#MAGFAB: P!nk Is Women’s Health’s March ‘Limitless Issue’ Cover Star!
Twenty-three years into a career that’s produced nine albums, 15 top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, and three Grammy awards, P!nk (43) feels stronger than ever. With her latest album, Trustfall, the pop star tapped into her vulnerability like never before—and that experience gave her the power to create a brand-new, high-energy tour where nothing is off limits. The last three years “slowed down life in a ‘what matters’ kind of way for me,” she says. “Now all I want is to put things in the world that are meaningful and see my kids grow up.” In P!nk’s interview for the March 2023 issue of Women’s Health, the Limitless Issue cover star opens up about life, loss, and putting herself first. She holds nothing back—and we love her for it.
On the build-them-up-to-tear-them-down culture of the early 2000s era in which she became famous: “I was the perfect person to take all of that flak. I have very thick skin. I do what I want. I can handle criticism; it doesn’t move my needle. It hurts my feelings, I guess—or it used to. But it doesn’t change my actions.”

On the healing power of nature: “In my career, I’m around so many people with so much energy directed at me, and I also make noise for a living. So it’s important for my mental health to unplug and be in nature.”

On the three years spent making her new album, Trustfall: “I had time, because of a worldwide pandemic, so I went really, really slowly. I was able to take more chances. COVID slowed down life in a ‘what matters’ kind of way for me. Now all I want is to put things in the world that are meaningful and see my kids grow up.”
On the song “When I Get There,” a love letter to someone who has passed: “I lost my dad in August of 2021. He had cancer for eight years. When that song was sent to me, I was very numb. I don’t grieve in a normal way, like how I see other people grieve. They have such instant access to their grief, it seems. I just kind of go numb. It takes me a really long time to unpack that suitcase, and that song was part of the unpacking. I heard it, and I thought, That’s my song.”

On loving her strength and being the strongest she’s ever been: “I like being strong. I identify with my core, my intuition, and my strength. I have wide, big feet, and I joke, ‘The better to kick you with.’ I’m short, close to the ground, fast, and agile…. I could pick up a car if I needed to.”

On having a decades-long career and how she continues to challenge herself in: “I guess I don’t see limits. I don’t see the end of the road as the end of the road. I just see it as a place to start building. And I bite off more than I can chew, and I…” [she laughs] “ferociously attack life. I feel like when the going gets tough, that’s when you dig deeper and double down. And I’m constantly saying, ‘What will I do with this one precious life?’ I’m going to do too much. I’m gonna slide in sideways until the end, going, ‘HOLY SH*T, DID YOU SEE THAT!?’”

The March issue of Women’s Health, The Limitless Issue, hits newsstands nationwide on February 14.

#RHOA: Marlo Hampton Cheetah Bodysuit For her Birthday. Hot or Not?
Marlo Hampton tends to bring her fashion A-game to any occasion, but The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has a pattern of wearing some of her most incredible looks to celebrate her birthday each year.

For a quick refresher: In 2020, Marlo donned three memorable ensembles that included a silver-beaded and crystal-embellished minidress, a gold-beaded minidress, and a black-and-white snakeskin print bodysuit. As she rang in her 45th birthday in 2021, she rocked a white, button-down crop top with a pair of black underwear and a Christian Dior logo belt. Last year, she was pretty in pink in a Balmain x Barbie set, but her 2023 celebratory outfits may have been the most jaw-dropping to date.

On February 7, Marlo celebrated her special day with a private party at  MCK Restaurant and Bar in Atlanta. She looked fierce for the occasion in Roberto Cavalli's cheetah-print bodysuit (currently on sale for $1,709) which features leather-and-chain shoulder straps. She completed the look with black Giuseppe Zanotti open-toe heels.

Days later, Marlo kept the party going with another fabulous celebration, which, of course, included another show-stopping look. For the bash at Continent Atlanta, Marlo rocked a silver Mugler catsuit with the brand's signature sheer mesh paneling and Christian Louboutin heels.

Mugler is a go-to for numerous Bravolebs. On a January 2022 episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Meredith Marks wore the same plunging sequin Mugler dress that Erika Jayne donned for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8 reunion. More recently, Lisa Hochstein sizzled in a red Mugler jumpsuit with sheer paneling for a December 2022 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

"I need Lisa to stand up and do a twirl and show everybody this incredible outfit," Andy said during the show. "This is your 'I'm back on the market' outfit? Yes."

After Lisa quipped, "It's giving MILF," Andy joked, "It's activating me right now."
Marlo shares a look inside her incredible closet. "It's never about the size of your closet," she explains. "It's about the pieces and the items that are in your closet."

"This is La La Land," she continued. "This is where you just get naked, you take your clothes off. You just close your eyes, you spin around, and you say, 'I'm gonna wear this piece today.'"

#HipHopNews: Willie D Confronts Scarface Over Grammys Geto Boys Exclusion: ‘I Feel Beyond Slighted’
Willie D still feels a type of way after not being included in the Grammys’ 50th anniversary Hip Hop tribute with Scarface and took the time to confront his fellow Geto Boys member over it.

The conversation went down on the latest episode of the Geto Boys Reloaded podcast which was released on Monday (February 13). In the clip, Willie makes his argument that because Scarface performed a Geto Boys song, their classic 1991 single “Mind Playing Tricks on Me,” that he should have been included.

Scarface disagreed, noting that they both perform the song on their own solo shows and it wasn’t his fault that the Grammys didn’t call him. “You feel like you was slighted,” Scarface began.

“Slighted? I feel beyond slighted,” Willie responded. “Like what I’m tryna figure out is … First of all, I ask you Wednesday when we left here, I said, ‘What you got for the weekend?’ You said, ‘I’m finna go fuck with this Grammys thing.’ I said, ‘Alright man, safe travels.’ Because, you know, that’s how we do it. Saturday come, I’m online and an article comes across about the Grammys. And I see ‘Geto Boys and Scarface’ in the lineup.”

“I wanna see where it says ‘Geto Boys, Scarface,'” Face interjected. “I don’t never wanna get Geto Boys and Scarface intertwined ever. Because I don’t need Geto Boys to be Scarface, you feel me? So if it said ‘Geto Boys and Scarface’ or any of that shit two together, then they wrong for that because I can stand on my own two feet with no Geto Boys.”

“This is why it’s so baffling, because everybody knows that, right?” Willie responded. “You carved out a place in history for yourself. You were so good at what you did as a solo artist – you get that. Can’t nobody deny that, so ain’t no hate, ain’t no jealousy whatsoever. Remember I’m the one who said, ‘Hey man, you oughta call yourself Scarface.’ So I ain’t gon’ never hate on you. Never. When I see you win, I see Geto Boys win because we are a group.”

He continued: “So when somebody start talking about Scarface standing on his own, I said to myself, ‘Well Scarface got enough hit songs where he don’t need to be doing a Geto Boys song. He could have just done a Scarface song.’ If you would have done a Scarface song, that would have been different. A Scarface song is a Scarface song. That’s on Scarface’s catalog, not Geto Boys’ catalog. And to do a song that’s from the Geto Boys’ catalog, ‘Mind Playing Tricks on Me,’ a song that I co-wrote and to not have me included…”

Scarface interrupted and said, “Let’s go back to how the song came about too because you did have a verse on that record. Those three verses, we all know where those three verses and that music came from. You put another verse on it. But do you recall back when you heard that song and J. was trying to get you to rap on that muthafucka that you didn’t like it? Do you remember that?”

“I don’t know if I didn’t like the song, but I know that I didn’t think it was phenomenal,” Willie D replied.”

“Okay well it was phenomenal,” Face said. “And actually now that I think about it, it’s a lot of shit that I do that’s phenomenal. And I think the reversal of trying to put that shit on me because you didn’t go there to the Grammys is fucked up. Because my phone rang and if a muthafucka didn’t reach out to you, it’s not my fault. So don’t put that shit on me, Willie. That’s not cool.”
He continued: “And if I perform that song… I don’t get mad when you go out and perform that song, bro. And I wouldn’t even give a fuck if you got the call. That’s not how I’m made. Like, I don’t care about that. Have you ever went on and performed ‘Mind Playing Tricks on Me’ without me?”

They concluded the conversation agreeing that they’ve both performed the song on their own.

The Hip Hop 50 performance was kicked off by Black Thought and The Roots before a barrage of Hip Hop pioneers took the stage including Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five, Run-DMC, LL COOL J, Queen Latifah, Public Enemy, Rakim, Method Man, Missy Elliott, Lil Uzi Vert and more.

The almost 14-minute spectacle also saw Scarface grace the stage to perform “Mind Playing Tricks on Me,” which marked the first Southern rap song to be played during the medley. Face Mob hit the stage solo dolo, with no Willie D in sight. (Fellow Geto Boy Bushwick Bill died in June 2019).

After the performance, Willie took to Instagram to vent his frustration with the Recording Academy, saying it was “corny” that he wasn’t asked to be a part of the big moment.

“A reminder to the Grammys and all the rest of y’all out there trying to hustle the Geto Boys brand by only including Scarface, who had a stellar solo career: How in the hell are you gonna have a 50-year tribute to Hip Hop and not include Geto Boys the group?” he asked.

He continued: “If you forgot, the group includes Scarface and Willie D. How you gonna use a performance that includes a song that I co-wrote but not even have the decency, the respect to reach out to me and ask me if I wanted to participate? Y’all are some clowns for that. All the way out of pocket. Whoever made the call, y’all some clowns… No more talking.”

“Disrespectful Mofos!!! No mo’ talk,” Willie concluded in the caption.

#RIP THE BABE, THE ICON, The Actress And Sex Symbol Raquel Welch Dead At 82
Former sex symbol Raquel Welch has died. She was 82. Family members told TMZ that Welch died Wednesday morning after a brief illness. No other specifics surrounding her death were given.
Welch’s rep didn’t immediately return request for comment.

Welch rose to fame for her 1966 roles in “Fantastic Voyage” and “One Million Years B.C.” In the latter film, she appeared in a skimpy deerskin bikini that catapulted her to sex symbol status.
Decades later, the actress revealed she “almost died” filming the movie because she developed tonsillitis wearing the skimpy swimsuit in severe weather conditions.

“I had already so much penicillin when I was wearing the fur bikini that I almost died,” she claimed to Fox News. “… I had to rush, turn my car around and head right back to the doctor’s office, just run upstairs, jump in the elevator and all that.

“And I barely got there. They had to shoot me with an antidote. Otherwise, I would have died. It was really rough shoot, man. Really rough. And then I came to London and everybody knew who I was.”

Welch took home the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical for her role in 1974’s “The Three Musketeers” as Constance de Bonacieux.
She was also named one of the “100 Sexiest Stars in Film History” in a 1995 issue of Empire magazine and was ranked No. 3 in Playboy’s “100 Sexiest Stars of the 20th Century.”

Welch also famously appeared on Cher’s variety show in 1975 and performed “I’m a Woman” with the famed singer.

The “Legally Blonde” actress, who was a recluse in her final years, had four husbands over the course of her life: James Welch, with whom she shared two children, from 1959 to 1964, Patrick Curtis from 1967 to 1972, André Weinfeld from 1980 to 1990 and Richard Palmer from 1999 to 2004.

She is survived by her son, Damon, 63, and her daughter, Tahnee, 61.

Pharrell Williams will be Louis Vuitton's next men's creative director succeeding Virgil Abloh
American musician, record producer and designer Pharrell Williams will succeed Virgil Abloh as Louis Vuitton's men's creative director, according to a statement issued by the French luxury fashion house on Tuesday.
The appointment is effective immediately and his first collection will debut in June during Men's Fashion Week in Paris.

"I am glad to welcome Pharrell back home, after our collaborations in 2004 and 2008 for Louis Vuitton, as our new Men's Creative Director," said Pietro Beccari, Louis Vuitton's chairman and CEO in a statement. "His creative vision beyond fashion will undoubtedly lead Louis Vuitton towards a new and very exciting chapter."

The news comes a little over a year after Abloh's death in November 2021, age 41, following a private battle with cancer.
The visionary designer's unexpected passing sent shockwaves through the industry and beyond. As the first Black artistic director of Louis Vuitton, Abloh made history when he was appointed in 2018 and was widely credited for bringing a younger demographic to the storied fashion house with designs that brought a streetwear aesthetic to the luxury world.

News of Williams' appointment ends months of speculation over who would succeed Abloh.
While Williams, a 13-time Grammy winner, is better known for his music career, the 49-year-old has a robust set of fashion credentials, too. He co-founded streetwear label Billionaire Boys Club in 2003 with fashion designer Nigo and has collaborated with a slew of luxury brands including Tiffany & Co., Moncler and Adidas.

From a huge brown topper hat he wore to the 2014 Grammy Awards to his now-signature bejeweled Tiffany shades, Williams's daring personal style often makes headlines and he is no stranger to fashion's front row.

Much like Abloh, Williams' creativity is cross-disciplinary: At the beginning of 2022, he announced he was involved in an ambitious new hotel project, slated to open next year in the Bahamas, and during the pandemic he released a portable cutlery set to limit single-use plastic consumption when outdoor dining.
How Williams will apply his skillset to his new role at Louis Vuitton remains to be seen but a flurry of industry reactions to the news across social media suggest he'll have a packed house at his first show this summer.

Lil Nas X Slapped With $1 Million Lawsuit Over Trashed House Party
Lil Nas X is facing a new lawsuit. The "MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)" hitmaker has been slapped with a $1 million lawsuit after being part of a party that left a Hollywood mansion trashed in April 2022.

According to TMZ, legal docs have been filed on behalf of landlord Daniel Fitzgerald naming the "Old Town Road" artist and producer Zedd, along with the party's promoters and sponsors, as defendants in the seven-figure lawsuit.
Fitzgerald claimed that he warned the parties renting the luxury Hollywood Hills mansion that parties weren't allowed, but that didn't stop the crew from welcoming over 1,000 people into the rage, which allegedly left the place with plenty of damage.

Fitzgerald also alleged that there was $25,000 in damages to the couches, walls, chairs and more inside the four-story mansion equipped with an in-ground pool. With the extensive fixes taking months, he's claiming that he lost out on a couple of months of rent to the tune of $40,000.

The lawsuit claimed that both Nas X and Zedd were paid $250,000 to appear at the rager last April and he's seeking $1 million worth of compensatory and punitive damages.

However, Nas X seemed to be unbothered by the lawsuit as he was spotted in the front row of Coach's runway show at New York Fashion week sitting alongside the burgeoning Ice Spice. "I'm the baddie friend she was talm bout," he captioned a series of photos with the "Munch" rapper.

Vogue also caught up with Nas X at NYFW and the 23-year-old rapper provided an update as it pertains to the music he's working on for 2023. "Absolutely. I'm working steady," he shared. "I'm in this next phase of figuring out who this next person is for me. I'm not going out in the same clothes as my last era, or the one before that. I'm figuring that out, and learning to trust my own instincts."

Mo'Nique Claps back at Sherri Shepherd & Kym Whitley's 'Backhanded' Compliments Over her film After Being 'Blackballed' From Hollywood
Mo’Nique took to the streets of Instagram on Valentine’s Day to gather Sherri Shepherd and Kym Whitley with love.
via: Radar Online

Mo’Nique shared a lengthy message suggesting that she felt slighted by Sherri Shepherd and Kym Whitley when they spoke about her performance in the suspense film The Reading years after being blackballed from Hollywood, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Hicks portrays Emma, who copes with the trauma of a deadly home invasion by writing a book. As she grapples with the grief and stress, things turn awry when a young psychic and her team perform a reading in her home and a new terror is unleashed.

“She’s a great actress,” said Shepherd, noting people often underestimate stars who transition from stand-up to the big screen.

“Personality wise, she is always getting in trouble. Always,” Shepherd continued. “If it’s not with another comic, D.L. Hughley, it is with the industry. Somebody.”

Hicks began her post by thanking the pair for their praise of her work before getting into the nitty-gritty.

“You then attempted to show a connection between my personality and me being blackballed, along with the fallout I had with Brother DL Hughley,” she continued. “First thing, kids with their parents, criminals with the law, and slaves with their masters, get into trouble, and last time I checked, I don’t fit into any of these categories to get in trouble with anyone mentioned, do you two?”

Over the years, Mo’Nique had been vocal about her feud with Precious director Lee Daniels, telling The Hollywood Reporter in 2015 that she was “blackballed” because she did not campaign for the flick more during the Oscar award season.

Mo’Nique won best supporting actress for her portrayal of an abusive mother and she and Lee have since confirmed they squashed any tension between them in April 2022.

“Check my resume,” Mo’Nique told Shepherd and Whitley. “I don’t go knocking on anyone’s door saying things I can’t substantiate, but some people have a problem with me because when they knock on my door with BS. I answer.”

“Anytime the team of you two sisters would like to speak with the team of my husband and I, we welcome it. Thank you two again for the compliments, though backhanded, and please know regardless, I still love you both to life, ‘sisters’! I LOVE US 4REAL!”

Oh? Tom Brady says Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction at the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show was 'a good thing for the NFL'
Tom Brady says Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction at the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show was 'a good thing for the NFL'
Most remember the 2004 Super Bowl for "nipplegate" — when Justin Timberlake exposed Janet Jackson's breast on live TV.

Tom Brady, who won that year's Super Bowl, said the moment was "probably a good thing for the NFL."
"Is any publicity bad publicity?" the retired QB asked rhetorically on his podcast, "Let's Go."
Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to one of the most thrilling Super Bowl victories of all time in 2004.

But when he walked off the field, the then-26-year-old quarterback was perplexed to find that no one had much to say about the game itself. It was the halftime show — or, more specifically, the now-infamous "wardrobe malfunction" at its close — that had everyone talking.

At the very end of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake's performance of "Rock Your Body," the NSYNC alum ripped a piece of fabric off of Jackson's chest and exposed her breast on live television for millions to see.

But Brady "didn't see anything," as he recalled on an episode of his podcast, "Let's Go." He was too busy "thinking about the game" and "trying to figure out halftime adjustments."
"We came off the field and that was when we had the wardrobe malfunction with Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson," Brady said. "And they were asking me about that. I couldn't even understand what they were telling me about.

"It took a while for us to figure out exactly what had gone on," he added.
The moment, which has since become known as "nipplegate," sparked a massive controversy for the NFL and other companies affiliated with the event. Both Super Bowl XXXVIII broadcaster CBS and halftime show producer MTV issued apologies for the partial nudity, as did both Jackson and Timberlake.

But nearly 20 years after the "wardrobe malfunction" reverberated across the American pop culture universe, the 2004 Super Bowl MVP isn't convinced that the incident was a bad thing — at least not the league.

"I think in the end, it was probably a good thing for the NFL," Brady said of nipplegate. "Because everyone got to talk about it, and it was just more publicity and more publicity for halftime shows."

"Is any publicity bad publicity?" he added rhetorically. "That's what they say, so, who knows?"

‘All American’ Taye Diggs Written Out Of CW Series The actor has left the series, based on the show’s Feb. 13 episode.
Actor Taye Diggs has officially left The CW series All American.
Diggs, who starred as Billy Baker since the show premiered in 2018, was written off the series in a shocking turn of events during Season 5, episode 11. All American follows a star high school football player (played by Daniel Ezra) from South Central who is recruited to play for Beverly Hills High School and the aftermath of his two worlds colliding.

“It has been an honor to work with Taye over these last five seasons and to watch him bring such incredible life to the role of Billy Baker,” showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

“It has truly been a gift for me and my fellow writers to write a character that was equally flawed and heroic. Billy was all of us and what a joy it was to watch this character grow as he raised his kids and his football players as one big family. We wish Taye the very best in this next chapter of his life and he remains a beloved member of the All American family, so you haven’t seen the last of Billy Baker.”

With a few episodes left in the show's fifth season, the series has already been renewed for its sixth season.

All American also stars Samantha Logan, Michael Evans Behling, Greta Onieogou, Bre-Z, Karimah, and others. A spin-off of the series All American: Homecoming stars Geffri Maya, Peyton Smith, Kelly Jenrette, Cory Hardrict, Sylvester Powell, Camille Hyde, Netta Walker, Mitchell Edwards, Rhoyle Ivy King and others.

Diggs has not yet commented on his departure from the show.

Jimmy Kimmel asks if Trump is "the b**ch who owes" Rihanna money after Super Bowl slander
Jimmy Kimmel didn’t hold back after Trump insulted Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime performance.
As previously reported, former United States President Donald Trump recently went on a social media rant criticizing Rihanna for being selected as the 2023 Super Bowl halftime performer. But, it looks like Jimmy Kimmel might be the honorary captain of the Navy after he publicly slammed the disgraced commander-in-chief for his comments.

Last night (Feb. 13), Kimmel used his self-titled late-night talk show to address Trump’s posts. Days ahead of the sporting event, the impeached prez used his networking site, Truth Social, to spew hate against the Fenty Beauty mogul. “Without her stylist, she’d be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!” he shared with his followers. While Rihanna didn’t bother to respond, her supporters quickly came to her aid. “This coming from a man [whose] father gave him millions upon millions of dollars [and] still managed to have almost 10 bankruptcies. Wish I could just put the letter ‘L’ on his forehead!” one person tweeted in response to Trump’s words.

After her riveting performance, Trump posted, “EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst halftime show in Super Bowl history — This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language. Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!’” Last night, Kimmel read the message and added one of his own. “Is it possible that Trump is the b**ch who owes her that money?” he asked as a reference to the Grammy winner’s 2015 hit “B**ch Better Have My Money.”

Kimmel didn’t stop there. “I don’t know where this comes from. The only part of the halftime show he liked was that all the dancers wore white hoods,” he continued. Even United States Representative Maxine Waters shared her support for RihRih. “Donald Trump is just mad because the multibillionaire Rihanna is richer than he is, and also more talented. You go, girl!” she tweeted.

Queen Consort Camilla To Be Crowned With Queen Mary's Crown At King Charles' Coronation
Queen Consort Camilla will be crowned at King Charles' Coronation with Queen Mary’s Crown to make the ceremony more "sustainable". The British royal, who is recovering from her second bout of COVID, is set to be join her monarch husband, 74, at Westminster Abbey on 6 May for the ceremony, and it will be the first time in recent history an existing crown will be used in such an event.

Buckingham Palace made the announcement on Tuesday, February 14, after plans to use the controversial Koh-i-Noor diamond were said to have been reconsidered amid fears of a row after India's ruling party warned the move would bring back "painful memories" of the Britain's "colonial past." The palace said the decision to use an existing crown had been made "in the interests of sustainability and efficiency."

It added minor alterations and additions would be undertaken by the Crown Jeweller to the piece, in keeping with the tradition of inserting jewels to make it "unique to the occasion", and "reflects the Consort's individual style". The crown, which has already been removed from display at the Tower of London for the modifications, was commissioned by Queen Mary, the wife of King George V, and made by Garrard's jewellers for the 1911 coronation and the design was inspired by Queen Alexandra's Crown of 1902.

The last time a crown was re-used in such a way was in the 18th Century, when Queen Caroline, consort of George II, wore Mary of Modena's crown. Changes to the crown will pay tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth, who died in September aged 96, as it will be reset with the Cullinan III, IV and V diamonds, which were often worn as brooches by the previous monarch.

Four of the crown's eight detachable arches will also be removed, giving the headpiece a different silhouette to when it was worn by Queen Mary at the 1911 Coronation. St Edward's Crown, which will be used for the King's coronation has been returned to public display at the Tower of London as its modifications have already been finished ahead of the ceremony.

Comedian Ricky Gervais Mocks Sam Smith's Latex Outfit At BRIT Awards
Comedian Ricky Gervais trolled Sam Smith over their outfit at the 2023 BRIT Awards, which took place on Saturday, February 11 in London. While attending the awards-giving event, the "Unholy" hitmaker turned heads as they donned a black latex inflatable jumpsuit featuring high rounded shoulders with balloon-like sleeves and legs.

In response to the ensemble, which was designed by British designer HARRI, Ricky took to his Twitter account to mock the non-binary singer. He Photoshopped a picture of himself wearing the outfit while writing in the caption, "The worst thing about being famous is the lack of privacy. I can't even walk down the street without people looking and pointing."

Fans, meanwhile, had mixed opinions upon seeing the comedian's dig at the "I'm Not the Only One" singer. Some fans found it funny with one saying, "Good morning… a laugh to kick off the week…." Another fan added, "After I saw this, I had to follow Ricky. No ifs or buts about it!"

However, some others appeared to think that the mockery wasn't necessary. "I must say, much as this guy isn't my cup of tea, it doesn't bother me what he's up to. In fact, i only see things about him from older men who seem increasingly upset about what younger generations are doing. This stuff happened in your generation too. You do know that, grandpa?" one user replied to Ricky, who replied, "Bit ageist."

"Welcome to the heteronormative group of now officially old aged men, Ricky Gervais. You now belong to the [Piers Morgan] of the world in your glee of #SamSmith and his costume. Bowie would be proud," another fan added, referring to late singer David Bowie, who wore a similar outfit in the 70s.

Sam's outfit was said to take 4 days to make. British Indian designer Harikrishnan Keezhathil Surendran Pillai, who helmed HARRI, claimed that it was one of his most ambitious garments to date. He revealed that the undulating shapes were originally inspired by his dog, Kai.

"I started thinking about (it) from my dog's point of view," he said in an interview with the British talk show "Good Morning Britain". "How we saw me from such a small, short angle. (Like a) distorted body image."

California USA Senator Dianne Feinstein announces she won't run for reelection in 2024
Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein announced on Tuesday that she will not run for reelection in 2024, a major moment for a historic political career as the fight to succeed her is already under way.
"I am announcing today I will not run for reelection in 2024 but intend to accomplish as much for California as I can through the end of next year when my term ends," Feinstein said in a statement.

A number of Democrats have already launched campaigns for Feinstein's seat in 2024 in what is shaping up to be a competitive primary. Rep. Adam Schiff announced his candidacy in January, joining fellow California Rep. Katie Porter, who has also announced a bid.

Feinstein, 89, has been a fixture of California politics for decades and was first elected to the US Senate in 1992. She holds the title of longest-serving female US senator in history. Feinstein broke a number of glass ceilings throughout her life -- and her career has been marked by a series of historic firsts.

The California Democrat has left her fingerprints on some of Capitol Hill's most consequential works in recent history -- including the since-lapsed federal assault weapons ban in 1994 and the 2014 CIA torture report.

"Through force of will, she led the fight to get the assault weapons ban passed. Like so many who have been touched by gun violence, that victory was personal for her," President Joe Biden said in a statement, lauding Feinstein for "her intellect, empathy, character, and drive."

Biden, who served in the Senate with Feinstein from her election in 1992 until he resigned in 2009 to become vice president, praised Feinstein for her work on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where both had served as top Democrats, praising her "proven track record of standing up for people's rights and fighting to make their lives better."

Feinstein told CNN earlier on Tuesday that during the Senate Democratic caucus lunch -- where her decision not to run again was announced -- "everybody said nice things so I got kind of teary."

"The time has come," she said about her decision not to seek reelection.
When Feinstein addressed her colleagues in the lunch she described the recent death of her husband as having a powerful impact on her, according to senators who were there.

She told CNN she didn't know yet if she would endorse someone to replace her but that she might at some point. "I think it's important and we'll see," she said.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer praised Feinstein on Tuesday, calling her "a legend."

"A legend in California as the first woman senator, a legend in this Senate. She was the leader on so many different issues: assault weapons, environment, women's rights and so much else," he said.

Though she was a proud native of one of the most famously liberal cities in the country, Feinstein earned a reputation over her years in the Senate as someone eager to work across the aisle with Republicans, and at times sparked pushback and criticism from progressives.

In her statement released on Tuesday, Feinstein said, "Even with a divided Congress, we can still pass bills that will improve lives. Each of us was sent here to solve problems. That's what I've done for the last 30 years, and that's what I plan to do for the next two years. My thanks to the people of California for allowing me to serve them."

Mattel Announces New Barney Series Reboot And Toys For 2024
The infamous purple dinosaur is back after Mattel announced the beloved franchise will be relaunched in 2024 with toys, YouTube series, and much more.
According to a press release from Mattel, Barney will be rebooted with a brand-new animated series that will premiere internationally in 2024. They are creating a clothing and accessory line for adult fans who grew up watching Barney and Friends in the 1990s. The announcement was made five months after Peacock released “I Love You, You Hate Me,” a documentary exploring the “dark side” of Barney the Dinosaur.

In a statement, Josh Silverman, Chief Franchise Officer and Global Head of Consumer Products stated that the company still believes in Barney’s message of love and kindness because it has “stood the test of time.”: ‘We will tap into the nostalgia of the generations who grew up with Barney, now parents themselves, and introduce the iconic purple dinosaur to a new generation of kids and families around the world across content, products, and experiences.’

‘In creating the new series, it was important to us that we properly reflect the world that kids today live in so that the series can deliver meaningful lessons about navigating it. With our modern take on Barney, we hope to inspire the next generation to listen, care, and dream big. We think that parents, many of whom will fondly remember the original Barney from their own childhoods, will love the show, too,’ said Fred Soulie, SVP and General Manager of Mattel Television.

The show, Barney & Friends, was created in 1992 by Sheryl Leach, and its premise revolved around the life of a purple dinosaur and his friends. It continued until 2010 and remained a popular children’s television show but faced mockery due to its content.

Social media reacts to the Barney reboot announcement
Adults familiar with the show said they were annoyed by its songs. Some cast and crew members reportedly received negative backlash for the show and rumors about the dinosaur’s creation during its heyday. After Barney’s new look debuted on social media, fans who grew up with the show had mixed feelings about his image.

The 2023 Oscar nominees strike a pose for their class photo
The camera flashes were nearly blinding in the Beverly Hilton ballroom when Austin Butler started chatting with Tom Cruise at the 2023 Oscars nominee luncheon. Then Angela Bassett joined in… and Ke Huy Quan. Colin Farrell made the rounds saying hello to guests including his Banshees of Inisherin castmates Kerry Condon and Brendan Gleeson, the latter of whom also chatted with fellow Irishman Paul Mescal at one point.

Monday afternoon's fête was a packed one, with studio executives, press, and guests celebrating the achievements of this year's nominees — nearly 200 in attendance — who posed for their traditional class photo
Roars from the audience got underway as Everything Everywhere All at Once supporting actress nominee Jamie Lee Curtis was called up first to the stands, which filled up over the next 45 minutes or so with nominees from all categories. Like Curtis, the applause grew for folks including Steven Spielberg, Cruise, Bassett, Brendan Fraser, Farrell, Butler, Michelle Yeoh, Cate Blanchett, and Quan, who pumped his fist in the air as he quickly bounced his way down to the stage.

Noticeably absent among the acting nominees were Andrea Riseborough, Ana de Armas, and Barry Keoghan, while best song nominees Lady Gaga and Rihanna (fresh off her Super Bowl halftime performance) were also missing.

Before getting to the luncheon's traditional highlight, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences president Janet Yang encouraged those who'll be lucky enough to take the Dolby Theatre stage next month to keep their acceptance speeches to 45 seconds — the Academy has put in a lot of work to include all categories in the telecast, she said to cheers.

She also addressed the "unprecedented event" at last year's ceremony, referring to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock on stage. Yang said the incident was "fully unacceptable" and admitted that "the response from our organization was inadequate." She promised that Academy will "act swiftly, compassionately, and decisively" in times of crisis moving forward.

The 95th Oscars will air Sunday, March 12, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on ABC.

Scottish Leader Nicola Sturgeon To Resign
Nicola Sturgeon, the figurehead of the Scottish independence movement, dramatically announced on Wednesday that she would resign after eight years as Scotland’s first minister.

The Scottish National Party leader made the announcement at a press conference in Edinburgh. She will stay in office until a new SNP leader is appointed. Sturgeon said she knows the “time is now” for her to stand down, adding that it is “right for me, for my party and for the country.”

Sturgeon said she could no longer give her full energy to the job, and that she felt she must say so now. “I have been wrestling with it, albeit with oscillating levels of intensity for some weeks,” the 52-year-old leader said.
“I am proud to stand here as the first female and longest serving incumbent of this office, and I’m very proud of what has been achieved in the years I’ve been in Bute House,” she said.

“However, since my very first moments in the job, I have believed that part of serving well would be to know almost instinctively when the time is right to make way for someone else. And when that time came to have the courage to do so, even if — to many across the country and in my party — it might feel too soon.”

Sturgeon — a vocal opponent of Brexit who has argued that Britain’s departure from the bloc warrants another Scottish independence referendum — is the longest-serving Scottish first minister, and has led her party to successive election victories there.

MSU Shooter Anthony McRae Had A Troubled Past
On Tuesday, Michigan State officials identified Anthony McRae, a 43-year-old man with a history of mental health problems and previous gun-related charges, as the suspected gunman responsible for killing three people and injuring five others on campus. McRae was found dead off-campus, having apparently taken his own life with a gunshot wound.

Ewing Police Department in New Jersey announced that a note was found on McRae suggesting a threat to two public schools in their township, where he had lived previously. Police investigated the threats and found that McRae had a history of mental health problems.

Michigan State Shooter Anthony McRae Had A Troubled Past
McRae, who was described as a “hell-raiser” by his Lansing neighbors, had a recent history with firearms. Michael McRae’s father revealed that he had encouraged his son to get rid of his guns.

In June 2019, Anthony McRae was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed pistol without a permit. He was also charged with possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle in October 2019.

McRae pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge of possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle in October 2019, and the felony charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation in November 2019, which was extended by six months in October 2020 to allow him to complete the terms of the probation order. McRae’s probation ended in May 2021.

Popeyes Ramps Up Seafood Menu With Return Of Flounder Fish Sandwich & $6 Shrimp Tackle Box
Popeyes has brought back some fan favorites that have been missed by customers everywhere.

This week, the chicken icon announced the return of the Flounder Fish Sandwich. One of the few seafood offerings on the menu, this famed handheld is available in Classic and Spicy, marinated in savory spices exclusive to the Louisiana-based franchise. The filet is fried golden brown, finished with a crispy coating. Each sandwich is served on a butter-toasted brioche bun with either Classic Tartar sauce or Spicy Spread. The Flounder Fish Sandwich was introduced in 2019 to excellent reviews but was discontinued, despite its popularity.

Another seafood item making its return is the $6 Shrimp Tackle Box. Customers can once again enjoy eight crispy Butterfly Shrimp, also seasoned in herbs, served with one signature side and a hot biscuit. The box can also be ordered as a Surf & Turf, with two chicken tenders, four shrimp, and side items.

Both the Flounder Fish Sandwich and $6 Shrimp Tackle Box have already begun popping up on menus across the country. Hopefully, they’re here to stay this time around.
