Fantasia, who I told you is expecting her second child, was hit with a $25,000 lawsuit last month.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by a collection company representing U.S. Bank for allegedly owing them.

While the lawsuit didn't go into detail, it did say the collection company wants "$25,057.02 plus 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009."
Neither side has given a statement about what's going on, but bottom line is, this bank wants their damn money.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEGAN GOOD!

Meagan Good changed up her look a bit for a special occasion. Her 30th birthday! The fab actress turns the big 3-0 today, and celebrated with friends and fam in Cali.

Meagan, who is starring in the upcoming flick Think Like A Man, rocked this sexy one shoulder rosette white dress for her birthday dinner in Melrose, CA. And she had her sis LaMiya, good friend Lil B, and parents and friends on hand for the occasion:

The 30 year-old ‘Think Like A Man’ cast member was seen barefoot outside of a 7-Eleven as she was being questioned by police on suspicion of driving under the influence. Eventually her sister came to the rescue and drove her home.

A SIN AND A SHAME! Mississippi Hate Crime – Supremacist Beating and Running Over Black Man

Would you ever thin in 2011 18 year old would know what it is to be a RACIST?

James Craig Anderson, a 49-year-old plant worker, was standing in a parking lot in Jackson, Mississippi, when two carloads of white youth rolled up on his and started beating him to a pulp. While beating him, they screamed racial slurs at him and yelled “white power.” After beating him, the main instigator and driver of a Ford 250 truck, allegedly ran over Anderson as he stumbled away from the scene, crushing him with the car and killing him.

The teens were partying in a nearby mostly white county, when 18-year-old Deryl Dedmon told some of his friends, “let’s go f&*% with some niggers.”

The thing is, the whole incident was caught on video! A nearby surveillance camera caught the whole thing!

GET READY FOR "GLEE" THE MOVIE! "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie" Premiere: A Complete Look

Drawing one of the largest crowds in recent memory, the stars of "Glee" gathered together for the "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie" premiere in Los Angeles

Held at the Regency's Village Theatre, Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, Cory Montieth and Darren Criss were among the big names taking to the red carpet for the west coast event.

Also joining in on the fun were fellow castmates including Amber Riley, Mark Salling, Chris Colfer, Heather Morris, Chord Overstreet, Naya Rivera, Harry Shum Jr., Amber Riley and Kevin McHale, as well as celebs such as Sarah Hyland and Kathy Griffin.

Directed by Kevin Tancharoen, the TV show based movie is "a concert documentary shot during the Glee Live! In Concert! summer 2011 tour."
The lineup of songs included in the 3D theatrical experience - which hits theaters on August 12 - is as follows:

LAURYN HILL IS BEING SUED….AGAIN!!

We've heard rumors before of Ms. Hill's diva antics. But supposedly her band gets treated like trash by her as well. Thanks to her eccentric superstar behavior, Ms. Hill's catching a lawsuit from a member of her former backup band.
Jay Gore, a professional guitar player, is suing Lauryn for thousands of dollars he says he wasn't paid for her 2007 European tour. But the lawsuit gets more interesting when he talks about her verbally abusive behavior backstage.

Jay says Lauryn's diva behavior was "...the type of behavior for which she had gained public notoriety which contributed to a hostile work environment."

He said that after their concerts, Lauryn would,

"....demand that the musicians and road support personnel attend meetings where she would engage in a person-by-person critique and berating."

During one incident, he claims,

"...Hill made a statement in front of the tour personnel to the effect that 'I can't believe I am paying you fools, you should be paying me.'"

Funny....you'd think Lauryn would be a little more nurturing, based on her music.

So for all of that abuse, Jay wants $20k. His lawyer, Nicholas Andrea, told TMZ,

"We believe there are other musicians who have been mistreated by Ms. Hill in a similar manner who are reluctant to stand up for their rights and this lawsuit gives them a voice as well.”

Hmmm.....I wonder if this will give other "abused" artists the courage to speak out.

Basketball Wives LA Cast Attend Soiree For Laura Govan

Basketball Wives Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo, Draya Michelle and Jayson Williams’ wife Tanya gathered in Code C on Sunset for the ‘Welcome to LA’ Soiree for Laura Govan. Guests dined on lobster and mac and cheese prepared by the amazing chef as they mingled with the cast and browsed the boutique of trendy clothing.

At the party one of my spies jokingly asked Laura, “Girl, how did they talk you into doing the show?". She wasn’t giving up any tea on the upcoming season (which they were in the midst of filming that night). She did say that there was a little ‘drama’ but most of the cast have kids and family so it’s a different dynamic than what we’ve seen on Basketball Wives Miami. She also said that her sister Gloria [Govan] was out of town attending an event.

Sidenote: It’s pretty obvious that Draya Michele was added to the cast to draw in the younger viewers and give it some spice. She’s a firecracker plus she’s not currently linked to an athlete that she’d have to worry about embarrassing.

Shrinking star Jennifer Hudson 'is now a size zero' after more than 80lbs weight loss

She has famously shed 80lbs and gone down a massive five dress sizes in recent years.
But now, the ever shrinking star Jennifer Hudson has shrunk down to a U.S. size zero, it has emerged.
On Friday's edition of U.S. talk show The View, presenter Joy Behar revealed that on a recent shopping trip, she bumped into the actress and overheard a salesperson tell the Dreamgirls star she was a size zero.
Joy recalled she asked Jennifer how it felt to be the much coveted but controversially small size.
'I feel like they're talking to someone else,' she replied.
The Oscar winning star became a spokesman for Weight Watchers in April 2010, eight months after giving birth to her son David Jr.
The star showed off the results of her regime at a Chicago fundraiser earlier this week, singing 'Happy Birthday' to President Obama, where she appeared in a slim fitting black mini dress.

She initially dropped from a U.S. size 16 to a size four through diet and working out for regular workout sessions with personal trainer, Harley Pasternak.
She has expressed delight at her transformation, telling USA Today in January: 'Instead of saying I lost this or that, I [say I] feel like I gained 10 years of my youth back.
'I look 10 years younger. People say to me, 'You have Jennifer Hudson's face. Are you her little sister?'

However, keeping the weight off is still a battle.
'Being skinny, it's a job. It's not easy,' she has said, adding her inspiration comes as being used as a Weight Watchers role model.
'I feel this responsibility to the world now - people are watching, so I have to keep going in the right direction in terms of my weight loss.

Tiger Woods Dropped By Another Sponsor

Tiger Woods has now been dropped by his long-time watch-maker sponsor Tag Heuer.
The troubled sportsman made an unimpressive return to the golf course this week after a three-month injuty has kept him on the sidelines.
However, while Woods' game has been struggling, his endorsement deals have been as well.
Woods has been ditched by the Swiss company bringing the total of corporate sponsors to let him go to six.
Golf World writer Ron Sirak, tweeted:
"Tiger's agent confirms Woods' Tag Heuer relationship expired."
Woods has previously lost his deals with Gillette, Gatorade, Accenture, AT&T and Golf Digest.

Cincinnati, Ohio was arrested wearing a cow suit after allegedly chasing children, urinating on porches, and blocking traffic, reports CBS affiliate WKRC. Authorities said she smelled of alcohol, slurred her speech, and was belligerent when they found her. Allen was charged with disorderly conduct.

Suffers Seizure at Charity Event

According to TMZ Royce Reed from "Basketball Wives" suffered a seizure during a charity softball game yesterday, but was not transported to a hospital ... sources close to says.

We're told Reed took part in the Duffy's Hope Celebrity Softball Game in WIlmington, DE where she played in the game and signed autographs for fans. According to our sources, Reed pulled a hamstring muscle at one point and when she went to go sit down ... she passed out.

When she came to, our sources say Reed said she had no idea she suffered a seizure and told people it was the first time she had such an experience. Paramedics were called, but Reed said she was feeling fine and did not need to be transported to a hospital.

Reed told friends she felt a combination of exhaustion, stress, the heat and her diet caused the episode.

We're told Reed is feeling fine today, but plans to visit a doctor when she returns home to Florida.

A rep for Reed could not be reached for comment.

Nicki Minaj Joins "Ice Age 4" Cast!

Nicki Minaj is known for her various alter-egos, and now she’s about to take one of her many personalities to the big screen. The Pink Friday rapper will lend her voice to the animated 3D flick Ice Age: Continental Drift.
According to Variety, Minaj has been added to an all-star cast that includes her fellow Young Money rapper Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Queen Latifah, Aziz Ansari, Wanda Sykes, and Keke Palmer, among others.
But that’s not the only voice-over gig Nicki has booked. In addition to her movie role, she will guest on Fox’s animated TV series “The Cleveland Show” this fall.

The fourth installment in the Ice Age series is slated for release on July 13, 2012, while “The Cleveland Show” returns this fall.

After performing tons of concerts overseas to promote her now album 4, Beyoncé is taking the stage or 4 nights in a row in New York City.

The big summer of music continues with Beyoncé's team announcing via her Facebook page, website, and press release today that the "Best Thing You Never Had" singer is bringing the party to New York.
For four nights, August 14, 16, 18 and 19, Mrs. Knowles Carter will perform her new songs to a standing room only audience at the famed Roseland Ballroom. The set on each night will be the entire collection of her album, 4.

Here's the lowdown on how to cop the tix:

General ticket sales begin at 1:00 PM EST on TODAY Wednesday, August 10 at Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com/Beyonce). The first date, August 14, will be available at 1:00 PM. Tickets for August 16 will be available for purchase starting at 2:00 PM EST; August 18 tickets will be available at 3:00 PM EST. Tickets for the final concert on August 19 will be available at 4:00 PM EST.

This past weekend at Harlem's Clarke House on Convent Ave., the Sons Of Afrika sponsored a ceremony commemorating the 13th anniversary of Dr. John Henik Clarke becoming an ancestor. As a founding member of the First World Alliance, Clarke's colleagues paid homage to the groundbreaking educational forums.

“The First World Alliance became that Afrikan university that was missing in the Harlem community, it filled the void. It's one place where people could go to get the truth about Afrikan people and their contributions to both, ancient and contemporary civilizations,” determined Prof. James Small, consistent contributor to the long-standing educational forums.

Back in 1977, Sister Kefa, and husband Brother Bill Jones wanted to positively contribute to their Harlem community:
“We went to Dr. Ben after seeing him on Gil Noble's ‘Like It Is'. He gave us some books to read and told us to come to his home on Saturdays and study with him, which we did,” reflected Sister Kefa. “Once we learned certain things about ourselves - which we previously didn't know - then we decided to also present it to the community.”
Scholar, Dr. Rosalind Jeffries touches on the forum's attribute: “The term ‘First-World' came about thru Brother Bill Jones… he used to say that the majority of the people in the world are of color, and not Caucasians. At one time we were all used to hearing the term ‘third world'… so we thought of ourselves as second-class.”

From the study groups attended by only a few at the home of Cornell University's Dr. Yosef ben-Jochannan a.k.a. Dr. Ben, to the hundreds which eventually packed Mt Zion Lutheran Church at 421 West 145th Street, the truth about the Motherland's glorious existence was shared on a weekly basis with the lost and found Amerikkkanized-Afrikans who sought their true heritage.
“Because of Dr. Ben's ability to speak and put together a lecture, he electrified the audiences and they'd recruit others,” added urban erudite scholar Brother Sekou. “He'd tell people how they were being bamboozled by religion, and they'd come back week-after-week to challenge him - and he'd put his foot in their behinds, because he knew the history.”

Dr. Ben invited Dr. John Henrik Clarke, and he in turn brought in Professor James Small and Drs. Leonard & Rosalind Jeffries, expanding from there. Any subject related to Alkebulan/Afrika could be heard at First World Alliance – archeology, culture, health, our-story, psychology, science, etc.
Afrikan-centered scholars with PhDs were now challenging the misinformation which was being indoctrinated by the public fool [school] systems, and they utilized First World Alliance as a platform to get information to those who could not afford college.

“The scholars were giving the information to the students, which was good… but what we did was give them a platform so they could give the information to the community - because that's important too,” recalls Sister Kefa. “We opened the doors to the community to hear the scholars.”
Dr. Rosalind Jeffries points out: “When very significant people who had been studying didn't have a voice within their own campuses they could come to First World Alliance and express what they knew to be true, without losing your job.”
Her husband, CUNY's Dr. Leonard Jeffries assesses: “First World Alliance established a vehicle to put it in the hands of the masses. Dr. Ben wrote his works for the masses, but the masses generally don't read, so if you have an intellectual forum where speakers are presented, then the masses can walk in and get this information and become part of the great awakening.”

It is generally acknowledged that prior to the inception of the First World Alliance, there were no public forums where common people could access true information regarding the Motherland. The closest being Harlem's Afrikan Square on the 4 corners of 125th Street and 7th Avenue
Much was revealed during the weekly seminars and people would then go back to their home areas and form their own study groups and forums, many times with assistance from the First World Alliance.
Minister Clemson Brown- founder of the United Afrikan Movement (U.A.M.) commented: “The First World Alliance was a living, spiritual forum that provided an international education foundation for Afrikan people. It was a place where scholars from all over the world disseminated the knowledge, research and experiences of our ancient and present times.”

First World Alliance also spawned other educational venues as well: “According to Dr. Jeffries, Prof. Small and the brothers who travel around the globe, every place they go people have started forums called ‘First-World'…” explains Sister Kefa. “which is great because people are learning.”
Minister Brown admits: “First World Alliance had an impact on the forums of UAM, they were the first forums, so they provided a blueprint, a prototype, a model; that others duplicated… and the United Afrikan Movement was one of those.”
Comuniversity educator Trust Graham added: “They weren't shy about speaking truth to power. In 1983 we decided to start ‘Afrikan Echoes' in Newark… those particular voices that began to vibrate a whole new Afrikan renaissance about history and culture, and most of all - consciousness.”
Quite a few Hip-Hop artists, either themselves or their family members/friends, attended regularly, and later incorporated the enlightening information into their art-form, influencing the general public during the period known as the Golden Era of Hip-Hop. Attendees included: Afrika Bambaataa, Kool Mo Dee, Kurtis Blow, Stesasonic, KRS, Channel Live and dead prez; just to mention a few.

Rare information, backed up by thorough research, was readily shared with audiences, such as when Dr. Francis Cress Welsing first revealed that A.I.D.S. was man-made and that she had been to the laboratories where it was manufactured. Also, the true properties of melanin as explained by Dr. Richard King, and the psychological effects of genocide, as expressed by Dr. Amos Wilson.
“The value of the First World Alliance is that you could listen to a speaker who's way out in their field… we didn't understand them, but as they continued to come back, you would have an in-depth grasp on a particular discipline,” stated Dr. Rosalind Jeffries.

“You could hear revolutionaries without having to rely on the propaganda and syndicated information that came through the media. Make it part of your value system and it will help you to create a sacred mission to restore Afrika to its greatness!”

Regardless of what you may have heard..Heidi Klum Is Not Leaving Project Runway!

Heidi Klum is still in – as host of Project Runway, that is.
Despite online reports that the supermodel is saying auf wiedersehen to Lifetime's design competition, a spokesperson for the network tells our friends over @PEOPLE, "Heidi Klum is not leaving Project Runway.
Although Klum, 38, is currently appearing as host and judge of season 9, which premiered last week, an all-star season is now filming in New York City without the German-born supermodel.
According to the rep, the all-star version of Runway "is a completely separate show, with a separate host and a separate set of judges."

No announcement has been made about who that will be

Lady Gaga Releases "You And I" Cover Art

Having recently announced plans to make it her album's fourth single, Lady Gaga has unveiled the cover art for her song "You and I".
Consisting of side-by-side photos of the Mother Monster puffing a cigarette while styled as her male alter-ego Jo Calderone, the latest radio release from Born This Way is slated for an August 23rd release date.
Along with the photo - which she debuted via Twitter - Gaga wrote, "You will never find what you are looking for in love, if you don't love yourself. #You&ISingleCover."

Meanwhile, the accompanying music video has already been shot, with the 25-year-old (who currently is up to 992 tweets) recently posting a message reading, "The Music Video for "Yoü and I" will be my 1000th Tweet"

Rihanna's boozy night dip: Singer pays homage to fellow Caribbean Bob Marley in colourful swimsuit

Rihanna may have woken up this morning thinking she'll have to sing a Redemption Song after her behaviour last night.
The Umbrella singer showed no signs of slowing down as she continued her hard partying back in her native Barbados, drinking the country's beer during a night paddle in the Caribbean waters.

The group then moved into the sea, drinking Banks Beer and playing with colourful floatation devices.
Rihanna paid homage to fellow Caribbean crooner Bob Marley by wearing a full-piece orange swimsuit with a picture of his face on it.

The 23-year-old has made no secret that she was a fan of the dread-locked Rastafarian, even building a shrine to him in her new Los Angeles mansion with memorabilia, incense, gun-shaped chandeliers and a giant painting of the star.

She explained last year: 'The Bob Marley room is my loungey room, so there's incense burning, there's a painting on the wall of Bob Marley in black and white, which I love.
'The rest of the room goes from green into yellow into red, like the Jamaican flag.
"There's a little coffee table and these seats that are like big pillows on the floor, so it's not formal at all.
'There are lots of Bob Marley books, lyric books. He's one of my favourite artists of all time - he really paved the way for every other artist out of the Caribbean.'

KATT WILLIAMS KICKED OUT OF HIS OWN COMEDY SHOW

Katt Williams got so belligerent toward the crowd at his own comedy show last night, the club had to kick him out -- and then called the cops on him when he tried to get back in!
Katt was scheduled to perform two shows at the Improv in Ontario, CA last night -- but according to our witnesses, Katt got tossed from the 8:00 PM show and the 9:30 PM show was cancelled.

In the VIDEO OF KATT BEING THROWN OUT you can see Katt being escorted out by police and trying to explain what happened to the crowd outside waiting for the second show. They did not seemed pleased.

Katt was scheduled to perform tonight as well, but he has since been removed from the Improv's website.

Calls to Katt's people were not returned.

CRASH IT! Nicki Minaj makes a surprise appearance during tour mate Britney Spears' performance

There are many words that apply to Nicki Minaj, but boring isn't one of them.
The Super Bass singer surprised audience members at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey when she joined tour mate Britney Spears onstage
Wearing a bright yellow wig, moon boots and a graphic print jumpsuit, the 28-year-old seemed to fit right in with Britney and her crew.

Although the princess of pop was relatively low-key in a black onesie, her dancers wore bondage-like gear adorned with bright pink lights.
In true Minaj style, the fashionably wacky songbird rushed the stage to rap a verse of Till The World Ends.
The two released a remix of the song back in April with Tik Tok singer Ke$ha.

The ladies have offered their fair share of surprises during the Femme Fatale tour thus far.
Kanye West joined Nicki last Tuesday at the Nassau Coliseum in New York to perform his hit Monster; she raps on the track.
