Former President Donald Trump Has Been Indicted By Georgia Grand Jury For 2020 Election Interference

Donald Trump can't stop catching cases ... a Georgia grand jury just indicted him for 2020 election subversion -- now the fourth criminal case he's facing as he runs for President again.

The ex-POTUS has been hit with 13 counts from a Fulton County grand jury ... according to D.A. Fani Willis. She also announced indictments against 18 other co-conspirators with Trump ... including Rudy Giuiliani and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

The 97-page indictment includes a total of 41 counts ... among them, RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization) charges -- meaning Trump allegedly engaged in organized crime activity for purpose of overturning the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia.

One key piece of evidence in the case is a January 2, 2021 phone call Trump made to then GA Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger ... imploring him to investigate alleged voting irregularities, and find more votes in Trump's favor.

Meadows, Giuliani and several other of Trump's lawyers -- and now alleged co-conspirators -- were on the call as well.
Remember, Trump has 3 other criminal cases that are currently pending ... one in New York state for an alleged hush money payment to Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election, a federal case pertaining to his classified documents scandal after leaving office, and another federal case tied to his alleged efforts to undermine the 2020 election with his actions on, before and after Jan. 6.

Trump's plead not guilty to the other cases, and he's still pushing ahead -- and leading all other GOP candidates -- with his 2024 presidential campaign, despite mounting legal woes.

There's no date set yet for his first court appearance in Georgia, but D.A. Willis said she would give Trump and the other defendants until Friday to surrender voluntarily.

#RHOA: Courtney Rhodes Shares How Kenya Moore Constantly Mistreated RHOA Production!
Courtney Rhodes took aim at Kenya Moore during a podcast appearance on Monday.
As the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member slammed Kenya for her disgusting treatment of production and said she is not good for or needed on the show, Courtney also revealed which co-star has been the most welcoming and shaded Kandi Burruss while discussing how she was cast on the Bravo reality series.

On the August 7 episode of Behind the Velvet Rope With David Yontef, Courtney looked back on a phone call she received from her business partner while vacationing in Paris.

“The conversation kind of went like, ‘So you’re out here in these Atlanta streets, clout chasing,’ and she’s laughing, and I’m like, ‘Girl, what are you talking about?'” Courtney recalled. “And so she’s like, ‘So I just got this call,’ and she told me who the call was from.”

According to Courtney, the person who called her partner, who is a mutual friend of Kandi’s, told her partner that she was claiming to be a friend of Kandi’s to get on RHOA.

“I was really bothered by that because I had never [told] anyone that… [And] I immediately, like, started texting, like the producers and the production company like, did anybody tell?” she revealed. “And they were like, ‘No, why would we say that?'”

After then admitting that Ralph Pittman Jr.‘s party “was not the best place to approach” Kandi, Courtney described the moment as “real” and said she was moving forward.

“Kandi, I don’t know you… Much respect to you, but I don’t have to pretend like we’re friends to get on this platform because they actually reached out to me,” she added.

While Courtney didn’t mesh well with Kandi, she was pleasantly surprised by Marlo Hampton.
“I was a fangirl, just because her style is amazing. She seems to have this fun, big, regal personality. So I was like, boy, she’s probably gonna give me the hardest time. And refreshingly, she was outside of [Sheree Whitfield], the most welcoming and genuine to me from day one,” Courtney confirmed.

As for the “least welcoming,” that honor went to Kenya.

After saying that the “most egregious thing” she witnessed from Kenya was Kenya ignoring Marlo for their “entire” bus ride to Birmingham, Alabama, and noting that Kenya likes to play “the victim,” Courtney said Kenya isn’t needed for RHOA.
“You put another strong personality in there, a [Porsha Williams], no one’s gonna miss Kenya… I would love to see that happen,” she stated. “Porsha just seems like a fun, good-hearted person… [And] there’s nothing authentic or real about Kenya… She is honestly the meanest girl I’ve ever met, not just with me, but with everybody.”

Courtney went on to say Kenya should “get therapy” and “deal with whatever internally is not sitting right.”

“It’s not good for the show… We wanna have fun with the girls and it’s just like there’s that dark shadow. And if you’re not aligned with her or hyping her up or moving the way that she wants… it never ends well,” she reasoned.

“To me, karma isn’t a bad word,” she explained. “I thought her falling was her karma… [But] let’s be clear, had she not been down there, cursing after she walked out of the hotel with slippers on in the rain, with signs everywhere that said, [Be careful], I would not have said that… You came out arguing in a bad mood, being disrespectful to production, and you bust your a– … It might be your karma.”

According to Courtney, what viewers didn’t see of the moment was that Kenya was “cursing production out” after she fell.
“It was clear she was okay… She was clearly more embarrassed than hurt,” she noted.
Continuing on about Kenya’s treatment of production, Courtney said it makes her “uncomfortable” and recalled a particularly upsetting moment she experienced in Alabama.

“The lighting wasn’t bright enough for her and she just tore into this young lady on production and I just was mortified and I [apologized],” she recalled. “I’m like, ‘You know what, Courtney, I am so sorry. Like that was so inappropriate, and that’s not right. And I just don’t like that.’ Like, you are not above anybody… You don’t treat people like that.”

“To see the cameras off and how she talks to people, it’s literally disgusting… It’s so gross and disrespectful,” she added.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.

As supporters await more news on Offset’s upcoming album, the anticipation builds for what promises to be an exciting drop from the former Migos member. The collaboration with Cardi B on “Jealousy” and the involvement of Jamie Lee Curtis certainly set high expectations for the album. Lastly, Migos fans were pleased to see Offset and Quavo reunite to honor their late group member, Takeoff, during the 2023 BET Awards.

Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Reportedly Welcome Their Second Child, A Baby Girl
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky may have added a new bundle of joy to their family now. The couple, who has been together for three years, has reportedly welcomed their second child together and it's a girl.

According to Media Take Out which first reported the news, multiple sources close to the pair have confirmed that the Barbadian beauty gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. Both the mother and the newborn daughter are reportedly doing well, resting, recovering and bonding in the couple's Los Angeles mansion.

While details of the baby's arrival, including the date of birth and where she was born, are not revealed just yet, she is described as "precious" and "beautiful" by one of the friends. The friend further gushed, "She's a perfect spitting image of Rihanna - even down to the light eyes."

This isn't the first time the outlet reported that Rihanna and A$AP's second child has been born. Last month, the site claimed that the Grammy winner checked into Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on July 12 to give birth to her second child.

The report further claimed that she was accompanied by her partner and baby daddy at a specially decorated $5,000 a night birthing suite. The outlet additionally said that security was swarming the hospital as they had an entire wing of the maternity ward sectioned off.

However, less than two weeks later, Rihanna stepped out in Los Angeles while still sporting her baby bump. She was carrying her firstborn RZA, who appeared to fall asleep, in her arms, when arriving at her go-to restaurant Georgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

It should noted though that Rihanna and A$AP kept things under wraps with the birth of their first child. She quietly welcomed her son on May 13, 2022 and took some time before debuting the baby boy. It's not until May of this year that the name of her son was revealed to the public. According to a copy of his certificate of live birth, the boy is named RZA Athelston Mayers, after Wu-Tang Clan's leader RZA.

Zuckerberg dismisses Musk for avoiding cage fight: 'It’s time to move on'

Tech titans Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg have been teasing the possibility of a cage fight — until Zuckerberg said Sunday, "Elon isn't serious and it's time to move on."SIPA via AP, AFP

The long-hyped possibility of a cage match between tech titans Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk appears to be no more after Zuckerberg dismissed Musk for allegedly delaying their anticipated showdown in the ring.
"I think we can all agree Elon isn’t serious and it’s time to move on," Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook, wrote Sunday on Threads, the text-based app Meta launched as a competitor to X, the company formerly known as Twitter.

The social media executives have been teasing the possibility of a mixed martial arts fight since June, calling it a "cage match," an informal term referring to wrestling in a closed-in space that combatants aim to escape from.

But in his latest comments, Zuckerberg said that while he was ready to fight, Musk kept coming up with reasons he couldn't.
"I offered a real date. Dana White offered to make this a legit competition for charity," Zuckerberg wrote, referring to the president of the Las Vegas-based company Ultimate Fighting Championship, who The New York Times has reported was trying to organize the fight.

"Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead," Zuckerberg continued. Musk previously claimed he may need surgery before he fights his rival.
"If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously," Zuckerberg concluded.

Musk has not yet publicly responded to Zuckerberg's latest comments, and a spokesperson for X could not immediately be reached for comment.

Earlier Sunday, Musk tweeted what he claimed was a screenshot of a text conversation with Zuckerberg in which Musk appeared to suggest they meet for "a practice bout" Monday in the backyard of Zuckerberg's home in Palo Alto, California, where he previously claimed to have built an Octagon, a UFC-branded ring, TMZ reported this month.
Their rivalry intensified when Zuckerberg rolled out Threads last month in a bid to compete with X. An attorney for Musk subsequently sent a letter accusing Meta of misappropriating X's trade secrets and hiring ex-Twitter employees to make Threads.

“I’m sure Earth can’t wait to be exclusively under Zuck’s thumb with no other options,” Musk tweeted ahead of the Threads rollout.

Shortly thereafter, in responding to an X user who joked about Zuckerberg’s being trained in the Brazilian combat sport of jiujitsu, Musk responded, “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol.”
Meta’s communications director, Andy Stone, responded to reports of the letter from Musk's attorney, saying on Threads, “No one on the Threads engineering team is a former Twitter employee — that’s just not a thing.”

Musk and Zuckerberg are the second and 16th richest people on the planet, respectively, according to Forbes' most recent list of billionaires.

Bethenny Frankel’s Reality TV Reckoning to be Unionized Gains Support From SAG-AFTRA
Bethenny Frankel is not on Real Housewives of New York, but she isn’t done talking about it. Recently, Beth took inspiration from the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes in the entertainment industry over fairness when it comes to working conditions and residuals.

Would she feel the same way had she kept her apple on RHONY? No idea, but here we are. Bethenny is currently the face of unionizing reality television. She’s also managed to get a lot of former players on her side. After obtaining counsel to fight The Man, now SAG-AFTRA gets behind Bethenny as her battle gets serious.

SAG-AFTRA stands “ready to assist”
Hopefully Bethenny can multi-task because she’s about to get busy. According to The Messenger, SAG-AFTRA released a statement in full support of her mission. It reads:

“SAG-AFTRA has engaged in discussions with Bryan Freedman at the Freedman + Taitelman, LLP law firm who has been retained by Bethenny Frankel around the subject of treatment of reality performers,” it began.

“SAG-AFTRA is the Union that represents reality performers. Depending on the structure of the production and the performers involved, we can cover these performers under our Network Code Agreement. We stand ready to assist Bethenny Frankel, Bryan Freedman, and Mark Geragos along with reality performers and our members in the fight and are tired of studios and production companies trying to circumvent the Union in order to exploit the talent that they rely upon to make their product.”

This could be what Vanderpump Rules alum Rachel Leviss and others are allegedly lining up for. Bethenny has already name-dropped quite a few Bravolebrities who have reached out to her to get involved.

“We encourage any reality performers and/or members to reach out to SAG-AFTRA’s Entertainment Contracts Department so that we may work together toward the protection of the reality performers ending the exploitative practices that have developed in this area and to engage in a new path to Union coverage,” the statement concluded.

Stay tuned, it’s about to get very interesting around here.

Kanye West sparks concerns he is 'controlling' wife Bianca Censori after troubling signs
Kanye West has critics claiming that he may be 'controlling' new wife Bianca Censori. The Australian architect appears to have undergone a style makeover in the recent months since she tied the knot with the rapper. The pair got hitched in a non-legally binding ceremony back in January.

Bianca, 28, has now been making headlines for weeks after a series of photos of her seen walking barefoot in Italy in a string of see-thru outfits with a glum facial expression. Kanye, 46, meanwhile has come under fire from people who believe he has taken charge of her appearance.

The images - which sparked outrage amongst locals in the European holiday destination - have been a hot topic of conversation on social media since their publication. One social media user commented: "I would bet the farm she has absolutely no say in what she wears, or anything else for that matter, as long as she is with him."

For all the latest on news, politics, sports, and showbiz from the USA, go to The Mirror US .

A second user speculatively wrote: "I'm wondering if she is being mind-controlled?" A third then added: "Dressing her like a clown and probably controlling every aspect of her life. She looks miserable. She won't last long. Kayne will find a new doll to dress up."

A fourth concerned critic offered: "He's destroyed a beautiful woman and making a fool out of her with the ridiculous clothes and homeless look!" Some people have been a fan of her new look, however, and have said they enjoy her striking new sense of style.

But some even took it as far as to encourage Bianca to follow in Kanye's ex-wife Kim Kardashian 's footsteps and ditch him.

One shared: "Poor girl... please get out of that toxic relationship!" A second then pleaded: "LADIES - let NO man bring you to this place. she will look back and absolutely regret this phase of her life. She will be on some talk show talking about how she lost herself. All publicity is not good publicity."

Marlon Wayans has receipts to prove his support of Black people after his Riverfront brawl comment
Marlon Wayans is not letting naysayers off the hook just yet after he was ridiculed by people who misconstrued his initial reaction to the Riverfront Park dock fight. Like everyone else, the comedian had an opinion about the beatdown that took place after a group of white men jumped a Black dock employee for doing his job.

As previously reported , Wayans caught flak when he shared a clip of the brawl along with a caption that read, “How ‘bout we NOT ‘Try That In A Small Town.’ S**t silly bro… let’s all just be love, NOT war.” He was accused of pandering to his “Masters” and told to delete his post. Instead, he posted two video responses where he explained that he was making a mockery of country singer Jason Aldean’s contentious record “Try That In A Small Town” and reiterated that he has only ever shown love and respect for his people.

Now, in a new post, he has pulled out receipts to prove he is about action and not just words when it comes to supporting Black people. “I’m sorry, y’all were saying what? Excuse me, but I don’t recall seeing y’all here,” wrote Wayans as he drew attention to two separate instances when he hit the pavement in support of Black Lives Matter protests. In the Aug. 12 post, he went on to tell his fans not to be “sheep” blindly following blogs that twisted his words about the viral Montgomery brawl as being anti-Black or unsupportive of the way Black participants who defended the dock employee.

“Before tearing down [a] person’s character, how about you do your homework. I’m disappointed in the blogs [and] the media but especially some of my ‘fans’ [who] claim they ‘love me,'” he wrote. “‘LOVE’ is an ACTION WORD. You should be quick to defend your heroes and icons, like them brothers defended the captain in Montgomery. Y’all should’ve jumped to my rescue like ‘AQUAMAYNE.’”
Wayans concluded with, “Never let them do it again. And if you see it, STOP IT. I’ve never been THAT guy. I’ve always been and always will be ride or die. Big F**K YOU to the haters and the doubters. Bigger hugs and LOVE to my true friends, family, and REAL FANS.”

#BoxOfficeNews 'Barbie' tops box office for fourth week straight with $33.7 M US Domestic take of 500 Million!
LOS ANGELES — "Barbie" has legs. Director Greta Gerwig 's film phenomenon remained a runaway No. 1 at the box office in its fourth week, bringing in $33.7 million, according to studio estimates Sunday.

The Margot Robbie-led and produced film from Warner Bros., still in 4,137 theaters, refused to drop off as most box-office toppers have this year, surpassing $500 million in North America overall a week after it crossed the $1 billion mark globally, a record for a female director.

The second half of the "Barbenheimer" duo, "Oppenheimer," returned to the No. 2 spot in its own fourth week after a week at No. 3 overall. The Christopher Nolan-directed film from Universal Pictures brought in $18.8 million from 3,761 locations for an overall domestic total of $264.3 million.

The top pair had thin competition. The week's top new release, Universal's "The Last Voyage of the Demeter," finished fifth with a $6.5 million opening weekend.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem," in its second week, earned $15.6 million domestically for third place, and the Jason Statham shark sequel, "Meg 2: The Trench," brought in $12.7 million, dropping from second to fifth in its second week in theaters.

“Barbie” is poised to become 2023’s top film. Its $526.3 million domestic total and $1.18 billion global bankroll currently sits second behind “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” which earned $574.2 million North America, and $1.358 billion globally in the spring. It's also the second-highest grossing film in the history of “Warner Bros.,” behind only 2011’s “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.”

The sustained performance of the Mattel movie continues to flip the script on what had been a weak year in theaters, with major sequels underperforming including “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" and “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part I,” which remained in the top 10 this week with $4.7 million.

“'Barbie' is as hot a commodity as it was in its first week. It's just ensconced at the No. 1 spot, and I don’t know if it’s going anywhere soon,” said Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst for Comscore. “And 'Oppenheimer' right there with it. They’re just drafting off each other in this box office NASCAR race.”

The midsummer “Barbenheimer” put the industry-wide summer total ahead of 2022. It was lagging behind just a month ago.
“If you think of what ‘Barbie’ and ‘Oppenheimer’ together — just those two movies — have contributed in these weekends at the box office, it’s really a staggering number," Dergarabedian said.

All movies combined this summer have earned $3.63 billion in North America. With significant releases remaining in August, including DC Comics' “Blue Beetle,” the video game adaptation “Gran Turismo,” and the Denzel Washington sequel “The Equalizer 3,” the box office has a chance of reaching the $4 billion that was considered a domestic benchmark for a strong summer before the pandemic.

Lionel Richie Cancels Sold-Out Madison Square Garden Show, Cites Bad Weather
Lionel Richie and Earth Wind & Fire canceled their sold-out Madison Square Garden show Saturday an hour after it was set to begin.

Richie borrowed a page from Milli Vanilli and blamed it on the rain. He claimed he was unable to fly into New York because of poor weather conditions.
The show was already an hour late from its anticipated 7:30 PM ET start when it was postponed, leaving 20,000 bitter people, many of them out-of-towners who had travel and hotel expenses tied up.

“Due to severe weather and being unable to land in the NY and surrounding areas, I’m unable to make it to the show tonight,” Richie tweeted at 8:31 p.m.

“I’m so bummed. We are rescheduling the show to Monday Aug 14. Can’t wait to perform for you all. Tickets for tonight’s show are valid for the show on Monday.”

Mobs of People Rob Nordstrom Los Angeles Store of $100,000 Worth of Items
California police have reported a group of people have ransacked a shopping mall for over $100,000 on Saturday afternoon.
According to a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department, a group of people walked into Westfield Topanga Shopping Center at around 4 p.m., and stole between $60,000 to $100,000 worth of merchandise from a Nordstrom store.

“To criminals, it is just property taken,” police said. “To those who live in the area and patronize the Topanga Mall it is a loss of feeling safe.”

Police added, “The LAPD will exhaust all efforts to bring those responsible into custody and seek criminal prosecution.”
Footage from the incident shows the group dressed in all black with ski masks running out of the store with hands full with merchandise, including duffel bags, purses and more.
The incident comes after another group of people, over 30-40 individuals, robbed the Yves Saint Laurent store at the Americana at Brand Mall in Glendale, California on Tuesday, Aug. 8. Per Deadline, the large group of individuals robbed the store in broad daylight and made off with an estimated $300,000 in YSL merchandise.

According to authorities, the individuals involved—who sported masks and hooded sweatshirts in an attempt to conceal their identities—escaped in as many as 20 vehicles moments after fleeing the store.

“Our community is very protective of this city, and we understand that, but we have to be protective of them,” Sgt. Victor Jackson told KTLA. “We don’t want them to intervene in something like this. This is ultimately a property crime that we’re not going to stand for, but we want them to be safe.”
