Nelly Gets NAKED...With Just His BIRTHDAY CAKE

Nelly makes 38 look nice.  The rapper celebrated his birthday yesterday as we continue on with Scorpio season.  And it's only right a person under the sign of sex would give us just that.

Nelly lit up folks' timeline last night as he wished happy birthday to himself.  He posted a pic for fans showing his naked self holding a St. Louis style birthday cake....which was the only thing covering his goodies.  The rapper tweeted:

Birthday cake in my Birthday suit!!!! # SHEEESH

This is the second time Nelly's done a naked birthday pic....and I'm sure you hope he will continue the tradition. REMEMBER THIS!

By the way, his girlfriend Ashanti turned 32 just a few weeks ago and he gave her a big party in ATL.

Lawrence Taylor Walks Away a Winner After Teen Sex Suit Verdict!

NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor dodged a bullet in court when he won a lawsuit that claimed he was responsible for having sex with a 16-year-old prostitute in a New York area hotel room.

On Friday the jury returned its verdict after hearing the testimony of now 19-year-old Cristina Fierro and the alleged assailant.

The former New York Giants linebacker admitted to having sex with a prostitute in 2010, but denied he knew she was a runaway teen in distress.

According to the Associated Press, Fierro claimed an abusive pimp forced her to have sex with Taylor for $300 in a Montebello, north of New York City.

Lisa from ‘Saved By the Bell’ Bipolar Accusation call mother s LIAR!

We all remember the television show when we were growing up ‘Saved By the Bell,’ well the beloved Lisa Turtle real name, Lark Voorhies, is claiming her mother is full of it. She is claiming she is NOT bipolar, no matter what her mother is saying.

According to video by TMZ, Lark’s mother recently told People magazine that her daughter has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Lark told TMZ that her mother’s report is ‘comical.’

The video below is a bit ‘weird.’  Lark can’t really even complete a thought, takes long pauses and is there such thing as speaking run on sentences?!

Joe Simpson was 'busted by wife of 34 years after she discovered pictures of Bryce Chandler Hill, 21, posing in her home'

The 34 year union between Jessica Simpson's parents was destroyed after her mother found pictures of 21-year-old Bryce Chandler Hill and her husband posing in their home. 

Suspicious about seeing a boy she had never met pictured in various places throughout the Encino mansion, Tina, 52, immediately flew New York City to confront her husband. 

It was August when 54-year-old Joe had some explaining to do in the lobby of a Manhattan hotel, according to Radar Online. 

'Joe got busted after Tina found some modeling pictures of Bryce in her home,' a source close to the Simpson family exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

'They were taken in and around the house and she was suspicious because she didn’t have a clue who the boy was.

'Joe and Tina’s marriage was in trouble and they had a make or break vacation booked in Hawaii, so she didn’t ask Joe any questions at that point.

'However, when they returned to Los Angeles Joe bizarrely got on a plane to New York, just six hours after they had landed in California.

Tina enlisted daughter Jessica’s best friend CaCee Cobb for help in finding out who the boy was.

'CaCee uncovered some personal pictures of Joe and Bryce posing together and showed Tina.

'Tina wanted answers,' the source revealed. 'She flew to New York to make an unannounced visit to Joe.

'When she got there, she called him down to the lobby and they thrashed it out.'

In a further revelation it has been revealed that Joe had 'lavished expensive gifts on his toyboy' Bryce.

A source told Radar: 'Over a 12-month period, Tina saw that Joe was splashing thousands of dollars in designer stores... staying in luxury hotels and buying tickets for concerts. What was worse, the money that Joe had freely spent on Bryce was from a mutual account he shared with Tina.'

It has been claimed that Ashlee and her sister Jessica are struggling to cope in the wake of the divorce announcement.

A source said: 'Jessica had absolutely no clue that her father was gay, not even the slightest inkling.

'It was a complete shock to the system, she feels terribly for her mom who was left reeling by the announcement and her sister Ashlee has also taken the news quite badly.'

Joe's appearance in particular caused a bit of a stir - as he appeared to have had something of a flamboyant makeover. 

Last week, soon after claims surrounding Joe's sexuality emerged, the news broke that Tina had filed for divorce in September…..WOW!

Gay SF Sheriff Deputy Domestic Violence case raises questions with a Reinstated Sherriff who also committed a Domestic Violence Act!

As San Francisco's reinstated sheriff tries to get down to business, a controversial domestic violence case has surfaced within his own department. His critics say it's an example of why Ross Mirkarimi has a conflict of interest when it comes to overseeing that kind of case. 

Mirkarimi says there's a chain of command within his department that will prevent any conflict of interest. But San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee says the domestic violence case currently making its way through the justice system is an example of the issues that could surface. 

A trial date was set Thursday for Vincent Calvarese Openly gay member of law enforcement profiled in the documentary "The Butch Factor" now available on DVD. He's charged with three misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. He's also a lieutenant in the San Francisco Sheriff's Department. 

This is the type of case that we foresaw, along with domestic violence cases in general, but this one is closer to home in terms of it involving a top level official in the sheriff's department," Mayor Lee said. He calls the Calvarese case a "perfect example" of why he wants reinstated Sheriff Mirkarimi to recuse himself from domestic violence cases. Mirkarimi is on three years' probation after admitting he bruised his wife's arm. Now one of his deputy sheriff's faces accusations of assault.

Calvarese is charged with attacking his ex. The 48-year-old is currently on administrative duty within the sheriff's department. But his boss believes he can wall off any contact, "I have an undersheriff or I have an assistant sheriff, I would make sure oversees the particular approach in disciplinary hearing and how we proceed, that would never intersect with me," Mirkarimi said. 

But district attorney George Gascon wants a new law that would officially draw a line. At a news conference earlier this week, he too pointed to the Calvarese case and Sheriff Mirkarimi, "He cannot, with a straight face, lead a rehabilitative process" Gascon said. "He cannot, with a straight face, discipline people internally or externally." 

Mirkarimi fired back, saying, "The projection by those who don't understand how the sheriff's department works is a little bit of grandstanding." 

As for Lt. Calvarese, he has pleaded not guilty. His trial date is set for January. And though Mirkarimi has tried to initiate contact, he and Mayor Lee have not met face to face since the sheriff was reinstated last month.
