#RHOA: Andy Cohen Names His Real Housewives Mount Rushmore
During a fun Ask Andy session, held before the taping of a recent Watch What Happens Live episode, host Andy Cohen listed his Real Housewives Mount Rushmore picks. Most of his selections left his audience nodding their heads in agreement. Then many commenters went online, expressing their shock over two absent ladies from this franchise that Andy left off his list.

Andy Cohen missed NeNe Leakes and Vicki Gunvalson out of his Real Housewives Mount Rushmore
When a member of his studio audience asked which Real Housewives stars he might place on his Mount Rushmore list, Andy was quick with his reply. “I’m gonna say Luann, Kandi, Kyle, [and] Teresa,” Andy answered. Then, a fan page posted this clip online, and many fans took to their comment section. Much to their shock, he left out a legend and a city from his list, they noted.

The Real Housewives of Orange County series kicked off this franchise in 2006. Within this city, many iconic Housewives have spent years on our screens. Yet, Andy failed to mention anyone from RHOC. Specifically, “I’m not a Vicki [Gunvalson] fan, but Vicki started all of this,” one user wrote, adding, “She has to be up there!”
NeNe Leakes from Real Housewives of Atlanta was another noticeably absent star. Due to this, Memes and GIFs of NeNe flooded the comment section of this post.

Nevertheless, Andy next gave one of his Mount Rushmore picks a moment of individualized attention. When asked who his spirit animal was from this franchise, Andy chose Luanne de Lesseps from the OG days of Real Housewives of New York.
We get it. Luann does what Luann wants, and it’s almost always entertaining. However, several fans did point out that another one of his choices has a seemingly weird chokehold around his heart. “I do not understand the spell that Kyle [Richards] has over Bravo execs,” they penned. At this time, several dozen readers have already liked their opinion.

Watch What Happens Live airs on Bravo Sunday through Thursday nights. It streams on Peacock or Hayu in the UK and Ireland.

#MusicNews: Christopher Williams Signs With SRG/ILS Label

Multi-platinum R&B artist Christopher Williams has signed with the SRG-ILS Group (Virgin Music/Universal Music Group), signaling his return to the music scene. The new partnership includes a joint venture with legendary music executive Vincent Herbert.
Williams, known for classic hits like “I’m Dreamin'” and “Promises, Promises,” is set to release a new single this fall, followed by a full album in early 2026. The untitled project will feature production from a roster of Grammy-winning producers, including Troy Taylor, Bryan-Michael Cox, and Troy Oliver, among others.

Claude Villani, CEO of the SRG-ILS Group, expressed excitement about the signing, stating that Williams “sounds amazing” and believes R&B fans will be “thrilled to have Chris back.”

In a statement, Williams emphasized that the collaboration is “bigger than music,” focusing on connecting with fans through various platforms. In addition to the album, the partnership will also explore film and TV projects, leveraging Williams’s acting career, which includes his role in the film *New Jack City*.

#HipHopNews: Saucy Santana Responds To Alleged Hospitalization With New Album Announcement
A viral video allegedly showed Saucy Santana being wheeled out of a Waffle House in a stretcher, raising questions about his health.
Hours later, he posted a TikTok from a hospital bed to promote his forthcoming album, Haute Sauce.
Online reactions are split as many fans suspect the incident was part of a calculated promo strategy.

Saucy Santana might have some explaining to do. Fans experienced emotional whiplash after viral footage of the rapper seemingly going through a health crisis was followed up by a video of him performing new music and announcing his forthcoming album.

On Sunday (Sept. 21), an alleged video of Saucy Santana being wheeled out of an Atlanta-area Waffle House went viral. “This Saucy Santana y’all,” said a voice in the clip while a man was wheeled out of the restaurant in a stretcher.
However, what ailment the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star was suffering from was never disclosed. On Monday (Sept. 22), Bossip reported that “hours later” Saucy Santana dropped a TikTok announcing “B**ch I’m back.” In the video, the “Bad to the Bone” artist wears a hospital gown, with hair flowing, performing “Comin’ In Haute (Intro),” which features Mitch and Big Sexy. The caption of the clip announces that his new album, Haute Sauce, is dropping Wednesday (Sept. 24).

Whether or not Saucy Santana actually had a medical emergency or pulled a PR stunt to promote his new album became a topic of discussion online. A quick perusal shows that the general consensus lands on the latter opinion.

“Girl what you was doin’ in that Waffle House?” one commenter asked plainly. Another fan wrote, “Oh, so this was a setup by Todd” while someone else said, “Santana!!! You had people worried and [the] whole time it was a roll out.”
Saucy Santana originally came to fame as the makeup artist of the City Girls before launching his own rap career. He has since dropped numerous, well-received mixtapes and become an LGBTQ+ icon. Clearly, the alleged hospital stay didn’t have any ill effect on his self-promotion.

Jimmy Kimmel is BACK on TV Speaks Out After ABC Suspension Over Charlie Kirk Comments
Jimmy Kimmel opened his eponymous show Tuesday night after six days of public outcry over ABC’s decision to put it on indefinite hiatus over comments the host made last week about Charlie Kirk’s alleged killer.

Kimmel addressed his remarks about Kirk while calling out the need to defend free speech in the U.S.
“I want to make something clear, because it’s important to me as a human, and that is ― you understand that it was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man,” Kimmel said tearfully. “I don’t think there’s anything funny about it. I posted a message on Instagram on the day he was killed sending love to his family and asking for compassion and I meant it. And I still do. Nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions ― it was a deeply disturbed individual. That was really the opposite of the point I was trying to make.”

Kimmel went on to denounce threats made by Federal Communications Commission Chair Brendan Carr to Disney, calling efforts to curb speech “un-American” and “dangerous.”

“Our freedom to speak is what they admire most about this country. And that’s something I’m embarrassed to say I took for granted until they pulled my friend Stephen off the air and tried to coerce the affiliates who run our show in the cities that you live in to take my show off the air. That’s not legal, that’s not American. That is un-American. And it’s so dangerous,” he said.
Last Monday, Kimmel criticized prominent Republicans’ reactions to suspect Tyler Robinson’s lack of clear political affiliations. Kirk, a conservative activist, was gunned down during an event on a college campus in Utah earlier this month.

Carr threatened to use his agency to retaliate against Disney, which owns ABC, if the company took no action.
The decision to pull “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” off the air was met with shock and concern for the future of free speech protections in the United States. Some cancelled their Disney or ABC streaming subscriptions in protest. Disney’s stock price dropped.

Condemnation came even from some Republicans, who pointed out that censorship could come back to bite conservatives if a future Democratic administration chose to weaponize federal regulators in a similar way.
Disney announced Kimmel’s return on Monday. The company said in a statement that its leadership had engaged in “thoughtful conversations” with the host. Without mentioning the precise comments of Kimmel’s that leadership felt to be “ill-timed and thus insensitive,” Disney said that the suspension had occurred “to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country.”

Kimmel had touched on Kirk’s death during his monologue last week.
“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” he told his audience.

Carr subsequently attacked Kimmel on a right-wing podcast hosted by political commentator Benny Johnson, claiming that Kimmel was part of a “concerted effort to lie to the American people.”
For two decades, HuffPost has been fearless, unflinching, and relentless in pursuit of the truth. Support our mission to keep us around for the next 20 — we can't do this without you.

“These companies can find ways to change conduct and take action, frankly, on Kimmel, or there’s going to be additional work for the FCC ahead,” Carr said.
Broadcast networks Nexstar and Sinclair announced they would be airing other content in Kimmel’s usual spot for the foreseeable future, while ABC said it was putting the show on hiatus.

The debacle appeared to make Kimmel the second late night host to face repercussions for speaking negatively about President Donald Trump and his allies. “The Late Show,” which Trump critic Stephen Colbert has hosted since 2015, will end next year after a three-decade run.

UMG Defeats Tuff City Records’ Copyright Lawsuit Over Mary J. Blige’s “Real Love” Sample

Universal Music Group (UMG) scored a major legal victory this week after a federal judge dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit tied to Mary J. Blige’s 1992 classic “Real Love.”
On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Dale Ho ruled that Blige’s breakout hit was not “substantially similar” to the Honey Drippers’ 1973 track “Impeach the President,” the song at the center of Tuff City Records’ claim. Judge Ho noted that “the songs do not sound the same; a lay listener would not recognize ‘Real Love’ as having been appropriated from ‘Impeach the President.’”

Blige herself was not named in the lawsuit, which was brought against UMG in 2024. Tuff City alleged that “Real Love” used an uncleared drum part from the Honey Drippers’ funk anthem, one of the most sampled songs in hip hop history.

Tuff City, a label that claims ownership of tens of thousands of copyrights across genres ranging from blues and jazz to funk and hip hop, has a long history of filing similar lawsuits against major artists and labels. Past cases have involved the Beastie Boys, Jay-Z, Ye (formerly Kanye West), and Frank Ocean, with most of those claims either dismissed or settled before trial.

“Real Love,” from Blige’s debut album What’s the 411?, was a defining single of the early ’90s, reaching No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and cementing her reputation as the “Queen of Hip Hop Soul.”
The case, Tuff City Records v. Universal Music Publishing Inc.ary J. Blige, was heard in the Southern District of New York under docket number 1:24-cv-02585.

A$AP Rocky Reveals Prayer For Daughter With Rihanna

A$AP Rocky is putting fatherhood and faith front and center as he awaits the arrival of his third child with Rihanna, revealing he’s “praying” for a daughter in a new interview with Elle published Tuesday.
The Harlem-born rapper and style icon, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, said he and Rihanna are choosing to be surprised by the baby’s sex this time around.

“I hope it’s a girl. I really do. We’re praying for a girl,” he told the outlet. “Our first time, we wanted to know the sex of the baby. The second time, we didn’t want to know. Third time, we don’t want to know until, you know.”
Already parents to two sons, three-year-old RZA and two-year-old Riot, the couple is preparing to expand their family once more. Rocky, 36, said this pregnancy feels different from the others, a detail he believes could point to a baby girl.

“I feel like it’s going to be a girl,” he said. “This pregnancy is so different from the other two. You can tell from the experience. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.”
The “Praise the Lord” artist opened up about his evolving role as a father and how it’s reshaped his priorities. “What’s really fly is raising a family, bro, and loving them. Being there,” he said.

Rocky also addressed the delay of his upcoming album Don’t Be Dumb, which has yet to receive a release date.
While he didn’t directly blame his legal issues—he stood trial earlier this year in connection to a 2021 shooting—he acknowledged that life has shifted.
“I don’t want to primarily blame it on my case, but life was lifeing,” he said. “We don’t plan on having children, but when it happens, you gotta adjust and move with it. I gotta be present for my family, because that’s first.”

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have been together since 2019 and their growing family continues to be a major focus for both artists as they juggle parenthood, music and business.
The couple’s third child is expected sometime later this year.

Cardi B Explains Why Offset Divorce Isn’t Yet Finalized
Rapper Cardi B says her divorce from Offset has not been finalized because of financial demands and tax issues, despite their legal separation. She described the situation during recent livestreams and interviews, saying the split is being delayed by what she considers unfair conditions.
“The only reason why I’m still married is because somebody wants me to pay for their taxes,” Cardi B said in an X Spaces livestream on September 22. She alleged Offset is demanding she pay his tax liabilities and surrender one of her properties before agreeing to finalize the divorce.

Cardi B added, “On a contract, I’m practically still married, because somebody [wants to] hold me hostage.” She insists the situation is less about love and more about what she considers coercive financial leverage.
Although Cardi B and Offset are not divorced in the eyes of the court, she says they are “legally separated.” She emphasizes that separation status does not yet resolve all obligations. Property division, tax demands, and other monetary claims remain unresolved.

She has also called the process “not peaceful at all,” saying in an interview that court proceedings have been tense.
Cardi B, 32, and Offset, 33, share three children: Kulture, Wave and Blossom. In 2024 she filed for divorce again after earlier attempts in 2020.

While awaiting finalization, Cardi B is expecting a fourth child with her current partner, NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs. She said amidst the legal friction that she is focused on her wellbeing and her career.
Cardi B says she will not accept terms she deems exploitative. She asserted she will fight for what she views as fairness. The divorce remains in limbo until both sides either come to an agreement or a court orders resolution. Legal experts say tax liabilities and property claims often complicate divorces, especially when one spouse objects to conditions.

Former NFL Star Rudi Johnson Dead at 45 by Suicide

Former NFL running back Rudi Johnson died by suicide in Florida early Tuesday, police confirmed. He was 45. The Cincinnati Bengals and several family sources disclosed the information.
Johnson was drafted in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Bengals after starring at Auburn University. He played primarily with Cincinnati from 2001 through 2007, then closed his professional career with the Detroit Lions in 2008.

Johnson earned Pro Bowl honors in 2004. In 2005 he set the Bengals’ record for most rushing yards in a single season, with 1,458. Between 2004 and 2006, he rushed for more than 1,300 yards each season and scored at least 12 touchdowns in each of those three seasons. Over his NFL career, he amassed 5,979 rushing yards, 49 rushing touchdowns, 113 receptions for 676 yards, plus two receiving touchdowns. Johnson ranks fourth on Cincinnati’s all-time rushing yardage list.

“Rudi was a fine person and an excellent running back for us,” Bengals president Mike Brown said in a statement. “He was dependable and productive as a player, and very popular among his teammates. Everyone liked him and saw him as a dear friend. We are deeply saddened by his passing.”

According to family sources and media reports, Johnson had recently struggled with mental health issues and possibly the effects of chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a degenerative brain condition tied to repeated head injuries.
Many former teammates, friends and fans immediately expressed grief. Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson posted on social media, “R.I.P Rudi Johnson.” Others recalled watching him carry the ball, urging him to know he was admired.

Rudi Johnson was born October 1, 1979, in Virginia. He attended Auburn after community college and made major impacts in college football, winning SEC Player of the Year in 2000.
Authorities say his death occurred just after midnight Tuesday in Florida. No foul play is suspected.

Diddy Requests Immediate Release Ahead of Sentencing
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is asking a federal judge to release him immediately when he is sentenced on Oct. 3, 2025. In a detailed sentencing memorandum, his lawyers propose a total sentence of 14 months, contending that he has already served nearly that time in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Combs, 55, was convicted on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution after a trial in July, but was acquitted on more severe charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. His attorneys say he has already been “adequately punished” by his detention and that further confinement would be disproportionate.

In the memorandum, the defense paints a grim portrait of life at the detention center. Combs has reportedly been subjected to unclean food, “routine violence,” lack of access to fresh air, and constant monitoring—lights on around the clock and checks every two hours to ensure he is still alive. “Mr. Combs has served over a year in one of the most notorious jails in America—yet has made the most of that punishment,” the filing states.
More than 60 people—including Combs’ children, mother, and industry colleagues—have submitted letters urging leniency. They describe him as a devoted father and express concern over the emotional strain on his family. His mother, Janice, acknowledged his mistakes, but emphasized his support of family and expressed distress over remaining apart from his children.

Prosecutors, meanwhile, are expected to argue for a much longer sentence. Their recommendation is reportedly in the range of 51 to 63 months, citing the seriousness of the conduct and the need for deterrence.

Judge Arun Subramanian will review both sides’ submissions. The defense seeks credit for time already served and asks that he be released immediately upon sentencing. The hearing is set for Oct. 3. Prosecutors must file their sentencing recommendation by Sept. 29.

Jasmine Crockett Targeted In Racist Social Media Rant By Laura Loomer

The far-right activist referred to Crockett as a "ghetto black b**ch," which drew backlash online.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett was once again on the receiving end of harsh words by Laura Loomer. The far-right political activist shared her controversial remarks while reacting to a video of the Texas congresswoman criticizing a House resolution honoring Charlie Kirk.
In the CNN clip, Crockett voiced she was admittedly “hurt” by knowing only two white House representatives voted against a resolution honoring Charlie Kirk. Loomer quoted the clip on X and wrote, “It hurts my heart that we have ghetto black b**ches who hate America serving in Congress.” The post immediately gained traction and garnered backlash and also support from fellow far-right conservatives.

Journalist Jemele Hill sarcastically reacted to Loomer’s words by writing, “I’m sure this was totally taken out of context,” to which the Trump ally doubled down with, “I meant every word, actually.” Hill warned her to keep the same energy IRL by replying, “Oh I know you did. Let’s see if you can keep that same energy if you see the Congresswoman in person.”
Crockett has been the subject of countless conservatives spewing racist remarks this year alone. Last month, Blaze TV host Sara Gonzales was escorted out of a town hall by security for yelling out, “Jasmine, the people of Dallas deserve better than a fake ghetto hoodrat! Do they know you’re a spoiled rich kid from Missouri?” Newsmax contributor Todd Starnes also previously claimed she is “cosplaying a gangsta,” attempting to undermine her upbringing.

In her initial sentiments on CNN’s State of the Union, Crockett was expressing her disappointment about a resolution honoring Charlie Kirk that was passed by the House.

“The rhetoric that Charlie Kirk continuously put out there was rhetoric that specifically targeted people of color. It is unfortunate that even our colleagues could not see how harmful his rhetoric was, specifically to [people of color],” she expressed.

Ray J Accuses Kim Kardashian, Other Celebs Of Leeching Off Of Kai Cenat’s Platform
The singer and entrepreneur publicly criticized Kim and other celebrities for seemingly leveraging Cenat’s growing platform without contributing to his personal goals.
“Old a** icons coming on Kai stream to promote themselves but don’t show love back! No Twitch account to even try to gift him or the chat! SMH,” Ray J expressed.

He went on to highlight Cenat’s effort and ambition, explaining, “Homie out here working hard doing 30-day subs, having people like Kim and Mariah coming on. These ni**as didn’t gift this ni**a nothing. He tryna get to a million subs, Kim, Mariah, John Legend, all y’all ni**as.”

Ray J then pointed to his own contribution during his time on the stream as an example of the support he was referring to, challenging the aforementioned names to step up to the plate financially.
“I gifted like 15,000 that night. We’re on the platform with him and we’re supporting him… He’s trying to get to a million. All y’all should gift 50,000… I’m starting to feel like y’all using ni**as… It’s working for y’all. What y’all do for the homie?”

Cenat’s Mafiathon 3 has been one of Twitch’s most talked-about events, with the streamer committing to an extended broadcast featuring high-profile guests. His month-long push aims to break records and hit one million subscribers on the platform.
While visits from A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey, and John Legend generated buzz, Ray J’s frustration is rooted in what he sees as one-sided interactions—celebrities benefiting from Cenat’s reach without investing in his vision.

Ray J’s comments carry added weight given his own complicated history with Kim Kardashian.

The two were infamously linked through their early-2000s relationship, which culminated in the release of their sex tape—an event that catapulted Kardashian into mainstream fame and has been a source of public tension between the pair for nearly two decades.

Wanda Sykes Says Kenan Thompson Is 'Gonna Be in a Lot Of Wigs' Following Ego Nwodim's 'SNL' Exit

Earlier this month, Ego Nwodim revealed she’s leaving the sketch comedy show after seven seasons. Wanda Sykes was asked about Nwodim’s departure on a recent episode of Sherri Shepherd’s show.

“Boy, Kenan's gonna be in a lot of wigs, huh?” Sykes said of Kenan Thompson, SNL’s longest-serving cast member.
“I hope they announce when there is someone ‘cause it's important—representation is important,” Sykes continued. “I know for me to be sitting here is because I saw Moms Mabley and Marsha Warfield, and of course, Whoopi Goldberg. I got to see them, and that made me go, ‘Okay, I can do this.’”

On Sept. 12, Nwodim took to Instagram to announce she will be exiting SNL before its next season.
“The hardest part of a great party is knowing when to say goodnight,” she wrote. “But after seven unforgettable seasons, I have decided to leave SNL. I am immensely grateful to [creator and showrunner] Lorne Michaels for the opportunity, to my castmates, the writers, and the crew for their brilliance, support, and friendship.”

In addition to Nwodim, Michael Longfellow, Heidi Gardner, Devon Walker, and Emil Wakim also recently announced they would not return for the show’s 51st season.

Dave Bautista Details 'Awful' Experience Working With Someone Who's an 'A--hole' & the Toughest Shoot of His Career
Dave Bautista is addressing what it’s like on set with someone difficult.
The 56-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy actor spoke out in a recent interview with Collider about his newest project Afterburn, alongside director J.J. Perry.

During the conversation, Dave was asked about spending long hours with the cast and crew, and what it’s like working with “someone who’s an a–hole.”
“Absolutely awful,” he laughed. “I’m just at the age and at the point of my life where life’s just too goddamn short. I want to work with people I just love and respect, because I love this business. I love filmmaking, and if people don’t want to be there, I don’t want to be there with them,” he said.

“I’m happy to be there. It’s a love thing for me, and I’m passionate about it. I want to be there, and I want to make the most of it, so I don’t want to hear people bitching, complaining, moaning, and groaning about doing something that we’re all fortunate enough to be doing and making.”

He also addressed the toughest shoot of his career thus far.
“Oh, s–t,” he laughed.
“I know which one mine was, but I have a feeling I’m gonna have a new answer for you after I finish this Highlander film. Mine was in the original Guardians [of the Galaxy]. We shot this oner…it was just a huge fight scene, and James [Gunn] wanted to do it in a oner, and it was involving probably, like, 50 people,” he explained.

“It was a big action sequence. I think we did 23 takes, and it was just very big and complicated with the camera, and everybody had to be right on. I think we shot 23 takes. People were dying, and I was dying. I was killing the stunt guy. I was just kicking the s–t out of him. After the tenth take, he got up slower and slower, and I just felt awful. But I think we shot it in, like, 23 takes, and they never ended up using it,” he laughed.

Catfish Canceled By MTV After 9 Seasons
Catfish’s impressive run at MTV has come to an end.
After nine long seasons, Catfish, the television show that has become everyone’s guilty pleasure, is coming to an end. The show, which follows poor saps getting suckered into online relationships with creepy individuals pretending to be celebrities or attractive strangers, is finally concluding.

Deadline confirmed the news that the show, which was based on the 2010 documentary from Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman of the same name, followed Yaniv “Nev” Schulman, who developed a romantic relationship with a woman on Facebook, who turned out to be an older woman with a whole family.

The documentary was a critical and commercial success, and it led to the term “catfishing” becoming a common way to describe individuals who deceive others about their online appearance.

The documentary’s success led to the MTV series, initially hosted by Schulman and his filmmaker best friend, Max Joseph, who selected an individual seeking help to determine if the person they were in an online relationship with was the real deal or not.
The series would have well over 200 episodes, some growing in cult status like the episode featuring the late Rolling Ray and Camyonce.

The website reports that MTV will allow the show’s producers to shop the series to another network, while the Paramount Skydance-owned channel will continue to air reruns.

Priscilla Presley Reflects on Lisa Marie’s ‘Bizarre’ Marriage to Michael Jackson in New Memoir
*Priscilla Presley is opening up about her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s whirlwind marriage to Michael Jackson, offering a candid perspective on one of the most talked-about celebrity unions of the 1990s.
In her upcoming memoir, “Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis,” Priscilla shares her deep reservations about the relationship and her suspicions about the pop icon’s true intentions, Page Six reports.

In an excerpt published by The Sun, Priscilla recalls a conversation she had with Lisa Marie early in the marriage. “I asked her if they had a physical relationship,” Priscilla, now 80, writes. “Like so many people, I wasn’t sure.” Lisa Marie confirmed that they did, simply replying, “Yeah.”
Lisa Marie and Jackson’s marriage began in 1994 and ended just two years later. Priscilla admits she was unsettled from the very beginning. “I was appalled by the marriage,” she writes. “I knew in my bones that Michael wasn’t marrying Lisa Marie; he was marrying the Presley dynasty.”

At the time, Jackson was facing child molestation allegations, which he consistently denied. According to Priscilla, Jackson leaned on Lisa Marie during that scandal to improve his public image, while her daughter believed wholeheartedly in his innocence.
“Michael was a manipulative man, and I think he had his sights set on her long before she realized it,” Priscilla claims. “The childlike innocence he projected was part of his public mask.”
Priscilla also describes Jackson’s behavior during family gatherings as unusual, saying he would avoid interacting with adults and instead spend most of his time with children. She ultimately labeled the relationship “bizarre.”

Priscilla’s revelations come less than a year after the release of Lisa Marie’s own posthumous memoir, “From Here to the Great Unknown,” which was completed by her daughter Riley Keough and published in October 2024. Lisa Marie’s book offers a deeply personal account of her time with Jackson, revealing how their relationship began and the challenges they faced as a couple.

Lisa Marie recalls first meeting Jackson as a child but reconnecting in 1994 during a pivotal moment in Las Vegas, when she was still married to her first husband, Danny Keough. Jackson’s heartfelt confession of love ultimately changed everything.
“Michael said, ‘I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’m completely in love with you. I want us to get married and for you to have my children,’” Lisa Marie writes. “I didn’t say anything immediately, but then I said, ‘I’m really flattered, I can’t even talk.’ By then, I felt I was in love with him too.”

Their relationship was passionate but complicated. Lisa Marie writes about being stunned when Jackson revealed he was still a virgin at the age of 35.
“I think he had kissed Tatum O’Neal, and he’d had a thing with Brooke Shields, which hadn’t been physical apart from a kiss,” she recalls. “He said Madonna had tried to hook up with him once, too, but nothing happened. I was terrified because I didn’t want to make the wrong move.”
Together, the two memoirs provide strikingly different perspectives: Lisa Marie’s is deeply personal and romantic, while Priscilla’s is cautious and critical. Nearly three decades after the relationship ended, their combined stories shed new light on a marriage that remains one of the most fascinating celebrity unions of its time.

Emmett Till’s Cousin Priscilla Williams-Till Runs for Mississippi Senate to Champion Justice

*Priscilla Williams Till, a cousin of civil rights icon Emmett Till, has declared her candidacy for the U.S. Senate in Mississippi’s 2026 election.
Driven by a commitment to social justice, she aims to address longstanding inequalities and amplify the voices of marginalized individuals in Washington. “I am running for United States Senator to help shape and enact laws that promote social justice and civil rights protections at a national level in Mississippi that will address historical and ongoing inequalities, while representing marginalized communities that work towards an equitable society,” Till stated in her announcement.

Till’s campaign is deeply tied to her family’s legacy, particularly the 1955 lynching of her cousin Emmett Till, a 14-year-old whose brutal murder sparked outrage and fueled the civil rights movement. As the founder of the Emmett Till Justice for Families Foundation, she has long advocated for accountability in hate crimes and racial justice.

Till said she aims “to ensure that the perspectives and needs of our communities are represented with the federal government contributing to a more inclusive political dialogue.”
As WAPT reports, her platform includes advocating for stronger oversight committees to prosecute hate crimes and expanding equitable protections for all communities. She is challenging incumbent Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) for the seat. The election is scheduled for Nov. 3, 2026, with party primaries set for March 10, 2026.

Emmett Till’s murder in 1955, after being accused of offending a white woman, exposed the violent persecution faced by African Americans and made him a posthumous symbol of the civil rights movement. Priscilla Till’s advocacy and candidacy build on this legacy, aiming to create systemic change.

Jeff Bezos’ Ex-Wife MacKenzie Scott Donates $70 Million to UNCF to Help Close the HBCU Funding Gap
MacKenzie Scott just cut a $70 million check to the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), giving a major financial boost to 37 historically Black colleges and universities across the country.
UNCF President Dr. Michael L. Lomax called the donation a “once-in-a-generation opportunity” to build lasting support for HBCUs. The funds will fuel a $370 million endowment initiative aiming to give each member school a $10 million boost. That money will be invested long-term and used to strengthen campus budgets and student support year after year.

Scott’s gift is part of a larger $1 billion campaign to close the funding gap between HBCUs and predominantly white institutions. In 2019 alone, Ivy League schools took in $5.5 billion in foundation support, while 99 HBCUs received only $45 million.
While political leadership flip-flops on HBCU funding, Scott is stepping up. She hasn’t commented publicly on the donation, but her track record speaks volumes. Since her divorce from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, Scott has quietly given away billions, often without fanfare.

Her focus has always been on equity and uplifting underfunded communities. And with this move, she’s giving HBCUs the financial runway they’ve needed for decades.
