RHOA: Ya Girl, Phaedra Parks' Path To Her $6 Million Net Worth
Phaedra Parks has built a multifaceted career as an attorney, entrepreneur, reality TV personality and author. Best known for her tenure on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Parks has leveraged her legal expertise and media presence to create a diverse portfolio of business ventures. Over the years, she has expanded her brand beyond reality television, capitalizing on opportunities in law, entertainment and wellness. But what is Phaedra Park’s current net worth? Let’s explore the reality TV star’s career, income streams and business ventures before revealing her considerable sum total financial standings.

Before becoming a household name on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Parks made a name for herself in the legal world. Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Early in her career, she founded The Parks Group, a successful Atlanta-based law firm specializing in entertainment, civil and criminal defense law.

Parks represented high-profile clients, including celebrities and athletes, earning her recognition as one of the top attorneys in the Southeast. Her legal career not only provided a solid financial foundation for her net worth but also helped establish her reputation. That move later opened doors for her in the entertainment industry.

Phaedra Parks joined “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2010 during the show’s third season. Known for her sharp wit, Southern charm and dramatic one-liners, she quickly became one of the most memorable cast members. Her time on the show lasted seven seasons. During that period, she reportedly earned up to $1.3 million for each.

Reality TV gave Parks national recognition and a platform to expand her business empire. Even after leaving “RHOA” in 2017, she continued to make television appearances, securing roles on “Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition” and later joining the cast of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” in 2022.
Parks has successfully expanded her brand into multiple industries, generating income from diverse business ventures. One of her major entrepreneurial moves includes her funeral home business, which she publicly discussed on “RHOA.” As an attorney with experience in estate planning, Parks saw an opportunity in the mortuary industry, which is a profitable market.

In addition to her legal and funeral businesses, Parks launched lifestyle and wellness ventures, including her line of health and beauty products. She has promoted self-care and holistic wellness, aligning with trends in the beauty industry that focus on natural and rejuvenating products.

Her real estate investments have also played a role in building her net worth. She has purchased and sold multiple properties in Atlanta, leveraging the city’s booming housing market for financial gain. Real estate remains a key asset Phaedra Parks’ financial portfolio.
Parks has also earned income as an author and speaker. In 2013, she published “Secrets of the Southern Belle: How to Be Nice, Work Hard, Look Pretty, Have Fun and Never Have an Off Moment.” The book offers life advice on etiquette, business, and personal development. It became a bestseller and helped further establish Parks as a media personality and lifestyle expert.

Beyond writing, she frequently does guest speaker events and conferences, where she discusses law, entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment. Her ability to monetize her expertise through public speaking engagements has added to her revenue streams.

Additionally, Parks has partnered with brands in beauty, health and luxury lifestyle markets, taking advantage of her public image to promote products and services. These collaborations have helped her maintain financial stability even after stepping away from full-time reality television.
Phaedra Parks has continuously looked for new business opportunities, expanding her brand beyond traditional industries. In recent years, she has capitalized on the booming wellness and self-care market, launching products that cater to a growing audience interested in beauty, relaxation and holistic health. She has a public association in the skincare and luxury spa treatments industry, aligning her brand with the increasing demand for natural health solutions.

Her ability to spot trends and invest in them early has allowed her to stay ahead in competitive markets. She has successfully promoted her wellness ventures to a dedicated following by leveraging her public image and social media presence.

Additionally, Parks has explored media production opportunities, positioning herself as more than just a reality TV personality. She has shown interest in producing and developing television projects focusing on entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment and lifestyle branding. Given the success of reality-based business shows, her experience on “RHOA” could help her create content that resonates with audiences beyond the franchise.

Even with her expansion into reality TV and business, Parks has maintained her legal credentials and expertise. While she is no longer practicing law full-time, she continues to consult on high-profile legal cases and business matters, lending her experience to clients in the entertainment and corporate worlds.

By keeping her law firm active, Parks has ensured that she retains a stable source of income while also using her legal expertise to enhance her personal business dealings. Many of her investments are structured with strong legal protections, ensuring that she maximizes profits while minimizing financial risks.
Parks has been strategic about her net worth wealth-building, focusing on long-term financial security rather than short-term reality TV fame. She has continued to educate herself on real estate trends, investment opportunities and emerging markets, proving that her career moves are carefully calculated.

With multiple income streams and a strong personal brand, Parks is positioning herself for continued financial success. Whether through real estate, law, business or television, she has created a diversified net worth that will likely sustain her well into the future.
With multiple income streams – including law, reality TV, business ventures, real estate and brand endorsements – Phaedra Parks’ estimated net worth in 2025 is around $6 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. While she may not be among the highest-earning reality TV stars, her ability to pivot between industries and maintain a strong personal brand has allowed her to build and sustain wealth.

#HipHopNews: Rod Wave Hit With $27 Million Lawsuit Over “Last Lap Tour”
Rod Wave is facing a lawsuit over his abruptly canceled “Last Lap Tour.” On Tuesday (Sept. 30), Grizzly Touring sued the rapper for allegedly failing to meet his contractual obligations.
According to legal filings obtained by TMZ, the touring company is seeking $27 million to recover unearned advances, plus additional damages tied to lost profits. Rod Wave was originally contracted for 35 shows with a payout of $40,250,000, half of which they claim was paid up front to cover production costs and other expenses.

In total, Grizzly Touring claims they gave him $57 million when factoring in additional costs. However, the Nostalgia rapper reportedly only performed 26 stops and pulled in just shy of $30 million. On top of that, the company’s attorney, Pravin Patel, alleges Rod Wave chose to spend portions of the advance on “private jets and lavish second homes.”

Rod Wave announced that he was canceling the remaining dates of his “Last Lap Tour” at the end of January. The rapper said the trek had been plagued by production problems “from the beginning” that extended into its second leg.

To make matters worse, the “Heart On Ice” artist was dealing with a foot injury at the time. “My foot and ankle injury [have] been killin’ me the whole tour, but this is what I had to do to continue,” he wrote alongside a photo of several pills in a clear Ziploc bag. “I [have] been mentally [whacked] out, so [please] excuse me.”

It’s worth mentioning that Rod Wave did promise fans he’d return to the stage “bigger and better” a few months after canceling the “Last Lap Tour.” So far, no new shows have been announced.
Grizzly Touring is trying to prevent that anyway, AllHipHop noted. The company reportedly filed a court order to block Rod Wave from launching any new tours without their involvement, citing a violation of the “exclusivity provision” in their deal.

Meanwhile, Rod Wave announced the launch of his own Mainstay Touring company last month. “What even pushed me to want to be more hands-on with touring is just the fact that my last tour had to get taken down because of the routing,” he told Billboard. “I’m saying putting it in people’s hands and promoters. I just wanted to be more in control.”

Conservationist Jane Goodall, renowned for chimpanzee research, dies at 91

Jane Goodall, the conservationist renowned for her groundbreaking chimpanzee field research and globe-spanning environmental advocacy, has died. She was 91.

The Jane Goodall Institute said in post on Instagram Wednesday that the renowned primatologist has died.
While living among chimpanzees in Africa decades ago, Goodall documented the animals using tools and doing other activities previously believed to be exclusive to people, and also noted their distinct personalities. Her observations and subsequent magazine and documentary appearances in the 1960s transformed how the world perceived not only humans’ closest living biological relatives but also the emotional and social complexity of all animals, while propelling her into the public consciousness.

“Out there in nature by myself, when you’re alone, you can become part of nature and your humanity doesn’t get in the way,” she told The Associated Press in 2021. “It’s almost like an out-of-body experience when suddenly you hear different sounds and you smell different smells and you’re actually part of this amazing tapestry of life.”

In her later years, Goodall devoted decades to education and advocacy on humanitarian causes and protecting the natural world. In her usual soft-spoken British accent, she was known for balancing the grim realities of the climate crisis with a sincere message of hope for the future.
From her base in the coastal U.K. town of Bournemouth, she traveled nearly 300 days a year well into her 90’s to speak to packed auditoriums around the world. Between more serious messages, her speeches often featured her whooping like a chimpanzee or lamenting that Tarzan chose the wrong Jane.

While first studying chimps in Tanzania in the early 1960s, Goodall was known for her unconventional approach. She didn’t simply observe them from afar but immersed herself in every aspect of their lives. She fed them and gave them names instead of numbers, something for which she received pushback from some scientists.
Her findings were circulated to millions when she first appeared on the cover of National Geographic in 1963 and soon after in a popular documentary. A collection of photos of Goodall in the field helped her and even some of the chimps become famous. One iconic image showed her crouching across from the infant chimpanzee named Flint. Each has arms outstretched, reaching for the other.

In 1972, the Sunday Times published an obituary for Flo, Flint’s mother and the dominant matriarch, after she was found face down on the edge of a stream. Flint died about three weeks later after showing signs of grief, eating little and losing weight.
″What the chimps have taught me over the years is they’re so like us. They’ve blurred the line between humans and animals,″ she told The Associated Press in 1997.

Goodall has earned top civilian honors from a number of countries including Britain, France, Japan and Tanzania. She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2025 by then-U.S. President Joe Biden and won the prestigious Templeton Prize in 2021.
“Her groundbreaking discoveries have changed humanity’s understanding of its role in an interconnected world, and her advocacy has pointed to a greater purpose for our species in caring for life on this planet,” said the citation for the Templeton Prize, which honors individuals whose life’s work embodies a fusion of science and spirituality.

Goodall was also named a United Nations Messenger of Peace and published numerous books, including the bestselling autobiography “Reason for Hope.”
Born in London in 1934, Goodall said her fascination with animals began around when she learned to crawl. In her book, “In the Shadow of Man,” she described an early memory of hiding in a henhouse to see a chicken lay an egg. She was in there so long her mother reported her missing to the police.

She bought her first book — Edgar Rice Burroughs’ “Tarzan of the Apes” — when she was 10 and soon made up her mind about her future: Live with wild animals in Africa.
That plan stayed with her through a secretarial course when she was 18 and two different jobs. And by 1957, she accepted an invitation to travel to a farm in Kenya owned by a friend’s parents.

It was there that she met the famed anthropologist and paleontologist Louis Leakey at a natural history museum in Nairobi, and he gave her a job as an assistant secretary.
Three years later, despite Goodall not having a college degree, Leakey asked if she would be interested in studying chimpanzees in what is now Tanzania. She told the AP in 1997 that he chose her “because he wanted an open mind.”

The beginning was filled with complications. British authorities insisted she have a companion, so she brought her mother at first. The chimps fled if she got within 500 yards (457.20 meters) of them. She also spent weeks sick from what she believes was malaria, without any drugs to combat it.
But she was eventually able to gain the animals’ trust. By the fall of 1960 she observed the chimpanzee named David Greybeard make a tool from twigs and use it to fish termites from a nest. It was previously believed that only humans made and used tools.

She also found that chimps have individual personalities and share humans’ emotions of pleasure, joy, sadness and fear. She documented bonds between mothers and infants, sibling rivalry and male dominance. In other words, she found that there was no sharp line between humans and the animal kingdom.

In later years, she discovered chimpanzees engage in a type of warfare, and in 1987 she and her staff observed a chimp “adopt” a 3-year-old orphan that wasn’t closely related
In 1966, she earned a Ph.D. in ethology — becoming one of the few people admitted to University of Cambridge as a Ph.D. candidate without a college degree.

Her work moved into more global advocacy after she watched a disturbing film of experiments on laboratory animals at a conference in 1986.
″I knew I had to do something,″ she told the AP in 1997. ″It was payback time.″
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and halted her in-person events, she began podcasting from her childhood home in England. Through dozens of “Jane Goodall Hopecast” episodes, she broadcast her discussions with guests including U.S. Sen. Cory Booker, author Margaret Atwood and marine biologist Ayana Elizabeth Johnson.

“If one wants to reach people; If one wants to change attitudes, you have to reach the heart,” she said during her first episode. “You can reach the heart by telling stories, not by arguing with people’s intellects.”
In later years, she pushed back on more aggressive tactics by climate activists, saying they could backfire, and criticized “gloom and doom” messaging for causing young people to lose hope.
In the lead-up to 2024 elections, she co-founded “Vote for Nature,” an initiative encouraging people to pick candidates committed to protecting the natural world.

She also built a strong social media presence, posting to millions of followers about the need to end factory farming or offering tips on avoiding being paralyzed by the climate crisis.
Her advice: “Focus on the present and make choices today whose impact will build over time.”

Cardi B Vows To Meet With “Possessed Drug Addict” Nicki Minaj: “This Past Twitter Now”
The beef between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B reached epic levels on Wednesday (October 1) as their war of words dragged on into its second day. But the Am I The Drama? rapper, feels it’s time they meet face-to-face.
Following the barrage of insults traded between the two women, Cardi B took a more serious tone in what she said would be her final tweet addressing the matter. In a lengthy tweet, the 32-year-old Bronx native implored Nicki Minaj to get professional help while standing firm on her belief that Nicki is a drug addict and victim of child sexual abuse.

Cardi begins by addressing Nicki by her government name, Onika Tanya Maraj, then goes in on her longtime nemesis.
“This my last time responding to you because this past Twitter now.. I gotta see you… but first ima tell you truth,” she writes. “You said out your own mouth that the lil girl in you haven’t forgave your mother yet and that’s because your mom used to stay silent when your dad used to touch on you every time he did that crack pipe. I know you experienced a lot of trauma and abuse but drugs is not gonna help you.. you need to go to therapy NOW… ima let you know this today.”

Cardi B also claimed that Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, doesn’t seek help for her because he counts on her being too high to care that he’s spending her fortune.
“Your husband is not stoppin you from your actions because he lets you do drugs all day to numb you so he can max out your credit card… yea you think I don’t know??” she continues. “Them queens nikkas that you be letting in your house every time you kick them out be coming and spilling your tea in the hood.. but I’m gonna be the realest person to ever tell you.. YOU NEED TO GET HELP!!

“You need to heal that trauma.. you always coming at people every time you see them happy because you got so much trauma and pain that you wanna put on others.. your fans are gonna gas you up while you literally lose your g####### mind…. You don’t have no friends.. no family.. just that man in your house that let you do drugs til you pass out so he can spend your money and buy the hood chains.”

She concludes with, “I’m not throwing away my career and my endorsements going back and forth with wit words wit a possessed drug addict.. ILL SEE YOU WHEN I SEE YOU.”
Cardi B has repeatedly vowed to meet up with Nicki in New York City, especially after she pulled Cardi’s children into the feud. Nicki threatened her children with violence, suggesting she wanted to kick Kulture in the teeth. For her part, Cardi claimed Nicki’s son, “Papa Bear,” was slow and non-verbal because of all the drugs Nicki allegedly did while she was pregnant.

Cardi also asserted that Nicki should be measuring her success against peers like Rihanna and Drake rather than picking fights with her. Their latest Twitter war highlights the lingering rivalry between the two rap titans and keep their years-long drama front and center in pop culture once again.
As of publication time, Nicki is still tweeting about Cardi, calling her “Barney B” and writing things like, “Offset told Pee you’re UGLEEE” and “Santana go back to your pig pen. You said blue ivy nappy & north look better than her didn’t you? Eat slop pig.”

Stay tuned.

Khalid Reflects On Being Outed & Reclaiming His Identity
Khalid channeled the pain of being outed online into the heart of his upcoming album After the Sun Goes Down, revealing that the deeply personal experience reshaped his creative process and forced him into the public eye before he was ready.
The 27-year-old singer was publicly outed as gay by an ex on X, formerly known as Twitter, in 2023. Though he had already come out privately to close friends and family, the public exposure left him feeling robbed of his autonomy.

“I was caught off guard. I think what’s so nasty about it all is that my own story got stripped away from me,” Khalid told People in a new interview.
Despite the emotional toll, Khalid said the experience cracked open a new level of honesty in his music. “This album wouldn’t have come to be if I wasn’t outed,” he said, referring to After the Sun Goes Down, which is set to drop October 10.

Known for hits like “Young Dumb & Broke,” Khalid admitted he once held back in his songwriting, trying to strike a balance between vulnerability and self-protection.
“I wanted to give enough of myself where I felt like I wasn’t completely hiding, but I didn’t want to give too much where I felt exposed,” he said. “As an artist, sometimes you do find the pressure to create yourself to be accepted by all sides.”

Now, Khalid says he’s embracing his truth without hesitation. “I decided I’m just going to choose to love who I am unconditionally because it’s all I got on this earth.”
Looking ahead, he described After the Sun Goes Down as a tribute to the pop icons who shaped his identity and inspired his dreams.
“Singing a melody of a Britney (Spears) song or watching a Rihanna video really charged my freedom of expression as a child,” he said. “I’ve always dreamt of being this pop star. I really tapped into that little boy and gave him his shine that he always wanted.”

Khalid’s new album After the Sun Goes Down will be released October 10.

Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner File Defamation Lawsuit Against Ray J After He Claimed Feds Were In Process Of Filing RICO Charges Against Them

The mother-daughter duo has initiated a defamation lawsuit against the One Wish artist, alleging that his recent public statements have caused significant harm to their reputations. The lawsuit, filed by attorney Alex Spiro, claims that #RayJ has waged a decades-long campaign against them, exploiting their prominence for personal gain. Specifically, the lawsuit references Ray’s comments in the TMZ-produced documentary United States vs. Sean Combs, where he suggested that RICO charges against the #Kardashians would be appropriate, stating, “If you told me the Kardashians was being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”

They also point to a recent livestream where Ray claimed that federal authorities had launched an investigation into the Kardashian/Jenner clan, saying, “The feds is coming, there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than #Diddy.”

The suit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

#RIP: ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Winner Joshua Allen Dies at 34
Joshua Allen, who won So You Think You Can Dance in 2008, has died. The Season 4 champion was just 34 years old. One of Allen’s family members confirmed his death to TMZ and said that he was struck and killed by a train.
“One of the last things he said was to keep God first at all times,” a family member told TMZ. “You have to be real with yourself before you can be real with anybody else.”

This devastating news comes less than three years after the passing of Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who was the runner-up on Allen’s season. The two developed a close friendship on the show and remained friends in the years afterwards.
Following news of tWitch’s death in December 2022, Allen took to Instagram to mourn his friend.

“To my brother: it’s hard for me to even write this message without breaking down, devastated would be an understatement,” he wrote. “I’ve been trying to find the right words for days now and nothing seems to fit right in order to express the pain of losing you! NO WORDS will ever be enough to explain the LOVE I have for you Stephen. You’re such a genuine and caring person ALWAYS showed love to anyone that came in contact with you.”

He went on to reflect on their first meeting in Las Vegas, adding, “We were sitting on the stairs getting ready to audition chatting about how nervous but hungry we were to get on the show and change the game. I knew from the beginning you’d do that.. You’ve inspired me from day one as well as so many others around the world.”

Allen also said he would miss tWitch’s “laugh, your hugs, the great talks, advice you gave, our endless inside jokes, the hand shakes,” and more. He vowed to “look after” his late friend’s family and concluded, “This isn’t goodbye more so I’ll see you later. IV’s UP…. IVREAL IVEVER!!!!!!!!!”
After winning the dance competition in 2008, Allen admitted to Entertainment Weekly, “I really wasn’t that technically trained. I would just try to take classes in the summer, and when it was school time I would take class, run track, play football. I would always just train in the summer. So it was never hard training.”

In 2016, Allen was arrested for domestic violence after an incident involving his girlfriend. He pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to one year in jail in 2017, as well as five years probation and one year of domestic violence counseling, per Deadline.
Allen was in 2010’s Step Up 3D, appeared in the Footloose remake, and had roles on shows including Community and American Horror Story.

Tiffany Pollard aka New York says she ‘resonates’ with non-binary community

House of Villains star Tiffany ‘New York’ Pollard is opening up about her relationship with her gender identity, revealing that she “resonates” with the non-binary community.
Speaking exclusively to PinkNews ahead of the launch of her “sizzling” new reality competition series Slayers: Wheel of Fate, the TV personality and viral sensation explained that she often feels “more masculine” than feminine.

“I really do resonate with non-binary because I feel like we are so dual without even recognising it,” she shared. “Because it takes two sexes for us to get here, so some days I may feel a lot more masculine and sometimes I’m super feminine, and that’s OK.”
In 2023, the former Celebrity Big Brother star revealed that she identified as queer, and last year, she explained during an episode of The Jason Lee Show that she has “lived a very, very broad life” in regards to her sexuality.

Tiffany Pollard, now 43, explained to PinkNews that she had her first kiss with another girl while in junior high (for UK readers, that’s age 12 to 15), and that the childhood experience “felt right”.
“The first time I ever really kissed a girl, I think it was in junior high, and I knew and it was fine. It felt good, it felt right. It had to happen at some point,” she said.

“You gonna come out of that closet and once you do it’s like, ‘OK, wow, this world is open to me in new ways and sweetie, shoving me back in the closet is never going to be an option’”.
Pollard is both the host and executive producer of Slayers: Wheel of Fate on OUTflix, a competition show which pits ten queer gamers against each other in the hope of winning $25,000 (approx. £18,600).

The competitors are followed through an “immersive gaming experience complete with a mysterious castle, a villain named Queen Karen, and a ‘dragon’ that eats the eliminated contestant every week,” according to an official synopsis.
That Slayers features an exclusively LGBTQ+ cast is unsurprising, given the fact that Pollard became a firm queer favourite following her 2006 appearance on VH1’s Flavor of Love. In the years since, she has maintained her presence as a pop culture icon, frequently going viral for her reality TV rants.

While Pollard hasn’t always been on the right side of the conversation – in 2020, she was condemned for her comments about the genitalia of a contestant on Zeus Network’s One Mo’ Chance – she has kept a sturdy queer fanbase.
No points for Horford but a big performance - Celtics coach
“I mean look at me, am I not a drag queen?”
“I feel like if I didn’t have such a strong connection with the queer fanbase that I have, I don’t know if I would still be in the game as prevalently as I am. They keep the HBIC [Head B***h In Charge] alive. I love to hear my sh*t recited,” she said, reflecting on the timelessness of some of her most known quotes.

She theorised that her connection with the LGBTQ+ community might also have something to do with how she was “bullied” in her youth, an experience many queer people face.
“Well, I mean look at me, am I not a drag queen? I mean that in all seriousness. I was really bullied a lot, especially coming up as a kid, and I feel like the gays understand that and accept it and see me in a lot of them, and vice versa,” she shared.
“And then, also, to do a show like [Slayers] and to be involved, it was just like, sign me up. I was just grateful that I have the connection that I do with my queer fanbase.”

Slayers: Wheel of Fate premieres 8 October on OUTflix and OUTflix Proud via Freeview in the UK.

Elon Musk cancels Netflix subscription amid backlash to trans-inclusive show
Elon Musk has cancelled his Netflix account amid a right-wing backlash to a trans-inclusive show that was cancelled more than two years ago, and comments made by its queer creator.
Musk, who was recently condemned by Downing Street for using “dangerous and inflammatory” language at Tommy Robinson’s ‘Unite the Kingdom’ rally, took to his platform X, formerly Twitter, to announce he had ended his Netflix subscription.

Musk’s decision came off the back of right-wing backlash to Hamish Steele‘s Netflix animation Dead End: Paranormal Park having trans representation, with infamous figures like Libs of TikTok and Gays Against Groomers sharing video clips from the show and claiming it “pushes trans ideology”.

The animation, which ran for two seasons in 2022, is centred around 17-year-old gay and transgender boy Barney Guttman (Zach Barack) who starts working at a paranormal theme park alongside his pal Norma Khan (Kody Kavitha) and talking pug, Pugsley (Alex Brightman). The trio “team up to battle demons at a haunted theme park — and maybe even save the world from a supernatural apocalypse,” Netflix’s synopsis reads.
Back in January 2023, Steele announced his animation had been cancelled by Netflix and said in a statement: “It was always the plan to give these characters the proper ending they deserve. But sadly, the powers that be don’t want any more.”

In response to Libs of TikTok, which is run by anti-LGBTQ+ influencer Chaya Raichik, sharing a clip of Barney talking about being trans in the show, Musk replied: “This is not ok”.
In another post, depicting an image of a Trojan Horse and suggesting Netflix is using a “transgender woke agenda” to get to “your kids”, Musk wrote: “Cancel Netflix for the health of your kids.”

Other far-right users subsequently responded to Musk by sharing screenshots of Steele criticising Labour leader Starmer for issuing a statement in the wake of the death of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was shot in the neck at an open air debate in Utah on 10 September.
“Why the f**k are you even commenting on this, dickhead? You [sic] sympathy for any of the families being slaughtered by your own weapons but a random Nazi gets shot and it’s a public statement. You’re such a f**king evil s**t,” Steele wrote in his post.

Following this, former nuclear scientist Matt Van Swol announced he had cancelled his Netflix account, citing “Hamish Steele celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder” as the reason, to which Musk reshared the post and commented “same”
Over on Bluesky, Steele shared their own screenshot of Musk’s response to Libs of TikTok, writing: “It’s probably going to be a very odd day.”
Steele subsequently commented that it is “genuinely funny that Elon Musk has now seen a clip from Dead End”, adding: “He’s on the list with people I know for a fact have watched it along with Ben Shapiro and Eric Adams.”

In a further post, Steele clarified to their followers that they have “mostly been very ok today and found it all quite funny, while really appreciating everyone who has reached out”, but added they had received “extremely nasty weird homophonic and antisemitic emails” and “it is getting a little scary”.
“My Instagram comments are now flooded with replies saying I AM CHARLIE KIRK and that I celebrated his death (which I never did) and all I can think of is Yvie Oddley shouting “WHAT HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING?”,” they added in another post.

Speaking to PinkNews back in 2022, Steele responded to right-wing backlash to Dead End: Paranormal Park, which called on broadcasters to change age ratings so parents are aware when children’s shows include so-called “disturbing” LGBTQ+ content, by saying they were “happy for the free publicity”.

Steele described Dead End as “queer in its bones”, saying: “I understand that kids’ media can be escapism but it can also be a little beacon to tell people that you’re not alone, and other people are going through what you’re going through.”

Trump Adviser Says ICE Will Be at Bad Bunny Super Bowl Halftime Show: ‘We Will Deport You'

President Donald Trump’s administration is warning that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will attend Super Bowl LX following the news that Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny is headlining the halftime show.
Corey Lewandowski, an adviser at the Department of Homeland Security, appeared on Benny Johnson’s podcast The Benny Show on Wednesday (Oct. 1) and warned attendees about the likelihood of federal agents at the NFL’s largest event.

"There is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally. Not the Super Bowl and nowhere else,” Lewandowski said.
He continued with threats that ICE would “find” and “apprehend” undocumented immigrants before placing them in a detention facility.
“So know that that is a very real situation under this administration, which is completely contrary to how it used to be,” he said.

Fans erupted in celebration online after the NFL confirmed that Bad Bunny would be performing the halftime show.
“I was thinking these days, and after talking to my team, I think I will do one date in the United States," the three-time Grammy winner tweeted in Spanish.
The Puerto Rican artist had previously said he wouldn’t tour in the U.S. to promote his latest album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, because it was "unnecessary."

He later clarified that he and his team were worried about possible immigration raids on Latino fans at shows in the States.
"Fucking ICE could be outside [my concert]," Bad Bunny said last month. "And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about."

Super Bowl LX will take place on Feb. 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

JoJo Siwa Demands Fans Stop Taking Selfies With Boyfriend Chris Hughes During Her Show
JoJo Siwa doesn’t want fans distracting her boyfriend Chris Hughes from her concert performance.
The 22-year-old singer is currently on the European Infinity Heart Tour in Dublin, Ireland. During the show’s opening night on Monday (September 29) she demanded that the crowd to stop requesting selfies with Chris.

Someone who was in attendance that night shared a video of the moment on TikTok. You can hear the “Karma” singer take on a demanding tone when addressing the audience.
“I know we all love Chris Hughes, but he’s my boyfriend, and I want him to watch my show. If he turns around to take another selfie, I’m gonna have to restart. Don’t do that. Deal?”

She kept going, saying, “You can take a picture from afar. You can video him watching, but let the guy watch, please. Promise? Love you.”
JoJo appeared to be joking (sort of) but even people in the video’s comment section felt that her real annoyance was thinly veiled.
“You know she’s low key serious,” one person wrote.

The former Celebrity Big Brother UK competitor then addressed her boyfriend directly.
“Babe, thank you for always being kind to everybody, but come on. I want to be a little selfish here. Let me have a little moment,” JoJo concluded.

Lionel Richie Opens Up About 1988 Scandal with Brenda Harvey-Richie

*Lionel Richie is speaking out about a painful chapter from 1988 when his first wife, Brenda Harvey-Richie, confronted him and his mistress Diane Alexander at Alexander’s Beverly Hills apartment.
“Shortly after I arrive, there is a knock at the door,” Richie recalled, per E! News. “When the door opens, Brenda is standing there. There is a massive confrontation. Diane is in total shock and I’m trying to leave, to draw Brenda away.” The encounter escalated into what Richie described as “the most awful screaming match of my life, and it’s all in this small entryway.”

The situation spiraled, with Richie struggling to defuse the tension. “The question is—How to stop it? How do you physically move a tragedy that is exploding in front of you?” he said. Although Richie and Harvey-Richie briefly left the scene, she returned to continue the argument, prompting neighbors to call the police. “The neighbors called the police,” Richie remembered. “Charges were brought and then dropped.”

According to The Los Angeles Times, Brenda Harvey-Richie was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse, resisting arrest, and battery after Richie reported being “kicked in the stomach area” during the dispute.
In his new memoir “Truly,” Lionel wrote, “The most painful part, the tragedy of our lives, was that Brenda was heartbroken. You never know what you are going to do or feel until you’re in the moment and it’s in your face.”

The confrontation marked a turning point for Richie and Harvey-Richie, who had adopted Nicole Richie together. “We all deserved a pass because we didn’t know what the story was going to be. It was just raw and ugly and disastrous,” the music icon explained.
The couple divorced in 1993 after 18 years of marriage, and Richie married Diane Alexander two years later. “That’s the saddest day in the life of a marriage,” he said of the ordeal. “When you know you may love each other, still, and you have a history that you will always have, but it’s over. And you know it.”

Richie’s marriage to Alexander, with whom he welcomed son Miles in 1994 and daughter Sofia in 1998, ended in 2004.

Ice Cube Crew Bus Targeted in Portland Fire Amid Protest Confusion
*During a stop in Portland, Oregon, on his Truth to Power tour, Ice Cube spoke out after a fire damaged a bus used by his crew.
According to Newsweek, protesters mistook a bus marked with “ICE” for a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle and threw incendiary devices at it, causing notable external damage but no injuries. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, which left personnel and equipment unharmed.

On September 22, the bus, stationed in downtown Portland, had its front passenger tire set ablaze. Rick Graves, a spokesperson for Portland Fire & Rescue, informed Newsweek that firefighters swiftly put out the fire, averting any injuries or harm to the musical gear inside. Tresa Sanders, CEO of TreMedia, Ice Cube’s PR firm, clarified that the bus was part of the tour crew’s fleet and not owned by the rapper.

Ice Cube clarified the situation on X, telling his 5.7 million followers: “Wasn’t my bus. It was a crew bus. Parked in front of the hotel. Everybody was upstairs sleeping. Nobody hurt. No equipment damaged. A coward set fire to the bus. My bus was actually in Oakland getting serviced.”

Responding to a user who criticized him for downplaying the incident, Ice Cube said: “I was stating the facts. Being in my business is absurd on your part. So STFU [shut the f*** up]…” In another post, he addressed a photo from 2018 mistakenly associated with the bus fire, clarifying: “This is not on my bus anymore. This is from 2018.”

Ice Cube also told Newsweek via Sanders: “I’m not taking this incident as a personal attack. A coward like that would burn anybody’s property that was out there at the time.”

Portland Fire & Rescue confirmed that crews ventilated the interior smoke, contacted the Fire Investigations Unit, and cleared the scene.

Police are reviewing security footage and witness statements as the investigation continues.

U.S. Job Market Just Took a Big Hit: 32,000 Jobs Gone in Private Section In One Month

The U.S. job market just showed its first major slip in more than two years.
According to new data from ADP, private-sector payrolls fell by 32,000 in September, marking the sharpest drop since early 2023. The report landed at a tough moment. The federal government shutdown has stalled the official jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, leaving investors and policymakers in the dark about the bigger picture. Without that data, Wall Street and Main Street alike are left piecing together clues about where the economy really stands.ADP’s numbers show hiring slowed the most in industries like leisure, hospitality, and construction; areas that had been leading job gains earlier in the year. Meanwhile, small businesses in particular are showing signs of pulling back on hiring.

While some economists caution that ADP’s report doesn’t always line up perfectly with government numbers, the dip is raising fresh concerns about how much momentum the job market has left heading into the end of 2025.
For workers, this means added uncertainty at a time when inflation, housing costs, and now political gridlock in Washington are already making life harder. Until the government reopens and the official data drops, this ADP snapshot may be the only view of the job market anyone gets.
