Ruben Studdard Gets Away Scot Free!

Ruben Studdard can thank his iron-clad pre-nup for getting him out of his marriage with that video girl unscathed.

When Ruben Studdard filed for divorce from his wife citing irreconcilable differences, the first thing she did was try to get her pre-nup thrown out.
Not only was that a big fat fail, but Ms Hunny even has to give back her engagement ring...

According to the final judgment, Ruben was not ordered to pay ANY spousal support or alimony ... and he gets to keep their home plus all his belongings -- jewelry, pensions, royalties, clothing, and all his cash. It was even ordered Zuri return the engagement ring.

Meanwhile, Zuri gets next to nothing -- her wedding dress, her photo albums, a 2006 BMW (which Ruben will pay off), a 10k property settlement and 2k for attorneys fees.

Fantasia SELLING North Carolina Mansion For $800K...At A Half Million Dollar Loss

R&B singer Fantasia is downsizing in 2012 as she's put her North Carolina mansion on the market for $800K. Which means she's in for a half a million dollar loss. Get the deets inside....

Remember the home that Fantasia nearly lost to foreclosure? She's decided to sell it for $500K less than what she paid for it! According to TMZ, The Charlotte, NC mansion she bought for $1.3M, could now be yours for $800K.

But why is she selling the 5-bedroom, 38,768 sq. ft. mansion? Fanny is likely trying to get those finances together now that she has another mouth to feed. And probably wants to say good riddance to all the bad memories that house holds. Sigh....

Nicki Minaj shut’s DOWN Times Square on GOOD FRIDAY!

Nicki Minaj ended her very busy Good Friday with a "secret" concert at Times Square...all to help Nokia celebrate their official launch of its Lumia 9000 phone. But it wasn't too much of a secret as tens of thousands of fans showed up and shut down the area.

Nokia teamed up with the tiger tights wearing Nicki Minaj to bring a building in Times Square alive and create one of the biggest LED displays ever seen to celebrate the launch of the Windows Phone-based Nokia Lumia 900 (available exclusively in North America from AT&T on April 8).

Nicki belted out a medley of her tracks while she simultaneously shot her "Starships Remix" video. Footage from this concert will serve as Nokia's exclusive remix to the "Starships" video.

Nicki said about the big concert:

“To see the idea on paper was amazing but to see it for real blew me away. It brought Times Square to a standstill. The absolute bonus for me is that my fans, who have been so loyal to me, are now part of the video for the Starships Nokia remix."

“Performing in my home town of NYC the same week as the release of my new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded is amazing and it really is a dream come true.”

While many of you were picking out your Sunday’s best for Easter weekend, reality star Evelyn Lozada was livin’ it up in the strip club this past weekend in Miami. Ev hosted an event at the G5 strip club and the spot got so hot she had to make it rain a little bit. She dropped over two grand throughout the course of the night while getting private lap dances and enjoyed every bit of it.

So I have a drop of tea, and I mean a drop...my cousin who works behind the scenes for Kerry's new show told me that Gabby is still furious she didn't get the lead in Scandal. Also, that Gabby thinks Kerry is a snob because she refuses to hang with her or her crew.

Gabby feels that black actresses should stick together, but in reality Kerry just thinks Gabby is beneath her and lacks class.

Eve Readies Buzz Single, Weighs In On Azealia Banks And Iggy Azalea & Talks Lauryn Hill’s Mental State?

With a new single due out by April’s end, Eve is slowly but surely making her way back to the public psyche.

So, in a bid to kick things off on a promo front, she sat down with our friends over at Women Of Hip Hop for a lengthy chit chat, spilling on anything and everything.

On ‘212‘ belle Azealia Banks:

I like her. I think she knows how to word play and I think that’s cute.

However, when it came to ‘My World’ star Iggy Azalea, she confessed:
I’m not really into Iggy. Her look is crazy but I can’t f*ck with her music. I just can’t believe it. It doesn’t grab me.

Then, on Nicki Minaj:
People want me to hate on her but I haven’t got anything to say about her. I wouldn’t have a problem putting her on a record- I try to be nice.I know a lot of people are mad at her.
But I get it, I get the whole sh*t, I know she’s going crazy. I know she’s going crazy at the mouth. Yeah you’re doing your thing- terrific, but without Kim you wouldn’t be here.
Going onto add:

Until somebody mentions me by name I don’t care, do you -because all I can do is me.
Even going back, Foxy and Kim both came at me and I was like ‘whoah are you’re serious’, if you want to come see, come see me for real- I’m not that girl.
Foxy made a record about me and was talking wild craziness, but to me it makes me feel like- if you’re thinking about me that much- thinking about me everyday- I’m ‘f*ckin up your life.

Then, speaking on a possible duet with Lauryn Hill, she admitted:

You know what- my one dream collabo would be with Lauryn Hill. She’s always be the one. Unfortunately she’s in a bad mental place right now, but it would be a dream come true.

However, despite the ‘kumbaya’ stance she has taken towards Nicki, it’s interesting she accused her of ‘going crazy at the mouth’, completely overlooking why she is doing so (see Keys-gate), and was brave enough to comment on Lauryn’s ‘issues’.
Though her remarks on Iggy were short and sweet, they echo sentiments held by any who remain unconvinced by her.

Sure, though I'm sure she meant no harm, Eve’s comments are all too damaging for a girl who despite being gifted, is yet to prove how she will fare if it came down to talent- and talent alone.

Ohio State's Jared Sullinger Thought It Would Be Cool To Wear A Dress

One day after announcing his intentions to enter the NBA Draft in June, Ohio State's star forward Jared Sullinger, has had a pretty incriminating photo of himself hit the net. DeAnn Smith, who is believed by most outlets to be Sully's girlfriend, is the one who leaked the photo. Sullinger recently spoke about the pic and said "It was all about having fun." Okay, there buddy.

Khloe and Lamar: Trouble in Paradise?

m the LA Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks, Lamar Odom began taking his frustrations from the court out on his doting wife Khloé Kardashian during tonight's episode of Khloe & Lamar.

The 27-year-old reality star spent the majority of the episode being 'a brave face' for her emotionally and physically-drained husband.
'Our lives are about to change,' Khloé says to the camera. 'Life threw us a curveball, but this will just make us a stronger couple.

'My family and I have never really lived apart from each other, but Lamar needs me.'
The episode opens with Khloé saying farewell to her parents, Bruce Jenner and Kris, who give the 27-year-old her first cowboy hat to prepare her for her big move to Dallas, Texas.
'We all know that you're a strong girl, and you have to be there for everybody else,' Kris says before breaking down. 'But who's going to be there for Khloé?'
Lamar, a professional basketball forward, was having a hard time keeping up with his new team's heavy practice schedule.

As soon as she lands in Dallas, Khloé joins her exhausted husband in bed at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel where they begin to talk about finding their new home.
'I'm an old man fo' real,' Lamar complains to Khloé. 'I feel like my a** is going to rip.'
The next morning, Khloé mets with real estate agents, looking at apartments, and soaking in all of the warm, Southern hospitality she encounters along the way.
The Kardashian sister gets particularly excited about a two-bedroom place at the W Hotel, which had high ceilings, surrounding balconies, and an incredible view of the Dallas skyline.

When Lamar does not share her enthusiasm about their future home, Khloé gets disappointed.

After looking at the W apartment, Lamar and Khloé argue over whether or not Lamar's best friend Jamie Sangouthai would stay in their Dallas home. 

Calling him 'a distraction,' Khloé puts her foot down and tells Lamar that Jamie would not fit into the equation when it came to Lamar's hectic training schedule.

'I'm out here busting my a** and you're picking a fight with me about Jamie?' she asks Lamar.
In the episode's darkest moment, Khloé ominously tells Lamar that she'd 'be arrested' for the things she fantastized about doing to him when she's mad.
'You stress yourself out,' he replies.

When the boxes begin to arrive from Los Angeles crowding their hotel room, Khloé uses typical Kardashian logic and comes up with an easy solution -- get a second hotel room for storage.

In order to lighten his load, Khloé decides to get the most important piece of furniture for their new home, a mattress big enough to fit Lamar's six-foot, 10-inch frame.
She gives several hugs of thanks to the friendly Texan mattress salesman named Harold, whom she calls 'My Santa' for throwing in some pillows free of charge.
Lamar has major performance anxiety during his first game with the Mavericks, and even Khloé was 'a little shy to go to the wives' lounge.'

'You have to read people to set up plays, it takes chemistry,' Khloe says of her husband's performance on the court and his struggle with being the new guy.
At one point she apologises to her seatmate during a heated portion of the game. 'Sorry, sir, I curse a lot.'
After the game, Khloé tries to console her man with baby talk, wine, candles, and rose petals around their sparsely-decorated digs, but the NBA player clearly needs more time to decompress after the defeat.

When he leaves for bed, she breaks down while on the phone with her mother.
'I feel like I'm trying and it's not going the way that I thought it was going to go,' she cries.

Suddenly, her 'Lammy' returns to comfort his teary wife and all was well for the famous couple.
'I don't like to see you cry,' Lamar says kissing his wife. 'You make me happy.'

Anne Hathaway Debuts Shorter 'Do For 'Les Miserables'

Trying avoid the awaiting shutterbugs, Anne Hathaway attempted to make a quick exit out of The Box Nightclub in London, England

The "Alice In Wonderland" actress, who was accompanied by fiance Adam Shulman and another friend, sported a long jacket with a popped up collar while trying to hide her new short hairdo.

The 29 year-old's chopped coif is said to be a part of her new role as Fantine in the movie musical "Les Miserables". The character, who is a struggling factory worker, ends up selling her hair for money to help care for her love child.

The Tom Hooper directed film also stars Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe, and is expected to hit theaters on December 14.

Tiger Woods Turns Back on Disabled Half-Brother

Tiger Woods oldest brother has been desperately trying to reach him to no avail.
Tiger Woods' half-brother hasn't seen the golf pro since his father's funeral in 2006 and claims repeated attempts to reach him have gone unanswered.

Tiger's eldest half-brother, Earl Woods Jr.spoke with ESPN and said that their other half-brother, Kevin Woods, 52, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009, is wheelchair-bound, and is financially struggling.

"I leave messages. I leave updates on Kevin, but for whatever reason I don't get a response. Kevin loves Tiger. A call from Tiger would really pump Kevin up. When he doesn't call, it just makes him feel worse," Earl Jr. told ESPN reporter Rick Reilly.
"We haven't asked Tiger for a dime. Not even tickets to a tournament. But Kevin's losing his home. He needs a caregiver and he can't have a caregiver and keep his home at the same time."
The only word from Tiger was a call back from his rep saying he was busy preparing for the Masters and would not be calling them back.

Since Tiger's rise to fame — both on and off the golf course — the family said there was a steady decline in how much they would hear from the superstar.

Montell Jordan Owes The IRS in Back Taxes

R&B singer/songwriter Montell Jordan owes the IRS over $627k in back taxes for the years 1999-2001, a Federal Tax Lien was filed against him in 2004 but Jordan still failed to pay the back taxes. Well, just this month, the IRS filed another lien against Jordan. If he fails to pay up this time around, the government can cease Jordan’s property.

Montell might have to make some more music, before he can pay up.

Tyler Perry Gifts Hers and Hers Bentley’s To Oprah and Gayle?

Everybody gets a Bentley! Gayle King just dished on the Bentleys that Tyler Perry gave to her and Oprah Winfrey as gifts last year.

During a recent conversation, Gayle King opened up about the Bentley that Tyler Perry gave her last summer. She says it all started when he presented Oprah Winfrey with a Bentley (likely in return for the major impact Oprah has had on his life), and Gayle called Tyler to tell him how sweet she thought the jesture was.

“I called Tyler and told him how amazing that was because nobody ever does anything like that for her, on such a grand scale,” King said. “And so, the next day when I got home, there was a Bentley in my driveway!”

It seems as though it was just a week ago that we were drooling over Chicago Bears Devin Thomas and his tattooed up chiseled body.
He is featured in the latest issue of YRB Magazine and this time around, he kept his shirt on. Inside, the sexy young bachelor discussed his recent Superbowl win with the NY Giants before signing a one year deal with the Bears. He also discussed what he is currently looking for in a woman and his personal style.

It’s charming and it’s very much appreciated that women find me attractive, but there is more to me than my looks. I definitely don’t want to be with somebody that thinks I’m just eye candy. I’m not looking for anyone to pressure me into doing anything crazy. I would like to find somebody to develop something with. On his love for fashion
Style is very important to me. I believe style represents who you are. It has to do with first impressions; your style is the first thing someone will notice about you. Style is an outward expression of your inner self. I’m really a ‘pick your poison’ kind of guy when it comes to fashion. It all depends on what store I run across or what piques my interest.
I could never really pinpoint my style. It’s important for your look to be ready for change. And I’m looking forward to different companies getting ahold of me and talking about being the spokesman for their clothing line. I like to get cleaned up and put on the more fashionable attire. I like everything to compliment my physique, being an athlete. I like the clothes I wear to amplify my body’s features. I would never wear anything baggy; I look best when clothes accentuate my proportions.
