said he was now “seriously considering” challenging Trump. He vowed to decide by Jan. 1
