#RHOA: Kenya Moore's Daughter Looks Pinkalicious Sitting in a Car in a Pink Tracksuit!

Kenya Moore’s daughter, Brooklyn Daly, looked adorable in an all-pink ensemble while holding her stuffed toy bag on a baby car seat.

There is no doubt Kenya Moore wants the best and nothing less for her only daughter, Brooklyn Daly. As seen on social media, the toddler is living luxuriously and comfortably with her mother around.

At a young age, Brooklyn also has a vast social media reach with over 220,000 Instagram followers. Recently, she graced her fans with a cute photo of herself in a pink tracksuit.

In an Instagram post, Brooklyn rocked a matching light pink jacket and sweatpants with the iconic three white stripes on the side while sitting on a child’s car seat.

Moore’s little angel paired her bright outfit with white sneakers and accessorized with a pink headband and shades, complementing her stuffed toy bag’s all-pink glitter clothing. Several fans adored the cute photo, including one who commented:

“Brooklyn is a beautiful doll baby.”

#NewMusicVideo from Kelly Rowland “Hitman”!

Earlier this year, Kelly Rowland seemed to be building up momentum toward a new project with the well-received singles “Coffee” and “Crazy.” This week, she adds to that with another funky track titled “Hitman,” which samples Fela Kuti’s “Mr. Follow Follow.” Rowland uses the fast-moving production to sing about a certain someone that she has the hots for:

“Sinner man, see me real soon, cinnamon all on my lips from you, I get a heatwave, feelin’ like June, tell me what else am I supposed to do?/

It’s too perilous, take a taste at the time, confidence, you don’t waste no time, I need it express, rush that to me, put it down how it’s supposed to be/”

WATCH HERE

The accompanying visual comes courtesy of directors Lloyd Pursall and Luam Keflezgy and shows Rowland in the midst of a mansion party full of afrocentric references and beautiful men and women dressed to the nines. There’s plenty of dancing and — presumably — some debauchery taking place all throughout the residence.

Beyoncé Is Reportedly Being Subpoenaed In ‘Black is King’ Legal Battle!

Beyoncé is being subpoenaed in a new lawsuit, over her acclaimed Disney visual album/ musical film, “Black is King”. The lawsuit was filed by a resident of Shelter Island, a town where filming took place for the project. A resident by the name of Michael Gaynor has taken legal action against the local town council for allegedly permitting Beyoncé to shoot a video at a historical site in return for what he claims a “substantial fee.”  He also alleges that neither Beyoncé nor Disney got permits for the shoot at Sylvester Manor, the former home of slave trader Nathaniel Sylvester. Gaynor said,

“I’m a very wealthy person, and I’m able to defend myself when I’m treated unfairly in my community. What we find so beautiful about Shelter Island is its historical nature, it’s a very simple place, untouched, but increasingly the fact is that if you’re wealthy on the island you’ll be treated one way, and it’s different for everyone else.”

Gaynor’s court filing claims, “The farm was paid a substantial fee for the filming and was required to sign non-disclosure agreements assuring its secrecy.”

Along with Gaynor’s claims, another resident spoke out and shares similar opinions about the matter.

“The residents here are sick of the town board. We think they give favors to elites like Beyoncé. They don’t care about the Ambulance Corps or the Meals on Wheels programs — they’re only for rich people.”

Reportedly, Gaynor attempted to serve the subpoena to Beyoncé at her East Hampton mansion, but the court documents state:

“It has now been over a month since Beyoncé was served with the Subpoena, and she has not objected to any of the Subpoena .?.?. nor has she provided any justification for her failure to respond. This Court should compel Beyoncé to comply .?.?. within 14 days issuing a warrant for a Sheriff to bring her to be deposed — or order her to pay costs, penalties, and damages.”

Beyoncé and her team have yet to comment on the matter.

Nate Robinson Updates Followers After Nasty Knockout, “I’m OK”!

After what many have called an “ugly knockout,” former New York Knicks player Nate Robinson says he’s doing “OK.”

On Saturday, in his pro boxing debut, Robinson was K.O. with an overhand right by YouTube sensation Jake Paul, just less than two minutes into the second round.

Shortly after the fight, Robinson took to Instagram to share an update on his health status.

“Thank you, everyone, for all of the well wishes, I’m OK,” the 36-year-old wrote. “I appreciate @triller for the opportunity as well as everyone that has backed me during the fight. To my coaches, trainers, fans, and teammates, I appreciate all of the time and support you guys put in with me…

“It wasn’t the outcome that we wanted, but I’m thankful for the opportunity to fight on the biggest stage that there has been.”

The match occurred at Staples Center in Los Angeles just before the Mike Tyson–Roy Jones Jr. exhibition.

Laverne Cox Details Transphobic Attack: ‘It’s Not Safe in the World’!

“Orange Is the New Black” star and LGBTQ+ advocate Laverne Cox took to Instagram on Saturday to share that she and her friend were the victims of a transphobic attack that has left her “in shock.”

In an IGTV video, Cox detailed that she went for a socially-distanced walk with a friend in Los Angeles’ Griffith Park, and soon encountered a man who aggressively asked them for the time.

“The friend that I’m with looks at his watch and tells him the time, and then the guy who asked for the time says to my friend: ‘Guy or girl?'” Cox said. “My friend says, ‘Fuck off.'”

According to Cox, the man then proceeded to attack her friend, hitting him several times.

“I look back and I’m like ‘What is happening?’ The guy is like hitting my friend, and then my friend is going toward him and I’m like ‘Holy shit!'” Cox said. “I pull out my phone and I call to dial 911, and all of a sudden it’s over and the guy is gone.”

Once Cox and her friend had time to process the incident, they came to the conclusion that the man was trying to get Cox to answer when he asked for the time.

“The guy really wanted me to answer so that he could spook whether I’m trans or not,” Cox said. “I don’t know why, I don’t know why it matters. At the end of the day, it’s like who cares? I’m in a hoodie and yoga pants, I’m completely covered up, I’ve got my mask on – who cares if I’m trans? How does this affect your life?”

Cox was shaken by the incident, saying that it reminded her just how unsafe the world can be. According to the National Center for Transgender Equality, in 2020 alone, 28 transgender people have been killed, surpassing the total for last year.

“It’s not safe in the world. And I don’t like to think about that a lot, but it’s the truth,” Cox said. “It’s the truth and it’s not safe if you’re a trans person. Obviously, I know this well. It’s just really sad.”

Cox continued: “It doesn’t matter who you are. You can be Laverne Cox, you know, or whatever that means. If you’re trans… you’re going to experience stuff like this.”

Cox ended the video by encouraging her followers not to blame themselves if something similar happens to them: “When these things happen, it’s not your fault. It’s not your fault that people are not cool with you existing in the world… We have a right to walk in the park.”

Cox’s video received immediate support from a slew of celebrities.

Director Lee Daniels wrote, “Stay strong beautiful sister.” “Little Fires Everywhere” star Kerry Washington commented, “Woman!!!!!!!! Ugh. I am so sorry. Love you.” “Lovecraft Country” actor Jamie Chung also contributed a message of support, writing: “I’m sorry you and your friend were attacked. This is infuriating. I hope he was reported and you gave them his description.”

Viola Davis, Mark Ruffalo Among Co-Stars Paying Tribute To Chadwick Boseman On What Would Have Been His 44th Birthday!

Friends and family members are honoring actor Chadwick Boseman on what would have been the Black Panther star’s 44th birthday on Nov. 29.

Boseman, who passed away in August from colon cancer at age 43, was universally beloved. Known for a diverse array of roles ranging from T’Challa to Jackie Robinson, the acclaimed actor’s death shocked the world after he lived with the disease in private for several years.

Chadwick’s brother Kevin Boseman acknowledged his sibling’s birthday with a peaceful photo of white flowers on his Instagram page.

“Today is a good day to give someone their flowers,” he wrote.

Black Panther co-stars Lupita Nyong’o and Michael B. Jordan remembered the “deeply loved, sorely missed” star on social media.

Rapper Common also paid tribute.

“Chadwick Boseman would have turned 44 years old today. Happy Birthday King. God Bless You Brother,” wrote Common. “Thank you for using your gift to bring light to this world. RIP.”

Mark Ruffalo, who co-starred with Boseman in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War and 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, also shared a touching memory of his friend on social media.

“Thinking of your passion, love and your light today, @ChadwickBoseman. Happy Birthday,” wrote Ruffalo, who posted a throwback birthday video celebrating Boseman on set. “Wishing we could time travel back to this moment.”

Boseman’s friend and stylist Ashley Weston shared a series of photos of the actor to Instagram, writing, “I miss you every day, but I know you're with our ancestors looking over us. And I know I'll always feel your spirit and love around me ... but damn, I wish you were still here with us all.”

“Until we reunite again, happy birthday to my forever muse and king,” she added.

Boseman’s alma mater, Howard University, reposted a pair of photos of the actor, including one of him onstage receiving an honorary doctorate degree in 2018.

“Gone but not forgotten! Rest in Power #ChadwickBoseman,” the university wrote.

Viola Davis, who co-starred with Boseman in the 2014 James Brown biopic Get On Up, shared a short video of the actor as confetti dropped from the ceiling.

“Happy birthday in heaven, Chadwick! You are still so alive to me!! I love you,” wrote Davis, who also co-starred with Boseman in his final role, in the drama Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, which heads to Netflix next month.

On Saturday, Disney Chairman Bob Iger teased a “special tribute to someone that was and will always be near and dear to our hearts.” The tribute was later revealed to be an updated intro honoring Boseman for Black Panther on Disney+.

Sean Connery’s Cause Of Death Listed As Pneumonia, Heart Problems And ‘Old Age’!

James Bond legend Sean Connery died of pneumonia, heart problems and “old age,” according to his death certificate.

The 90-year-old Hollywood legend died at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 31 in his home in the Bahamas, according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ. His occupation was listed as “retired actor.”

The cause of death was listed as “pneumonia, respiratory failure, old age [and] atrial fibrillation” — the latter being an irregular heart rate that can increase the risk of blood clots, strokes and heart failure.

Connery’s wife of 45 years, Micheline Roquebrune, previously said that he also had a long battle with dementia and “went peacefully.”

The Scottish-born actor was best known for his portrayal of James Bond, the fictional British secret agent created by author Ian Fleming, playing Agent 007 in seven films, beginning with 1962’s “Dr. No.” He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2000.

Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams In Running For Time Magazine 2020 Person Of The Year!

Two Black women are in the running for Time Magazine’s 2020 Person of the Year in a watershed year for race and politics.

Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and voting rights advocate Stacey Abrams are among the names on a list of possible nominees for the annual honor, which the magazine has been handing out since the 1920s. It is awarded to individuals or groups the country believes has had “the greatest influence on the events of the year—for better or worse,” according to The Hill.

Harris became the first Black woman, first woman, and first Asian, to win election to office as vice president-elect in the nation. Abrams, a former 2018 Democratic gubernatorial nominee for Georgia, won the spotlight when her voter mobilization work helped President-elect Joe Biden win the usually Republican state for the first time since 1992.

So far, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the country’s top infectious diseases expert, and essential workers are tied with the highest percentage of votes at 81 percent, the report notes.

Harris so far has notched 68 percent approval, while Biden has received 64 percent. Black Lives Matters activists so far have won 61 percent, while Abrams has garnered 59 percent.

Kobe Bryant’s Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony Postponed To May 2021!

On Saturday, the NBA announced the ceremony for new Hall of Fame inductees will take place from May 13 to May 15, included in that induction is the late Kobe Bryant.

According to Deadline, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett will also be added to the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in May of next year.

The players were originally supposed to be added to the list of greats this past August. However, the coronavirus pandemic delayed the ceremony.

The induction of Bryant will be a posthumous honor. Bryant and his daughter Gianna Bryant died earlier this year in a tragic helicopter accident. He was a legend known as “Black Mamba” on the court—with his 18-time NBA All-Star title—as well as a loving husband and father to his wife Vanessa and four daughters.

The Hall of Fame will also celebrate coaches and contributors to the league. The prestigious list of coaches includes Eddie Sutton, Rudy Tomjanovich, Kim Mulkey, and Barbara Stevens. Patrick Baumann and Tamika Catchings also part of the 2020 inductees list.

Rapper Lil Yase killed in Dublin Shooting!

A rising Bay Area rapper died at a local hospital after being shot multiple times near the eastern Dublin-Pleasanton BART Station over the weekend.

Bay Area native Alexander Mark Antonyyo Jr., who rapped under the name Lil Yase, died on Saturday after being shot multiple times in Dublin. He was 26.

Dublin Police Services identified the victim as 26-year-old San Francisco resident Alexander Mark Antonyyo Jr. -- who performed under the name Lil Yase.

The circumstances of the crime remain unclear, and there have been no arrests to date, Capt. Nate Schmidt said on Sunday afternoon.

"Dublin police continue to process evidence and follow leads in the homicide investigation," Schmidt said in a statement. "We would like to once again ask the public to contact Dublin police with any information which may assist with this investigation."

A native of the Sunnydale neighborhood in San Francisco, Lil Yase had been performing since he was a teen, but first gained recognition in 2015 with his track "Get In It" -- and its subsequent remix, according to TMZ.

He released a slew of singles and collaborations during his career, and a number of his music videos on YouTube have received new comments of remembrance and condolences since his death. His label, Highway 420 Productions, said his other previously unreleased recordings will be put out soon.

"We appreciate all the love and support. Yase loved his fans, he worked every day for y'all. We have hundreds of songs coming for you. Please repost and share let the world know who the 'Top Dog' is @yasemoney600 @yasemoney600 ………………………... tag @thethizzler tell them to drop this right now right now," the label said on Instagram over the weekend.

News of Lil Yase's death began to spread on social media on Saturday, with Dublin police confirming on Sunday that Lil Yase (Antonyyo) was the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred in their city early Saturday morning.

The investigation unfolded when Dublin police responded to Stanford Health Care-ValleyCare hospital in Pleasanton around 1 a.m. Saturday on a report of a man who had just arrived suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to Schmidt.

The victim -- later identified as Lil Yase -- was then transported by ambulance to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, where he would die from his injuries, Schmidt said.

Initial information led officers to believe the shooting likely occurred near the Dublin-Pleasanton BART Station, and after searching the area they found the crime scene on the 5100 block of Iron Horse Parkway, according to the captain.

Officers scoured the area for the culprit, but no suspects were found, according to Schmidt. Dublin detectives were called in and processed the scene for evidence, with assistance from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office crime lab.

No additional details about the circumstances of the shooting, nor any suspect descriptions, have been released as of Sunday afternoon. Anyone with information about the homicide can contact Dublin police at 925-462-1212.

Tristan Thompson Becomes US Citizen After Boston Celtics Deal!

Tristan Thompson has a lot to celebrate this month. The Canadian-born NBA star, who recently agreed to join the Boston Celtics, became an American citizen this week, according to a photo shared by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services-Western Region Twitter account.

“I came to the US on a student visa and have always had big dreams. I’m now truly living the American dream,” Thompson said in a statement.

Thompson, 29, attended the University of Texas and declared for the NBA Draft in 2011. He was selected fourth overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers that year.

Earlier this month, it was reported Thompson had agreed to a two-year, $19 million deal with the Celtics after nine seasons in Cleveland. In response to the news, Thompson received a flurry of well-wishes on social media from Khloé Kardashian’s family.

“Congrats @realtristan13 Boston here we come!!!!” Kim Kardashian posted to her Instagram story at the time.

Thompson shares 2-year-old daughter True with Kardashian, 36, who also received a warm welcome from Celtics fans on Twitter.

Thompson and Kardashian previously split in February 2019 after he was accused of cheating with Jordyn Woods. Over the summer, Thompson and Kardashian fueled reconciliation rumors.

CDC Will Meet Tuesday To Vote Who Will Get Vaccine First; Healthcare Workers, People With Certain Medical Conditions & Those Over 65 Will Get Priority!

On Tuesday, a panel consisting of U.S. health advisers will meet to vote on who will receive the first round of the COVID-19 vaccine.

When the vaccine is approved, officials will be left to decide who should have priority. It has been suggested that health care workers receive the first batch as well as those employed in essential businesses. Experts would also like to place people with certain medical conditions and those over 65 on that list.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices was put in place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Its members will meet Tuesday to discuss not only who but also when, the Associated Press reports.

Manufacturers of the Vaccine Pfizer—including its German partner BioNTech— requested an emergency to use its vaccine, Moderna Inc. is expected to do the same. FDA scientific advisers will meet on December 10 to evaluate Pfizer’s request. From there, they will send their recommendation to the FDA.

Both companies have already begun collecting coronavirus vaccine doses in hopes of getting an approval. Still, the first round will be scarce and rationed.
