#RHOA: Eva Marcille Hit With $2,600 Lien Against Georgia Mansion After Blowing Off Lawsuit!
The homeowner's association is coming for Eva Marcille's after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star allegedly refused to pay a substantial amount of money to her homeowner's association.
The 36-year-old ex-Bravo star dropped $780,000 on her family's lavish 4,700 square-foot home on November 26, 2019, in the upscale neighborhood of Alpharetta, and she's already in the doghouse for more than $2,000.
According to Radar they have obtained the lien filed in Fulton County, which warns Marcille to pay up or else. According to court records, the former RHOA star was sued by the homeowner's association in 2020 after she allegedly failed to pay her fees.
Marcille appears to have blown off the lawsuit, and now the government wants its money.
Not only do they want the $1,000 principal, which the homeowner's association claims she owes, but they also want interest.
According to the lien, they want Marcille to shell out an additional $180 in interest -- but there's more.
They also want her to pay the company's attorney's fees which is $1,066.12 and court costs of $283!
Between the unpaid homeowner's and attorney's fees, interest, and other court costs, the former RHOA star is looking at a shocking $2,629.12!
That should be nothing for Marcille since she spent a pretty penny on the mansion in question and took the mortgage out in her name only.
According to reports, the reality star purchased the home all by herself, without any help from her husband, Michael Sterling.
In June 2020, it was revealed that Marcille would not be returning to RHOA after appearing on the popular reality show for three seasons.
Marcille first appeared on the popular reality series during season 10. Her time on the show featured her marrying Sterling, welcoming their two children, her troubled relationship with her ex, and adopting her daughter.
#NewMusic Stream Tinashe’s New Album ‘333’!
The singer-songwriter explores her freedom with her latest album 333. On the 16-track project, released independently via her Tinashe Music Inc. label, she takes full control of her creativity while embracing experimentation on songs like “Bouncin, Pt. 2” and “Let Me Down Slowly.”
In addition to the Buddy-assisted “Pasadena,” Jeremih (“X”) and Kaash Paige (“Angels”) make appearances, along with her brother KUDZAI, who guests on the closer “It’s a Wrap.”
333 marks the beginning of a new chapter for the 28-year-old. “Over the course of the last two years, there’s been a lot of growth for me,” Tinashe told Grammy.com. “I really feel at peace with where I’m at in my career and excited about the fact that I’m able to make my own creative decisions. It’s empowering. I’m feeling a lot more inspired and joyful in alignment with what I’m meant to be doing.”
And she couldn’t be happier with the results. “I’m really proud of myself with this project because I just feel like I took all of the things that I learned about what I didn’t want to do, about how I didn’t want to move, about like what doesn’t feel right,” she told Apple Music. “It’s really helped me develop just a much more centered idea of what my art and my project and my purpose is.”

#HipHopNews: Hit-Boy Takes Shots At Kanye West At Nas Album Release Party!
Hit-Boy is feeling himself. During a release party for Nas’ new album King’s Disease II, which he executive produced, the Grammy-winning producer took a moment to boast about his disciplined work ethic, while seemingly taking shots at Kanye West. Without mentioning any names, Hit-Boy said he and Nas don’t need to create “hoopla” when they’re in the studio.
“It be a hundred ni**as in the studio. It’s just me and bro, bro,” he said as Nas looked on. “It’s just me and this ni**a in the studio. He’s barring up, I’m making beats. No hoopla. We’re not on fu**ing Twitter bothering y’all, we’re not on IG Live putting a fu**ing weird ass stream up, ni**a. We fu**in’ doing this shit for real. Stop playin, ni**a. We really do this shit.”
He also insinuated that Kanye needs a team to help produce and write whereas he and Nas work alone. “It’s not a hundred ni**as producing a beat. It’s not a hundred ni**as writing a rhyme.”
His comments were made the same night Kanye hosted his second live-streamed event for DONDA at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Thursday (Aug. 5). Ye also shared a live feed of himself living and working out of the stadium, while collaborators like Lil Yachty and The LOX stopped by.
Hit-Boy and Kanye have had their issues in the past. Back in September 2020, Hit-Boy opened up about his fallout with Ye. The super-producer, who helmed “Ni**as in Paris” and “Clique,” was previously signed to G.O.O.D. Music, but claims that Kanye stopped working with him once he collaborated with Beyoncé.
“I haven’t been a fan of Kanye on a personal/ human level since he told me face to face he stopped picking my beats because I worked with Beyoncé,” Hit wrote on Instagram. “this is after I produced ni**as in paris , clique, and a myriad of other songs / projects for him and his label GOOD Music in the 2 years I was signed with them.”
Ye responded on Twitter, writing, “I DIDN’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM PRODUCING FOR BEYONCÉ. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FACT HE WAS SIGNED TO ME AND I DIDN’T KNOW BUT I KNEW JAY AND BEYONCÉ AND HIT-BOY … JUST FOR CLARITY.”
Actress Angelica Ross Receives Backlash Following Story With Dababy!
As DaBaby is currently under fire following his statements at the Rolling Loud Miami festival, Pose actress Angelica Ross may be joining the rapper in the hot seat following a story brought to social media.
“Story time…I actually met DaB*by earlier this year,” Ross penned to Twitter. “Flew home to ATL and had his gaze stuck on me as I walked towards him because he was standing next to my limo driver. He looked at the sign, then back at me, ‘Miss Ross’ he read aloud. I just laughed & left with my driver.”
Ross was met with Twitter users accusing the actress of gaining clout during a low point for the rapper. Ross quickly responded to the accusations stating that that is not the case. “One thing folks know about ME…I don’t have to lie to kick it! I don’t make up stories unless I’m being paid to thru SAG-AFTRA for film & television,” Ross stated. “It’s not what it says about him, but what it says about me and other trans women. We don’t ALL entertain these men & their nonsense. The universe was speaking to me. Had NOTHING to do with him. The moral of every story doesn’t center around y’all is the point.”
“Folk have been commenting under my IG photos saying ‘you can tell it’s a dude, he wasn’t looking at her’…and that is ALSO the point. Choosing not to date trans women is one thing, denying your attraction to us is another. On my BUMMIEST day these dudes be thirsty for it,” Ross concluded.
While DaBaby has not directly responded to Ross’ claims, the rapper still seems to keep the same energy despite losing the opportunity to perform at multiple showcases. The rapper posted a video to his Instagram seeming unbothered by the controversy. “10 whips in a row, who would think we was poor,” the rapper wrote followed by bag emojis.
Vanessa Bryant Settles Lawsuit Filed Against Her By Her Mother!
Vanessa Bryant has settled a lawsuit filed against her by her mother, Sofia Urbieta Laine.
Laine filed a notice of unconditional settlement Wednesday in Orange County Superior Court, indicating that a request for dismissal would be filed within 45 days. Terms of the settlement were not released.
Laine accused Bryant of fraud in a lawsuit filed Dec. 15, alleging she had worked for years without pay as a “personal assistant and nanny” to her daughter’s family and that Bryant’s husband, Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, had promised to support Laine financially before he died in a helicopter crash Jan. 26, 2020.
“Unfortunately, Kobe Bryant’s promise did not see the light of day as he is now deceased and Vanessa Bryant took each and every step she could to void and cancel all of Kobe’s promises,” the lawsuit alleged.
Vanessa Bryant responded two days later, accusing her mother of attempting to “extort a financial windfall” following Kobe Bryant’s death. She has control of an estate that financial experts valued at as much as $600 million after he died.
“My husband never promised my mother anything, and he would be so disappointed in her behavior and lack of empathy,” Vanessa Bryant said in her statement.
Laine responded the following day with a statement of her own.
“All I wanted is what I worked for. Vanessa, despite everything that I have been promised and done for her and the family, has attempted to sever all ties and renege on all obligations and agreements,” she stated.
In June, Vanessa Bryant was part of a group that settled wrongful death lawsuits against the company that operated the helicopter involved in the crash that killed her husband and their daughter Gianna, as well as John Altobelli, his wife Keri and their daughter Alyssa; mother and daughter Sarah and Payton Chester; Christina Mauser; and pilot Ara Zobayan,

While Rihanna is taking the humble route, Nicki Minaj made sure to toast her peer’s newfound status. “A BILLI-ON here, a BILLI-ON there,” Minaj wrote on her Instagram Story on Thursday. “Little Bajan bih w/green [eyes] – dat bag iz a different size #IfThisDontInspireYou.”
Forbes reported Wednesday that Rihanna’s estimated net worth is $1.7 billion. The majority of her fortune is due to the value of her wildly successful Fenty Beauty brand, which launched in 2017 and now reportedly sees RiRi holding a 50 percent ownership. Per the finance-focused publication’s assessment, Fenty Beauty—itself reported to be worth at least $2.8 billion—accounts for as much as $1.4 billion of the artist’s $1.7 billion fortune.
The rest of Rihanna’s fortune comes from her stake in her lingerie company, Savage x Fenty, worth an estimated $270 million, and her earnings as a chart-topping musician and actress.
Kevin Durant Leads Team USA Men’s Basketball Past France To Win Fourth Straight Gold Medal!
Team USA defeated Team France Saturday (August 7) to win its fourth straight gold medal in Olympic men’s basketball competition. The Americans, led by Kevin Durant, made up for their opening round loss to France by defeating the French 87-82 when it mattered most.
According to The Associated Press, Team USA held a players-only meeting after France snapped its 25-game win streak with a 83-76 victory over the U.S. in the opening game. The conversation at the meeting proved to be fruitful since Team USA didn’t lose another game on its way to its 16th gold medal in 19 Olympic appearances.
Durant scored a game-high 29 points and grabbed six rebounds as he joined Carmelo Anthony as the only three-time men’s gold medalists in Olympic basketball history. Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum added 19 points and seven rebounds while Damian Lillard and Jrue Holiday finished with 11 points apiece.
France’s Evan Fournier, who finished with 16 points, hit a big three-pointer in the fourth quarter to cut the U.S. lead to six. Big shots in crunch time from Nandi DeColo and Frank Ntilikina helped the French get within three points of Team USA with 10 seconds left to go in the game. However, it was Durant’s two free throws with eight seconds to go that would seal the deal for Team USA.
“This is one of those special journeys,” Durant said. “When you’re a part of a team that’s evolving by the second, it’s amazing to see. Each game we continued to grow. I’m grateful we all committed to it, we stuck with it and we finished it off.”
Team USA head coach Gregg Popovich praised KD after the game for stepping up as a leader for this team. He called the 3x NBA champion’s love for the game infectious. “KD is not special because he’s so talented. The way he works on his game is more impressive,” Popovich said. “The relationship he builds with teammates, the respect he garners, the joy he has in playing, it’s like osmosis. It goes into all the players.”
Nicki Minaj’s Husband Strikes Plea Deal For Failing To Register As Sex Offender!
Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, reportedly has struck a plea deal after he was arrested in 2020 for failing to register as a sex offender in California.
Petty has agreed to plea guilty to one count of failing to register in return for a shorter sentence, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The outlet reported the “mandatory minimum sentence is 5 years of supervised release” and the maximum sentence is “10 years in prison with a lifetime of supervised release.” It’s unclear when he will be sentenced.
Petty, 43, was first ordered to register as a sex offender in California in November 2019 after he was pulled over by the Beverly Hills Police Department. In March 2020, he was placed in federal custody for failing to register.
Petty — who was convicted in 1995 of attempting to rape a 16-year-old girl — was already registered in the state of New York, where he moved from after marrying Minaj in 2019. He is now registered in the state of California.
In December 2018, Minaj came to her husband’s defense, writing on social media, “He was 15, she was 16 … in a relationship. But go awf, internet, y’all can’t run my life. y’all can’t even run y’all own life.”
The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, in September 2020. The pair have yet to reveal the baby’s name, but earlier this year, she shared photos of him on social media.
“#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mama 🎀🦄🙏 ,” she wrote alongside the snaps.
She added, “Becoming a mom is by far the most fulfilling job I’ve ever taken on. Sending love to all the superhero mothers out there.”
A rep for Minaj did not immediately return our request for comment.
Co-Founding Kool & The Gang Member Dennis “Dee Tee” Thomas Dies At 70!
Co-founding Kool & The Gang member and saxophonist Dennis “Dee Tee” Thomas has passed away Saturday at the age of 70.
No cause of death was announced, only that he passed away in his sleep in New Jersey. Following Thomas’ death, only two of the band’s founding members remain Ronald “Kool” Bell and drummer-keyboardist George Brown.
“An original member of Kool & The Gang, Dennis was known as the quintessential cool cat in the group, loved for his hip clothes and hats, and his laid-back demeanor,” a spokesperson for the group wrote in a statement. “A huge personality while also an extremely private person, Dennis was the alto saxophone player, flutist, percussionist, as well as master of ceremonies at the band’s shows.”
Thomas also served as stylist for the group, according to the announcement. He was also tasked with keeping watch of the band’s earnings, carrying them around in a bag stored in the bell of his horn.
The group was started in 1964 by seven teens from New Jersey, originally performing under the name the Jazziacs. In 1969, the band released their debut album under the name Kool & The Gang.
They are best known for their hits “Jungle Boogie” and “Hollywood Swingers.”
The group went on to bring home two Grammy Awards and seven American Music Awards. The group amassed 30 gold and platinum albums, with multiple top 10s on the charts.
6 Members Of One Florida Church Died From COVID-19 In 10 Days According To Its Pastor!
A pastor in Jacksonville, Florida, is encouraging his congregants to get vaccinated as a COVID-19 outbreak has ravaged his church.
Six unvaccinated members died from COVID-19 over the course of ten days, Senior Pastor George Davis of Impact Church told local outlet News4Jax.
"In the last 10 days, we have had six members of our church who passed away from COVID. Four of them were under the age of 35. All of them were healthy, and the only thing they had in common was they were not vaccinated," Davis said.
Another 15 to 20 members of the church have been hospitalized with the virus, while others have tested positive but were not hospitalized, including a few vaccinated members.
The church requires congregants to wear masks during the service, according to News4Jax. Davis said they held a vaccination event in March with 800 people getting the shot. After the latest outbreak, the church is holding another vaccine event and urging everyone to get inoculated.
Florida has become the epicenter of the most recent COVID-19 surge in the US. The state has broken its own record for new daily COVID-19 cases three times in the past week, as hospitalizations also rise. Infections in children are also rising in Florida, as well as in Texas, including among kids who are too young to get the vaccine.
About 49% of Florida residents are fully vaccinated, on par with the national rate of 50%, according to the CDC.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican who has resisted mask mandates and other coronavirus restrictions, sparred with the White House this week after President Joe Biden accused him of not doing enough to control the outbreak.
Charlize Theron Celebrates Her 46th Birthday With An '80s Prom Murder Mystery Party!
Charlize Theron had the time of her life at her 46th birthday party.
The Monster actress took to Instagram to share details of her intimate celebration, which took place on a boat — and featured a fun, ‘80s-themed murder mystery. The star shared two photos of the celebration, which included a group shot of her guests decked out in bright ‘80s attire.
“Well I never got to go to prom, but this year for my bday my friends decided to change that,” Theron captioned the post. “I love these humans more than words can describe. Only they could know that an 80s prom murder mystery party on a boat is my literal dream birthday. What a family, what a night.”
The Oscar winner, who is mom to daughters Jackson, 8, and August, 4, received plenty of birthday love in the comments section. Andy Cohen wrote, “Happy Birthday, Prom Queen!” Chelsea Handler added, “How fun! Happy birthday, baby!!”
Theron and her family didn’t just have the party on the boat. Earlier this week, the Atomic Blonde star shared a video of herself and her children jumping into the ocean from the top of the ship. She captioned the video, “Me and my girls 4 life.”
In September of last year, the producer opened up on The Drew Barrymore Show about prioritizing parenting over dating, sharing that she hadn’t been in a real relationship for more than five years.
“I can honestly say I don’t feel lonely,” Theron shared in September 2020. “Once I had my children, it’s not that it replaces something, or that it makes you less interested in something else.”
Fortunately for Theron, it seems she has plenty of people to hang with at "prom."
OJ Simpson Says He Worried He Might Die If he’s goes back to LA because of Brown And Goldman Murders!
O.J. Simpson says a severe case of COVID-19 last year left him gasping for air and fearing his time had run out.
“When I had COVID, I almost couldn’t get out of bed,” Simpson told The Athletic in a new in-depth interview published Friday that also offered fresh comments on the double-murder case he was acquitted of. “I made it to my balcony, trying to breathe. I couldn’t catch my breath."
The 74-year-old NFL Hall of Famer who played for the Buffalo Bills, acted in movies and was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman during the so-called “Trial of the Century” said the medical scare caused him to discuss his final arrangements with his children.
“I felt vulnerable and for the first time thought I might be near the end. Since that day, I have wondered. Do I want to be buried? Do I want to be cremated? Years ago, I would have left it up to Nicole because I know she would have done the right thing,” Simpson told The Athletic.
“I know what I want my kids to do, but I don’t want to discuss it here,” he said.
Simpson, who was found civilly liable for killing his ex-wife 35, and Goldman, 25, and went on to spend nine years in a Nevada prison for an armed memorabilia heist at a Las Vegas casino, said other than his COVID case, his life on parole is quite comfortable.
“How many Americans, even today, wouldn’t like to live my life?” Simpson asked while drinking Bloody Mary cocktails and coffee at a Vegas sports bar. “I don’t work. I play golf four or five days a week. I go out to dinner a couple of nights with friends. People want to buy me drinks. I’m always taking pictures with people. Ladies hug me.”
While Simpson remains subject to a megabucks civil judgment won by Goldman’s family, his NFL and Screen Actors Guild pensions are shielded, giving him guaranteed income.
“I’m living a good life now,” he said.
Reflecting on how his inevitable obituary might read, Simpson was sanguine.
“I hope it starts out with football. I know they’re going to add the other stuff,” he said.
“The L.A. thing, unfortunately, some people wrongfully believe something, but I moved on. I still think I’m a good guy. I didn’t let it change me. It did for a while. I was angry for a while, but I treat everybody the way I want to be treated,” he said.
Simpson said he has no desire to return to Los Angeles, where he won a Heisman Trophy playing for the University of Southern California and enjoyed a lucrative Hollywood career before his notorious slow-speed Bronco chase and arrest for the double murder.
“I have trouble with L.A.,” Simpson told The Athletic. “People may think this is self-serving, but I might be sitting next to whoever did it. I really don’t know who did this.”
At least one ex-friend interviewed for the piece, former USC teammate Ron Yary, said he’s convinced Simpson killed Nicole and Goldman.
“The thought of taking a knife and plunging it into another person that you love and care about — or even that you’re angry with — takes a hell of a lot,” Yary told The Athletic when asked for his thoughts on Simpson’s legacy.
“Even in war, to kill a person with a knife is intimate. I don’t know if there’s a harder way to kill someone. You have to be out of your mind to commit a crime like that,” he said.
Justin Timberlake Pays Tribute To Longtime Backup Singer Nicole Hurst!
Nicole Hurst, a longtime backup singer for Justin Timberlake, has passed away at age 39.
Timberlake paid tribute to Hurst in an Instagram post on Friday, sharing photos and videos of the two together.
“My heart is so heavy. We lost a beautiful soul this week. Nicole lit up every room she walked into. On and off the stage, she was a constant source of joy and positivity,” he captioned the post.
He continued, “Some things feel so unfair, and we will never understand why they happen. What I do know is that we were blessed to laugh with her, to travel with her, and to experience her infectious smile and love for a life filled with music.”
In several videos he posted, the two refer to each other as “bro” and “sis,” indicating their strong bond. He also posted numerous selfies of the two together. In one heartwarming video, a group of people is singing “Happy Birthday” to Hurst backstage.
Hurst’s cause of death is unknown, but she was previously diagnosed with breast cancer. She told ABC 13 in 2015 that she was diagnosed with “Stage 2 triple-positive breast cancer” right before she was scheduled to tour with Timberlake and Jay-Z in 2013.
By 2015, Hurst was in remission. She revealed in 2019 that the cancer had spread to her brain.
“Nicole, it’s not enough to say that I am going to miss you dearly. Thank you for your light. I will do my best to carry that with me. I love you, my sister,” Timberlake concluded the post.
Hurst had also provided background vocals for Kelly Clarkson and other stars throughout her singing career.
Mo’Nique Teams With Endemol Shine North America For Unscripted Projects!
Academy Award-winning actress, producer, comedian and author Mo’Nique has recently struck a deal with Endemol Shine North America to develop unscripted TV projects. It was announced today by Cris Abrego, Chairman of the Americas, Banijay, and President and CEO, Endemol Shine Holdings.
Endemol Shine North America, a Banijay Company, and Hicks Media, Mo’Nique and her manager/husband Sidney Hicks’ production label, are developing unscripted series for Mo’Nique to both host and star in, as well as develop and produce projects for other performers.
The deal reunites Abrego with Mo’Nique, whom he originally cast in the unscripted hit series Charm School 15 years ago for VH1. Abrego, who originally co-founded 51 Minds, the production company behind the hit series, now oversees eight different production studios in the U.S. and across Latin America for Banijay, including Los Angeles-based Endemol Shine North America.
“I’ll never forget my first time working with her on ‘Charm School,’ where she made it very clear that there was a lack of diverse faces behind the camera and that things needed to change,” says Abrego. “That was 15 years ago, and Mo’Nique has been a champion of equality and representation in our industry ever since.”
The new partnership with Mo’Nique and Hicks was solidified as a result of a call Abrego made to the duo during the pandemic inquiring about potential unscripted collaborations.
Abrego added, “Mo’Nique is an icon in every sense of the word, and I can’t think of anyone who is more relevant and whose authentic voice should be heard right now more than hers. Our team at Endemol Shine is thrilled to be working with her and excited by the top names that both she and Sidney are already bringing in to collaborate with.”
Mo’Nique had helped deliver record ratings to VH1 with Charm School, but it was a message she delivered during production that really caught Abrego’s attention at the time and has stayed with him ever since.
Mo’Nique began her career as a stand-up comedian starring in the classic The Kings of Comedy spinoff – The Queens of Comedy. On the television side, she impressed audiences as Nikki Parker in the sitcom The Parkers. In 2009 she delivered an outstanding performance in the film Precious, which won her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also wrote her New York Times best-selling book Skinny Women are Evil.
Mo’Nique also received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Ma Rainey in HBO’s Bessie in 2015. In 2019, she made history by becoming the first African American female comedian to have a residence in Las Vegas at the SLS Hotel. And she recently hosted and served as an executive producer with Hicks on the Showtime special, Mo’Nique & Friends: Live From Atlanta.

Live Nation is Giving Artists the Option to Issue Vaccine Mandates for Concerts!
Following a Lollapalooza festival where attendees were required to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test, Live Nation announced Friday that they will allow touring artists to choose whether to implement similar mandates for their upcoming concerts.
via: Revolt: On Friday (Aug. 6), Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino issued a statement about changes to the entertainment company’s COVID-19 practices at Live Nation venues in America.
According to a message, obtained by Hits Daily Double, artists at Live Nation events will have the option to require vaccination or proof of a negative test result for fans who want to attend their shows. Live Nation is giving all of its employees until Oct. 4 — the day the company offices reopen— to become fully vaccinated. They will not be allowed to enter venues or offices until they have taken the vaccine.
“It has been great to see events make such a strong return across the U.S., with demand for concerts and festivals continuing to outpace expectations,” Rapino writes. “We are working to ensure we are reopening in the best way possible for staff, artists, crew, fans and communities at large. Our teams have worked together to put new processes in place so artists doing shows with Live Nation in the U.S. can require all attendees and staff to be fully vaccinated or show a negative test result for entry where permitted by law. We believe this is a great model, and we have already implemented this successfully at many major shows, including Lollapalooza. We know people are eager to return to live events, and we hope these measures encourage even more people to get vaccinated. That is the number one thing anyone can do to take care of those around them, and we are encouraging as many shows as possible to adopt this model.”
Later in the message to employees, Rapino states: “We’ve seen great vaccination enthusiasm among our staff so far, and we want to ensure we’re taking every step possible to keep you all safe. Our business and our industry is about uniting people, and vaccines are one of the greatest tools for making sure everyone can continue to enjoy live music together. We’ve gone through a lot this past year, and it’s remarkable to see how far we’ve come.”
The requirement and COVID precautions arrives nearly three months after Rapino held a conference call discussing the entertainment company’s first quarter financial results and outlook for the rest of 2021.
