Morning Goods: Robert Christopher Riley VH1's Hit The Floor

Morning Goods: Robert Christopher Riley (VH1's Hit The Floor)
Your Morning Goods Robert Christopher Riley  from Vh1's Hit The Floor. Here’s a little info on the actor. Before Hit The Floor Riley was Terrence Howard’s understudy in the all-Black Broadway revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. In Howard’s absence, Riley worked alongside legendary actor James Earl Jones.

“I had many conversations with James,” Riley muses. “He told me to keep working as long as I can, whether it’s stage, TV, or film, because I’m supposed to be doing this.”

Lombardi recently celebrated its 200th performance and is generating plenty of Tony Awards buzz (nominations will be announced May 3). We caught up with the charismatic thespian somewhere between his morning guitar session and afternoon yoga class.
