Hello US Folks do you know Naomie Harris, well start to and get familiar with her! The British beauty is gearing up for a huge role in the upcoming 007 thriller Spectre where she will reprise her roles as Eve Moneypenny. Naomie played Miss Moneypenny in the 2012 flick Skyfall.
Right before Spectre debut, Naomie graces the cover of ESSENCE magazine’s December 2015 issue and she’s simply stunning!
Inside, She talks about working her way to Hollywood from being poverty stricken and living on welfare in North London’s Finsbury Park with her teenage mother. As a child, she enrolled in the Anna Schere Theater School and began booking TV roles by the tender age of nine.
"I always knew I was going to be an actress," says Naomie. But, it wasn’t always peaches and cream. She learned quickly what life is like as a struggling actress after going without booking a gig for nine months after graduating. She didn’t quit and eventually landed her breakout role in Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later.
Since then, she has starred in films such as Miami Vice, Street Kings and more. Now, she’s taking her talents to another 007 film. She said,
“It's a franchise I grew up watching, and I never thought in a million years I would be part of it.”

Host Gil Robertson and Essence magazine's Regina Robertson were there to present Naomie her cover and celebrate her new film.
The event was held to celebrate Naomie and all of the black Bond girls, including Halle Berry, Trina Parks and Gloria Hendry.

Yusaf Mack, the professional boxer who initially said he was drugged into doing gay porn but then later admitted he was never drugged and came out as bisexual is now telling the world HE’S GAY.
In an interview on Wednesday night with Philly’s Fox 29, Yusaf confessed:
“I’m gay, I’m tired of holding it in, it is what it it is, I live my life, I’m gay.” He also confessed he’s known he’s gay for “about eight years.”

“I was down and out, I asked friends, they wouldn’t help me, so I did what I had to do.”

#RHoA Newcomer Kim Fields! Reality TV Newbie Kim Fields Says RHOA Won’t Change Her
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Fields stopped by The Wendy Williams Show and talked about why she decided to join the show and about her experience with the other housewives.
Just as Kim sat on the couch she said to Wendy, I know you’re supposed to start, but can I? I have to say thank you to you. You were so protective and you were so, girl don’t do this. How I received it was from the place of just protection, almost like big sis, you know what I mean? I don’t care what anybody else said, because it was for me and that’s how I received it.
Kim was referring to Wendy’s opinion on ‘Hot Topics’ when she told her through the TV not to join RHOA because she is an icon. Known for her roles on the sitcoms Facts of Life and Living Single, Wendy asked why she joined the cast. Kim replied,
My family and I have been asked to do reality TV for years and have our own show and all sorts of things. Either the platform wasn’t right or timing wasn’t right and when this opportunity came up, it became, go big or go home.
She went on to explain she doesn’t have a lot of girlfriends,
It was almost like a social adventure for me to be able to say oh, let me try this.
Kim admitted she hasn’t been to the chateaus or manors or anything like that except for Phaedra’s house. She also revealed she wasn’t a fan of the show before she joined,
I certainly knew of them and the show and that sort of thing. I saw clips, but my world is inundated with kid TV since Sebastian was born. I’m not caught up on all my stuff that I enjoy watching, so I knew of them.
Kim also didn’t know what throwing shade meant.
I didn’t, I didn’t, I heard ratchet but then when I’m talking and they’re like oh, that’s shade, I’m like, no that is not shade, I just don’t know.
Wendy expressed that she was scared for her to be on the RHOA show. Kim’s mom, Chip Fields, who was the original “momager” also told her to, “get in and get out.” Kim assured Wendy,
Don’t be scared, we are true to us. The woman that you all have helped to raise in your own way by pouring into my career and my spirit, that’s the same chick that shows up.

Man what folks will do for a BARGAIN! Video has surfaced online of shoppers frantically fighting over Balmain clothing at the H&M store in Atantic Station Thursday morning. The frenzied scene was repeated at H&M stores all over the U.S. and the world when H&M launched the new Balmain ready to wear collection today.
Talkingwithtami.com has more details: Shoppers and retail stores have video footage of fashion fanatics lined up for days, camping out and standing in line to get their hands on one piece of fabric from the luxury label lol. Everyone got colored wrist bands while they waited for the doors to open at 9am. If you were in a group other than the first crowd called, you had slim pickings! NOTHING was left but earrings and a few bracelets that nobody wanted lol. If they did their research though, you would have known that clothing only went up to size 12, which Im sure was a junior size anyway. Maybe thats why I didn’t really see many curvy gals in the videos or standing in line lol. Trust me, its not going to look the same on the average person anyway because of the way its European cut.

This Woman was Bobbi Kristina’s Nurse and guess what? SHE’S A FAKE!
Investigators are reaching out to the public for information about a hospice nurse impersonator who may have cared for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown in her final days.
Police want to speak with patients who were under the care of Taiwo Sobamowo.
Police arrested Sobamowo in Raleigh, North Carolina on Sunday, and charged her with ID theft, forgery and impersonating a nurse.
She faked her way into the hospice by using the nursing license of a registered nurse whose name was similar to her own.
Sobamowo was a contract nurse hired by Homestead Hospice to work on a PRN (as needed) basis at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, GA., where Brown was a patient.
“We had no reason to believe that she was anything other than a good nurse with proper credentials,” said Homestead Hospice CEO Mallie Sharafat, who added that the company ran a background check on Sobamowo.
Brown died July 26, six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Roswell town home.
Sarafat said Sobamowo was fired on Aug. 5 after she failed to provide a current nursing license.
She worked at an assisted-living facility in Forsyth County as recently as October.
Sobamowo was extradited back to Forsyth on Wednesday morning. She is currently being held without bond. She faces additional charges of felony Financial Identity Fraud and felony Forgery, according to the AJC.
The Georgia Board of Nursing sent out an emergency alert to all hospitals and nursing facilities after her arrest…BIZARRE JUST BIZARRE!
KAPOW! Houston denied bid to host college football playoffs but NFL says Super Bowl will still Come to Houston!

College Football Playoff executive director Bill Hancock announces that Atlanta will host the 2018 national championship game, Santa Clara, Calif., will host the 2019 game. Houston was denied hosting the College Football playoffs for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Janis Burke of the Harris County Houston Sports called it a big disappointment but was proud of their bid.
"We knew we were up against nine competitive cities that three had new stadiums," said Burke. "We put the best bid we could, and we are not going to give up. We will go after it again.

2020 New Orleans
Well this could also be due to the defeat HERO (Houston Equal Rights Ordinance). That was a very polarizing issue in Houston between the LGBTQ Community and the religious conservatives! And the conservatives won. Largely conservative opponents of the law allege that it would allow men dressed as women, including sexual predators, to enter women's restrooms. Supporters of the law, including Mayor Annise Parker, argue that it extends an important local recourse for a range of protected classes to respond to discrimination.
However The National Football League said Wednesday it won’t move Super Bowl LI from Houston after the defeat of an LGBT-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance in the city. Brian McCarthy, an NFL spokesperson, confirmed the NFL is rejecting calls to move Super Bowl LI, which is set to take place in 2017 at NRG Stadium in Houston. “This will not affect our plans for Super Bowl LI in 2017,” McCarthy said. “We will work closely with the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee to make sure all fans feel welcomed at our events. Our policies emphasize tolerance and inclusiveness, and prohibit discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other improper standard.”

DAYUM! Eddie, who won the prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor recently, seems to be curbing his recluse ways as of late with those daily coffee runs. Maybe a baby will give him even more reason to get back in the mix of the outside world. Surprise! Kanye’s ‘Yeezy Season 1’ Collection Selling Out in Stores!
*Kanye West’s place in music is secure, but the rapper may want to make room in the fashion world as his Yeezy Season 1 collection -maligned by critics – emerges as a bonafide hit with retailers and shoppers.
Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) reports the fashion line, which was unveiled in February during New York Fashion Week and officially released Thursday (Oct. 29), has been picked up by more than 30 retailers in the U.S.
According to Tom Kalenderian, executive vice president and general merchandise manager of men’s and Chelsea Passage at Barneys New York, lines of consumers formed outside the company’s Madison Avenue flagship store on Thursday morning.. To ensure their place, a wristband to shop the collection was given out to customers on Wednesday night (Oct. 28).
WWD notes the Yeezy Season 1 collection was carried in at 16 Barneys’ locations and released on its e-commerce site at 10 a.m. Thursday. In addition, Barney’s picked 18 styles of apparel from the collection. Bestsellers include the black 950 Boot, which sold out first for $585 and the bouclé sweater, which sells for $1,690, Kalenderian said.
“The Adidas Originals by Kanye West Yeezy Season 1 apparel collection is impressive in the way it has all the right pieces that are trending well right now and will appeal to our fashion customers,” he told WWD, which acknowledged that Barneys will release a new colorway for the 350 Boost sneaker on Nov. 14.
The Yeezy 1 collection’s success is extending online as online men’s wear retailer Mr. Porter picked up 16 ready-to-wear pieces and two colorways of the 950 Boot. Overall, the demand for the collection has been “huge” with the site’s buying manager, Sam Lobban, saying that everything sold well across the board. Lobban added that the retailer will also sell the next colorway of the 350 Boost sneaker and could be “worn by anyone.”
“Aesthetically the collection works very well,” he said. “The styling of the show may have been specific for some people, but ultimately it was a show and thus a statement. As individual products, these are very well made with high-quality fabrications in easy wearable shapes.”
The launch of the Yeezy Season 1 collection proved successful Thursday evening at The Webster in Miami, which counts the camo T-shirt, which retails for $235; the camo trenchcoat, which sells for $2,860; the coach jacket, which retails for $2,095; the destroyed sweater, which goes for $2,600, and 950 Boots as its bestsellers.
“We have always been supportive of Kanye’s work and our clientele really looks forward to what he creates,” said the retailer’s co-founder and chief executive officer Laure Heriard Dubreuil, who revealed the store bought about 30 styles of the Yeezy 1 collection. Bestsellers include the camo T-shirt, which retails for $235; the camo trenchcoat, which sells for$2,860; the coach jacket, which goes for $2,095; the destroyed sweater, which sells for $2,600, and 950 Boots.
“We have also seen a recent demand in the market for luxury sportswear and the pieces are quite functional, while remaining edgy, as well as being easy to layer in with the other brands we carry,” Dubreuil shared with WWD.
In Atlanta, the 950 Boot in the Moon Rock colorway emerged as the first of the line to sell out at the streetwear boutique Wish, which carried 13 styles, according to Patrick Diaz, a buyer at the store. In addition to the camo T-shirt, other items selling out include the collection’s tees, tank and shorts.
“By the time the doors opened in the morning, we had about 35 to 40 people in line with most waiting for over three hours. The first person waited 12 hours to shop the collection,” Black Market USA co-owner Keith Tran said about the line that formed overnight at the store’s Arlington location, which carried all four of the men’s colorways of the 950 Boots and 10 pieces of Yeezy Season 1 apparel.
By Friday afternoon, the store had sold out of all of the clothes, except for the coats, WWD mentioned as it revealed that “although apparel from the Yeezy Season 2 collection will not be produced by Adidas, each retailer said they would carry the spring 2016 line.”

Queen Latifah & Jermaine Dupri Land New Lifetime Series ‘The Rap Game’ to Find Next Hip-Hop Superstar
The Rap version of The Voice! The two have teamed up with Lifetime for a new unscripted (read: reality) series called The Rap Game which will follow five emerging artists (ages 12-16) who are trying to make it big in the Atlanta hip-hop scene. One will have a chance to become Atlanta’s next rap star.
via Billboard:; Producer Dupri will be joined every week by such guests as Usher, Ludacris, Da Brat, T.I. and Silento to help mold the kids into the next big young rapper and earn a record contract with their mentor’s So So Def Recordings label.
During his more than 30-year career, Dupri has worked with young talents including Bow Wow, Da Brat, Kris Kross and TLC. Dupri will exec-produce alongside Latifah and her Flavor Unit partner Shakim Compere. The Rap Game is additionally produced by Intuitive Entertainment, Mechelle Collins and Kevin Dill (The Millionaire Matchmaker), showrunner Sean Rankine (Basketball Wives), Laura Fuest Silva (America’s Next Top Model) and Chris Deaux (Rods and Wheels). Lifetime’s Eli Lehrer, Mary Donahue and Mariana Flynn oversee in for Lifetime. Filmed in Atlanta, the series will air Fridays at 10 p.m.
“Hip-hop is where Latifah and I came from so it’s great to be able to produce a television show that is derived from our roots. The show is going to be a lot of fun,” Compere said.
For Lifetime, The Rap Game comes as both broadcast and cable networks alike are looking to tap into the success of Fox’s hip-hop soap Empire. VH1 on Jan. 4 will premiere The Breaks, a TV movie based on Dan Charnas’ best-selling book The Big Payback: The History of the Business of Hip-Hop, which is considered one of the most comprehensive accounts of hip-hop; while Starz has found ratings success with its 50 Cent-produced hip-hop drama Power. On the unscripted side, WE tv has picked up an Empire-like docuseries Growing Up Hip Hop, featuring the aspiring offspring of music legends Damon Dash, Rev. Run, Russell Simmons and more.

Has our good girl gone bad? We’re not exactly sure. But there are rumors circulating the Internet that Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o isn’t playing nice with her cast mates on the Broadway bound play “Eclipsed.”
Sources are spilling tea to the Daily Mail saying the 12 Years a Slave starlet isn’t the nice and sweet person she portrays to be. In fact, they say she’s a “b*tch” and has the biggest diva attitude off-stage.
Wednesday, she was spotted eating soup with her cast mate Pascale Armand outside the Public Theater.
We’re not sure how true these rumors are but we do find it quite coincidental that Lupita is seen having lunch with a cast mate being we haven’t seen her hanging out with cast mates before. But then, it could all just be a huge rumor. The source told the publication Pascale was one of the cast mates who couldn't stand the sight of Lupita.

OOPS! Lamar Odom Kicked Khloe Kardashian Out of His Hospital Room
Lamar Odom reportedly kicked his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian out of his hospital room last week.
Khoe’s camp believes Lamar’s family convinced him that Khloe tipped off gossip tabloids to the Kardashians’ comings and goings from the hospital.
Lamar, 35, is recovering from a drug overdose at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.
A source told Us Weekly that his family convinced Lamar to turn on Khloe after they told him she was exploiting him by allegedly tipping off the paparazzi and gossip tabloids.
Lamar was reportedly upset that Khloe flew to Houston last week to watch boyfriend, NBA star James Harden, play in the Rockets home opener.
From Us Weekly: A source told Us Weekly that the athlete’s inner circle had turned him against Khloe with claims she had tipped off paparazzi to document the Kardashian family’s comings and goings at the hospital.
In addition Lamar is said to have been led to believe that his estranged wife has taken credit for his miraculous recovery after a series of strokes – related to his drug overdose – and blocked members of his family and inner circle of friends from visiting him in the hospital.
Under the influence of these allegations, the publication claims Lamar was fed up and told Khloe on October 23 he ‘needed space’ and ‘wanted to be alone’ before telling her to ‘get out’.
Soul Train Awards 2015: Fantasia, Jazmine Sullivan, & More Set to Perform
R&B hitmakers Tevin Campbell and After 7 will also perform
Fantasia, Jazmine Sullivan, Empire’s V. Bozeman, Tevin Campbell and After 7 are the latest additions to the performance lineup for Soul Train Awards 2015. Hosted by Erykah Badu, the awards show returns to the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 6.
Highlighting the evening will be special presentations to Lady of Soul Award honoree Jill Scott and Legend Award honoree Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, both of whom will also perform. Previously announced performers include R. Kelly, Tyrese, Jeremih, Tasha Cobbs, Cameo and Erica Campbell. Soul Train Awards 2015 will air on Centric and BET on Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. ET.

Atl Celebs Attend Peanuts Movie Screening in Atlanta Hosted by Ludacris
Atlanta’s stars and notables turned out for the ATL screening of the Peanuts movie, coming to a theater near you on Nov. 6.
V-103’s Ryan Cameron, his friend Phaedra Parks; socialite Monyetta Shaw and her twins, Mason and Madilyn, and more attended the screening (for those of you who can’t take a joke, I know Ne-Yo’s kids aren’t twins). The movie screening was sponsored by rap mogul Ludacris and his Ludacris Foundation. Lots of kids got a chance to see the movie ahead of its national release. And, of course, popcorn, hot dogs, beverages and Jujube’s were all on the house, courtesy of Uncle Luda.
